Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of washing labels, in particular to a novel passive ultrahigh frequency wireless radio frequency silica gel washing label.
Background
Currently, the main stream UHF RFID washing label on the market is generally fixed by adopting stainless steel or the same type of metal material through a suture technology, and a UHF antenna is encapsulated by using a silica gel or similar type flexible film.
After the packaging type laundry label is washed for hundreds of times, the bonding part of the antenna and the film is cracked and damaged, especially under the washing environments of high pressure, strong alkalinity, bleaching and drying of washing equipment, the packaging type laundry label cannot be completely suitable for the washing environments of high temperature and high pressure, high twisting force, strong corrosiveness and the like, the washing times cannot meet the use requirements, sometimes the washing label is damaged under the conditions of less than hundreds of times and even lower washing times, and therefore the requirements on tracking and management of washed articles cannot be met, and in actual use, the washing times of the washing label are required to be 200 times or more.
Based on the reasons, the invention designs a novel passive ultrahigh frequency wireless radio frequency silica gel washing label, and the flexibility and durability of the product are not high. The product has the advantages that the industrial washing resistance time is increased from 100 to 200 or more, the performance is basically unchanged after the product is used for multiple times, and the long-distance reading and group reading functions are stable and reliable.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a novel passive ultrahigh frequency wireless radio frequency silica gel washing label, and the flexibility and durability of the product are not high. The product has the advantages that the industrial washing resistance time is increased from 100 to 200 or more, the performance is basically unchanged after the product is used for multiple times, and the long-distance reading and group reading functions are stable and reliable.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a novel passive ultrahigh frequency wireless radio frequency silica gel washing tag, which comprises a flexible far field antenna, a near field antenna module, a shell, a UHF chip and reinforced curing glue, wherein the flexible far field antenna and the UHF chip are packaged in the shell through reinforced high-performance epoxy materials to form a whole, the near field antenna module is electrically connected with a copper antenna of the flexible far field antenna, and the near field antenna module is adhered to a central vacant position of the flexible far field antenna through the reinforced curing glue.
The shell is a silica gel or environment-friendly TPU packaging shell.
The shell can adopt various colors and silica gel hardness.
The flexible far-field antenna is a copper antenna and is mounted on the FPC substrate through a curing adhesive.
The UHF chip is mounted on the FPC substrate by a curing adhesive.
Compared with the prior art, the FPC substrate of the label is high-temperature resistant, high-pressure resistant, strong acid resistant, strong alkali resistant, detergent resistant, kneading resistant, bending resistant and long in service life, and the designed structure can enable the tracking label to adapt to strong stretching and kneading, deformation and high temperature, and the maintenance performance is not damaged, so that various extreme challenges of the label to the environment are greatly improved.
The product can be produced in batches, so that the performance consistency is very good, the reading speed is very fast, and the reading time in the using process is greatly reduced.

Description of the reference numerals
1 is a flexible far-field antenna, 2 is a near-field antenna module, 3 is a shell, and 4 is reinforced curing adhesive.
Description of the embodiments
The invention will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the invention provides a novel passive ultrahigh frequency wireless radio frequency silica gel washing tag, which comprises a flexible far field antenna 1, a near field antenna module 2, a shell 3, a UHF chip and a reinforced curing adhesive 4, wherein the flexible far field antenna 2 and the UHF chip are packaged in the shell 3 through reinforced high-performance epoxy materials to form a whole, and the near field antenna module 2 is electrically connected with a copper antenna of the flexible far field antenna 1, so that the packaged UHF chip module package can resist the severe service environment requirements of high temperature, mechanical stretching, twisting, extrusion and the like in the industrial washing process.
The performance of the flexible far-field antenna module is more stable, the flexible far-field antenna 1 and the near-field antenna module 2 are better protected after the flexible far-field antenna module is packaged in the silica gel shell 3, and certain energy transfer effect is achieved.
The shell 3 is very light and thin, so that the overall appearance is correspondingly reduced, and the fabric is soft and is more easy to conceal the gap between the linen and the clothes, thereby improving the feeling-free effect of a user in use and achieving good comfort.
The near-field antenna module 2 is adhered to the central vacant position of the flexible far-field antenna 1 through the reinforced curing adhesive 4, adopts a separated design, namely a coupled dipole tag design, and is divided into a chip matching ring and an antenna design, so that the defect caused by displacement of the tag caused by collision in the washing process can be greatly reduced. The standard of ISO18000-6 or EPC Class 1Gen2 is met, the passive frequency working range is 860-960 Mhz, the reading distance of an application target is reached, and the reading can reach 3-12 meters.
The shell 3 is a packaging shell which is protected by silica gel or environment-friendly TPU packaging, the product is more green and environment-friendly and safe, is completely harmless to human bodies, does not damage textiles, can be directly sewn on the inner side of the clothes, does not generate offensive feeling, is very skin-friendly, can hardly feel the existence of a label by a user, can reach the IP68 waterproof grade of the international standard, and can effectively isolate the moisture in the washing process, and the solvent and the washing chemicals are corroded.
The housing 3 may be of various colors and silicone hardness.
The flexible far-field antenna 1 is a copper antenna and is mounted on the FPC substrate by a cured adhesive.
