2. The house lease management method of claim 1, characterized in that said step of generating an unlock instruction comprises:
reading a door lock number in an unlocking signal and a user number of the user side;
and generating an unlocking password according to the door lock number and the user number, and respectively sending the unlocking password to the user side and the door lock.
3. The house lease management method of claim 2, wherein said steps of generating an unlocking password according to said door lock number and said user number, and transmitting said unlocking password to said user terminal and said door lock, respectively, comprise:
the door lock number and the user number are read;
encrypting the door lock number through a specific key to obtain encrypted data, wherein the specific key is associated with the user number;
and sending the encrypted data to the user, and sending the specific key to the door lock.
4. The house lease management method of claim 1, characterized in that said step of generating an unlock instruction comprises:
and sending the user number of the user terminal to the door lock corresponding to the unlocking signal, so that the door lock is opened after receiving the near field communication signal broadcast by the user terminal corresponding to the user number.

according to the door lock number, room renting information corresponding to the door lock is obtained;
and calculating the openable time corresponding to the door lock according to the electricity record in the room renting information.
7. The house renting management method according to claim 6, wherein the step of calculating the openable time corresponding to the door lock according to the electricity record in the room renting information includes:
reading a peak time period when the electricity consumption in the electricity consumption record is larger than a preset electricity consumption threshold;
the openable time is calculated based on the peak time period and the regular rest time period.
8. A house lease management system, comprising:
the server is respectively in communication connection with a plurality of user terminals;
the server is configured to perform the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1-7.
