背景技术
特别是在电动汽车(electric mobility)领域,为了例如降低电动车辆的消耗(/功耗)(consumption)或增加电动车辆的里程(range),目前期望通过减轻重量来生产重量较轻的车辆。

图3示出了用于将车轮轴承4连接到等速接头2的方法的示意性流程图。在第一步骤S1中,该方法包括以下操作:提供车轮轴承4和等速接头2,等速接头2包括具有轴8的钟形件6,其中,轴8与车轮轴承4相比尺寸超出。随后,在步骤S2中,发生以下操作:将润滑剂施加到轴8和/或车轮轴承4的孔16上,润滑剂是固化粘合剂。粘合剂的施加可以例如二维地(two-dimensionally)或线性地进行。

总之,通过使用作为能够使等速接头2的轴8与车轮用轴承4的轮毂10按压在一起的润滑层的粘合层18,可以增加在轴8与轮毂10之间可传递的扭矩。这里,特别地,可以使得在规定尺寸的情况下在轴8与车轮轴承4的轮毂10之间可以传递的扭矩实质上加倍(/翻倍),使得所描述的子组装件1或所描述的方法也可以有利地用于车辆中的连接。

Claims (12)

1.一种具有车轮轴承(4)和等速接头(2)的子组装件(1),所述等速接头(2)包括具有轴(8)的钟形件(6),其中,所述轴(8)通过按压连接来连接到所述车轮轴承(4),其中,所述轴(8)和所述车轮轴承(4)被构造为在它们之间传递扭矩,并且所述轴(8)与所述车轮轴承(4)相比尺寸超出,其特征在于,在所述轴(8)与所述车轮轴承(4)之间设置有在组装期间用作润滑层的粘合层(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的子组装件(1),其特征在于,所述轴(8)尺寸超出至少5‰,优选地,所述轴(8)尺寸超出8‰与15‰之间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的子组装件(1),其特征在于,形成所述粘合层(18)的粘合剂是固化粘合剂,优选地,形成所述粘合层(18)的粘合剂是厌氧固化粘合剂和/或化学固化粘合剂。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的子组装件(1),其特征在于,所述轴(8)包括第一区域(9)和第二区域(11),其中,所述第二区域(11)布置在所述第一区域(9)的背离所述等速接头(2)的一侧,所述第一区域(9)被构造为在所述按压在一起之后与所述车轮轴承(4)接触,并且所述第二区域(11)设置有螺纹。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的子组装件(1),其特征在于,所述轴(8)的第一区域(9)具有圆柱形形状或圆锥形形状。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的子组装件(1),其特征在于,所述轴(8)和/或所述车轮轴承(4)的在所述连接期间与另一者接触的至少一个表面是经过表面处理的和/或具有增大的摩擦系数。
7.根据权利要求6所述的子组装件(1),其特征在于,所述表面是经过磷化、蚀刻、镀锌和/或喷除的,特别是,所述表面是经过喷砂和/或喷丸的。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的子组装件(1),其特征在于,所述轴(8)是中空的。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的子组装件(1),其特征在于,所述轴(8)与所述车轮轴承(4)之间能够传递的扭矩为至少4000Nm。
10.一种用于将车轮轴承(4)连接到等速接头(2)的方法,其中,所述方法包括:
提供(S1)车轮轴承(4)和等速接头(2),所述等速接头(2)包括具有轴(8)的钟形件(6),其中,所述轴(8)与所述车轮轴承(4)相比尺寸超出;
将润滑剂施加(S2)到所述轴(8)和/或所述车轮轴承(4)上,其中,所述润滑剂是粘合剂;以及
将所述轴(8)和所述车轮轴承(4)按压连接(S3)。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:对所述轴(8)和/或所述车轮轴承(4)的位于待形成的所述按压连接的区域中的表面进行处理,以增大所述表面的摩擦系数。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述表面的处理包括磷化、蚀刻、镀锌和/或喷除,特别是,所述表面的处理包括喷砂和/或喷丸。
