step S1: placing the vacuum packaging bag at the working end of the vacuum packaging machine, and enabling an air suction nozzle of the vacuum packaging machine to extend into the packaging bag;
step S2: starting the vacuum packaging machine to vacuumize the packaging bag;
step S3: after the vacuum packaging machine vacuumizes the packaging bag for 0-30S, releasing the pressure of the vacuum packaging machine so as to reduce the vacuum degree of the vacuum packaging machine;
step S4: when the negative pressure value of the vacuum packaging machine is reduced and the vacuum degree in the packaging bag is the preset negative pressure value K, the vacuum packaging machine completely seals the packaging bag;
step S5: after the packaging bag is completely sealed, the vacuum packaging machine continuously releases pressure until the negative pressure value is zero;
step S6: the vacuum packing machine stops heating.
It should be noted that, the vacuum packaging machine should set related parameter values in advance corresponding to the capacity of the packaging bag, in one embodiment, when the packaging bag with the capacity of 500ML is put into the vacuum packaging machine, the air suction nozzle of the vacuum packaging machine is made to vacuumize the packaging bag; firstly, after the vacuum packaging machine vacuumizes the packaging bag for 10S, the vacuum packaging machine is relieved to reduce the vacuum degree of the vacuum packaging machine, so that the efficiency of the vacuum packaging machine in vacuumizing the packaging bag is reduced; simultaneously, the vacuum packaging machine heats the packaging bag; then, when the negative pressure value of the vacuum packaging machine and the vacuum degree of the packaging bag are both 0.2KPa, the packaging bag is heated and sealed by the vacuum packaging machine; then, in order to prevent the air flow impact of the external air pressure on the packaging bag which is just sealed, the mouth of the packaging bag is re-opened, the vacuum packaging machine is enabled to continuously heat the packaging bag, and simultaneously the vacuum packaging machine is enabled to continuously pump air from the mouth of the packaging bag until the negative pressure value of the vacuum packaging machine is relieved to 0; and finally, closing the vacuum packaging machine to stop heating and vacuumizing.
Example 5: the heating of the vacuum packaging machine is intermittent heating, preferably, the heating time of each vacuum packaging machine is 3S, the time interval of each heating of the vacuum packaging machine is 1S, and the intermittent heating is carried out on the vacuum packaging machine so as to prevent the risk of breakage of the packaging bag due to overhigh heating; meanwhile, the vacuum packaging machine pauses the heating period, so that the liquid in the packaging bag absorbs heat to the packaging bag, and the temperature of the liquid near the sealing position of the packaging bag is improved in a reciprocating manner, so that the risk of insufficient sealing of the packaging bag due to the fact that the liquid absorbs heat to the packaging bag in the final sealing process of the packaging bag is avoided.
Example 6: when the vacuum packaging machine is used for pressure relief, the vacuum packaging machine is enabled to adopt intermittent pressure relief, preferably, the time length of each pressure relief of the vacuum packaging machine is 1S, the interval of each pressure relief is 1S, and the intermittent pressure relief of the vacuum packaging machine is adopted to enable the vacuum degree of the vacuum packaging machine to be gradually reduced to 0, so that fluctuation generated when the vacuum packaging machine vacuumizes a packaging bag is avoided, and fluctuation of the liquid level in the packaging bag and even fluctuation of the liquid in the packaging bag caused by fluctuation of the volume change of the packaging bag are effectively avoided, and the liquid in the packaging bag flows out of the mouth of the packaging bag; the vacuum packaging machine is beneficial to improving the packaging stability of the vacuum packaging machine, and it can be understood that when the pressure relief mode is adopted, the pressure relief speed of the vacuum pump is kept constant, and the pressure relief exhaust capacity of the vacuum packaging machine is larger than the exhaust capacity of the vacuum packaging machine, so that the effect of gradually reducing the vacuum degree of the vacuum packaging machine is realized.
Example 7: when the vacuum packaging machine is used for pressure relief, the vacuum packaging machine is enabled to adopt the pressure relief speed for pressure relief in an incremental mode, preferably, the vacuum packaging machine is enabled to carry out pressure relief in an incremental mode at the acceleration rate of 0.02KPa/S, the pressure relief speed of the vacuum packaging machine is 0.02KPa/S in 1S, the pressure relief speed of the vacuum packaging machine is 0.04KPa/S in 2S, the pressure relief speed of the vacuum packaging machine is enabled to be gradually increased, the effect that the vacuum degree of the vacuum packaging machine is gradually reduced can be achieved, fluctuation generated when the vacuum packaging machine vacuumizes a packaging bag is avoided, and fluctuation of the liquid level in the packaging bag caused by fluctuation of the volume change of the packaging bag is effectively avoided, and even liquid in the packaging bag flows out of the mouth of the packaging bag; is beneficial to improving the packaging stability of the vacuum packaging machine.
Example 8: when the vacuum degree in the packaging bag is 0.3KPa and the vacuum value of the vacuum packaging machine is reduced to 0.3KPa, the air suction pressure of the vacuum packaging machine is equal to the pressure in the packaging bag, and the vacuum packaging machine does not suck air to the packaging bag at the moment, so that the volume of the packaging bag cannot change, and the liquid in the packaging bag is in a static state, thereby being convenient for the vacuum packaging machine to completely seal the packaging bag and being beneficial to improving the sealing effect of the vacuum packaging machine; it should be noted that when the liquid in the packaging bag is still, the liquid cannot flow to take away the heat on the packaging bag, so that the stability of the heating sealing of the packaging bag is improved.

Specifically, when the packaging bag is placed in the vacuum packaging machine for packaging, the control assembly controls the vacuum generating assembly to provide negative pressure for the sealing assembly 2 so that the sealing assembly 2 can vacuumize and seal the packaging bag, and then the functions of automatically vacuumizing and sealing the packaging bag by the vacuum packaging machine are realized; when the product in the packaging bag contains liquid, the volume in the packaging bag is reduced in the process of vacuumizing the packaging bag, the liquid flows out of the product, and the atmospheric pressure can generate pressure on the packaging bag and squeeze the liquid in the packaging bag to the bag opening along with the continuous reduction of the pressure in the packaging bag; after the control assembly controls the vacuum generating assembly to work for a certain time according to the capacity of the inner space of the packaging bag, the control assembly controls the vacuum adjusting assembly to work, so that the vacuum adjusting assembly carries out vacuum adjustment on the vacuum generating assembly, the vacuumizing effect of the vacuum generating assembly on the packaging bag is reduced, the pressure in the packaging bag is kept consistent with the external pressure, the pressure of the packaging bag is prevented from being generated by the atmospheric pressure, and the liquid in the packaging bag is prevented from flowing to the bag mouth of the packaging bag, so that the sealing assembly 2 can heat and seal the packaging bag conveniently; because when the vacuum generating assembly completely withdraws the vacuumizing effect on the packaging bag, the outside air is easy to flow back into the packaging bag, so that the packaging bag is continuously vacuumized through the vacuum generating assembly, the air is prevented from flowing back into the packaging bag, the packaging bag cannot be vacuumized, and the functions of vacuumizing and sealing the packaging bag containing liquid products are achieved smoothly by the vacuum packaging machine.
It can be understood that, assuming that after the packaging bag is vacuumized for 10S, the liquid in the packaging bag flows to the bag mouth, when the control component controls the vacuum generating component to work for 10S, the control component controls the vacuum adjusting component to conduct vacuum breaking on the vacuum generating component, so that the pressure in the packaging bag is consistent with the external pressure, namely, when the vacuum generating component adopts two different vacuum values to vacuumize the packaging bag, and the vacuumizing degree of the vacuum generating component is a first true value, the vacuumizing time of the packaging bag does not exceed the preset time, so that the effects of vacuumizing the packaging bag and preventing the atmospheric pressure from generating pressure on the packaging bag can be achieved, and the liquid in the packaging bag is prevented from flowing to the bag mouth of the packaging bag; and then the vacuum adjusting assembly is used for carrying out vacuum adjustment on the vacuum generating assembly, so that the vacuum generating assembly is used for vacuumizing the packaging bag by a second vacuum value with the vacuumizing degree smaller than the first truth value, and further, air is effectively prevented from flowing back into the packaging bag, and the sealing assembly 2 is used for heating and sealing the packaging bag conveniently.

Step S3: the controller acquires data of various operation parameters of the vacuum seal, and controls various execution components of the vacuum packaging machine to execute the vacuumizing seal operation, wherein the vacuumizing seal operation specifically comprises the following substeps:

If the distance between the liquid level in the vacuum packaging bag and the seal is monitored to reach the first safety seal distance, and the vacuum degree in the vacuum packaging bag does not reach the first preset vacuum degree, the air pumping speed of the vacuum tube packaging machine is increased, and the vacuumizing operation for the vacuum packaging bag is executed at the second preset air pumping speed;
