a swing arm slideway (803) which extends horizontally is arranged on the connecting cover (807); one end of the second arm (802) is rotatably connected to the lifting plate (808); the other end of the second arm (802) is provided with a second sliding pin (804) which is in sliding connection with the swing arm slideway (803); the output end of the motor (8010) is fixedly connected with the input end of the gear set (809); the output end of the gear set (809) is fixedly connected with the disc (806); one end of the connecting rod (805) is hinged with the eccentric position of the disc (806); the other end of the connecting rod (805) is rotatably connected with the second sliding pin (804).
9. The handbag type athletic toy structure of claim 1, wherein: the number of the racing track main bodies is two; the two emitter structures are arranged in a staggered manner; the two emitter structures are arranged on both sides of the main housing (5) respectively.
