Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating pregnancy residues and annexitis cysts, and granules and application thereof.
Background
With the development of society, the number of miscarriage-requiring patients is increased clinically at present after contraceptive failure, and meanwhile, mifepristone combined with misoprostol medicine is the treatment scheme with the highest frequency of use at present for stopping early pregnancy clinically, the former plays a role in promoting the degeneration and necrosis of the womb decidua, and the later is required to be dominant for strengthening the womb contraction, so that embryos can be discharged according to a given schedule and route pattern in the treatment mode. Through the related report, the two are required to be combined together to achieve the effect of stopping early pregnancy, and the treatment mode has the advantages of high success rate, small wound, low cost, small psychological pressure, easier acceptance than uterine curettage and the like clinically. However, the residual uterine cavity caused by the medical abortion is a main common complication, if no intervention measures are taken in time, the post-abortion decidua appears, the placenta is peeled off slowly or incompletely, and gestational tissues are remained in the uterine cavity, so that the situation often causes infection, irregular vaginal bleeding, intrauterine adhesion, amenorrhea, and even the re-pregnancy of females is affected. The uterine curettage is a common treatment means for uterine cavity residue after medical abortion, has a certain curative effect, but partial patients are afraid of poor treatment coordination degree in uterine curettage, blind uterine curettage is extremely easy to cause incomplete curettage, undetected or excessive uterine curettage, so that residues are not exhausted, or endometrium is damaged, endometrium inflammation is caused, and even complications such as infertility, uterine cavity adhesion and the like are caused. Therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine formula is needed to be provided, and the pregnancy residue can be effectively treated.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating pregnancy residual and accessory cyst, which not only can treat pregnancy residual, but also can treat accessory cyst, and can reduce pelvic effusion and the like.
Etiology and pathogenesis of pregnancy residue after drug abortion: the situation that the residual pregnancy after abortion causes vaginal bleeding can be followed regularly, has the characteristics of larger bleeding amount and longer duration, can be divided into the range of abortion and bleeding in traditional Chinese medicine and can be included in the category of abdominal mass in traditional Chinese medicine, because after abortion, a part of human abdomen has the feeling of falling pain, and the vaginal bleeding is mostly due to abdominal mass. For the disease course of blood stasis and damp retention, it is usually accompanied with deficiency and excess, especially for the pregnant women, it should be used only slowly to dispel the stasis and not be able to attack, otherwise it is easy to damage healthy qi and affect the later pregnancy, so it is indicated for the treatment of blood stasis and mass.
For pregnancy residue after abortion, it is mainly indicated for qi and blood, yin and yang, viscera syndrome differentiation, and it is used to promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis, dredge collaterals and dissipate nodulation. The medicine is used for treating pregnancy residual deficiency and blood stasis after abortion from deficiency tonifying and blood stasis removing. Specifically, gestational residues following drug abortion can be divided into two main categories: firstly, the residual of deficiency of qi and blood or yin and yang; secondly, the blood stasis is a residual. Deficiency of qi and blood, failure to promote the transformation, residual deficiency syndrome, and residual excess syndrome due to qi and blood stasis. The unsmooth blood stasis and the abnormal functioning of uterus are important pathological factors of the disease. According to clinical manifestations, three general categories are: firstly, the residue of deficiency of qi and blood; secondly, the residual of blood stasis; thirdly, the residue of yin and yang deficiency. Clinically, the three syndromes can be independently seen, and the common syndrome is accompanied by the syndrome of inclusion.
The pregnancy residue after medical abortion is mostly seen by deficiency of qi and blood, and clinically manifests as little colporrhagia, pale color, weak quality, listlessness, pale lips and tongue, numbness of hands and feet, etc., and is used for treating blood circulation promoting and stasis resolving, qi tonifying and blood replenishing.
