As one implementation mode of the invention, the T-shaped drainage tube 2 is made of silica gel or polyurethane material, and the hard tube 7 is made of PVC material, namely, the hard tube is harmless to the body of a patient; the diameter of the filter screen holes of the spherical filter screen 40 is 50um-1mm.
The specific working principle is as follows:

Then, secretion is drained, namely, the secretion enters the filtering device 5 through the T-shaped drainage tube 2, and the T-shaped drainage tube 2 is possibly blocked due to excessive mucus in the secretion, or the mucus is too much attached to the spherical filter screen 51 to influence the filtering of the spherical filter screen 51, so that the spherical filter screen 51 is blocked, or in the extrusion process, the liquid flowing down speed is too slow, and then the liquid is cleaned through the telescopic device 8.
When secretion continues to move to the direction of the drainage bag 1 through the spherical filter screen 51, the cylinder shaft in the cylinder 65 contracts to drive the first fixing block 631 to move to the parallel direction of the cylinder 65, namely, the L-shaped plate 62 is driven to instantaneously rotate, the second fixing block 632 moves to the direction away from the cylinder 65, and when the L-shaped plate 62 rotates, the second fixing block 632 also moves to the direction of the mounting piece 60, namely, the telescopic column 61 is driven to move to the direction away from the mounting piece 60, namely, the telescopic column is expressed as extruding the dropping funnel 50 and the spherical filter screen 51, so that the flow speed of the secretion entering the T-shaped drainage bag 1 is accelerated.
If the mucus in the secretion is too much, i.e. most of the mucus is attached to the surface of the spherical filter screen 51, and a small amount of mucus exists in the T-shaped drainage tube 2, so that when the flow speed of the secretion in the T-shaped drainage bag 1 is too slow or the T-shaped drainage tube 2 is directly blocked, the electric telescopic rod 80 stretches to drive the electric rotary table 81 and the stirring rod 82 to move towards the direction of the filter device 5, when the electric rotary table 81 reaches a certain position, the electric rotary table 81 starts to rotate, i.e. the stirring rod 82 and the cotton rod II 10 are driven to rotate anticlockwise, and when the electric rotary table rotates, the cotton rod II 10 on the stirring rod 82 cleans the mucus on the spherical filter screen 50, i.e. the mucus is attached to the cotton rod II 10; the second cotton stick 10 moves towards the filtering device 5 and cleans impurities or mucus in the T-shaped drainage tube 2, so that the T-shaped drainage tube is prevented from being blocked, and the normal use of the device is prevented from being influenced; the electric rotary plate 81 is rotatably connected with the electric telescopic rod 80, that is, the electric rotary plate 81 rotates while the electric telescopic rod 80 does not rotate.
When the telescopic device 8 is cleaned, the electric telescopic rod 80 is contracted, secretion continues to move towards the drainage bag 1, and if blockage exists, the operation is repeated until drainage is completed.
When the drainage of the T-shaped drainage tube 2 is completed, the upper end and the lower end of the filtering device 5 are in threaded connection with the T-shaped drainage tube 2, namely the filtering device 5 is taken down, and the inner spherical filter screen 51 and the inner wall of the drip chamber 50 are cleaned and disinfected; the telescopic device 8 is in threaded connection with the T-shaped drainage tube 2, namely the telescopic device 8 is taken down, the cotton stick II 10 is replaced, and the surfaces of the electric telescopic rod 80, the electric rotary plate 81 and the stirring rod 82 are cleaned and disinfected; then cleaning and disinfecting the inside of the T-shaped drainage tube; the drainage bag 1 is in threaded connection with the T-shaped drainage tube, so that a new drainage bag 1 is replaced; when the parts are cleaned and disinfected completely, the device is installed again according to the previous sequence (one end of the T-shaped drainage tube with the outlet is covered by the protective cover after the device is installed, so that pollutants in the air are prevented from entering the T-shaped drainage tube, and the device is convenient to reuse.
