In this embodiment, the first calculation formula that is successfully created may be modified. In some embodiments, the method further comprises: and deleting at least part of the calculation data information in the first calculation formula and displaying the occupied information at the position of the at least part of the calculation data information in response to the deletion of the at least part of the calculation data information in the project management system. In some embodiments, when a field is included in the first calculation formula and is deleted in the project management system, for example, in a field management page of the target work item, and/or in a field management page of a work item having a relationship with the target work item, the deleted field is replaced with preset placeholder information in the first calculation formula at this time, and a prompt message is displayed for prompting that the field has been deleted.
When a field in a first calculation formula is deleted in a field management page, canceling the calculation result corresponding to the first calculation formula in the target service scene, namely, the calculation result of the first calculation formula cannot be displayed in a detail page or view of a target work item.
When a field in a first calculation formula is deleted in a field management page, a calculation result corresponding to the first calculation formula does not affect the service of the target service scene, i.e. the flow cannot be blocked or pushed based on the calculation result of the first calculation formula.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2C, a formula usage specification control 136 is further displayed in the second window 13, and when the formula usage specification control 136 is triggered, the user can jump to a corresponding formula usage specification page or document, so that the user can view the usage specification of the calculation formula, and the user can quickly understand the usage of the calculation formula.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2B, an advanced configuration control may also be displayed in the first window 12 for configuring whether the user is allowed to edit the first calculation formula. When the user is not allowed to edit, if the user wants to edit, corresponding prompt information is displayed to prompt the user that the calculation formula can not be edited.

In some embodiments, when the condition judgment is performed, the first calculation formula may be added to the condition judgment of the default condition/the necessary condition, and the condition judgment may be performed based on the calculation result of the first calculation formula.

In some embodiments, when the target business scenario is a detail page or view of the target work item, the sum of the two numerical fields can be calculated by using the first calculation formula, and a new data field is obtained and displayed in the detail page and/or the target view. For example, the first calculation formula "{ cost one } + { cost two }" is obtained through the fields of "cost one", "cost two" and the operator "+", the calculation result is "total cost", the calculation result type is a digital type, and the calculation result is displayed in the detail page and/or the target view. When the values of "cost one" and/or "cost two" in the calculation data are changed, the value of the calculation result "total cost" is changed accordingly.
In some embodiments, when the target service scene is a view of the target work item, the defects associated with a certain requirement can be calculated by using the first calculation formula and displayed in the target view, so that a user can conveniently find the requirement with the largest number of associated defects to perform high-quality repair. At this time, the defects associated with each requirement in the associated work item may be counted by using the function count (), the calculation result of the first calculation formula is the number of associated defects, and the number of associated defects is displayed in the target view.
In some embodiments, when the target service scenario is a view of the target work item, the priority of calculating the associated defect is displayed in the target view under all requirements calculated by using the first calculation formula, so that a user can conveniently find out which of the requirements with the greatest number of associated defects and the defect priority of P0 exist, and high-quality repair is performed. In this embodiment, the associated defect with the priority equal to P0 may be found through the function filter (), then calculated through count (), and then defect data is obtained as a calculation result, and then the defect data is displayed in the target view list.
In some embodiments, when the target service scenario is a view of the target work item, the priority of calculating the associated defect is displayed in the target view under the condition that the first calculation formula is used to calculate the incomplete requirement, so that the user can conveniently find out which of the requirements with the maximum defect priority of P0 exist for performing high-quality repair. In this embodiment, the associated defect with priority equal to P0 is found by the function filter (): calculating incomplete requirements by using the function empty () to calculate the field 'completion time' as null, calculating the quantity by using the countif (), obtaining a calculation result as the quantity of associated requirements, and displaying the quantity of associated requirements in the target view list.
In some embodiments, when the target service scenario is a view of the target work item, the requirement development manpower scale may be calculated by using the first calculation formula and displayed in the target view, so that the requirement development manpower scale may be ranked according to the requirement development manpower scale. In this embodiment, the relevant nodes are matched and developed by using the match () function, then the evaluation of the development nodes is calculated by using the filter () function, and finally the sum () function is used for summation, so that the calculation result is displayed in the target view list.
In some embodiments, when the target business scenario is a detail page or view of the target work item, the node time may be acquired by using the first calculation formula and displayed in the target view, for example, the start time of a certain node in the flow may be acquired, for example, the development start time may be acquired and displayed in the target view. In this embodiment, the start time of the target node may be calculated using the end time of the last node of the target nodes as the start time of the target node or the earliest start time of each target node as the start time, and displayed in the detail page or the target view.
In some embodiments, when the target service scenario is a view of the target work item, a first calculation formula may be used to calculate how many delay nodes are in a demand, and the delay nodes are displayed in the target view after being sorted in the table from high to low, so as to determine the demand delay condition. In this embodiment, it is first determined whether the node state of the node is completed; then judging that the actual end time of the node is larger than the end time of the node scheduling, wherein the condition that the node has no scheduling needs to be considered; and thus the calculation result of the obtained deferred node is displayed in the target view list.
Or, the first calculation formula may also be used to determine whether a node is deferred, if the node is deferred, the calculation result of the first calculation formula is "deferred", and the deferred state of the node is displayed as "deferred" in the detail page or the target view.
Alternatively, all deferred nodes may be output on a table for viewing using the first calculation formula. In this embodiment, when it is determined that a certain node is deferred, the node name of the node is displayed as a calculation result in a table.
In some embodiments, when the target service scene is a detail page or view of the target work item, the number of times of entering a certain node can be calculated by using the first calculation formula and displayed in the target view. In this embodiment, nodes are first screened for buried point design by find () function: find ({ flow node }, each { name = = "buried point design"), then obtain the number of entries through find () function: find ({ flow node }, each { name = = "buried point design"), { number of node entries }, obtained number of entries is displayed as a calculation result in a detail page or a target view list.
In some embodiments, field stitching may be implemented by a first calculation formula, and data for multiple fields may be stitched by a join () function and then displayed in a detail page or target view, such as join ([ { priority }, { name }, "-").
In some embodiments, when the target traffic scenario is a flowchart, the calculation result of the first calculation formula may be used to limit the circulation of the nodes. For example, the number of P0 BUGs of OPEN or REOPEN in demand may be set to 0, and the node may only go through. The calculation formula is as follows: if (count (filter ({ target workitem _ requirement }, each.{ priority } = p0= +. ||each { current state } = "REOPEN")) = =0, true, false).
In the present embodiment, in the calculation result type setting area, the type of calculation result is set as the signal field; in the flow, setting a target node as an automatic confirmation node; clicking the node flow option to find out the configuration of the completion form; in the popped interface, dragging a field to the left side into a form, and setting the field to be necessary to fill; the requirement detail page is directly updated or the requirement is created, so that the configuration can be completed.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: recalculating the first calculation formula in response to the preset condition being met, and obtaining an updated calculation result; and displaying an updated calculation result corresponding to the first calculation formula in the target service scene, or influencing the service of the target service scene based on the updated calculation result corresponding to the first calculation formula.
In this embodiment, when the preset condition is met, the first calculation formula may be recalculated to obtain an updated calculation result, and the updated calculation result of the first calculation formula in the target service scene, or the updated calculation result of the first calculation formula is used to affect the service of the target service scene.
The preset conditions may be: the first calculation formula is modified, the calculation data corresponding to the calculation data information is changed, the flow chart of the target work item is modified, the flow chart enters a detail page or view of the target work item, a page where the detail page or view of the target work item is located is refreshed, and the like, and the embodiment is not limited to the above.
It should be noted that the method of the embodiments of the present disclosure may be performed by a single device, such as a computer or a server. The method of the embodiment can also be applied to a distributed scene, and is completed by mutually matching a plurality of devices. In the case of such a distributed scenario, one of the devices may perform only one or more steps of the methods of embodiments of the present disclosure, the devices interacting with each other to accomplish the methods.

1. A data processing method applied to a project management system, comprising:
acquiring calculation data information and calculation logic information of a first calculation formula of a target work item in response to a setting operation of the first calculation formula of the target work item, wherein the first calculation formula is associated with the target work item;
based on the calculation data information, obtaining corresponding calculation data, and calculating the obtained calculation data based on the calculation logic information to obtain a calculation result;
And responding to the operation of adding the first calculation formula to a target service scene in the project management system, and displaying a calculation result corresponding to the first calculation formula in the target service scene, or influencing the service of the target service scene based on the calculation result corresponding to the first calculation formula.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein,
the first calculation formula belongs to the target work item;
