Example 1
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a data report construction method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method may be implemented by a data report construction device, and the data report construction device may be implemented in hardware and/or software, and the data report construction device may be configured in an electronic device having data processing capability. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s110, acquiring a form template and data to be filled through a front-end server, and sending the data to be filled to a back-end server through the front-end server.
The front-end server may be the portal of the website, responsible for receiving the user's request, and responsible for forwarding the request to the server of the back-end server. The backend server may be a server that performs functions such as processing, forwarding, and storing of data. The form template may be an excel-like form template file. The data to be filled may be user entered data to be filled into the form template.
After uploading the sample template, the front-end server acquires the sample template, and the acquired sample template is locally stored in the front-end server. After the front-end server acquires input data to be filled, the data to be filled is subjected to data type conversion, the data to be filled, which can be correctly received by the back-end server, is obtained, and the data to be filled after the data type conversion is sent to the back-end server.
The front-end server acquires the form template and the data to be filled, and the front-end server sends the data to be filled to the back-end server, so that the front-end server avoids the need of processing the data which is inconsistent with the characteristics of the front-end server, and the running stability of the front-end server is ensured.
S120, the back-end server processes the data to be filled according to a formula associated with the data to be filled to obtain target data, and the target data is sent to the front-end server.
The target data may be a calculation result obtained by calculating the data to be filled by a formula.
After the back-end server receives the data to be filled sent by the front-end server, the analysis component analyzes the data to be filled sent by the front-end server, calculates the data to be filled by using a formula which is loaded in the back-end server and is associated with the data to be filled, determines a calculation result as target data, and sends the target data to the front-end server.
The back-end server processes the data to be filled according to a formula associated with the data to be filled to obtain target data, and the target data are sent to the front-end server, so that the target data which are difficult to calculate by the front-end server are calculated by the back-end server, the operation pressure of the front-end server is reduced, the stable operation of the front-end server is ensured, and meanwhile, the accuracy of a calculation result is ensured.
Optionally, before the back-end server processes the data to be filled according to the formula associated with the data to be filled to obtain the target data, the method further includes:
and analyzing the preconfigured formula file through a formula analyzer, and storing the analyzed candidate formulas in a database.
The public file may be a file in which a plurality of operation formulas are described. The formula parser may be a tool that parses a formula described in a formula file to obtain a formula that can be correctly stored in a database. The candidate formula may be a formula obtained after parsing by a formula parser.
When receiving the formula file, the formula analyzer analyzes the formula file to obtain candidate formulas which can be accurately read and correctly identified by both the database and the back-end server, and stores the obtained candidate formulas in the database.
In an alternative scheme, the back-end server processes the data to be filled according to a formula associated with the data to be filled to obtain target data, and the method can comprise the steps of A1-A2:
and A1, matching the candidate formulas according to the data to be filled by the back-end server to obtain a target formula associated with the data to be filled.
And A2, processing the data to be filled through a target formula to obtain target data.
The target formula may be a formula to calculate the data to be filled.
Since a plurality of formulas may be contained in the formula file, not all formulas are required for the data to be filled, but only formulas matched with the data to be filled are required for calculation.
Therefore, after the back-end server receives the data to be filled, the data to be filled is matched with the analyzed candidate formulas, so that a target formula for calculating the data to be filled is determined, and the target formula is utilized to calculate the data to be filled.
Optionally, before the back-end server processes the data to be filled according to the formula associated with the data to be filled to obtain the target data, the method further includes:
the back-end server analyzes and format-converts the data to be filled according to preset requirements to obtain target filling data.
The target population data may be data to be populated having a data format that can be correctly read by the backend server.
When the front-end server transmits the data to be filled, the front-end server converts the data format of the data to be filled, so that the transmitted data to be filled can be correctly received by the back-end server, but the back-end server cannot directly read the data although the data can be correctly received, and therefore the received data to be filled needs to be analyzed and converted in format, and the target filling data which can be correctly read by the back-end server is obtained.
Optionally, after the back-end server processes the data to be filled according to the formula associated with the data to be filled to obtain the target data, the method further includes:
and the back-end server sends the target data and the data to be filled into the database.
After the target data is obtained through calculation, the target data is required to be sent to the front-end server, so that the front-end server can display the target data, and further, subsequent checking is required to be met, so that after the back-end server obtains the target data through calculation, the target data and the data to be filled are sent to the database, and accurate data can be obtained in the database when historical data is checked later.
The history data may be target data calculated in the past, data to be filled corresponding to the target data, and the like.
Optionally, the back-end server sends the target data and the data to be filled into the database, and the method further includes:
and the back-end server performs standardized processing on the target data and the data to be filled according to the storage format requirement of the database.
The normalization process may be a process of converting the data to a data type that meets the storage format requirements of the database. Storage format requirements include, but are not limited to, data size and data type, etc.
When the back-end server sends the target data and the data to be filled to the database for storage, if the back-end server directly sends the target data and the data to be filled to the database, abnormal problems such as data cannot be identified correctly and the like can be caused in the database, and further the problem of data loss can be caused, therefore, when the back-end server sends the target data and the data to be filled to the database for storage, standardized processing needs to be carried out on the target data and the data to be filled to be sent, and the target data and the data to be filled are processed into data capable of meeting the storage format requirement of the database.
And S130, filling the sample template by the front-end server according to the target data to obtain a target data report.
The target data report may be a report of the sample template filled with target data and data to be filled.
After the front-end server receives the target data sent by the back-end server, the target data are filled into the form template according to the corresponding positions, so that the front-end server can timely display a target data report filled with the target data and the data to be filled to the client.
By adopting the technical scheme, the front-end server is used for acquiring the form template and the data to be filled, and the front-end server is used for transmitting the data to be filled to the back-end server, so that the front-end server can avoid the requirement of processing inconsistent with the characteristics of the front-end server, and the running stability of the front-end server is ensured. And filling the template according to the target data by the front-end server to obtain a target data report, so that the front-end server can timely display the target data report filled with the target data and the data to be filled to the client. Through the steps, the report forms can be rapidly developed, and the work of independently maintaining the server in the traditional report form making process is avoided.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of another method for constructing a data report according to the second embodiment of the present invention, where the process of filling a template with target data by a front-end server to obtain a target data report in the foregoing embodiment is further optimized based on the foregoing embodiment, and the present embodiment may be combined with each of the alternatives in one or more embodiments. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s210, acquiring a form template and data to be filled through a front-end server, and sending the data to be filled to a back-end server through the front-end server.
S220, the back-end server processes the data to be filled according to a formula associated with the data to be filled to obtain target data, and the target data is sent to the front-end server.
S230, analyzing the sample template to obtain attribute information of the content to be filled.
The content to be filled may be data to be filled, target data, or the like. Attribute information includes, but is not limited to, data type, fill location, and format, among others.
After the front-end server obtains the target data sent by the back-end server, the front-end server needs to determine information such as filling positions of the target data in the form template, so that the target data can be accurately filled in the form template. Therefore, when the sample template needs to be analyzed, the attribute information of the content to be filled is determined.
S240, determining filling positions of the target data according to matching relations between the target data and attribute information of the content to be filled, and filling the sample templates according to the filling positions to obtain a target data report.
After the attribute information of the content to be filled is obtained, the target data and the attribute information of the content to be filled are required to be matched, so that the filling position of the target data is determined, the target data is correspondingly filled according to the determined filling position, and a filled target data report is obtained.
By adopting the technical scheme, the attribute information of the content to be filled is acquired by analyzing the sample template, the filling position of the target data is determined according to the matching relation between the target data and the attribute information of the content to be filled, the sample template is filled according to the filling position to obtain the target data report, and further, the filling position of the target data and the information such as the data type, the format and the like of the filling data in the sample template are determined, so that the accurate filling of the target data is realized, and the running stability of the whole system and the accuracy of a calculation result are further ensured.
Example III

Referring to fig. 3, before the front-end server and the back-end server operate, the formula parser parses the formula file, and stores the parsed result in the database. When the front-end server receives the form template and the data to be filled, the form template is stored locally, the data type of the data to be filled is converted, and the converted data to be filled is sent to the back-end server. After receiving data to be filled sent by a front-end server, the back-end server carries out data type conversion on the received data to be filled, extracts a formula stored in a database, calculates the data to be filled according to the formula corresponding to the data to be filled, obtains target data, sends the target data to the front-end server, and sends the target data and the data to be filled to the database for storage.
