1. Examples 1 to 5 are the protection of solid enzyme activities by trehalose and sodium gluconate
Preparing a solid enzyme-free detergent, namely uniformly mixing 40kg of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 10kg of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 30kg of sodium carbonate and 18.5kg of sodium sulfate;
commercial detergents used alkaline lipase enzyme solution with an enzyme activity of 150000U/mL. Trehalose and sodium gluconate were added and mixed uniformly as in table 1, spray dried (inlet air temperature 170 ℃, outlet air temperature 80 ℃, material collection temperature 60 ℃) and mixed uniformly with solid enzyme-free detergent. Comparative example 1 and examples 1 to 6 were dissolved at 5℃and 35℃and 85℃respectively, and the enzyme activities were measured after 20 minutes. The results of the enzyme activity measurement are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 1 addition amount of trehalose and sodium gluconate to solid detergents
TABLE 2 enzyme activity measurement results
Compared with comparative example 1, the enzyme activities are better after the trehalose and the sodium gluconate are added, and the enzyme activities are better than that of the trehalose or the sodium gluconate which are added independently, which shows that the trehalose and the sodium gluconate have synergistic effect in the aspect of maintaining the enzyme activities.
2. Examples 7 to 11 are the protective action of trehalose and sodium gluconate on the enzymatic activity of a liquid
Preparation of liquid detergents: mixing linear sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate 33kg, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether 10kg, sodium sulfate 15kg, alkyl glycoside 5kg, and softened water 34.5 kg;
commercially available alkaline lipase enzyme solution has an enzyme activity of 150000U/mL. Uniformly mixing the gluconic acid and sodium gluconate buffer solution with the liquid detergent according to the table 3, adding trehalose, uniformly mixing, and finally uniformly mixing with the enzyme-free liquid detergent. Comparative example 2, examples 7 to 11 were dissolved at 5℃and 30℃and 85℃respectively, and the enzyme activity was measured after 20 minutes. The results of the enzyme activity measurement are shown in Table 4.
TABLE 3 addition of trehalose and sodium gluconate to liquid detergents
Note that: the concentration of sodium gluconate in the gluconic acid and gluconic acid buffer solution is 2mol/L, and the molar ratio of the gluconic acid to the sodium gluconate is 1:25.
TABLE 4 enzyme activity measurement results
Compared with comparative example 2, after the trehalose, the gluconic acid and the sodium gluconate buffer solution are added, the enzyme activity is kept better, and the enzyme activity is superior to that of the trehalose or the sodium gluconate alone, which shows that the trehalose, the gluconic acid and the sodium gluconate have synergistic effect in the aspect of keeping the enzyme activity.
3. Scale-resistant effect test
Comparative example 1 and example 4 were each taken in a 1L triangular flask, dissolved in tap water from different places ( Zhuang Cun tap water from Pingyan county, tap water from Happy district of Pingyan county), heated at 50℃to observe the scale formation phenomenon on the inner wall of the triangular flask, after scale formation occurs, the detergent in the flask was poured out, and the scale formation phenomenon on the flask was observed, as a result of which the figure 1 was shown.
As can be seen from FIG. 1, example 4 produced significantly less scale than comparative example 1, demonstrating that the addition of trehalose and sodium gluconate to the detergent effectively removed scale and the inner wall of the machine wash was not prone to scale formation.
4. Detergency test
Unless otherwise indicated, only distilled or deionized water or water of comparable purity, milk, soybean oil was used in the analysis.
