The disclosure provides a vehicle abnormal state voice reporting system, a method, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The technical scheme specifically comprises that a map window and a key control window are arranged at a vehicle end APP, a corresponding voice input function interface is arranged on the APP interface, the problem of the vehicle end discovered by a worker at any time can be reported to a cloud end, the cloud end judges the authenticity and the influence degree of the problem again, if an abnormal problem is determined, the abnormal state of the vehicle on the map is displayed by feeding back the abnormal state to the vehicle end APP, the arrangement enables the worker to comprehensively judge whether the abnormal state needs to be reported or not based on the vehicle operation state and the driving state in the map window and the actually observed vehicle problem, and the fault reporting is more reliable and accurate.
Description
Technical Field
The disclosure relates to the technical fields of unmanned, automatic driving, unmanned vehicles and the like, and particularly relates to a vehicle abnormal state voice reporting system, method, electronic equipment and storage medium.
Background
In the prior art, when an automatic driving vehicle operates in an operation area or works in the operation area, the automatic driving vehicle temporarily breaks down, the automatic driving system self-checks the fault, reports the fault to a cloud server, and informs staff of maintenance or rescue. However, for some faults which cannot be detected by self or potential faults which have no influence on the operation temporarily, the faults cannot be identified by the vehicle, and as the operation time is accumulated, the faults which seriously influence the operation occur to the vehicle.
In order to avoid such problems, hidden faults or potential faults can be reduced by manually checking patrol in the field, but the environment of an operation area is complex, most of vehicle states are invisible, scheduling tasks or operation progress and other manual work cannot be known, and thus the field patrol cannot accurately, timely and reliably judge the faults.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve at least one technical problem in the prior art, the present disclosure provides a vehicle abnormal state reporting system, a method, an electronic device and a storage medium.
According to a first aspect of the present disclosure, a vehicle abnormal state voice reporting system is provided, the reporting system includes a vehicle list management module, a vehicle monitoring platform and a display module;
the display module can display the vehicle list, wherein the vehicle list comprises vehicle identifications, and the display module displays functional components of the vehicle monitoring platform after the vehicle identifications are touched;
the functional components comprise a map display window, a vehicle monitoring window and a vehicle state input module;
the vehicle monitoring window comprises at least one control key or at least one vehicle state monitoring key, the control key can control a vehicle corresponding to the vehicle identifier, and the state monitoring key can monitor the state of the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle identifier;
the map display window can display vehicles corresponding to the touched vehicle identifications on the map in real time;
the vehicle state input module comprises a voice reporting unit and an image reporting unit, wherein the voice reporting unit can input voice, the image reporting unit can upload pictures or videos, the vehicle state input module can send the input voice and the uploaded pictures or videos to a remote control end, and the remote control end carries out abnormal state processing based on the input voice and the uploaded pictures or videos;
the map display window is also used for receiving abnormal state information of the vehicle sent by the remote control end, and when the abnormal state information is received, the map display window displays the vehicle corresponding to the touched vehicle identifier as an abnormal state;
optionally, the vehicle identification includes a number or a graphic mark;
optionally, the vehicle is an automatic driving vehicle, and the map is a high-precision map;

According to one or more technical schemes provided by the embodiment of the application, a set of voice reporting system for the abnormal state of the vehicle is designed, the system integrates a map of a dispatching platform, various state monitoring buttons and operation control buttons of the vehicle, and operators can reasonably judge whether the vehicle has a fault or not by referring to the state observed on site, high-precision map content and vehicle state parameters on site, so that the fault identification or judgment is more accurate and timely.

The vehicle is an automatic driving vehicle, and the abnormal state voice reporting system comprises a vehicle list management module, a vehicle monitoring platform and a display module; the display module can display the vehicle list, as shown in fig. 1, a display panel of the mobile phone or the PAD is used as the display module to display the vehicle list information transmitted by the vehicle list management module, wherein the vehicle list comprises a vehicle identifier, and the identifier comprises a vehicle graph and a vehicle number. The list of vehicles includes not only the vehicle identification, but also the operating status, fault status, and speed per vehicle.
When the vehicle identifier is touched, the display module displays the functional components of the vehicle monitoring platform; as shown in fig. 2, the functional components include a map display window, a vehicle monitoring window, and a vehicle status entry module;
the vehicle monitoring window comprises at least one control key or at least one vehicle state monitoring key, the control key can control a vehicle corresponding to the touched vehicle identifier, for example, control vehicle collection, oiling, emergency stopping, data collection and the like, when the data collection is clicked, the vehicle corresponding to the touched vehicle identifier is controlled to execute the data collection, and when the vehicle collection is clicked, the relevant vehicle is controlled to finish the current operation and return to the vehicle receiving and dispatching place.
The state monitoring key can monitor the state of the vehicle corresponding to the touched vehicle identifier; for example, a real-time fault key or a view synchronization button can display a vehicle fault state on an interface when a real-time fault is clicked, and the upper map interface is positioned at the position of the vehicle corresponding to the touched vehicle identifier when the view synchronization is clicked, namely, the view synchronization key can enable the map display window to track and display the vehicle corresponding to the touched vehicle identifier in real time.
The map display window can display the vehicle corresponding to the touched vehicle identification on the map in real time. Generally, after clicking the vehicle identifier, the display module displays an interface of the monitoring platform, a map display window is displayed above the platform interface, the window displays a local operation map and an operation state of the vehicle corresponding to the clicked vehicle identifier, and the map is a high-precision map. In addition, the map can be manually dragged to display other map areas on the window or zoom in and out the map areas.
The vehicle state input module is connected with the display module, after a microphone button in the vehicle monitoring window is clicked, the display module displays a voice reporting unit and an image reporting unit of the vehicle state input module, as shown in fig. 3, the voice reporting unit can input voice, the image reporting unit can upload pictures or videos, the vehicle state input module can send the input voice and the uploaded pictures or videos to the remote control end, and an interface after uploading the voice, the pictures and the texts is shown in fig. 4. The voice reporting unit can play back the recorded voice after an operator clicks a listening test button of the interface, and after confirming that the voice is correct, the operator clicks a determination button, and information such as the voice, the picture and the like is sent to a remote server (namely, a control end).
The remote control end processes abnormal states based on the recorded voice and the uploaded picture or video; for example, after the remote operator receives the reported voice, picture or text information, the authenticity of the fault or whether the fault can be handled is further verified, if the fault is true or can be handled, corresponding processing measures are taken, for example, the fault is processed through remote driving control, or a worker or a vehicle is dispatched to solve the fault on site.
When the remote control personnel verifies that the fault is true, vehicle abnormal state information is sent to a vehicle abnormal state reporting system, and when the abnormal state information is received, the map display window displays a vehicle corresponding to the touched vehicle identifier as an abnormal state.
In addition, the control key can further comprise a near-field remote control key, the vehicle state monitoring key can further comprise a positioning key, the near-field remote control key can conduct near-field control on a vehicle, and the positioning key can call vehicle positioning information.
In addition, the vehicle state input module further comprises a text input unit, the text input unit can edit and input text, and the vehicle input module can send the edited and input text to a remote control end.
In addition, the vehicle state input module judges whether the picture content corresponds to the voice content or the text content based on the vehicle identification, and if not, prompts the text to be input again or edited again or uploads the picture again.
The vehicle abnormal state voice reporting system is integrated on the movable terminal and is used for on-site staff. When one person uses the system to report voice information, other persons can report abnormal voice aiming at the same vehicle, and a worker at a remote server judges the authenticity of the fault or whether the fault can be solved based on the sequence and the repeated condition of the content of the received report information.

The present disclosure also provides a computer program product comprising a computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor of a computer, is for causing the computer to perform a method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As used in this disclosure, the terms "machine-readable medium" and "computer-readable medium" refer to any computer program product, apparatus, and/or device (e.g., magnetic discs, optical disks, memory, programmable Logic Devices (PLDs)) used to provide machine instructions and/or data to a programmable processor, including a machine-readable medium that receives machine instructions as a machine-readable signal. The term "machine-readable signal" refers to any signal used to provide machine instructions and/or data to a programmable processor.

The vehicle abnormal state voice reporting system of claim 3, wherein the control key comprises a near field remote control key, an emergency stop key or a vehicle receiving key, the vehicle state monitoring key comprises a positioning key, a visual field synchronous key or a real-time fault key, the near field remote control key can perform near field control on a vehicle, the emergency stop key can control the vehicle to stop emergently, the vehicle receiving key can control the vehicle to finish operation and return, the positioning key can call vehicle positioning information, and the visual field synchronous key can enable a map display window to track and display the vehicle corresponding to the touched vehicle identifier in real time; the real-time fault key can be used for retrieving fault information of the vehicle corresponding to the touched vehicle identifier.
