In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the installation space 10 is defined inside the vehicle body 1, and the installation space 10 may be used to arrange at least part of components of the intelligent trailer 100, for example, a processor and a control unit may be arranged in the installation space 10, and at least part of the structure of the wheel assembly 2 and the power driving member 3 may be arranged in the installation space 10, so that the components arranged in the installation space 10 may avoid the influence of external environments, for example, the influence of liquids such as rainwater, and objects such as sand and stone on the components arranged in the installation space 10, thereby ensuring the use reliability of the components arranged in the installation space 10, and further being beneficial to prolonging the service life of the intelligent trailer 100. In order to facilitate the internal structure of the vehicle body 1, the vehicle body 1 shown in fig. 1 and 2 is only a partial structure of the vehicle body 1.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the vehicle body 1 may include a loading portion, a chassis portion, and a side body portion, which is connected between the loading portion and the chassis portion in a height direction of the vehicle body 1, and the loading portion is provided above the chassis portion, so that an effect that the loading portion, the chassis portion, and the side body portion cooperate together to form the vehicle body 1 is achieved, and an effect that the installation space 10 is defined inside the vehicle body 1 is achieved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the wheel assembly 2 may further include: the electric steering rudder 22, the electric steering rudder 22 wears to locate the automobile body 1, and the both ends of electric steering rudder 22 all have steering shaft, and wheel 23 is installed to the steering shaft, and electric steering rudder 22 is connected with the treater communication, and the treater is suitable for controlling electric steering rudder 22 work in order to make intelligent trailer 100 turn to realize the effect that the treater controlled intelligent trailer 100 turned to.
As shown in fig. 1, along the width direction of the intelligent trailer 100, the electric steering rudder 22 is arranged on the vehicle body 1 in a penetrating manner, two ends of the electric steering rudder 22 are respectively located on the outer side of the vehicle body 1, two ends of the electric steering rudder 22 are provided with steering shafts, the effect that the wheels 23 are in transmission connection with the electric steering rudder 22 is achieved through the steering shafts, the electric steering rudder 22 is suitable for controlling the wheels 23 arranged at two ends of the electric steering rudder 22 to rotate in the same direction, the effect that the intelligent trailer 100 has steering is achieved, and in the process that the intelligent trailer 100 moves, the effect that the intelligent trailer 100 steers and moves is achieved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the electric steering rudder 22 further has a steering motor and a steering rod, and the steering shaft has a first connection end and a second connection end, the steering rod is disposed through the vehicle body 1, and both ends of the steering rod are movably connected to the first connection end of one steering shaft, respectively, and the second connection end is pivotally connected to the vehicle body 1, so that the electric steering rudder 22 is suitable for controlling the wheels 23 disposed at both ends of the electric steering rudder 22 to rotate in the same direction.
The steering motor is in communication connection with the processor, and in the steering process of the intelligent trailer 100, the processor sends corresponding steering signals to the steering motor so that the steering motor controls the steering rod to move along the width direction of the vehicle body 1, and in the steering rod moving process, as the steering rod is movably connected with the first connecting end of the steering shaft, the second connecting end of the steering shaft rotates relative to the vehicle body 1 under the action of the steering rod, so that the effect that the steering shaft rotates relative to the vehicle body 1 is realized, and the effect that the processor is suitable for controlling the electric steering rudder 22 to work so as to steer the intelligent trailer 100 is realized.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the power driver 3 may include: the driving motor 31 and the transmission mechanism 32, the transmission mechanism 32 is in transmission connection between the driving motor 31 and at least one connecting shaft, and it can be also understood that when the intelligent trailer 100 is provided with a plurality of connecting shafts, the transmission mechanism 32 is in transmission connection between the driving motor 31 and one connecting shaft of the plurality of connecting shafts, so that the effect of transmission connection between the driving motor 31 and the connecting shaft is realized, the driving motor 31 drives the connecting shaft to rotate through the transmission mechanism 32, and thus the effect that the driving motor 31 drives the wheels 23 to rotate is realized, the effect that the intelligent trailer 100 moves is realized, and the intelligent trailer 100 can move forwards and backwards.
As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, the driving motor 31 and the transmission mechanism 32 are disposed in the installation space 10, so as to avoid the influence of liquids such as rainwater and objects such as sand and stone on the driving motor 31 and the transmission mechanism 32, thereby ensuring the reliability of the use of the driving motor 31 and the transmission mechanism 32, and further being beneficial to prolonging the service life of the intelligent trailer 100.
The driving motor 31 is in communication connection with the processor, and in the process of moving the intelligent trailer 100, the processor sends corresponding signals to the driving motor 31, for example, when the intelligent trailer 100 needs to be controlled to move forwards and backwards, the processor sends corresponding driving signals to the driving motor 31, so that the driving motor 31 drives the transmission mechanism 32 to drive, and the transmission mechanism 32 further drives the connecting shaft to rotate, so that the effect of moving the intelligent trailer 100 forwards and backwards is achieved. When the intelligent trailer 100 is required to be controlled to brake, the processor sends a braking signal to the driving motor 31, so that the driving motor 31 stops working, the driving motor 31 cannot drive the transmission mechanism 32 to drive, the driving motor 31 is prevented from driving the connecting shaft to rotate, the effect that the driving motor 31 cannot drive the wheels 23 to rotate is achieved, and the effect that the intelligent trailer 100 brakes to avoid obstacles is achieved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the intelligent trailer 100 may further have a braking system communicatively connected to the processor, where the braking system is configured to brake the wheels 23 such that the wheels 23 cannot rotate, thereby facilitating control of braking of the intelligent trailer 100 at any time and avoiding movement of the intelligent trailer 100 due to inertia. When the intelligent trailer 100 needs to be controlled to brake, the processor sends a braking signal to the braking system, the braking system brakes the wheels 23, so that the wheels 23 cannot rotate, the intelligent trailer 100 is in a static state, the braking effect of the intelligent trailer 100 is further achieved, the situation that the intelligent trailer 100 is influenced by inertia to move is avoided, the risk of collision between the intelligent trailer 100 and an obstacle is further reduced, and the safety of the intelligent trailer 100 is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the transmission 32 may include: the first belt pulley 32a, the second belt pulley and the belt 32b, the first belt pulley 32a is fixedly arranged on the output shaft of the driving motor 31, the second belt pulley is fixedly arranged on the corresponding connecting shaft, and the belt 32b is sleeved on the first belt pulley 32a and the second belt pulley, so that the effect of driving connection between the driving motor 31 and the corresponding connecting shaft is realized, and the effect of driving the driving motor 31 to drive the wheels 23 to rotate is realized.
In the process of driving the wheels 23 by the driving motor 31, the output shaft of the driving motor 31 rotates, the output shaft of the driving motor 31 drives the first belt pulley 32a to rotate, the belt 32b is sleeved on the first belt pulley 32a and the second belt pulley, the first belt pulley 32a drives the belt 32b to move in the process of rotating the first belt pulley 32a, the belt 32b drives the second belt pulley to rotate in the process of moving the belt 32b, the second belt pulley drives the connecting shaft to rotate in the process of rotating the second belt pulley, and the connecting shaft drives the wheels 23 arranged at two ends of the connecting shaft to rotate when the connecting shaft rotates. Thereby, the effect of transmitting the power output by the driving motor 31 to the wheels 23 is achieved through the transmission mechanism 32, so that the effect of driving the wheels 23 by the driving motor 31 is achieved, and the effect of moving the intelligent trailer 100 is achieved.
In the above-described embodiment, the belt 32b is used as an example of the transmission form of the transmission mechanism 32, but the present application is not limited thereto, and the transmission form of the transmission mechanism 32 may be a transmission form such as a chain transmission or a gear transmission.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a mounting frame 5 is provided in the vehicle body 1, and a driving motor 31 is mounted to the mounting frame 5, thereby achieving the effect that the driving motor 31 is mounted to the vehicle body 1. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, the mount 5 is mounted to the mounting space 10 of the vehicle body 1, the effect that the mount 5 is provided in the vehicle body 1 is achieved, and the mount 5 is mounted to the bottom wall of the mounting space 10. As shown in fig. 1, according to the mounting bracket 5 of the embodiment of the present invention, the mounting bracket 5 is disposed in the mounting space 10 along the height direction of the mounting space 10 (i.e., the height direction of the intelligent trailer 100, the up-down direction in fig. 1), and it is also understood that the mounting bracket 5 is vertically disposed at the bottom wall of the mounting space 10, thereby achieving the effect that the mounting bracket 5 is mounted and fixed in the vehicle body 1.
As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, the driving motor 31 is mounted and fixed to an end of the mounting frame 5 remote from the bottom wall of the mounting space 10 along the height of the mounting frame 5, i.e., the driving motor 31 is mounted and fixed to the top end of the mounting frame 5, thereby achieving the effect that the driving motor 31 is mounted and fixed to the mounting frame 5, and ensuring the stability of transmission between the driving motor 31 and the connection shaft, and advantageously avoiding interference of the driving motor 31 and the connection shaft.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the positioning device 4 may include: the camera is arranged on the car body 1, the sensing radar 40 is arranged on at least one peripheral wall of the car body 1, the camera is used for collecting image information of the peripheral environment of the intelligent trailer 100, the sensing radar 40 is used for collecting distance information between the car body 1 and peripheral objects, accordingly, the effect that the positioning device 4 is used for collecting the peripheral environment information of the intelligent trailer 100 is achieved, the environment information is transmitted to the processor through the positioning device 4, the processor is used for analyzing and processing the environment information, the processor can further control the intelligent trailer 100, and the effect that the intelligent trailer 100 is automatically controlled to move to a target position is achieved.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments of the present invention, only in the case where one peripheral wall of the vehicle body 1 is provided with the sensing radar 40, it is preferable to provide the sensing radar 40 to the peripheral wall of the vehicle body 1 provided with the trailer structure 6, so as to facilitate avoiding the collision of the intelligent trailer 100 with the obstacle during the movement of the intelligent trailer 100 to the target position.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, in the circumferential direction of the vehicle body 1, each peripheral wall of the vehicle body 1 is provided with two sensing radars 40, one camera for illustration, so that the positioning device 4 can collect environments of the front side, the rear side, the left side and the right side of the intelligent trailer 100, thereby being beneficial to avoiding the risk of collision of the intelligent trailer 100 with an obstacle.
Specifically, image information of the surrounding environment of the intelligent trailer 100 is collected through a plurality of cameras, the image information is transmitted to a processor, the processor is used for analyzing and processing the image information, so that the processor can analyze and process the image information to form a three-dimensional space model, the effect of analyzing and judging the relationship between the intelligent trailer 100 and objects in the surrounding environment is achieved, the sensing radar 40 is combined to collect distance information between the vehicle body 1 and the surrounding objects, and the effect of analyzing and judging the distance between the intelligent trailer 100 and the objects in the surrounding environment is achieved. Therefore, the effect of automatically controlling the intelligent trailer 100 to move to the target position can be achieved through the cooperation between the positioning device 4 and the processor, and the intelligent trailer 100 can effectively avoid the obstacle in the process of moving the intelligent trailer 100 to the target position, so that the intelligent trailer 100 is prevented from colliding with the obstacle.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the trailer structure 6 may be configured as a trailer hole, and the effect of connecting the intelligent trailer 100 to the trailer structure 6 is achieved when the trailer is connected to the trailer structure 6, and the effect of disconnecting the intelligent trailer 100 from the trailer structure 6 is achieved when the trailer is disconnected from the trailer structure 6, thereby allowing the trailer to be selectively connected to the intelligent trailer 100 through the trailer structure 6.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the trailer structure 6 may be a trailer, and the trailer structure 6 is communicatively coupled to a processor, and the processor is further configured to automatically control the coupling of the trailer structure 6 to the vehicle to be towed, and to couple the vehicle to be towed through the trailer structure 6, thereby achieving the coupling of the intelligent trailer 100 to the vehicle to be towed.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the trailer structure 6 is a trailer hook, the trailer hook may have a rotation shaft and a hook, where the rotation shaft is fixedly connected to the hook, and the rotation shaft is pivotally mounted on the vehicle body 1 along the width direction of the intelligent trailer 100, and when the rotation shaft rotates around the circumferential direction of the rotation shaft, the rotation shaft drives the hook to rotate, so that the hook hooks the vehicle to be towed, thereby achieving the effect of connecting the trailer structure 6 with the vehicle to be towed.

In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the intelligent trailer 100 may further include: the power battery 7, the power battery 7 is located in the automobile body 1, and the power battery 7 is used for supplying power for intelligent trailer 100 to realize intelligent trailer 100 work's effect.
The power battery 7 is electrically connected with the electric steering rudder 22, the driving motor 31, the positioning device 4, the processor, the control unit and other parts, and the power battery 7 is used for providing electric energy for the parts electrically connected with the power battery 7, so that the corresponding parts are ensured to be electrified stably to work, and the effect of the intelligent trailer 100 is realized. For example, the power battery 7 is electrically connected with the driving motor 31, and during the operation of the driving motor 31, the power battery 7 provides electric energy for the driving motor 31, so as to ensure that the driving motor 31 works stably, and achieve the effect of moving the intelligent trailer 100.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the vehicle body 1 is provided with a charging port 8, the charging port 8 is electrically connected with the power battery 7, and the power battery 7 is charged through the charging port 8 to achieve the effect that the power battery 7 is used to supply power to the intelligent trailer 100. As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, a charging port 8 is provided at the outer peripheral wall of the vehicle body 1, thereby facilitating the charging operation of the intelligent trailer 100 by an operator.

1. An intelligent trailer, comprising:
a body having a trailer structure on an exterior surface thereof, the trailer structure adapted to be coupled to a vehicle to be towed;
The wheel assembly is movably arranged on the vehicle body to drive the vehicle body to move;
the power driving piece is arranged on the vehicle body and is in transmission connection with the wheel assembly, and the power driving piece is used for driving the wheel assembly to drive the vehicle body to move;
the positioning device is arranged on the vehicle body and used for collecting surrounding environment information of the intelligent trailer;
a processor communicatively coupled to both the positioning device and the wheel assembly, and configured to control operation of the power drive and/or the wheel assembly to move the intelligent trailer to a target location based on the ambient information;
and the control unit is in communication connection with the processor to control the intelligent trailer.
2. The intelligent trailer of claim 1, wherein the wheel assembly comprises: the connecting shafts are arranged on the vehicle body in a penetrating mode, the connecting shafts are rotatable relative to the vehicle body, and the wheels are arranged at two ends of each connecting shaft.

The intelligent trailer of claim 2, wherein the wheel assembly further comprises: the electric steering rudder is arranged on the car body in a penetrating mode, steering shafts are arranged at two ends of the electric steering rudder, the wheels are arranged on the steering shafts, the electric steering rudder is in communication connection with the processor, and the processor is suitable for controlling the electric steering rudder to work so that the intelligent trailer steers.
