Can rotate relatively between first stirring piece 20 and the second stirring piece 30, can meet or stagger between first stirring piece 20 and the second stirring piece 30 promptly, first stirring piece 20 or second stirring piece 30 can change the state of food when meeting between first stirring piece 20 and the second stirring piece 30, and then make food (especially be located the food of the tip of falling back hook portion 21 and the tip of second stirring piece 30) can overturn in holding chamber 11, and then can evenly stir the food, guarantees the uniformity of same pot food taste. Therefore, the technical scheme of the embodiment can effectively solve the problem that the food has large taste difference due to uneven stirring in the related technology.
The lower return hook 21 has a free end and a connection end connected to other components of the first stirring member 20, and the "end of the lower return hook 21" mentioned above is specifically the free end of the lower return hook 21. Correspondingly, the second stirring element 30 also has a connecting end and a free end, and the above-mentioned "the second stirring element 30 extends in a direction away from the second rotation axis" means that the free end of the second stirring element 30 is away from the second rotation axis with respect to the connecting end. The above-mentioned "inside and outside of the accommodation chamber 11" are both located in the space formed by the chamber walls of the accommodation chamber 11, wherein "inside" refers to a position near the center of the accommodation chamber 11 and "outside" refers to a position away from the center of the accommodation chamber 11.

As shown in fig. 2 and 4, a distance L1 between the end of the first stirring member 20 and the end of the second stirring member 30 in the radial direction of the coverage of the first stirring member 20 is between 0 and 10mm (here, the distance refers to a distance along the radial direction of the coverage of the first stirring member 20 when the two meet). Specifically, since the first stirring member 20 is a rotating member, the stirring range thereof is annular or circular, and the above-mentioned "radial direction of the coverage of the first stirring member 20" refers to the radial direction of the annular or circular shape.
For the range of the distance L1 between the end of the first stirring member 20 and the end of the second stirring member 30 in the radial direction of the coverage of the first stirring member 20, the inventors conducted a cooking experiment, and specific experiments were recorded in the following table:
from the above experimental record, the distance L1 can avoid the interference between the ends of the first stirring member 20 and the second stirring member 30 or the jamming of the food between the ends of the first stirring member 20 and the second stirring member 30 when they meet, and the stirring range of the first stirring member 20 and the second stirring member 30 can cover most of the area of the bottom wall of the accommodating cavity 11, so as to ensure that the food in the accommodating cavity 11 can be stirred. Meanwhile, the distance L1 is away from the end of the first stirring member 20 and the end of the second stirring member 30, so that the food between the two ends can be extruded, and the small-particle food (such as shredded meat, eggs, etc.) can be scattered, thereby ensuring good stirring effect on various foods. Preferably, the distance L1 may be 5mm, 7mm or 10mm.
When the first stirring member 20 and the second stirring member 30 are both made of rubber, the distance L1 may be set to 0, and at this time, the end portion of the first stirring member 20 and the end portion of the second stirring member 30 are in transition fit when they meet.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 6, 8 and 9, the stirring device further includes a rotation shaft portion 40, and the first stirring member 20 further includes a connection arm 22, the connection arm 22 being connected between the rotation shaft portion 40 and the lower return hook portion 21. The lower extension hook 21 is connected to the rotating shaft 40 through the connecting arm 22 and is driven to rotate by the rotating shaft 40, and has the advantage of simple structure.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first stirring member 20 and the second stirring member 30 may be driven to rotate in opposite directions by one motor in combination with the gear set. Of course, in the embodiment not shown in the drawings, the first stirring member and the second stirring member may be driven to rotate by two motors, respectively.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 6, 8 and 9, the lower return hook 21 includes a turning section 211 and a stirring section 212, the turning section 211 is located between the connecting arm 22 and the stirring section 212, the stirring section 212 includes a bottom surface 2121, and a first side 2122 and a second side 2123 disposed on two sides of the bottom surface 2121, the first side 2122 is disposed obliquely relative to the bottom surface 2121 and forms an acute angle with the bottom surface 2121, and the first side 2122 is a first food contact surface. The first side 2122 is inclined relative to the bottom 2121, so that the food can rise a certain distance along the first side 2122 and then fall back into the accommodating cavity 11, and the food is stirred.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the first stirring member 20 can rotate forward and backward, the second side 2123 is a second food material contacting surface, the upper edge of the second side 2123 is connected to the upper edge of the first side 2122, and an included angle A1 between the second side 2123 and the bottom 2121 is larger than an included angle A2 between the first side 2122 and the bottom 2121. The first food material contact surface and the second food material contact surface are disposed on two sides of the bottom surface 2121, so that the first stirring member 20 can contact the food material and push or stir the food material no matter forward or backward. Specifically, the included angle A2 between the first side 2122 and the bottom 2121 is smaller, so that the food material can move up along the first side 2122 for a distance to roll down from the front side of the first side 2122 or roll down from the rear side of the first side 2122 beyond the stirring section 212 to realize stirring of the food material; the included angle A1 between the second side 2123 and the bottom 2121 is larger, so that the food material can be pushed to move forward. In a specific cooking process, food can be pushed by the first side 2122, food can be pushed by the second side 2123, or food can be pushed by the first side 2122 and the second side 2123 alternately according to characteristics (such as particle size and particle shape) of the food, so that cooking requirements of different food can be met.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the cross-sectional height H1 of the stirring section 212 is in the range of 5mm to 15mm. The cross-sectional height H1 is within the above range so that the food can be overturned over the stirring section 212 and tumbling can occur after the overturned over the stirring section 212 to secure the stirring effect. Preferably, the cross-sectional height H1 may be 5mm, 10mm or 15mm.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the connecting arm 22 is gradually inclined upward from inside to outside, and the included angle A5 between the connecting arm 22 and the horizontal direction is between 10 ° and 60 °. During cooking, after the user adds the food material or seasoning, the food material or seasoning can slide into the accommodating chamber 11 along the upper surface of the connecting arm 22 without being caught or retained on the connecting arm 22. Preferably, the included angle A5 may be 10 °, 35 °, or 60 °.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the cross section of the connecting arm 22 is a trapezoid structure with a smaller upper part and a larger lower part. During cooking, after the user has added the food or seasoning, the food or seasoning can slide into the receiving chamber 11 along the two side walls of the trapezoid without hanging or being retained on the connecting arms 22. Specifically, the height of the trapezoid structure is less than or equal to 5mm, and the inclination angle between the two side walls and the bottom wall of the trapezoid structure is less than or equal to 70 degrees.
In the present embodiment, the end of the lower return hook portion 21 is provided with a thinned portion whose cross-sectional height gradually decreases in a direction approaching the first rotation axis. That is, the dimension in the height direction of the thinned portion gradually decreases in the direction approaching the second stirring member 30, so that food can be effectively prevented from being caught between the end of the lower return hook portion 21 and the end of the second stirring member 30.
The present application also provides a cooking appliance, and fig. 1 to 9 show a schematic structural view of a first embodiment of the cooking appliance according to the present invention.
Specifically, the cooking appliance of the present embodiment includes a container 10 and a stirring device, the container 10 having a housing chamber 11, the stirring device being provided in the housing chamber 11, the stirring device being the stirring device described above. The stirring device can effectively solve the problem that the food has large taste difference due to uneven stirring in the related art, and the cooking utensil with the stirring device also has the advantages.
Specifically, when the stirring device is located in the accommodating chamber 11, the end of the lower return hook portion 21 extends toward the middle of the accommodating chamber 11; the free end of the second stirring member 30 extends in a direction away from the middle of the accommodating chamber 11.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the container 10 includes the side wall 12 and the bottom wall 13, the side wall 12 extends in the vertical direction, the bottom wall 13 includes the arc-shaped section 131, and the ratio between the dimension L9 of the arc-shaped section 131 in the radial direction of the container 10 and the radius R2 of the side wall 12 is between 0.55 and 0.7. I.e., the radial dimension L9 of the arcuate segment 131 is greater, when less food is present, the food in the arcuate segment 131 tends to roll along the arcuate segment 131 to a central location in the container 10, i.e., has a gathering effect on the food. Preferably, L9/R2 may be 0.55, 0.6, 0.65 or 0.7.
As shown in fig. 6, the ratio between the distance L2 between the end of the second stirring member 30 and the longitudinal center line of the accommodating chamber 11 and the dimension L3 of the lower return hook portion 21 in the radial direction of the container 10 is between 2/3 and 7/3. The ratio of L2 to L3 is in the above range, ensuring that both the second stirring member 30 and the lower return hook portion 21 have sufficient stirring lengths to achieve respective stirring functions. The effects of scattering and stir-frying can be better achieved for the scene with less food (such as shredded pork or an egg within 100 g). Preferably, the above ratio may be 2/3, 1/1 or 7/3.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, the ratio between the distance L2 between the end of the second stirring member 30 and the longitudinal center line of the accommodation chamber 11 and the radius R1 of the mouth of the container 10 is between 0.4 and 0.7.
For the range of values of the ratio between the distance L2 between the end of the second stirring element 30 and the longitudinal centre line of the containing chamber 11 and the radius R1 of the mouth of the container 10, the inventors carried out cooking experiments, specific experimental records of which are given in the following table:
specifically, the above-mentioned "disturbance action" refers to pushing the food forward by the second stirring member 30, and the above-mentioned "scattering" refers to scattering and dispersing the block structure formed by the small-particle food materials into a plurality of small-particle food materials or scattering the food materials which can be solidified after being heated at normal temperature such as eggs and the like into a plurality of small-particle solid structures.
From the above experimental records, it is found that L2/R1 can exert a good scattering and stir-frying effect even in a scene with less food (for example, shredded meat or one egg within 100 g). While ensuring that the lower return hook 21 has a sufficient stirring length, and a corresponding stirring function can be achieved. Preferably, the above ratio may be 0.4, 0.55 or 0.7.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the distance between the connection position of the rotating shaft portion 40 and the connecting arm 22 and the bottom wall of the container 10 is between 60mm and 100mm, so that stability in the process of driving the first stirring member 20 to rotate by the rotating shaft portion 40 can be ensured, large swing can not be generated due to too high distance, and meanwhile, the height of the stir-frying space can be ensured to the maximum extent, so that the amount of the cookable food can be increased.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the inclination angle A3 of the first side 2122 with respect to the inner wall of the container 10 is in the range of 20 ° to 45 °. The inclination angle A3 is in the above range, so that the food can move up along the first side 2122 and be turned over, and the phenomenon that the food cannot be turned over due to insufficient rising height or cannot rise along the first side 2122 is avoided, so that the food can be pushed forward, and the stirring effect of the food is guaranteed. Preferably, the inclination angle A3 may be 20 °, 30 °, 40 °, or 45 °.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the inclination angle A4 of the bottom surface 2121 with respect to the inner wall of the container 10 is in the range of 3 ° to 10 °. The inclination angle A4 is in the above range, so that the stirring section 212 can form effective line contact with the inner wall of the container 10, and friction between the stirring section 212 and the inner wall of the container can be reduced to the minimum while the stirring effect on food is ensured.
As shown in fig. 5, the turning section 211 is provided protruding at a side corresponding to the first side 2122, and a ratio between a distance L5 between an intersection of the turning section 211 and the stirring section 212 and the bottom wall of the vessel 10 and a depth L6 of the vessel 10 is between 0.4 and 0.6, and a ratio between a maximum dimension L7 of the turning section 211 protruding from the first side 2122 and a maximum lateral dimension L8 of the turning section 211 is between 0.6 and 0.8. During cooking, when a portion of the food moving up along the first side 2122 moves to the inner wall of the outer protrusion of the turning section 211, the food can move forward and fall back into the bottom of the container 10 under the action of the inner wall of the outer protrusion, so that the food stirring function is realized. Specifically, considering a recipe and a food amount of one meal which are common in a household cooking process, a ratio between a distance L5 between an intersection of the turning section 211 and the stirring section 212 and a bottom wall of the container 10 and a depth L6 of the container 10 is made to be between 0.4 and 0.6, and a top surface of the food is near the intersection of the turning section 211 and the stirring section 212, so that the lower return hook 21 can have a good stirring effect on the food. Preferably, L5/L6 may be 0.4, 0.45, 0.5 or 0.6, and L7/L8 may be 0.6, 0.7, 0.75 or 0.8.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the material of the first stirring member 20 is metal or plastic, and the gap L4 between the stirring section 212 and the inner wall of the container 10 is between 0.5mm and 2mm. The gap L4 is within the above range, so that interference between the stirring section 212 and the inner wall of the container 10 can be avoided, normal rotation of the first stirring member 20 can be influenced, and food approaching or adhering to the inner wall of the container 10 can be stirred, thereby ensuring cooking effect. Preferably, the gap L4 may be 0.5mm, 1mm, 1.5mm or 2mm.
Of course, the first stirring member 20 comprises a flexible coating member which can also support the main body and cover the periphery of the main body, and the gap L4 between the stirring section 212 and the inner wall of the container 10 is between-0.5 mm and 1.5mm. Since the flexible covering has a certain deformability, it can be a slight interference fit with the inner wall of the container 10. The gap L4 is in the above range, so that the friction between the stirring section 212 and the inner wall of the container 10 is small, ensuring that the first stirring member 20 can normally rotate, and ensuring that the food near or adhered to the inner wall of the container 10 can be stirred, thereby ensuring the cooking effect. Preferably, the flexible covering may be rubber and the gap L4 may be-0.5 mm, 0mm, 0.5mm, 1mm or 1.5mm.
In this embodiment, the distance between the highest point of the first stirring member 20 and the mouth of the container 10 is between-15 mm and 15mm, so that the user can press the top position of the first stirring member 20 by hand to prevent falling off when lifting the container 10 to pour dishes.
Fig. 10 and 11 are schematic views showing the structure of a first stirring member of a second embodiment of the cooking appliance according to the present invention.
The cooking appliance of the second embodiment is different from the cooking appliance of the first embodiment only in the structure of the first stirring member. Specifically, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the first side 2122 and the second side 2123 of the first stirring member 20 are symmetrically disposed with respect to the central plane of the first stirring member 20, wherein the first side 2122 and the second side 2123 can both enable food to roll down after moving up a distance therealong, and the effect of stirring the food can be achieved no matter whether the first stirring member 20 rotates forward or backward, so that the cooking effect is good.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the end of the lower return hook portion 21 is provided with a thinned portion 213, and the height of the cross section of the thinned portion 213 gradually decreases in the direction from outside to inside of the container 10. That is, the dimension of the thinned portion 213 in the height direction gradually decreases in the direction approaching the second stirring member 30, so that food can be effectively prevented from being caught between the end of the lower return hook portion 21 and the end of the second stirring member 30.
The present application also provides another cooking appliance (embodiment three), wherein the cooking appliance of embodiment three is different from the cooking appliance of embodiment one and embodiment two in that the stirring direction of the stirring member is different, and in embodiment three, the rotation direction of the first stirring member 20 is the same as the rotation direction of the second stirring member 30, and the rotation speed of the first stirring member 20 is different from the rotation speed of the second stirring member 30. The first stirring member 20 and the second stirring member 30 rotate in the same direction and at different speeds, and have a speed difference therebetween, so that food can be overturned in the cooking cavity, thereby ensuring the cooking effect.
