the charging unit, the archive unit, the evaluation unit, the recording unit and the follow-up unit are mutually connected and are connected with an HIS system.
Furthermore, the charging unit is also used for the withdrawal flow of the triage expense and the flow of the hospitalization charging.
Further, the functions of the archive unit include medical record room archiving, reading and referencing, medical record front page and patient profiling.
Furthermore, the medical record room filing function is used for managing and filing medical history of outpatient service and inpatient radiotherapy according to the treatment course.

Referring to fig. 1 and 6, the charging unit 1 is also used for a withdrawal procedure of triage fees and a procedure of inpatient charging.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 7, the functions of the archive unit 2 include medical record room archiving, review and reference, medical record top page and patient profiling.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 7, the medical record room filing function is used for managing and filing medical history of outpatient and inpatient radiotherapy according to the course of treatment.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 7, the retrieve and reference function is for retrieving, by other systems, reference inspection reports.
Referring to fig. 1 and 9, the follow-up unit 5 alerts the patient to periodic follow-up using messages including, but not limited to, sms.
Referring to fig. 1, 3, 4 and 5, the recording unit 4 is also used for recording the end of radiotherapy for out-patient patients.
Referring to fig. 1, 3, 4 and 5, the recording unit 4 is further used for recording and recording radiotherapy, and the main functions of recording and recording radiotherapy are maintenance of a radiotherapy recording structure, maintenance of a radiotherapy recording template and processing of radiotherapy recording structured data.

The follow-up unit 5 uses the short message to carry out the follow-up according to the nearby treatment time of the patient and timely informs the patient of the follow-up.
