step four: performing a first operation using a remodel layer, the first operation including at least receiving a plurality of the specific building stereoscopic space model modeling [ i ] and presentation mask information non [ i ] for each specific building, remolding the plurality of the specific building stereoscopic space model modeling [ i ] based on the presentation mask information non [ i ] for each specific building;

step six: receiving a model i of building a three-dimensional space improvement model by using a CIM platform preprocessing layer, and determining CIM platform modeling position information of a plurality of specific buildings according to geographic information offset preset by a system and based on original position information of the plurality of specific buildings by superposing the geographic information offset preset by the system;
step seven: defining the access level distribution of CIM platform users by using an information integration layer to be the same as the display mask information distribution of the building, and presetting the access level of CIM platform users of each user by a system administrator aiming at authorized access users in a built-in information base of the system;
step eight: and receiving CIM platform user information of the information integration library by using the CIM platform, establishing a plurality of building models according to the stereoscopic space improvement model modeling i and CIM platform modeling position information of a plurality of specific buildings, determining user-oriented display information according to the CIM platform user access level, the stereoscopic space improvement model modeling i and the CIM platform modeling position information of the plurality of specific buildings, and displaying the user-oriented display information to corresponding users.
Preferably, the access level distribution of the CIM platform user is S, A, B or C, and the access level of S is higher than a and higher than B and higher than C.
Preferably, the display mask information is used for representing the presentable information of the building facing to the CIM platform user, wherein the display mask information of S represents that the security is higher than a and higher than B and higher than C, that is, the presentable information of S level is minimum.

The invention provides a geographic information receiving and processing system based on a CIM platform, and provides a geographic information receiving and processing system and method based on the CIM platform, wherein a unified CIM platform management end is used for initializing a system management function, and modeling object management is realized better than the prior art. Firstly, building identification normalization is realized by introducing cooperation of a CIM platform management end and a system building identification preset part, and a unified building allocation mode is established for building modeling of the CIM platform. Meanwhile, building structure information and display mask information of a plurality of specific buildings are collected through a plurality of building information collection units, single-end double collection is achieved, and structural information and safety characteristic information of the buildings are obtained. The CIM platform-based preprocessing layer provides a safety protection function for the CIM platform-based geographic information receiving and processing system, diversity access and specificity management of platform users are achieved, and excessive reading of system information by low-level users is avoided, so that CIM platform information leakage is avoided. Finally, the CIM platform user is considered to possibly contain multiple types, so that a user grading mechanism organically cooperated with the display mask information is provided, the platform user is effectively graded, and the building modeling is subjected to information security association through the matched use of the modeling layer and the remodeling layer, so that the update evolution of the building modeling is realized. Through systematic management of CIM platform users and modeling objects, CIM digital modeling and platform management with consistent standards and orderly distribution are realized.

Preferably, the display mask information is used for representing the presentable information of the building facing to the CIM platform user, wherein the display mask information of S represents that the security is higher than a and higher than B and higher than C, that is, the presentable information of S level is minimum.
Preferably, the building identifiers i of the specific buildings in the geographic information receiving and processing system based on the CIM platform are different values.

The invention provides a geographic information receiving and processing system based on a CIM platform, and provides a geographic information receiving and processing system and method based on the CIM platform, wherein a unified CIM platform management end is used for initializing a system management function, and modeling object management is realized better than the prior art. Firstly, building identification normalization is realized by introducing cooperation of a CIM platform management end and a system building identification preset part, and a unified building allocation mode is established for building modeling of the CIM platform. Meanwhile, building structure information and display mask information of a plurality of specific buildings are collected through a plurality of building information collection units, single-end double collection is achieved, and structural information and safety characteristic information of the buildings are obtained. The CIM platform-based preprocessing layer provides a safety protection function for the CIM platform-based geographic information receiving and processing system, diversity access and specificity management of platform users are achieved, and excessive reading of system information by low-level users is avoided, so that CIM platform information leakage is avoided. Finally, the CIM platform user is considered to possibly contain multiple types, so that a user grading mechanism organically cooperated with the display mask information is provided, the platform user is effectively graded, and the building modeling is subjected to information security association through the matched use of the modeling layer and the remodeling layer, so that the update evolution of the building modeling is realized. Through systematic management of CIM platform users and modeling objects, CIM digital modeling and platform management with consistent standards and orderly distribution are realized.
In all the above embodiments, in order to achieve the requirements of some special data transmission and read/write functions, devices, modules, devices, hardware, pin connections or memories and processor differences may be added to the operation process of the above method and the corresponding devices to expand the functions.
