It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the present application.
The infrared remote control device of this embodiment generally comprises an infrared emission module (or an infrared receiving and emitting module), a signal modulation module, a central control module, a data storage module, a keyboard module, a power supply module, and the like. Wherein the power supply module provides matched power supply voltage to each module of the infrared remote control device by utilizing a battery; the keyboard module is used for receiving the trigger of the user to different keys to call the corresponding trigger instruction; the data storage module records infrared signal values corresponding to triggering instructions of different keys on the keyboard module, and records an early warning information comparison table, a preset self-checking program and the like of corresponding early warning information when the infrared remote control device is in different abnormal states; the central control module is used for transmitting a triggering instruction corresponding to the triggered key of the keyboard module to the signal modulation module, executing a self-checking program preset in the data storage module and the like; the signal modulation module is used for modulating the triggering instruction into a corresponding infrared signal value according to the record in the data storage module, and loading the infrared signal value to the infrared emission module or the infrared receiving and emitting module; the infrared transmitting module or the infrared receiving and transmitting module transmits the infrared signal value to the outside in a specific direction so as to be received and analyzed by the television in the specific direction range.
Based on the above understanding, referring to fig. 1, the early warning method of the infrared remote control device of the present application is applied to an embodiment of the infrared remote control device, and includes:
101. when the infrared remote control device is determined to be in an abnormal state, acquiring preset early warning information.
The infrared remote control device stores a self-detection program of an abnormal state in advance, and the self-detection program of the abnormal state can be used for detecting the state of the infrared remote control device so as to determine whether the infrared remote control device is in the abnormal state, for example, the abnormal state of the infrared remote control device comprises: the electric quantity is equal to or lower than a preset electric quantity threshold value, the key is in an adhesion state, a circuit fault and the like. The infrared remote control device starts a self-detection program of an abnormal state to perform self-detection, and when the infrared remote control device is determined to be in the abnormal state, early warning information corresponding to the abnormal state is obtained from a pre-stored early warning information comparison table.
102. And the early warning information is sent outwards through an infrared emission module of the infrared remote control device, so that the television carries out early warning reminding according to the received early warning information.
The infrared remote control device sends the early warning information determined in the step 101 to the external space through the infrared emission module of the infrared remote control device, so that after the television in the external space receives the early warning information, the television executes early warning reminding according to the early warning information, a user can know the abnormal state of the infrared remote control device through the television, even the user can obtain the solution of the abnormal state of the infrared remote control device from the television, and people who are aware of electronic equipment are not all in the line can also perform fault elimination or seek help to professionals according to the early warning information of the television.
Referring to fig. 2, the early warning method of the infrared remote control device is applied to an embodiment of a television, and includes:
201. and receiving early warning information sent by the infrared remote control device, wherein the early warning information is acquired when the infrared remote control device determines that the infrared remote control device is in an abnormal state.
It should be noted that, when the user uses the infrared remote control device to control the program playing of the television, the attention of the user is mostly on the screen of the television, so that the early warning of the infrared remote control device in this embodiment can be realized through the cooperation of the television, and thus the user can be quickly attracted to the abnormal state of the infrared remote control device. In view of this, the television in this step may receive the early warning information sent by the infrared remote control device, where the early warning information is acquired when the infrared remote control device determines that the television is in an abnormal state in the embodiment of fig. 1.
202. And carrying out early warning and reminding according to the early warning information.
The television can obtain the early warning information sent by the infrared remote control device according to the step 201, and execute early warning reminding. For example, one or more of popup window type reminding is adopted through a screen of the television, voice type reminding is broadcasted through a loudspeaker of the television, and the like. The user can know the abnormal state of the infrared remote control device through the television, and even the user can obtain the solution of the abnormal state of the infrared remote control device from the television, so that people who are aware of electronic equipment and are not all in the line can perform fault elimination or seek help for professionals according to the early warning information of the television.
Referring to fig. 3, the early warning method of the infrared remote control device is applied to an interactive embodiment between the infrared remote control device and a television, and includes:
301. the infrared remote control device monitors whether the key of the infrared remote control device is triggered, and when the key of the infrared remote control device is triggered, step 302 and/or step 303 are/is executed; when the key of the infrared remote control device is not triggered, the key is ignored.
It should be noted that, the infrared remote control device is in a standby state after the battery is correctly installed, at this time, the infrared remote control device needs to monitor whether the key of the infrared remote control device is triggered, and when the infrared remote control device monitors that the key(s) are triggered, the infrared remote control device exits the standby state, and a preset self-checking program is invoked to execute the determination of the abnormal state of the infrared remote control device.
302. The infrared remote control device judges whether the electric quantity of the infrared remote control device is equal to or lower than a preset electric quantity threshold value, and if the electric quantity of the infrared remote control device is equal to or lower than the preset electric quantity threshold value, step 304 is executed; if the electric quantity of the infrared remote control device is higher than the preset electric quantity threshold value, neglecting.
It should be noted that, the self-checking program preset by the infrared remote control device includes a detection program for the battery power of the infrared remote control device, in this step, the infrared remote control device starts to execute the detection program for the battery power of the infrared remote control device when the standby state is exited in step 301, so as to realize that the infrared remote control device judges whether the battery power of the infrared remote control device is equal to or lower than a preset battery power threshold, for example: here, the preset power threshold may be ten percent, twenty percent, etc. of the battery capacity, and the preset power threshold may also be a specific preset parameter of the remaining battery capacity, the current voltage value of the battery, etc. for reflecting the current battery power state of the infrared remote control device. If the electric quantity of the infrared remote control device is equal to or lower than the preset electric quantity threshold value, the infrared remote control device is indicated to be incapable of normally transmitting an infrared signal value outwards possibly caused by insufficient electric quantity of the battery, and a user needs to be reminded of timely replacing the battery of the infrared remote control device.
303. The infrared remote control device judges whether the keys of the infrared remote control device are in an abnormal state, and if the infrared remote control device is in the abnormal state, the step 304 is executed; if the infrared remote control device is in a normal state, the infrared remote control device is ignored.
In another embodiment, the preset self-checking program of the infrared remote control device may further include a detection program for determining whether the key(s) of the infrared remote control device are in an abnormal state, for example, the abnormal state of the key(s) of the infrared remote control device may be that the key(s) are in a blocking state, the key(s) in the blocking state may cause the infrared remote control device to send an infrared signal value of a control instruction represented by the key(s) to the outside for a long time, which is obviously not a playing control target that the user wants to implement for the television, where the criterion for determining whether the key(s) of the infrared remote control device are in the abnormal state may be that whether the key(s) of the infrared remote control device are in the blocking state for more than a preset time period, if the key(s) of the infrared remote control device are in the blocking state for more than the preset time period, the key(s) of the infrared remote control device is considered to be in the abnormal state, and the infrared signal value of the control instruction represented by the key(s) in the blocking state is not sent to the outside any more, and step 304 is executed.
In another embodiment, the preset self-checking program of the infrared remote control device may further include a detection program for detecting whether the hardware circuit of the infrared remote control device is in a fault state, for example, whether each module of the infrared remote control device is in a normal working voltage range, a current range, a temperature range, and the like, and when one module of the infrared remote control device is outside the normal working voltage range, the current range, the temperature range, and the like, the infrared remote control device is also considered to be in the abnormal state.
304. The infrared remote control device determines a target abnormal state where the infrared remote control device is located, and the target abnormal state is one of the abnormal states of the infrared remote control device.
After the infrared remote control device determines that the electric quantity is lower than or equal to the preset electric quantity threshold value in step 302, the infrared remote control device considers itself to be in an abnormal state after determining that the keys or the component modules are in an abnormal state in step 303. Specifically, when the infrared remote control device determines that the electric quantity is lower than or equal to a preset electric quantity threshold value, the infrared remote control device determines that the infrared remote control device is in a low electric quantity abnormal state; when the infrared remote control device determines that the key is in the adhesion state, the infrared remote control device determines that the infrared remote control device is in the abnormal state; and when the infrared remote control device determines that the working parameter range of the self-composed module is out of the normal parameter range, the infrared remote control device is determined to be in an abnormal working state. It can be understood that specific different abnormal state classifications and judgment standards of different abnormal state classifications can be set in the infrared remote control device according to actual conditions, so that the infrared remote control device can quickly know which one or more target abnormal states are currently in according to the judgment standards.
305. The infrared remote control device determines target early warning information corresponding to the abnormal state of the target in the early warning information comparison table, wherein the target early warning information is one type of early warning information recorded in the early warning information comparison table.
It should be noted that, the infrared remote control device pre-stores an early warning information comparison table for recording early warning information corresponding to the infrared remote control device in different abnormal states, and the infrared remote control device determines the target early warning information corresponding to the target abnormal state in step 304 in the early warning information comparison table. For example, the infrared remote control device determines that the corresponding target early warning information is added with a flag bit suffix "_OA" after the normal key value when the infrared remote control device is in the low-power abnormal state; for another example, the target early warning information corresponding to the fact that the infrared remote control device determines that the infrared remote control device is in the abnormal state of the key can be directly an infrared signal value of continuously triggered keys; for another example, when the infrared remote control device determines that the operation is abnormal, a flag bit suffix "x_yc" corresponding to the abnormality of a certain module can be added after the normal key value, wherein "X" can be used to refer to a component module in a certain infrared remote control device, in which abnormal operation occurs, and the component module can be pre-agreed between the infrared remote control device and the television, and is not illustrated one by one.
306. The television pre-stores a reminding policy table recording different early warning information execution early warning reminding policies of the infrared remote control device.
It can be understood that, the television is used as a terminal device on one side where the user focuses attention, and in this embodiment, a reminding policy table recording different early warning information of the infrared remote control device to execute an early warning and reminding policy may be prestored in the television in advance through modes of system update, factory prefabrication and the like, and an execution program of the early warning and reminding policy is stored, so that the target early warning information sent by the infrared remote control device is received in response in time. For example, for the case that the corresponding target early warning information in the low-power abnormal state is a flag bit suffix "_oa" added after the normal key value, the corresponding target early warning policy in the reminding policy table is: the pop-out window plays an animation of replacing the battery of the infrared remote control device so as to remind and teach a user to replace or re-electrify the battery of the infrared remote control device, and whether the initialization can be solved is checked by re-electrifying the infrared remote control device; aiming at the condition that the corresponding target early warning information is an infrared signal value of which the key is continuously triggered when the key is in an abnormal state, the corresponding target early warning strategy in the reminding strategy table is as follows: analyzing the signal waveform of the infrared signal value, judging whether the signal waveform accords with a preset enterprise standard (waveform enterprise standard information of each key of the infrared remote control device is stored in a television system, when the television system needs to be updated, the enterprise standard can be updated at any time through a background), if the signal waveform does not accord with the preset enterprise standard, uploading the abnormal waveform to a designated server in the background, analyzing and providing a solution for engineers at the first time (the engineers can see a corresponding problem machine mac, a corresponding machine activation user's warranty card mobile phone number, fault type description, operation tried by the user, a corresponding problem log and the like in the background), and also providing data references for product design, sales, quality monitoring of the infrared remote control device so as to improve the infrared remote control device, establish a unique work order number for faults encountered by the user at the place, and prompt a fault XX problem is automatically fed back to the after sales in a television screen pop-out window, and then contact the mobile phone is kept or the telephone is requested to obtain a XXXXxx telephone number through the engineer, so that the user can obtain a manual telephone number for the user after the sales; aiming at the condition that the suffix of the flag bit of a certain abnormal module in the abnormal working state is 'X_YC', the corresponding target early warning strategy in the reminding strategy table is as follows: the information of abnormality of the X-shaped module of the infrared remote control device is uploaded to a designated server in background silence, so that engineers can analyze and provide a solution at the first time, data references are provided for product design, sales and quality monitoring of the infrared remote control device, the infrared remote control device is improved, and a prompt of 'suggesting to replace a new infrared remote control device' is carried out when a television screen jumps out of a popup window, so that users can realize that the infrared remote control device is damaged. It can be understood that the reminding policy table can formulate the early warning and reminding policy for television reminding according to different target early warning information, and in general, the early warning and reminding policy can comprise: the method comprises the steps of playing the guide of fault elimination, playing the contact way of the fault elimination business service and reporting the data related to the early warning information to one or more background servers, so that a user can find a way for solving the abnormal problem of the infrared remote control device according to the early warning reminding strategy, thus timely feeding back the product problem to the manufacturer of the infrared remote control device, and being beneficial to quality improvement and abnormal analysis of the product.
307. The infrared remote control device sends target early warning information to the television.
Specifically, the infrared remote control device sends the target early warning information determined in step 305 to the television set in step 306.
308. And the television determines a target early warning reminding strategy corresponding to the target early warning information in the reminding strategy table.
After receiving the target early warning information sent by the infrared remote control device in step 307, the television determines a target early warning reminding policy corresponding to the target early warning information according to the record in the reminding policy table in step 306, where the target early warning reminding policy may be one or more.
309. And the television executes a target early warning reminding strategy.
The television executes the target early warning reminding strategy determined in the step 308, and realizes the early warning of the abnormal state of the infrared remote control device through the television, so that people who are aware of electronic equipment and are not all in the line can also perform fault elimination or seek help to professionals according to the early warning information of the television, and meanwhile, the complaint quantity of a merchant enterprise caused by the problem of the infrared remote control device can be reduced, and the image of enterprise service is improved.
