Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating stomachache and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating stomachache and application thereof.
Background
The name of gastralgia was first recorded in the interior meridian, as indicated in Ling Shu-pathogenic qi viscera disease shape: the term "stomach-disease, abdominal distention, and pain in the stomach as the heart and the abdomen" refers to a disease with pain in the stomach and abdomen as the main symptom, which is also called "stomach-heart pain", "heart pain", etc. In western medicine, "chronic gastritis", "gastric ulcer", "gastric cancer" etc. can be treated by syndrome differentiation with reference to "epigastric pain". Modern medical research shows that the pathological changes of stomach diseases are based on gastric mucosa congestion water, and mucosa becomes thinner, swelled or becomes nodular or rough, the disease course is longer, if the disease is not treated in time or is improper in treatment, gastric cancer is easy to develop over time. Along with the improvement of living standard, the increase of working pressure, the acceleration of life rhythm and the change of eating habits, the prevalence of the disease in people in China reaches 60 percent, and the disease has complex condition, long disease course, high clinical recurrence rate and low cure rate, and influences the normal life and work and study of people.
Western medicine treatment generally treats dyspepsia with conventional methods such as morpholine, mosapride, etc. for promoting gastric motility; patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer are commonly treated with proton pump inhibitors (omeprazole, lansoprazole, pantoprazole, etc.), combined with gastric mucosa protectants (sucralfate, colloidal bismuth pectin), and combined with helicobacter pylori infection. Generally, western medicines can treat gastralgia, gastrectasia and pantothenic acid, only temporarily relieve symptoms, can not radically treat symptoms, can not treat the root cause, and can be used immediately after stopping the medicine, so that stomach ache and other stomach diseases frequently occur repeatedly. The traditional Chinese medicine for treating epigastric pain has unique advantages, can improve clinical symptoms, help repair gastric mucosa, strengthen physique, and has the characteristics of obvious clinical curative effect, high safety and low recurrence rate.
The traditional Chinese medicines and western medicines for treating the stomachache are various in types, the western medicines are taken fast, the symptoms and the root causes are not treated, certain toxic and side effects can be produced, and the problems of long treatment course, slow effect, poor patient compliance and the like exist in the traditional Chinese medicines. Therefore, the development of the medicine for treating the stomachache has the advantages of quick response, short course of treatment, low recurrence rate and no side effect, can benefit the patients with the stomachache, and has good social benefit.

Example 4:
1. clinical study
The clinical data of 61 patients suffering from stomachache, which are collected and treated in 2017, are selected for analysis, and are randomly divided into 3 groups according to different clinical treatment schemes, wherein the number ratio of men to women is 16/15, the ages are 32-63, the average age is 46, the course of disease is 1-10, and the average course of disease is 8.7; the positive control group had 30 cases, the number ratio of men to women was 14/16, the ages were 28 to 60, the average age was 44, the course of the disease was 1 to 11 years, and the average course of the disease was 9.1 years. The independence data and mean data differences in the clinical data of the two groups of patients were statistically significant (P > 0.05). The two groups of clinical effects, recurrence rate and adverse reaction incidence rate are compared.
1.1 treatment regimens
Treatment group: the Chinese medicinal composition prepared in the example 1 of the invention is taken for soft extract, and the curative effect is counted after 1 treatment course by taking 10g each time and 2 times a day with 7 days as 1 treatment course.
Positive control group: the capsule for nourishing stomach is taken 2 times a day, 3 capsules are taken before meals, 1 course of treatment is taken for 7 days, and the curative effect is counted after 1 course of treatment.
1.2, efficacy comparison
The clinical efficacy of two groups of patients is evaluated according to the diagnosis efficacy standard of traditional Chinese medicine differentiation. The effect is shown: the spleen and stomach reactions such as epigastric pain, abdominal distension, acid distension and the like of the patient disappear, and the gastric mucosa tissues of the patient are restored to be normal after gastroscopy; the method is effective: the gastric abscess and spleen and stomach reactions are obviously relieved, but the gastric mucosa tissues have mild congestion after gastroscopy; invalidation: the clinical symptoms are unchanged and even aggravated. Time to effect: the time when the spleen and stomach reactions are obviously relieved or disappeared is recorded as the onset time. Recurrence: effective after treatment, and has obvious symptom recurrence within three months. Total effective rate= (number of significant cases+number of effective cases)/total case×100%.
