Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The video conference terminal is widely applied to enterprises, institutions and other occasions, and brings great convenience to work, study and life. Video conference terminals are available from a plurality of manufacturers, such as Huacheng, bao Li Tong, and the like, and the adopted interface protocols and signaling logic of the video conference terminals are different from one manufacturer to another and are not compatible with one another. Therefore, conference terminal devices of different manufacturers can only use a single background to perform management operations. When a plurality of conference terminals of different manufacturers communicate, the conference terminals cannot be uniformly managed in the same background, so that synchronous control operation of each conference terminal in the conference process is complex to execute.
In order to solve the technical problems, the embodiment of the invention provides a management method of a conference terminal, when a control event triggered at the current moment is received, a corresponding target response conference terminal is determined based on the control event, and then a network interface address and a corresponding interface protocol of the target response conference terminal are acquired, the control event is based on the interface protocol to generate a corresponding control signaling, and then the control signaling is sent to the target response conference terminal based on the network interface address of the target response conference terminal, so that the target response conference terminal is controlled to respond to the control signaling.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for managing a conference terminal, and referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of a method for managing a conference terminal according to the present invention.
In this embodiment, the method for managing the conference terminal includes:
and step S10, when a control event is received, determining a target response conference terminal based on the control event.
In this embodiment, the control event may be an event triggered by a user or other touch terminal based on a visual page of a conference terminal management application, where the control event may be a control event of a hardware device of the conference terminal, for example, on/off of an external device such as a camera, a microphone, or the like, or may be a control event of initiation of a conference process or other conference states, for example, video recording, video frame size adjustment, video definition adjustment, and screen sharing. In this embodiment, the external device of the conference terminal includes a microphone, a camera, and a display screen, and in addition, a touch pen and other devices may be equipped according to actual requirements.
And when the conference management application receives a control event triggered at the current moment, determining a target response conference terminal according to the control event. The target response conference terminal refers to a conference terminal that needs to respond to the control signaling corresponding to the control event. The control event is triggered based on an event function of the conference terminal management program, and the triggered control event can be captured by the conference terminal management application program through the signaling capturing module, wherein the capturing module mainly captures signaling corresponding to the control event in a channel. The signaling refers to signaling that control information works according to a given communication protocol, and application information is safely, reliably and efficiently transmitted to the destination terminal, and the final target response conference terminal is determined through application information in the signaling, such as a terminal name, an interface address, a response event and the like of the response terminal, and optionally, the number of the target response conference terminals can be one or more.
In this embodiment, by capturing the control signaling corresponding to the control event, the corresponding target response conference terminal may be determined, so that the corresponding type of control signaling is generated according to the interface protocol of the target response conference terminal, so that the target response conference terminal can process and respond to the control signaling.
It should be noted that in some business scenarios, there are also cases, for example, when the license service purchased by the conference terminal expires, or when part of the hardware devices of the conference terminal are replaced, where, in order to avoid the waste of the hardware devices of the conference terminal, the enterprise is convenient to manage the conference terminals of different manufacturers, and may register the previous conference terminal and the conference terminal about to be put into use on the conference terminal management application. Optionally, when the user wants to register the conference terminal used by the user, the conference terminal management application receives a peripheral registration instruction of the conference terminal, and further creates a registration process in response to the instruction, acquires device information of the conference terminal to be registered based on the registration process, and completes the registration process of the conference terminal to be registered based on the device information. The device information may include a device version number, model number, device ID, interface address, interface protocol, hardware constituent device, and basic information of the hardware constituent device of the conference terminal, and the like. Further, the conference terminal which completes registration can establish communication connection with other registered terminal peripherals based on the stored equipment information when receiving a conference initiation instruction.
Optionally, in a possible implementation manner, if the interface protocol of the newly added conference terminal is an interface protocol type which is not stored previously, a simple converged communication test may be performed on the newly added conference terminal after the terminal information is stored, that is, an initial test signaling is generated by using various stored protocol types, then a new test signaling is generated based on a newly stored protocol type standard, and a newly generated test instruction is sent to the conference terminal to be registered, and whether the conference terminal to be registered will return a signal responding to the test signaling is monitored in a preset time interval, so that whether the conference terminal to be registered can perform signaling conversion generation based on different signaling logics with respect to other conference terminals of the protocol type is tested.
Before receiving the control event in the current conference process, the conference process is also created based on the conference initiation instruction. Further, when the conference initiation instruction is received, determining a conference access terminal included in the conference process, namely a member participating in the conference terminal, through the conference initiation instruction, acquiring terminal information of the conference access terminal included in the conference process, and creating the conference process based on the terminal information. Optionally, the conference process can perform initialization setting on the conference process according to the actual selection requirement of the user, that is, acquire initialization information set by the user, generate an initialization event based on terminal information of the conference access terminal, where the initialization event also belongs to one of control events, and exemplary, the user selects the conference process to be started, closes microphones of all people except the user and starts cameras of the user, and determines equipment information of the cameras and the microphones of the conference terminal according to the acquired terminal information of the conference terminal, and sends signaling of a corresponding protocol type to the conference terminal while starting the conference process, so that the started conference process meets the requirement of the user. In addition, the conference process can be started at the appointed time according to the conference process reserved by the user, and the initialization setting of each conference terminal is completed. The terminal information of the conference access terminal may be a device version number, a model number, a device ID, an interface address, an interface protocol, a hardware component device, basic information of the hardware component device, and the like of the conference terminal. And in the initial stage of conference process creation, according to the existing terminal information, the initialization setting of the conference terminal and other remote conference terminals can be completed.
After the conference process is started, video stream signals in the current conference and network interface addresses of all conference terminals are acquired, the video stream signals are integrated, RTP/RTCP protocol is adopted in the processing of the video streams, media streams of all terminals are gathered together, after the compounding is finished, a final video picture is generated, and then the final video picture is transmitted based on the network interface addresses of all conference terminals, so that the video pictures of the conference can be synchronously displayed on all conference terminals.
Alternatively, when audio and video are transmitted together, the RTP protocol uses two streams for transmission separately due to the difference in coding, so that the time stamps of the two streams run at different rates, and in order to ensure the consistency of the audio and video, the sender of the data stream is required to transmit a unique canonical name identifying the data source to each, so that the conference terminal of the receiver knows which streams are associated. The sending end reports the information contained in the message corresponding to the video stream, and the information can be used by the receiving end for coordinating the time stamp values in the two streams, and the receiving end can determine the audio and the image at the same time through the mapping of the time stamp values, so that the audio and the image synchronization of the video is ensured as much as possible.
And step S20, determining a network interface and a corresponding interface protocol of the target response conference terminal.
Based on the determined target response conference terminal, further determining an interface address of a network interface corresponding to the target response conference terminal and an interface protocol corresponding to the network interface according to the stored terminal information of the target response conference terminal. So that corresponding control signaling is generated subsequently according to the signaling logic corresponding to the interface protocol. The interface address corresponding to the network interface is used for transmitting video signals and signaling, the interface address is the interface number of the network interface, the interface protocol refers to the video communication protocol which can be used for receiving processed data and signaling types and is followed by the conference terminal, and the protocol can be H.323, SIP, SSH and the like.
Because the address forms of the interface addresses are different between different protocols, before signaling transmission, the initial interface address needs to be mapped and resolved, and based on the signaling corresponding to the control event, the initial interface address and the interface protocol of the target response conference terminal are obtained, wherein the initial interface address refers to the interface address which is not mapped and resolved yet. The types of address mapping that can be supported by different protocols are also different, and for example, h.323 supports address types such as h.323 ID, e.164 ID, email ID, URL ID, and the like, while the address types supported by SIP protocol are mainly SIP URLs, so if the SIP address and the h.323 address are mutually translated, address translation is performed according to the corresponding mapping rule in consideration of different address types.
In this embodiment, by acquiring the network interface of the target response conference terminal and the interface protocol corresponding to the network interface, the subsequent signaling corresponding to the signaling logic is generated for different interface protocols.
Step S30, generating a corresponding control signaling based on the interface protocol and the control event.
In this embodiment, through the acquired interface protocol and the control event, a corresponding control signaling is generated, so that the target response conference terminal can respond based on the generated control signaling, and the purpose to be achieved by the control event is achieved. In the process of generating control signaling, the translation and conversion from one signaling message to another signaling message are completed, and the functional mapping between the two is completed in a peer-to-peer manner, furthermore, special cases of signaling messages which are in one protocol but not supported in the other protocol are not excluded, appropriate neglect and shielding measures can be adopted, when the conversion fails, an error report is returned, and a subsequent manager can analyze and process the reason of the conversion failure between the signaling protocols according to the error report. For the convenience of understanding the technical details, the following explanation is given by an application scenario:
the conference terminal management application program in the invention is equivalent to a video conference gateway, which needs to support two protocols of H.323 and SIP at the same time, and the translation and conversion from one signaling message to another signaling message need to be completed in the conference terminal management application program, and the functional mapping between the two needs to be completed in a peer-to-peer manner, so as to generate a corresponding control signaling. However, since some functions are provided only in one protocol but not in the other among the h.323 protocol and the SIP protocol, one process in one protocol may be mapped to several processes of the other protocol, which are problems to be solved. Optionally, in view of the above problems, when the h.323 conference terminal initiates a conference request, the h.323 conference terminal sends the request to the video conference terminal management application program, and finally, the conference control and manager of the conference terminal management application program uniformly processes the conference request sent by the conference terminal, and determines to accept or reject the request of one conference terminal, and also determines information such as media type of the whole conference. When the SIP conference terminal sends a request, the received request is converted into a corresponding signaling mechanism conforming to the H.323 rule through a signaling message mapping principle, and then the signaling mechanism is sent to a conference control and manager for centralized processing.
Optionally, the conference terminal management application may be internally added by other modules including, but not limited to, a SIP protocol processing module, an h.323 protocol processing module, a protocol conversion module, a video conference control and management module, according to an interface protocol to be actually processed, where the protocol conversion module is a critical part, and in the implementation process, translation and conversion need to be performed one by one according to a signaling message mapping table between two protocols. Of course, appropriate neglect and masking measures should be taken for those signaling messages that are in one protocol but not in the other, and error reporting messages, including signaling of the failure of the conversion and the cause of the failure, should be sent back. The converted signaling messages are sent to the processing modules of the respective protocols for further processing.
In this embodiment, by generating the corresponding control instruction, it is convenient for the target to respond to the subsequent control signaling based on the corresponding signaling logic of the conference terminal, so as to implement unified management of multiple types of conference terminals.
And step S40, based on the network interface, the control signaling is sent to the target response conference terminal so as to control the target response conference terminal to respond to the control signaling.
In this embodiment, the generated control signaling needs to be sent to the target response conference terminal based on the interface address of the network interface, so that the target response conference terminal is controlled to respond to the control signaling. Because the control signaling corresponding to the control event is converted into the control signaling which can be processed by the target response conference terminal before, when the conference terminal facing the multi-type interface protocol communicates, the synchronous operation execution of the multi-type conference terminal can be realized only through one background without adopting a plurality of backrests for management, and the response rate is improved.
To facilitate an understanding of the present invention, the following description is given by way of example: in an exemplary embodiment, there are 10 conference terminals in the current conference process, the interface communication protocols adopted by the 10 terminals are different, where one conference terminal wants to turn off the microphones of the terminal 1, the terminal 3 and the terminal 5, and when the control event is triggered, the signaling grabbing module of the conference terminal management process may determine that the corresponding target response conference terminal is the terminal 1, the terminal 3 and the terminal 5 according to the control signaling when grabbing the corresponding control signaling, so as to obtain the interface addresses and the interface protocols of the three terminals, and according to the protocol standard of the corresponding interface protocol, perform functional mapping on the grabbed control signaling respectively, generate the control signaling of the corresponding protocol standard, and send the control signaling to the corresponding target response conference terminal, thereby finally implementing the turn-off control operation of the microphones of the terminal 1, the terminal 3 and the terminal 5.
Further, referring to fig. 2, the steps of the second embodiment of the method for managing a conference terminal of the present invention include:
and S50, acquiring the number of conference terminals in the current conference.
And step S60, determining a video image quality adjustment strategy based on the matching result of the number of the conference terminals and the preset number interval.
And step S70, adjusting the video image quality of the current conference based on the image quality adjustment strategy.
In this embodiment, in order to avoid the situation that the excessive number of conference terminals involved may cause the blocking of the screen, or the control event cannot be synchronously executed in the conference process. The invention can also adjust the video image quality by the number of the conference terminals in the current conference process. Optionally, a number of intervals may be divided in advance, a corresponding video image quality adjustment policy is determined according to a matching result between the number of conference terminals in the current conference process and a preset number of intervals, and the video image quality of the current conference process is adjusted according to the image quality adjustment policy. For example, the number of the pre-divided sections is 5-10, and the conference terminals can generally support 720P, 1080P, ultra-clear 4k and the like, if the number of the terminals of the current conference terminal is less than 5, the situation that the number of the terminals in the current conference process is less is indicated, the blocking is not easy to occur, the resolution of the ultra-clear 4k can be started, if the number of the terminals in the current conference process is within the section of 5-10, the image quality is adjusted to 1080P, and if the number of the terminals in the current conference process is greater than 10, the resolution is adjusted to 720P, so that the situation that the number of the terminals involved is more, the picture blocking of the conference is avoided as much as possible, or the control event cannot be synchronously executed to other target response conference terminals due to network congestion.
Optionally, the preset number of intervals and the image quality adjustment policy may be adjusted according to the resolution parameters of the conference terminal, and in the adjustment, the user may also be asked whether to perform image quality adjustment by popping up a prompt, where the user may select whether to perform image quality adjustment according to the condition of the network.
In this embodiment, the number of conference terminals is used to determine the corresponding image quality adjustment policy, so that the situation that the images are blocked or the control event cannot be synchronously executed to other target response conference terminals due to network congestion can be avoided, and the synchronous management efficiency of the conference terminals is improved.
