(2) Manufacturing a mould according to the size parameters constructed by the concrete well wall, manufacturing a steel bar frame according to the size of the concrete well wall, placing the steel bar frame into the mould, straightening the position of the steel bar frame, injecting concrete into the mould, waiting until the concrete in the mould is solidified, standing for 1h, and then disassembling the mould;
(3) After the concrete well wall is built, the concrete well wall is placed in the shade for convenient storage, and then the concrete well wall is prevented from being maintained through the plastic film, so that when the weather is high, the concrete well wall is required to be sprayed every day, and the cracking phenomenon of the concrete well wall is avoided.

Claims (8)
1. An environment-friendly formula of prefabricated rainwater and sewage well concrete is provided, which is characterized in that: the raw materials comprise 100-150 parts of cement, 200-250 parts of sand, 400-450 parts of cobble, 50-75 parts of water, 25-40 parts of a crack reducing agent, 15-20 parts of a curing reinforcing agent, 50-60 parts of industrial waste residues, 10-15 parts of an adhesive and 400-500 parts of a regenerated material, and the method sequentially comprises the following steps:
(1) Preparation of regenerated material: firstly, crushing waste concrete by hammering to remove reinforcing steel bars and various impurities, then putting crushed materials into a crusher to crush, and screening the crushed materials by a screen;
(2) Mixing of recycled materials: adding water into the concrete reclaimed materials, and then mixing the concrete reclaimed materials to uniformly stir the concrete reclaimed materials;
(3) Mixing cement: sequentially adding cement, sand, stones, a cracking reducing agent, a curing reinforcing agent, industrial waste residues and a binding agent into water, stirring and mixing the materials, adding the mixture obtained by stirring and mixing into the mixture obtained in the step (2), and continuously stirring the mixture.
2. The environmental protection formulation for prefabricated rain and sewage well concrete of claim 1, wherein: after the waste concrete is hammered in the step (1), the waste concrete is put into water, so that dust can be removed.
3. The environmental protection formulation for prefabricated rain and sewage well concrete of claim 1, wherein: the time of putting the water in the step (1) is 1h.
4. The environmental protection formulation for prefabricated rain and sewage well concrete of claim 1, wherein: and (3) putting the crushed materials in the step (1) into a crusher for crushing, and crushing fine sand with the diameter of 1-3 mm.
5. The environmental protection formulation for prefabricated rain and sewage well concrete of claim 1, wherein: in the step (2), the mixture is stirred for 3 hours, and the temperature is kept at 35 ℃.
6. The environmental protection formulation for prefabricated rain and sewage well concrete of claim 1, wherein: in the step (3), the cement is stirred for 2 hours, and the temperature is kept at 45 ℃.
7. The environmental protection formulation for prefabricated rain and sewage well concrete of claim 1, wherein: after the step (3) was mixed together, the temperature was maintained at 55 ℃, and the stirring time was set at 2h.
8. A preparation method of prefabricated rainwater and sewage well concrete is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) Selecting a design drawing which meets the construction specification and is suitable, and determining how much concrete well wall construction is manufactured according to the requirements of the construction drawing and the depth and diameter of a sewage well and the size of the sewage well;
(2) Manufacturing a mould according to the size parameters constructed by the concrete well wall, manufacturing a steel bar frame according to the size of the concrete well wall, placing the steel bar frame into the mould, straightening the position of the steel bar frame, injecting concrete into the mould, waiting until the concrete in the mould is solidified, standing for 1h, and then disassembling the mould;
(3) After the concrete well wall is built, the concrete well wall is placed in the shade for convenient storage, and then the concrete well wall is prevented from being maintained through the plastic film, so that when the weather is high, the concrete well wall is required to be sprayed every day, and the cracking phenomenon of the concrete well wall is avoided.
