本发明涉及隔音板制备技术领域,具体为一种木条吸音隔音板及其制备方法。
背景技术
隔音板是一种作用于隔音效果的板块。有建筑物隔音与构筑物隔音分类。隔音板并不是所有频率的声音都能阻隔,物体都有固有共振频率,接近物体共振频率的声音,隔音板的隔音效果显著降低。
隔音板有阻隔空气声与振动声的区别。空气声隔音板,即阻隔的是在空气中传播的声音的板材。振动声隔音板即阻隔的是在刚性构件中传播的声音的板材和系统。一般的物体都具有隔音效果,但是我们把平均隔声量超过30dB的板材才称作隔音板。隔音板一般为高密度材料。
现有技术中,一些隔音板是在两块板之间安装橡胶层、减振材料或隔音毡等做成的,采用这种方法,在短期里可以在一定程度上提高隔音效果,但是其隔音效果会随着时间而逐渐降低。众所周知,橡胶等材料在空气中会慢慢老化,导致其逐渐变硬而丧失弹性,从而导致隔音效果随着时间而逐渐降低。

为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种木条吸音隔音板,包括以下重量份成分:木条80-100份、矿棉纤维50-80份、玄武岩纤维50-80份、聚丙烯纤维30-50份、碳纤维30-50份、多孔陶粒10-30份、助剂5-10份;
所述助剂包括以下重量份成分:消泡剂3-5份、絮凝剂3-5份、流平剂1-3份、填充剂3-5份、粘结剂3-5份。

步骤一:取材:
按照重量配比称取木条、矿棉纤维、玄武岩纤维、聚丙烯纤维、碳纤维、多孔陶粒、助剂,备用;
步骤二:混料:
将木条、矿棉纤维、玄武岩纤维、聚丙烯纤维、碳纤维粉碎,再将多孔陶粒进行粉碎并过筛,并将上述原材料进行混合,得到预混料;
步骤三:制浆:
向预混料中加入水,加热至55-65℃,搅拌成浆状后加入消泡剂、絮凝剂、流平剂和填充剂,升温至150℃,再加入粘结剂,得到浆料;
步骤四:模制:
将浆料注入到模具中,热压成型,固化后脱模,即得到吸音隔音板。
优选的,步骤二中,所述多孔陶粒过100-200目筛。
优选的,步骤四中,所述热压的条件为:加压0.3-0.5MPa,且热压温度为135-145℃。
优选的,步骤四中,所述脱模的温度为30-40℃。

本发明提供了一种木条吸音隔音板及其制备方法。具备以下有益效果:
1、通过向原材料中添加矿棉纤维、玄武岩纤维、聚丙烯纤维和碳纤维,能够有效的提升吸音隔音效果,同时具备较好的力学性能。

实验例:
对实施例一、二、三和对比例中所制得的吸音隔音板进行吸声测试,结果如下:
综上所述,通过本发明的制备方法所制得的吸音隔音板具有较好的吸声效果,且在特定的成分配比(实施例二)下,能够发挥最佳效果;
其次,随着使用时间的推移,其吸音隔音效果并未受到较大影响,使用寿命长。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (8)
1.一种木条吸音隔音板,其特征在于:包括以下重量份成分:木条80-100份、矿棉纤维50-80份、玄武岩纤维50-80份、聚丙烯纤维30-50份、碳纤维30-50份、多孔陶粒10-30份、助剂5-10份;
所述助剂包括以下重量份成分:消泡剂3-5份、絮凝剂3-5份、流平剂1-3份、填充剂3-5份、粘结剂3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种木条吸音隔音板,其特征在于:包括以下重量份成分:木条90份、矿棉纤维70份、玄武岩纤维70份、聚丙烯纤维40份、碳纤维40份、多孔陶粒20份、助剂7份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种木条吸音隔音板,其特征在于:所述助剂包括以下重量份成分:消泡剂4份、絮凝剂4份、流平剂2份、填充剂4份、粘结剂4份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种木条吸音隔音板,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为乳化硅油、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或多种,所述絮凝剂为聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸钠中的一种或多种,所述流平剂为聚丙烯酸、羧甲基纤维素中的一种或多种,所述填充剂为高岭土、硅藻土、滑石粉、石墨、炭黑、氧化铝粉、玻璃粉、石棉粉、云母粉、石英粉中的一种或多种,所述粘结剂为合成树脂、橡胶中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种木条吸音隔音板的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:取材:
按照重量配比称取木条、矿棉纤维、玄武岩纤维、聚丙烯纤维、碳纤维、多孔陶粒、助剂,备用;
步骤二:混料:
将木条、矿棉纤维、玄武岩纤维、聚丙烯纤维、碳纤维粉碎,再将多孔陶粒进行粉碎并过筛,并将上述原材料进行混合,得到预混料;
步骤三:制浆:
向预混料中加入水,加热至55-65℃,搅拌成浆状后加入消泡剂、絮凝剂、流平剂和填充剂,升温至150℃,再加入粘结剂,得到浆料;
步骤四:模制:
将浆料注入到模具中,热压成型,固化后脱模,即得到吸音隔音板。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种木条吸音隔音板的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤二中,所述多孔陶粒过100-200目筛。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种木条吸音隔音板的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤四中,所述热压的条件为:加压0.3-0.5MPa,且热压温度为135-145℃。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种木条吸音隔音板的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤四中,所述脱模的温度为30-40℃。
