Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of conference communication, and in particular, to a conference transferring method and apparatus.
Background
With the continuous development of internet and internet of things, online conferences are increasingly performed by using mobile devices such as mobile phones or special conference devices as conference terminals. In some cases, a user may need to use a different conference terminal to participate in the whole conference process, for example, use a mobile phone as a conference terminal to participate outdoors, and enter a conference room to participate in the conference, and then use conference equipment deployed in the conference room instead, so that a conference transfer between different conference terminals needs to be realized.
In the related art, conference transfer needs to be achieved by a user by means of manual operation: firstly, a user manually joins a new conference terminal into a conference where an original conference terminal is located, and after the new conference terminal is determined to be successfully joined, the user manually withdraws the original conference terminal from the conference. However, the above operation is extremely cumbersome and inefficient.

Furthermore, individual steps described in this specification, in other embodiments, may be described as being split into multiple steps; while various steps described in this specification may be combined into a single step in other embodiments. It should be understood that although the terms first, second, third, etc. may be used in this specification to describe various information, these information should not be limited to these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish one type of information from another. For example, the first information may also be referred to as second information, and similarly, the second information may also be referred to as first information, without departing from the scope of the present description. The word "if" as used herein may be interpreted as "at … …" or "at … …" or "responsive to a determination", depending on the context.

Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an architecture of a conference transfer system according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, which may include a server 11, a first conference terminal 12, and a second conference terminal 13.
The server 11 may be deployed on a physical server comprising a separate host, or the server 11 may be deployed on a virtual server (e.g., cloud server) hosted by a host cluster. The server 11 may run a server-side program of an application that supports the conference transfer function. Therefore, the service side program can cooperate with the client side program of the application to realize the conference transfer scheme of the specification, thereby providing corresponding conference transfer service for users. The application may be any application that supports the conference transfer function, which is not limited in this specification. For example, the application may be an instant messaging (Instant Messaging, IM) application or a dedicated online conferencing application. Further, the instant messaging application may be an enterprise instant messaging application (Enterprise Instant Messaging, EIM).
The first conference terminal 12 and the second conference terminal 13 may be electronic devices supporting an online conference, and the electronic devices may be a mobile phone, a PC (Personal Computer, a personal computer), and a wearable device (such as a smart watch, a smart glasses, etc.) equipped with an application having an online conference function, which is not limited in this specification. The electronic device may run a client-side program of an application having a conference transfer function, so as to cooperate with the server-side program as described above to provide a corresponding conference transfer service to a user. For example, the user originally uses the first conference terminal 12 to join the conference, and through the technical solution of the present specification, the second conference terminal 13 can be conveniently joined to the conference, and the first conference terminal 12 is withdrawn from the conference, so that the conference between the first conference terminal 12 and the second conference terminal 13 is transferred.
And the network 14 for interaction between the first conference terminal 12, the second conference terminal 13 and the server 11 may comprise various types of wired or wireless networks. In one embodiment, the network may include a public switched telephone network (Public Switched Telephone Network, PSTN) and the internet.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a conference transferring method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, where the method may be applied to a first conference terminal, and specifically includes the following steps:
s201, responding to a device switching instruction triggered by a target conference which is added to the first conference terminal, and generating a terminal switching request which comprises device information of a second conference terminal which is a switching target.
When a user needs to transfer a target conference which is added by a first conference terminal to other conference terminals, a device switching instruction for the target conference can be triggered and generated through man-machine interaction with the first conference terminal, so that the first conference terminal responds to the device switching instruction and generates a corresponding terminal switching request. The man-machine interaction between the user and the first conference terminal may take any form, for example, the user clicks a virtual button option displayed by the first conference terminal, the user sends a control voice to the first conference terminal, etc., which is not limited in this specification.
The terminal switching request contains device information of the first conference terminal and device information of the second conference terminal as a switching target. The device information may be a unique device identifier for identifying the corresponding conference terminal. For example, the device information may be information set by the corresponding conference terminal at the time of shipment, such as a MAC (Media Access Control ) address, IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity, international mobile equipment identity), UDID (Unique Device Identifier, unique device identification), and the like, which is not limited in this specification. For another example, the device information may be a unique identifier of the corresponding conference terminal temporarily generated based on a preset identification algorithm in the use process, where the unique identifier may be calculated by the corresponding conference terminal (may be synchronized to a server or other conference terminals if necessary), or may be calculated by the server and then distributed to the conference terminal, and this description is not limited to this.
The device information of the first session terminal may be stored in a preset storage space corresponding to the first session terminal, so that the first session terminal may quickly acquire the device information when generating the terminal handover request. The preset storage space may be a local storage space of the first conference terminal or a corresponding remote storage space (e.g. cloud storage space, etc.). The first conference terminal may obtain the device information of the second conference terminal in any manner, which is not limited in this specification; wherein several possible acquisition modes will be described below. It should be noted that: the first conference terminal may temporarily acquire the device information of the second conference terminal when confirming that the terminal switching request needs to be generated, or may acquire the device information of the second conference terminal in advance to avoid affecting the generating efficiency of the terminal switching request.
In an embodiment, the first conference terminal may determine the second conference terminal, establish a data transmission link with the second conference terminal, then send a device information acquisition request to the second conference terminal according to the data transmission link, and receive device information of the second conference terminal returned by the second conference terminal according to the device information acquisition request. The first conference terminal may determine the second conference terminal in any manner. For example, the first conference terminal may scan nearby conference terminals through a near field communication technology, and use the scanned conference terminal as a second conference terminal, or display the scanned conference terminal to the user, so that the user selects the second conference terminal from the scanned conference terminal, and then establishes a data transmission link with the second conference terminal. For another example, the first conference terminal may scan a graphic code (e.g., a two-dimensional code, etc.) displayed on the second conference terminal under the operation of the user, so as to establish a data transmission link with the second conference terminal according to information included in the graphic code. The data transmission link may be established by, for example, bluetooth, near field communication (Near Field Communication, NFC), long Range Radio (LoRa), infrared or wireless communication (Wi-Fi), which is not limited in this specification.
In another embodiment, the second conference terminal may externally broadcast the content including the own device information through a preset broadcast manner. Accordingly, the first conference terminal may perform content acquisition by a preset acquisition mode corresponding to the preset propagation mode, where: in the case of acquiring the content propagated by any one of the conference terminals, the first conference terminal may use the any one of the conference terminals as the second conference terminal, and use the device information contained in the acquired content as the device information of the second conference terminal. Wherein, compared with the data transmission link in the previous embodiment, the content transmission and collection in the present embodiment does not involve establishing the data transmission link between the second conference terminal and the first conference terminal, which has stronger flexibility and higher efficiency.
For example, the content propagated by the second conference terminal may include any of the following: sound, image or character. For example, for content containing sound: the second conference terminal may encode its own device information into an audio signal and generate a sound of a preset frequency through a speaker (speaker) to propagate the audio signal; correspondingly, the first conference terminal can collect and analyze the sound through a sound pick-up (such as a microphone), so as to obtain the equipment information of the second conference terminal. In a more specific embodiment, the audio signal may be transmitted and collected by using ultrasonic waves, so as to avoid noise generated to affect normal communication or participation of the user.
For another example, for content containing an image: the second conference terminal may encode its own device information into an image (for example, a two-dimensional code, a bar code, or other patterns containing encoded information), and display the image through a display device such as a screen; correspondingly, the first conference terminal can acquire and analyze the image displayed by the second conference terminal through the camera, so as to acquire the equipment information of the second conference terminal.
For another example, for content containing characters: the second conference terminal can directly encode the equipment information as text information or in a preset encoding mode to obtain corresponding encoded text information, and display and spread the text information through display equipment such as a screen; correspondingly, the first conference terminal can identify and analyze the text information displayed by the second conference terminal through the camera, so as to obtain the equipment information of the second conference terminal, or the first conference terminal can display an input option and manually input the text information displayed by the second conference terminal by a user, which is not limited in the specification.
In this embodiment, the data transmission link is not required to be established between the first conference terminal and the second conference terminal, and the device information of the second conference terminal is not required to be interacted between the first conference terminal and the second conference terminal in a "request-feedback" manner, so that unnecessary communication resources between the first conference terminal and the second conference terminal are saved, and the efficiency of the first conference terminal to acquire the device information of the second conference terminal is improved.
S202, the terminal switching request is sent to a server, so that the server joins the second conference terminal to the target conference according to the terminal switching request, and the first conference terminal exits the target conference.
After the server successfully receives the terminal switching request, the server can determine the first account information logged in the first conference terminal and the second account information logged in the second conference terminal according to the terminal switching request, and further can send a conference joining/exiting instruction to the conference terminal corresponding to the logged account through a pushing instruction, for example, and specifically, the conference joining instruction can be pushed to the second conference terminal corresponding to the second account information, so that the second conference terminal joins the target conference; meanwhile, the conference exit instruction can be pushed to the first conference terminal corresponding to the first account information, so that the first conference terminal exits the target conference. The process of joining the second conference terminal into the target conference can be regarded as establishing a conference channel between the server and the second conference terminal, wherein the conference channel is used for transmitting data such as basic information related to the conference (for example, conference identification, number of joined people, duration of the conference, personal information of other participants and the like corresponding to the conference), audio and video streams and the like; and the process of the first conference terminal exiting the target conference may be regarded as the server disconnecting the conference channel originally established with the second conference terminal.
In order to withdraw the first conference terminal from the target conference, the server needs to know the device information of the first conference terminal. In the specification, the server may acquire the device information of the first conference terminal in various manners, which is not limited in the specification. Several ways in which the device information of the first conference terminal can be known are described below:
in an embodiment, the server maintains some mapping relationships, so that the device information of the first conference terminal can be obtained in combination with the device information of the second conference terminal contained in the terminal switching request.
For example, the server may maintain a first mapping relationship between a first conference terminal and a second conference terminal, and after receiving the terminal switching request, may determine device information of the first conference terminal according to device information of the second conference terminal, so as to withdraw the first conference terminal from the target conference.
When the same second conference terminal and the plurality of first conference terminals have the mapping relation with respect to the first mapping relation, the server may determine the corresponding first conference terminal from the plurality of first conference terminals according to a preset mapping condition. The preset mapping conditions include, but are not limited to: the current meeting state of the first meeting terminal accords with a preset state, the geographic position of the first meeting terminal is matched with a preset geographic range, and the equipment type of the first meeting terminal accords with a preset type, for example: the first conference terminal A, B establishes a mapping relationship with the second conference terminal C, and assuming that the first conference terminal a is in a participating state and the first conference terminal B is in an unreferencing state, the server may determine the first conference terminal A, B according to the established mapping relationship after receiving a terminal switching request including device information of the second conference terminal, and determine the first conference terminal a in the participating state therefrom to transfer a conference for the first conference terminal a. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the reduction of the amount of data in the terminal handover request may further improve the transmission efficiency of the request. In addition, the server may also increase the number of mapping conditions, or set additional rules (for example, when the first conference terminal A, B is in the conference state, set the first conference terminal a as a device that needs to perform conference transfer by default) when the mapping conditions are appropriate, so that it is ensured that the unique first conference terminal may be determined finally, which is not limited in this specification.
For another example, the server may maintain the feature requirement of the second conference terminal and the feature information of the first conference terminal (for example, the participation status, the geographic location, the device type, etc. of the corresponding terminal), and after receiving the terminal switching request, may determine the second conference terminal and the corresponding feature requirement according to the device information of the second conference terminal, and determine the first conference terminal whose feature information matches the feature requirement. Assume that: the server maintains the feature requirement of the second conference terminal C, which is a geographical range (for example, the Y floor of the X building), and determines, from among the plurality of conference terminals, the first conference terminal whose geographical position is located in the above geographical range according to the feature requirement (for example, the first conference terminal a is located at the Y floor of the X building, and the first conference terminal B is located at the Z floor of the X building, then it is obvious that the feature information of the first conference terminal B matches the feature requirement of the second conference terminal C, and therefore the first conference terminal B is the conference terminal that needs to transfer the conference). The geographical locations of the plurality of conference terminals may be default addresses set for each terminal or positioning information that is sent to the server last time, which is not limited in this specification.
In another embodiment, the terminal handover request includes the description information for the first session terminal, so that the server can determine the device information of the first session terminal according to the description information.
For example, the terminal handover request may include device information of the first conference terminal. Then, after receiving the terminal switching request, the server may directly determine the device information of the first session terminal from the request. Assuming that the first conference terminals A, B are all in the target conference, when the user who uses the first conference terminal a wishes to transfer the conference to the second conference terminal C, a terminal switching request containing the device information of the first conference terminal a may be transmitted to the server through the first conference terminal a so that the server determines to transfer the conference to the first conference terminal a instead of the first conference terminal B or other terminals.
For another example, other information besides the device information of the first conference terminal is added to the terminal switching request so that the server receives the information indirectly to determine the first conference terminal, for example, the terminal switching request may also include the feature information of the first conference terminal, the server maintains the mapping relationship between the first conference terminal and the feature information, the server may indirectly determine the first conference terminal according to the feature information, further add the second conference terminal to the target conference according to the terminal switching request, and withdraw the first conference terminal from the target conference. Assume that the server maintains the following mapping: when the server receives the characteristic information comprising 'equipment type is equipment type B and geographic position is Y floor of X building', the first conference terminal B can be determined to need conference transfer according to the mapping relation.
In the solution of the present specification, the above-mentioned target conference may be determined by the server in different manners according to actual situations. Several ways of determining which the server may take are illustrated below.
In an embodiment, a second mapping relationship between the first conference terminal and the target conference may be maintained in the server, where the second mapping relationship may be used to instruct the server to join the second conference terminal to the target conference according to the terminal switching request, and withdraw the first conference terminal from the target conference. In this embodiment, the first conference terminal only needs to send corresponding device information, and the conference information of the target conference may be quickly determined by the server according to the second mapping relationship, so as to reduce the data transmission amount and reduce the data transmission pressure between the first conference terminal and the server. The second mapping relation may be stored based on a structure such as a database table, and is not limited in this specification.
In another embodiment, the terminal switching request may further include conference information of the target conference in addition to device information of the first conference terminal and device information of the second conference terminal, where the conference information may be used to instruct the server to join the second conference terminal to the target conference and to withdraw the first conference terminal from the target conference. In other words, the first conference terminal in this embodiment can add conference information of the target conference that itself has joined to the terminal switching request when generating the terminal switching request. Compared with the previous embodiment, the server in the embodiment does not need to indirectly determine the target conference in a similar second mapping relation manner, but can directly acquire conference information of the target conference from the terminal switching request for determination, so that the additional cost required by the server in the aspects of storage space, processing performance and the like is reduced, the equipment cost is reduced, and the efficiency of the terminal switching process is improved.
In the technical solution of the present specification, after joining the target conference, the second conference terminal may have the same participant identity as the first conference terminal, so as to have a corresponding operation authority or capability.
In an embodiment, the server may determine a participant identity corresponding to the logged-in account number of the first conference terminal in the target conference, and synchronize the determined participant identity to the logged-in account number of the second conference terminal that has joined the target conference. The identity of the participant may be characterized as an identity (e.g. a host identity or a bystander identity) of the corresponding account in the target conference, and the operation authority or capability of the first conference terminal for the target conference depends on the corresponding participant identity of the logged-in account of the first conference terminal in the target conference (e.g. the host identity may speak and disable speaking to other participants, and the bystander identity may not speak actively), so that the corresponding participant identity of the logged-in account of the second conference terminal in the target conference may be synchronized with the logged-in account of the first conference terminal, so that the second conference terminal obtains the same operation authority or capability as the first conference terminal. In addition, the synchronization operation of the participant identities may occur after the server joins the second conference terminal to the target conference, before the first conference terminal exits the target conference, or after the first conference terminal exits the target conference, which is not limited in this specification.
After the first conference terminal exits the target conference, the user can directly participate in the target conference through the second conference terminal. In the process of participating in the target conference, if the second conference terminal needs to be controlled (for example, a control function related to or unrelated to the target conference is realized), the user can directly operate on the second conference terminal and is irrelevant to the first conference terminal, and can also operate the second conference terminal through the first conference terminal.
In an embodiment, after the first conference terminal exits the target conference, a control interface for the second conference terminal may be displayed, where the control interface includes a device control option for the second conference terminal and/or a conference control option for the target conference. The device control option and the conference control option may be different from each other, so that the sending and processing modes of the corresponding request are changed, and specifically, the device control option is specific to the second conference terminal itself, for example, the second conference terminal is specific to the collection state of the audio/video stream, the specific device used for collecting the audio/video stream, the corresponding picture quality when playing the video stream, the corresponding volume when playing the audio stream, and the like; the conference control option is aimed at the target conference; for example, inviting other account numbers to participate in the target conference, looking up the current conference participants, carrying out online cloud recording on the current conference, displaying a two-dimensional code image containing related information of the target conference, and the like.
Therefore, the first conference terminal may send a corresponding device control request to the server in response to the trigger instruction for the device control option, so that the server forwards the device control request to the second conference terminal, and the second conference terminal performs a corresponding device control operation according to the device control request. Of course, the first conference terminal may also send a corresponding conference control request to the server in response to the triggering instruction for the conference control option, so that the server executes, according to the conference control request, a corresponding conference control operation on the target conference with a corresponding participant identity in the target conference by using the registered account number of the second conference terminal.
In the following, referring to fig. 3a to 3c, taking a remote controller of the second conference terminal as an example after the first conference terminal exits the target conference, a corresponding interface between the first conference terminal and the second conference terminal is described. As shown in fig. 3a, assuming that the first conference terminal 301 is a mobile terminal device (e.g. a mobile phone, a tablet), the second conference terminal 311 is a fixed-location media terminal integrated with an audio/video capturing function, at this time, the first conference terminal 301 is in a corresponding target conference, the user may call out a control panel 302 for the target conference by clicking, sliding up a screen, etc. for example, the control panel includes various operations for the target conference, after the user clicks a "switch device" option in the control panel 302, the first conference terminal 301 may obtain and display device information 304 similar to the second conference terminal 311 in fig. 3b by parsing the received ultrasonic wave, and may display a "switch" button 303 for determining to perform a conference switch, and after the user selects the corresponding device information 304 (at this time, the first conference terminal 301 may simultaneously receive and display a plurality of second conference terminals), the button 303 may be clicked to exit the target conference and display an interface similar to fig. 3c, as shown in fig. 3c, the first conference terminal 301 may display a device control display interface 305 and a conference interface 306. In addition, the second conference terminal 311 displays a conference interface which is original to the first conference terminal 301. In this embodiment, the first conference terminal 301 replaces the second conference terminal 311 to display the original control interface, so that the second conference terminal 311 only needs to display important conference content, which improves the conference experience of the user and the acquisition efficiency of conference information, and of course, in the case that the first conference terminal 301 is a mobile device, the above scheme can enable the user to remove the extra process of searching for the control device of the second conference terminal 311, thereby improving the operation smoothness and the noninductive experience when controlling the second conference terminal 311.
In an embodiment, the first conference terminal may record a conference configuration of the target conference, where the conference configuration includes a media device used by the first conference terminal when participating in the target conference; meanwhile, when the first conference terminal receives the switching abnormality notification returned by the server, the conference configuration of the first conference terminal for the target conference can be restored to the recorded conference configuration.
It will be appreciated that: when any one of the conference terminals joins the conference, it is necessary to reasonably set its own conference configuration, where the conference configuration includes a media device adopted by the any one of the conference terminals, where the media device may include, but is not limited to: devices for capturing conference audio (e.g., a built-in microphone or an external microphone), devices for playing conference audio (e.g., a built-in speaker or an external speaker), devices for capturing conference video (e.g., a built-in camera or an external camera), devices for playing conference video (e.g., a built-in screen or an external screen), etc., so that a user using any of the above-mentioned conference terminals may obtain a better participant experience. Particularly when the default media device of any of the conference terminals fails, if the default media device is not set as a normal media device, normal participation of the user may be affected.
In the process of transferring the conference between the first conference terminal and the second conference terminal, the first conference terminal also cancels the originally adopted conference configuration when exiting the target conference, for example, the audio device in the conference configuration used by the first conference terminal when in the target conference is a bluetooth headset, and the first conference terminal switches back to the audio device in the default configuration, such as a speaker and a microphone on the first conference terminal, after exiting the target conference. If the second conference terminal fails to join the target conference (i.e. the handover fails) and the first conference terminal has exited the target conference, the present embodiment may ensure that the first conference terminal may switch back to the conference configuration that was originally used when the target conference was performed, for example, by switching the audio device from the speaker and microphone on the first conference terminal to the bluetooth headset, without requiring the user to set the conference configuration of the first conference terminal again, and avoid that the first conference terminal may still use the default configuration after re-joining the target conference to affect the conference experience or normal conference.
Fig. 4 is a schematic three-party interaction flow diagram of a conference transferring method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 3, specifically including the following steps:
