Abstract
本发明涉及农药技术领域,公开了一种含噻虫胺的微囊悬浮‑悬浮剂及其制备方法和应用。本发明提供的微囊悬浮‑悬浮剂的制备方法为:首先配制噻虫胺悬浮剂,再配制溴氰菊酯微胶囊悬浮剂,最后进行中间体的混合调制,配制成噻虫胺·溴氰菊酯微囊悬浮‑悬浮剂。所述的微囊悬浮‑悬浮剂包括:噻虫胺4.75~38%、溴氰菊酯1.25~10%、分散剂1~8%、成囊剂0.1~2%、溶剂5~30%、乳化剂0.5~6%、增稠剂0.05~1%、PH调节剂0.05~1%、助悬剂0.1~2%、抗冻剂0~8%、防腐剂0~1%、消泡剂0.01~1%、水补足100%,其中噻虫胺与溴氰菊酯的重量比为19:5。本发明微囊悬浮‑悬浮剂可以快速控制菠菜蚜虫,附着力强,耐雨水冲刷,兼具速效与持效,提高了防治菠菜蚜虫的效果。

技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种含噻虫胺的微囊悬浮- 悬浮剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
噻虫胺是新烟碱类中的一种杀虫剂,是一类高效安全、高选择性的新型杀虫剂,其作用与烟碱乙酰胆碱受体类似,具有触杀、胃毒和内吸活性。主要用于水稻、蔬菜、果树及其他作物上防治蚜虫、叶蝉、蓟马、飞虱等半翅目、鞘翅目、双翅目和某些鳞翅目类害虫的杀虫剂,具有高效、广谱、用量少、毒性低、药效持效期长、对作物无药害、使用安全、与常规农药无交互抗性等优点,有卓越的内吸和渗透作用,是替代高毒有机磷农药的又一品种。其结构新颖、特殊,性能与传统烟碱类杀虫剂相比更为优异,有可能成为世界性的大型杀虫剂品种。
溴氰菊酯是菊酯类杀虫剂中毒力最高的一种,对害虫的毒效可达滴滴涕的100倍,西维因的80倍,马拉硫磷的550倍,对硫磷的40 倍。具有触杀和胃毒作用,触杀作用迅速,击倒力强,没有熏蒸和内吸作用,在高浓度下对一些害虫有驱避作用。配制成乳油或可湿性粉剂,为中毒杀虫剂。杀虫谱广,对鳞翅目、直翅目、缨翅目、半翅目、双翅目、鞘翅目等多种害虫有效,但对螨类、介壳虫、盲蝽象等防效很低或基本无效,还会刺激螨类繁殖,在虫螨并发时,要与专用杀螨剂混用。
溴氰菊酯属于中等毒类。皮肤接触可引起刺激症状,出现红色丘疹。急性中毒时,轻者有头痛、头晕、恶心、呕吐、食欲不振、乏力,重者还可出现肌束震颤和抽搐。对人的皮肤及眼粘膜有刺激作用,对鱼和蜜蜂剧毒。对滴滴涕产生抗药性的昆虫,对溴氰菊酯表现有交互抗药性。
蔬菜蚜虫俗称腻虫,属于同翅目害虫,主要以成虫、若虫密集在蔬菜幼苗、嫩叶、茎和近地面的叶背,刺吸汁液。一年四季均有发生,一般在气温29℃左右繁殖最快。蚜虫的种类很多,通常有绿、黄、黑、茶色之别,危害月季、石榴、菊花、栀子等花卉:它们多聚集在植株的芽、嫩叶或嫩枝上,无休止吮吸着汁液,被害的植株枝叶发黄变形,花蕾败坏,花期缩短,花容减色,严重时植株萎蔫死亡。
由于繁殖量大,密集为害,造成受害蔬菜严重失去水分和营养,形成叶面皱缩、发黄,严重时造成叶片"坍塌",此外还可以传播病毒病,引起病毒病发生,造成更大的损失。
在农业生产过程中,单一杀虫剂的使用容易产生抗药性,产品的速效与持效效果参差不齐,而溴氰菊酯相关产品因其毒性高,产品刺激性大,对环境或者使用者均有很大影响。申请人将两种作用机理完全不同的药剂进行混配,通过特殊的制备方法,既解决了溴氰菊酯安全使用的问题,降低了产品的毒性,还提高了产品粘附性,耐雨水冲刷,兼具速效与持效,对菠菜蚜虫有很好的防治效果,也延缓了害虫抗药性的产生。因此,噻虫胺与溴氰菊酯混配在农业生产上是值得推广应用的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含噻虫胺的微囊悬浮-悬浮剂及其制备方法和应用,其可以有效防治菠菜蚜虫,兼具速效与持效,产品附着力强,耐雨水冲刷,降低了毒性,对环境友好,对施用者安全。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种含噻虫胺的微囊悬浮-悬浮剂及其制备方法和应用,其特征在于:微囊悬浮-悬浮剂的制备方法为:首先配制噻虫胺悬浮剂,再配制溴氰菊酯微胶囊悬浮剂,最后进行中间体的混合调制,配制成噻虫胺·溴氰菊酯微囊悬浮-悬浮剂。
进一步地,微囊悬浮-悬浮剂包括:噻虫胺4.75~38%、溴氰菊酯 1.25~10%、分散剂1~8%、成囊剂0.1~2%、溶剂5~30%、乳化剂0.5~6%、增稠剂0.05~1%、PH调节剂0.05~1%、助悬剂0.1~2%、抗冻剂0~10%、防腐剂0~1%、消泡剂0.01~1%、水补足100%。
进一步地,微囊悬浮-悬浮剂包括:噻虫胺9.5%、溴氰菊酯2.5%、分散剂1~8%、成囊剂0.1~2%、溶剂10~20%、乳化剂0.5~5%、增稠剂0.05~0.6%、PH调节剂0.05~0.5%、助悬剂0.1~1%、抗冻剂3~8%、防腐剂0.1~0.5%、消泡剂0.01~0.5%、水补足100%。
进一步地,噻虫胺与溴氰菊酯的重量比为19:5。
进一步地,噻虫胺与溴氰菊酯的含量为6%~48%,可选的含量为 12%。
进一步地,微囊悬浮剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)噻虫胺悬浮剂的制备方法为:依次加入水、助悬剂、抗冻剂、乳化剂、分散剂、消泡剂剪切搅拌均匀,加入一定数量的噻虫胺原药剪切搅拌形成砂磨浆料,经过分级砂磨,砂磨粒径D90 1.0~6.0 μm,将砂磨好的料浆打入调制釜,用剩余纯化水清洗砂磨机,并进入调制釜。同时加入防腐剂、增稠剂、消泡剂,搅拌均匀待用;
(2)溴氰菊酯微囊悬浮剂的制备方法为:用溶剂将溴氰菊酯原药完全溶解后再加入成囊剂、乳化剂搅拌均匀,配置成溴氰菊酯微囊悬浮剂油相待用;再取一定量水,加入PH调节剂、乳化剂、消泡剂搅拌均匀,配置成溴氰菊酯微囊悬浮剂水相待用;油水相配制好之后,将配制好的油相缓慢加入到水相中搅拌并剪切,粒径控制在 D901.0~6.0μm,再加入成囊剂,搅拌固化成囊;
(3)分别取合格的噻虫胺悬浮剂、溴氰菊酯微囊悬浮剂混合搅拌后,得到噻虫胺·溴氰菊酯微囊悬浮-悬浮剂。

进一步地,微囊悬浮-悬浮剂用于防治蔬菜蚜虫有效成分用药量为18~36克/公顷。
进一步地,微囊悬浮-悬浮剂用于防治蔬菜蚜虫用水量为600~750 升/公顷,优选的用水量为675升/公顷。
本发明的组合物与现有技术相比,产生以下有益效果:(1)与单剂相比,该组合物对菠菜蚜虫有明显增效,明显提高了防治效果; (2)产品附着力强,耐雨水冲刷;(3)兼有速效和长效;(4)对环境友好,对施用者安全,降低了毒性。

噻虫胺原药折百38%、溴氰菊酯原药折百10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3%、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯4%、芳香族多异氰酸酯0.6%、多元胺0.1%、200#溶剂油12%、环己酮10%、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物0.5%、三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚3%、瓜胶0.1%、柠檬酸0.1%、1,2-苯丙异噻唑啉-3-酮0.7%、丙二醇5%、苯甲酸钠0.2%、硅酮类消泡剂0.3%、水加至100%,制得48%噻虫胺·溴氰菊酯微囊悬浮-悬浮剂。
实施应用例二:实施例1~6检测结果
参照企业标准对实施例1~6样品,及其热贮和冻融样品进行检测,检测结果如表1所示:
由表1可以看出,本发明的噻虫胺·溴氰菊酯微囊悬浮-悬浮剂产品体系稳定,各项指标均优于企业标准规定参考值。
实施应用例三:
噻虫胺、溴氰菊酯及混配对菠菜蚜虫室内联合毒力测定实验
1试验目的
在室内测定噻虫胺与溴氰菊酯及其不同混配组合对菠菜蚜虫的毒力,并进行增效作用评价,明确二者的适配性,为噻虫胺与溴氰菊酯混剂的研究与开发提供科学依据。
2实验条件
2.1供试靶标
菠菜蚜虫(spinach aphid),试验所用靶标为试验基地栽种的从未施药的菠菜上自然发生繁殖多代的低龄幼虫。
2.培养条件
供试靶标及试验后靶标的培养条件为温度(25±1)℃,相对湿度 60%~80%,光照周期为L∶D=(16∶8)h。
3试验设计
3.1试验药剂
噻虫胺(clothianidin)98%原药;溴氰菊酯(deltamethrin)98%原药。
3.2药剂配置
称取0.0102g噻虫胺98%原药,以0.5mL DMF溶解后,加入0.2mL Tween80乳化剂,搅拌均匀,加入99.3mL清水,配成100mg/L的母液, 再取10mL母液加入90mL含0.1%Tween80乳化剂的水中,配制成 10mg/L的供试液,再用含0.1%Tween80乳化剂的水按2倍比例稀释成 5、2.5、1.25、0.625和0.3125mg/L,共6个浓度进行试验。
称取0.0102g溴氰菊酯98%原药,用0.5mL DMF溶解后,加入 0.2mL Tween80乳化剂,搅拌均匀,加入99.3mL清水,配成100mg/L 的母液,再取4mL母液加入96mL含0.1%Tween80乳化剂的水中,配制成4mg/L的供试液,再用含0.1%Tween80乳化剂的水按2倍比例稀释成2、1、0.5、0.25和0.125mg/L,共6个浓度进行试验。
根据噻虫胺与溴氰菊酯5:1、3.8:1、3:1、2:1和1:1的比例,分别量取3.33、3.17、3、2.67和2mL的噻虫胺母液,再相应量取0.67、0.83、 1、1.33和2mL的溴氰菊酯母液,二者进行混合,补足加乳化剂的水至 100mL,均配成4mg/L的供试液,再用含0.1%Tween80乳化剂的水按2 倍比例分别稀释成2、1、0.5、0.25和0.125mg/L共6个浓度进行试验。
在盛有0.5mL DMF的烧杯中加入99.5mL含0.1%Tween80乳化剂的水作为空白对照。
4试验方法
参照《农药生物活性评价SOP》及NY/T1154.6-2006标准中的方法,采用浸虫法。剪取带有一定数量菠菜蚜虫的叶片,放入待测药液中浸溃10秒钟,取出后用吸水滤纸吸去虫体周围的药液,置于垫有保湿滤纸的培养皿中,并用湿棉球保湿,然后用湿纱布将培养皿盖住。每处理30头左右蚜虫,4次重复,并设不含药剂(含所用溶剂和乳化剂) 的处理作空白对照。处理完毕转移至观察室内培养。
5数据调查与统计分析
5.1调查时间和方法
48h后检查试虫死亡情况,并进行记录,试虫死亡判断标准为以尖头毛笔轻轻接触试虫无反应计为死亡。
5.2数据统计分析
参照农药室内生物测定试验准则NY/T1154.7-2006,采用Sun& Johnson(1960)共毒系数法求出各混配组合的共毒系数(CTC)。 CTC≤80为拮抗作用,80<CTC<120为相加作用,CTC≥120为增效作用。共毒系数计算公式如下:
混剂理论毒力指数(TTI)=药剂A的毒力指数×药剂A在混剂中所占的百分数(%)+药剂B的毒力指数×药剂B在混剂中所占的百分数(%)
6实验结果
噻虫胺、溴氰菊酯及二者5:1、3.8:1、3:1、2:1和1:1的比例混配对菠菜蚜虫的毒力测定结果见表2。由表可见,噻虫胺与溴氰菊酯以上述5个比例进行混配,除5:1和1:1外均表现出增效作用,其LC50值分别为0.90、0.66、0.68、0.65和0.70mg/L,共毒系数分别为116.40、152.81、 142.97、139.53和14.22,其中以3.8:1的增效作用最为明显。

本次室内生测结果表明,噻虫胺与溴氰菊酯以3.8:1、3:1和2:1 的比例混配对菠菜蚜虫均表现为增效作用,其中以3.8∶1的增效作用最为显著。因此仅从增效毒力比较,可以视3.8∶1为噻虫胺与溴氰菊酯混配的最佳比例。
应用实施例三:实施例1防治菠菜蚜虫田间药效试验
1试验目的
验证申请人研发的12%噻虫胺·溴氰菊酯微囊悬浮-悬浮剂对菠菜蚜虫的防治效果及对蚜虫的安全性,明确田间使用剂量及应用技术,为农药登记提供科学依据。
2试验依据
农业部发布的《农药登记田间药效试验质量管理规范》(NY/T 2885-2016)和《农药田间药效试验准则》GB/T 17980.15-2000“杀虫剂防治马铃薯等作物蚜虫”及相当试验操作规程。
3实验地点
本试验安排在贵州省贵阳市花溪区。
4试验对象、作物和品种的选择
试验对象:菠菜蚜虫;
试验作物:菠菜,品种为捷胜40。7月中旬播种,长势良好,常规田间管理。菠菜长势和病虫害发生情况与四周田块一致。实验施药时菠菜处于营养生长期。
5试验设计和安排
5.1药剂用量与编号

5.3使用容量
亩喷药液45升,每公顷喷药液量675升。
5.4调查时间和次数
8月20日施药前调查蚜虫的虫口基数。药后1天(8月21日),3 天(8月23日),7天(8月27日),各调查1次蚜虫的残存数量。合计 4次调查。
小区采用平行跳跃式五点取样,每点标记3株菠菜作为调查样本 (即15株/小区),调查叶片上蚜虫数量。施药前调查各小区样本菠菜上蚜虫的虫口基数(包括无翅蚜和有翅蚜);药后1天、3天、7天,各调查1次小区样本菠菜上的蚜虫残存数量(包括无翅蚜和有翅蚜)。统计小区虫口减退率,计算小区防治效果和药剂处理的平均防治效果(简称:防效)。用Exce1统计数据,DPS16.05版数据处理系统作 Duncan's新复极差测验,分析比较药剂处理间防效的差异显著性。调查统计结果见附表4。

实验结果表明:调查统计结果表明:药后1天,实施例1的12%噻虫胺·溴氰菊酯微囊悬浮-悬浮剂3项处理剂量对菠菜蚜虫的防效 (以处理A、B、C为序)分别为96.47%、95.44%、93.07%,无显著差异,处理A、B略高于对照药剂处理C的防效,显著高于D、E的防效。药后3天,其3项处理剂量的防效分别为98.39%、98.22%、 97.31%,无显著差异,显著高于D、E、F的防效。药后7天,其3 项处理剂量的防效分别为98.86%、97.57%、96.87%,无显著差异,处理A、B显著高于D、E、F的防效。上述防效表明:12%噻虫胺·溴氰菊酯微囊悬浮-悬浮剂10克~20克/亩对菠菜蚜虫具有良好的防效,速效性较高,持效期较长。
经田间观察,该药剂对菠菜安全;对田间非靶标生物没有明显的影响。同时对菠菜甜菜夜蛾也有一定的防效。
应用实施例四:实施例2防治菠菜蚜虫田间药效试验
试验目的、实验依据、药剂用量、用水量、调查方法、计算公式同应用实施例三。
1实验地点
本试验安排在贵州省贵阳市花溪区。
2试验对象、作物和品种的选择
试验对象:菠菜蚜虫,蚜虫在菠菜叶上普遍发生为害,以无翅蚜为主,少量有翅蚜虫;
试验作物:菠菜,品种“春秋菠菜”。7旬播种,常规田间管理。施药时菠菜处于营养生长期。
3施药时间和次数
2019年9月2日,施药1次。
4调查时间、次数和方法
9月2日施药前调查蚜虫的虫口基数。药后1天(9月3日),3天 (9月5日),7天(9月9日),各调查1次蚜虫的残存数量。合计4次调查。
5实验结果

调查统计结果表明:药后1天,实施例2的12%噻虫胺·溴氰菊酯微囊悬浮-悬浮剂3项处理剂量对菠菜蚜虫的防效(以处理A、B、C 为序)分别为96.54%、94.81%、92.55%。其中处理A、B的防效接近,显著高于A、D、E、F的防效;同时C的防效略高于D、E、F的防效。药后3天,其3项处理剂量的防效分别为97.89%、96.73%、93.65%。其中处理A、B的防效接近,显著高于C、D、E、F的防效;同时A 的防效略高于D的防效,显著高于E的防效。药后7天,其3项处理剂量的防效分别为96.73%、94.90%、90.13%。其中处理A、B的防效相当,显著高于C、D、E、F的防效;同时C的防效略高于D、 F的防效,显著高于E的防效。上述防效表明:12%噻虫胺·溴氰菊酯微囊悬浮-悬浮剂10克~20克/亩对菠菜蚜虫具有良好的防效,速效性较高,持效期较长。
经田间观察,该药剂对菠菜安全;对田间非靶标生物没有明显的影响。同时对菠菜甜菜夜蛾也有一定的防效。

Claims (9)
1.一种含噻虫胺的微囊悬浮-悬浮剂及其制备方法和应用,其特征在于:微囊悬浮-悬浮剂的制备方法为:首先配制噻虫胺悬浮剂,再配制溴氰菊酯微胶囊悬浮剂,最后进行中间体的混合调制,配制成噻虫胺·溴氰菊酯微囊悬浮-悬浮剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:微囊悬浮-悬浮剂包括:噻虫胺4.75~38%、溴氰菊酯1.25~10%、分散剂1~8%、成囊剂0.1~2%、溶剂5~30%、乳化剂0.5~6%、增稠剂0.05~1%、PH调节剂0.05~1%、助悬剂0.1~2%、抗冻剂0~8%、防腐剂0~1%、消泡剂0.01~1%、水补足100%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于:噻虫胺与溴氰菊酯的重量比为19:5。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于:噻虫胺与溴氰菊酯的含量为6%~48%,可选的含量为12%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)噻虫胺悬浮剂的制备方法为:依次加入水、助悬剂、抗冻剂、乳化剂、分散剂、消泡剂剪切搅拌均匀,加入一定数量的噻虫胺原药剪切搅拌形成砂磨浆料,经过分级砂磨,砂磨粒径D90 3.0~6.0 μm,将砂磨好的料浆打入调制釜,用剩余纯化水清洗砂磨机,并进入调制釜,同时加入防腐剂、增稠剂、消泡剂,搅拌均匀待用;
(2)溴氰菊酯微囊悬浮剂的制备方法为:用溶剂将溴氰菊酯原药完全溶解后再加入成囊剂、乳化剂搅拌均匀,配置成溴氰菊酯微囊悬浮剂油相待用;再取一定量水,加入PH调节剂、乳化剂、消泡剂搅拌均匀,配置成溴氰菊酯微囊悬浮剂水相待用;油水相配制好之后,将配制好的油相缓慢加入到水相中搅拌并剪切,粒径控制在D903.0~6.0 μm,再加入成囊剂,搅拌固化成囊;
(3)分别取合格的噻虫胺悬浮剂、溴氰菊酯微囊悬浮剂混合搅拌后,得到噻虫胺·溴氰菊酯微囊悬浮-悬浮剂。
6.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的分散剂选自聚环氧乙烷聚环氧丙烷单丁基醚、烷基萘磺酸盐甲醛聚合物、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物磷酸盐、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠、木质素钠盐或钙盐、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、烷基萘磺酸盐、EO-PO嵌段聚醚、苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸、烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磺酸盐、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、烷基聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基醚嵌段共聚物、拉开粉、十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐嵌段共聚物、梳型聚羧酸盐、聚羧酸钠中的一种或多种;
所述的成囊剂选自脂肪族多异氰酸酯、芳香族多异氰酸酯、多元胺、多元醇中的一种或多种;
所述的溶剂选自环己酮、二甲苯、200#溶剂油、150#溶剂油、植物油中的一种或多种;
所述的乳化剂选自十二烷基苯磺酸钙、三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、多元醇脂肪酸酯及其环氧乙烷加成物、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物、烷基糖苷中的一种或多种;
所述的增稠剂选自黄原酸胶、聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素、瓜胶中的一种或多种;
所述的PH调节剂选自冰醋酸、柠檬酸、磷酸二氢钾、山梨酸中的一种或多种;
所述的助悬剂为硅酸镁铝、凹凸棒土、白炭黑;
所述的防冻剂选自乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、聚乙二醇、山梨醇中的一种或多种;
所述的防腐剂为苯甲酸钠、1,2-苯丙异噻唑啉-3-酮中的一种;
所述的消泡剂选自聚硅氧烷、硅酮类消泡剂、C10-20饱和脂肪酸类化合物、C8-10脂肪醇类中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述应用,其特征在于:微囊悬浮-悬浮剂用于防治蔬菜蚜虫。
8.根据权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于:微囊悬浮-悬浮剂用于防治蔬菜蚜虫有效成分用药量为18~36克/公顷。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于:微囊悬浮-悬浮剂用于防治蔬菜蚜虫用水量为600~750升/公顷。
