When the network image forming device to be distributed starts a monitoring function, the network image forming device to be distributed can receive a broadcast packet containing configuration parameters of a target access point. The function of starting monitoring refers to the function of starting scanning of the image forming equipment to be distributed.
When SSID and password are sent by broadcasting mode, then the image forming device is required to be in monitoring mode continuously, the monitoring mode has higher energy consumption, therefore before SSID and password are ready to be sent, the terminal sends a second indication signal to the image forming device, the terminal is used for indicating the image forming device to disconnect Bluetooth connection and enter Bluetooth monitoring mode, so that the image forming device is ready to receive broadcasting packet containing distribution network information, and energy consumption is saved.
In some embodiments, the listening function is turned off if a broadcast packet containing the target access point configuration parameters is not received within a predetermined time (e.g., 15 minutes). Because energy is wasted if the image forming apparatus does not monitor the broadcast packet including the SSID and the password of the target access point all the time, when the monitoring function turned on based on the second indication signal exceeds a certain time and still does not monitor the broadcast packet including the configuration parameter of the target access point, the monitoring function is turned off to save energy.
In other embodiments, the second indication signal may be sent by the terminal, or may be sent in the form of an electrical signal by the user pressing a preset key (such as a Wi-Fi key) of the body of the image forming apparatus.
S105, receiving configuration parameters of a target access point sent by the terminal.
Specifically, the configuration parameters include information capable of characterizing a Service Set Identifier (SSID) and a password of the target access point, where the service set identifier is obtained by searching for the terminal or the network image forming device to be configured. When the service set identifier of the target access point is obtained by the terminal in a searching manner, the network image forming device to be configured sends a service set identifier list of the access point which can be searched by the network image forming device to be configured to the terminal, so that the terminal can judge whether the service set identifier list contains the service set identifier of the target access point according to the pre-written configuration parameters of the target access point, and send the configuration parameters of the target access point to the network image forming device to be configured when the judgment result is yes, for example, if the terminal confirms that the service set identifier list of the access point fed back by the network image forming device to be configured is the service set identifier containing the target access point, the network image forming device to be configured sends the configuration parameters of the target access point to the network image forming device to be configured, so that the network image forming device to be configured can receive the configuration parameters of the target access point sent by the terminal.
The configuration parameters of the target access point written in advance are as follows: writing the SSID and the password of the target access point in the application software of the terminal in advance, wherein the SSID can be wifi connected with the terminal which is automatically filled.
When the service set identification of the target access point is obtained by the network image forming device to be distributed in a searching mode, the network image forming device to be distributed sends a service set identification list of the access point which can be searched by the network image forming device to be distributed to the terminal, so that the terminal can send configuration parameters of the target access point to the network image forming device to be distributed based on the selected information in the service set identification list, and the network image forming device to be distributed can receive the configuration parameters of the target access point sent by the terminal. In this embodiment, the service set identifier of the target access point may be selected based on the service set identifier list and the corresponding password may be written, and the service set identifier and the password of the target access point may be sent to the network image forming device to be configured.
S106, trying to establish connection with the target access point according to the configuration parameters of the target access point.
And S107, feeding back the connection state information to the terminal.
Specifically, the connection status information includes in-connection, password error, SSID not found, and the like. The connection status information is also referred to as distribution network outcome information in some prior art.
In the first embodiment, the feedback of the connection status information to the terminal may specifically be: receiving a current IP address and a port number of a terminal broadcast by the terminal; the image forming apparatus initiates a TCP connection request using an IP address and a port number of the terminal so that the terminal establishes a TCP connection with the image forming apparatus after receiving the TCP connection request. After the TCP connection is established, the terminal receives the connection status information through the TCP connection.
In the second embodiment, the feedback of the connection status information to the terminal may specifically be: establishing wireless connection with a terminal; and acquiring network distribution result information of the target equipment through wireless connection. The wireless connection may employ near field communication or other types of communication. For example, bluetooth communication or WiFi-Direct communication.
Further, after receiving the connection status information, the terminal may display indication information of the network configuration result to the user on an application program of the terminal. The method specifically comprises the following steps: displaying information indicating the display state of the network signal lamp of the user observation target equipment to the user; or, when the network allocation of the image forming apparatus is successful, displaying the apparatus information of the image forming apparatus to the user.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, an embodiment of the present application further discloses a network distribution method for an image forming apparatus of a terminal, as shown in fig. 3, where the network distribution method includes:
s21, confirming the image forming equipment to be distributed with the network.
Specifically, the image forming apparatus is searched by the terminal to obtain an image forming apparatus list, and the image forming apparatus to be distributed is confirmed based on the image forming apparatus list.
S22, displaying information for guiding the user to press a preset button of the image forming equipment to be matched with the network.
Specifically, animation or static image or text indication information for guiding a user to press a preset button of the network image forming device to be distributed is displayed through the terminal, so that the user presses the preset button to enable the network image forming device to be distributed to execute the function of receiving the broadcast packet sent by the terminal.
According to the embodiment, the network image forming device to be configured only starts the functions of receiving the broadcast packet and establishing the Bluetooth connection after the preset button is pressed, so that energy consumption is saved, interference is reduced, and the animation/static image/text indication information for guiding a user to press the preset button is arranged in the application software of the terminal, so that user experience is improved.
S23, continuously sending the broadcast packet to the image forming equipment of the network to be distributed.
Specifically, after the terminal continuously sends a broadcast packet to the network image forming device to be distributed, the network image forming device to be distributed establishes Bluetooth connection with the terminal according to the received broadcast packet, wherein the broadcast packet comprises identification information of the network image forming device to be distributed.
S24, sending the configuration parameters of the target access point to the image forming equipment of the network to be configured.
Specifically, after the terminal sends the configuration parameters of the target access point to the network image forming device to be configured, the network image forming device to be configured tries to establish connection with the target access point according to the configuration parameters of the target access point, wherein the terminal can send the SSID and the password of the target access point through bluetooth connection at one time and separately, can also send the SSID and the password in a subpacket mode through bluetooth broadcasting, and can also send the SSID and the password in a bit-by-bit mode in the bluetooth connection. The service set identification of the target access point is obtained by searching for the terminal or the image forming device of the network to be distributed.
When the service set identifier of the target access point is obtained by the terminal through a searching mode, the configuration parameters of the target access point can be written before the step S22, so that the terminal can receive the written configuration parameters of the target access point; after receiving a service set identification list of access points which can be searched by the network image forming equipment to be distributed and sent by the network image forming equipment to be distributed, the terminal confirms whether the service set identification list contains the service set identification of the target access point or not according to the pre-written configuration parameters of the target access point, and when confirming that the service set identification list contains the service set identification of the target access point, the terminal sends the configuration parameters of the target access point to the network image forming equipment to be distributed.
In some embodiments, when the service set identifier of the target access point is obtained by searching for the terminal, the service set identifier of the access point currently used by the terminal may also be automatically filled into the configuration parameter input interface of the application program as the target access point before step S22. Specifically, acquiring wifi communication frequency of the image forming device to be distributed, and if the access point currently connected with the terminal is not matched with the wifi frequency, not filling the service set identifier of the access point currently connected with the terminal into the configuration parameter input interface of the application program; or the service set identification of the access point currently connected with the terminal is filled into the configuration parameter input interface of the application program after the character string related to the wifi communication frequency is removed, and the service set identification is used as the target access point. After the terminal receives a service set identification list of the access point which is sent by the image forming equipment of the network to be distributed and can be searched by the image forming equipment of the network to be distributed, confirming whether the service set identification list of the target access point contains the service set identification of the target access point or not according to the service set identification of the target access point, and sending configuration parameters of the target access point to the image forming equipment of the network to be distributed by the terminal when confirming that the service set identification list contains the service set identification of the target access point.
In some embodiments, when the service set identification of the target access point is obtained by searching for the terminal, the target access point may also be determined from available access points according to the user selection before step S22. Specifically, wifi communication frequency of the image forming equipment to be distributed is obtained; displaying a list of available access points which can be searched by the terminal; and setting the access points which are not matched with the wifi communication frequency in the available access points in the list as non-selectable, and selecting one access point from the selectable available access points in the list as a target access point. After receiving a service set identification list of access points which can be searched by the network image forming equipment to be distributed and sent by the network image forming equipment to be distributed, the terminal confirms whether the service set identification list contains the service set identification of the target access point or not according to the service set identification of the target access point, and when confirming that the service set identification list contains the service set identification of the target access point, the terminal sends configuration parameters of the target access point to the network image forming equipment to be distributed.
When the service set identifier of the target access point is obtained by searching for the to-be-configured network image forming device, the user does not need to write in configuration parameters (SSID and password) of the target access point in advance, specifically: after the terminal receives the service set identification list of the access point which can be searched by the network image forming equipment to be distributed and is sent by the network image forming equipment to be distributed, the application software of the terminal jumps to an SSID and password interface, the SSID displayed by the interface is from the SSID list searched by the image forming equipment, a user can select the SSID and input a corresponding password in the interface, and then the configuration parameters of the target access point are sent to the network image forming equipment to be distributed through the terminal.
S25, receiving connection condition information fed back by the image forming equipment of the network to be distributed. The connection status information is also referred to as distribution network outcome information in some prior art.
Specifically, after the network to be distributed image forming device receives the configuration parameters of the target access point sent by the terminal, two reactions may exist, specific connection status information is returned, for example, connection is in progress, a password is wrong, an SSID is not found, or the network to be distributed image forming device does not respond for a certain time, and the network to be distributed is considered to be successful.
In the first embodiment, receiving the connection status information fed back by the network image forming apparatus to be configured may specifically be: the terminal broadcasts an IP address and a port number of the terminal to the image forming device; and if the TCP connection establishment request message sent by the image forming equipment is received, establishing TCP connection with the image forming equipment. Then receiving the network distribution result information through TCP connection
In the second embodiment, receiving the connection status information fed back by the network image forming apparatus to be configured may specifically be: the terminal establishes wireless connection with the image forming device, and acquires network configuration result information of the image forming device through the wireless connection. The wireless connection may employ near field communication or other types of communication. For example, bluetooth communication or WiFi-Direct communication.
In the third embodiment, receiving the connection status information fed back by the network image forming apparatus to be configured may specifically be: the terminal acquires device identification information of the image forming apparatus and searches for the image forming apparatus in the access point network based on the device identification information of the image forming apparatus. If the image forming device is searched in the preset time, the network distribution is successful, otherwise, the network distribution is failed.
Further, after receiving the connection status information, the terminal may display indication information of the network configuration result to the user on an application program of the terminal. The method specifically comprises the following steps: displaying information indicating the display state of the network signal lamp of the user observation target equipment to the user; or, when the network allocation of the image forming apparatus is successful, displaying the apparatus information of the image forming apparatus to the user.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, the embodiments of the present application further disclose a network distribution method of an image forming apparatus, applied to a terminal, and shown with reference to fig. 4, where the network distribution method includes:
s201, receiving a broadcast packet sent by the image forming device of the network to be distributed.
Wherein the broadcast packet contains identification information of the image forming apparatus to be distributed.
S202, establishing Bluetooth communication with the image forming equipment to be distributed according to the received broadcast packet.
Specifically, after the network image forming device to be distributed continuously sends a broadcast packet to the terminal, the terminal establishes Bluetooth connection with the network image forming device to be distributed according to the received broadcast packet.
S203, searching available access points of the terminal, and displaying the searched available access points on an interface of the application program.
Specifically, the terminal searches for available access points thereof, and displays the searched available access points on an application program interface so as to determine a target access point from the available access points.
S204, determining a target access point from available access points according to the access points selected by the user or currently connected by the terminal.
Specifically, when a target access point is determined from available access points according to user selection, wifi communication frequency of the image forming device to be configured is obtained, access points which are not matched with the wifi communication frequency in the available access points are set to be non-selectable, and then the target access point is determined from the selectable available access points. For example, if the printing apparatus supports only 2.4G frequencies, but the handset searches for a router of 5G frequency, the SSID of the 5G router is displayed in gray, and user selection is not allowed.
And when a target access point is determined from available access points according to the access point to which the terminal is currently connected, acquiring the wifi communication frequency of the image forming equipment to be allocated, and if the access point to which the terminal is currently connected is not matched with the wifi frequency, not filling the service set identification of the access point to which the terminal is currently connected on the interface of the application program, or filling the service set identification of the access point to which the terminal is currently connected in the configuration parameter input interface of the application program after removing the character string related to the wifi communication frequency, wherein the service set identification is used as the target access point. For example, if wifi currently connected to the mobile phone is 5G frequency, when the printing device only supports 2.4G, the SSID of the 5G router is not automatically filled into the network interface of the mobile phone APP.
When the terminal does not automatically fill the service set identification of the currently connected access point to the interface of the application program due to the reason that the frequency of the printing device is not supported, the reason for the non-automatic filling can be displayed on the terminal. For example, a prompt may be displayed, such as "the network frequency currently connected to the mobile phone is not the frequency supported by the printer, please reselect or manually input", so that the user knows the reason that the mobile phone cannot be automatically filled and the next operation guidance, and the user is prevented from being confused.
S205, the configuration parameters of the target access point are sent to the image forming device to be distributed through Bluetooth communication.
Specifically, after the terminal sends the configuration parameters of the target access point to the network image forming device to be configured, the network image forming device to be configured tries to establish connection with the target access point according to the configuration parameters of the target access point.
S206, receiving the connection status information fed back by the image forming equipment of the network to be distributed.
Specifically, after the network to be distributed image forming device receives the configuration parameters of the target access point sent by the terminal, two reactions may exist, specific connection status information is returned, for example, connection is in progress, a password is wrong, an SSID is not found, or the network to be distributed image forming device does not respond for a certain time, and the network to be distributed is considered to be successful.
In the prior art, if the router has a 5G frequency band, and if the wifi name set by the user is AAA, the user can search for two SSIDs of AAA and aaa_5g with the mobile phone, but if the printing device is only provided with a wifi chip of 2.4G, but no wifi chip of 5G, two problems will occur in the network distribution process of the image forming device to be distributed with the network:
(1) After the user sends the network allocation information of AAA_5G to the printing device, the printing device cannot be used because the printing device does not support the 5G frequency band, and the network allocation fails.
(2) There is a prior art that the SSID of wifi currently used by a mobile phone can be automatically filled in an SSID input field of a distribution network interface to replace manual input of a user. If the mobile phone is currently connected with 5G wifi, the mobile phone cannot complete the network configuration by using the SSID after automatic filling.
Resulting in failure of distribution network
According to one scheme, the terminal searches an available router list and acquires wifi frequency supported by the printing equipment, so that the SSID of the router which is not supported by the printing equipment in the list is displayed in gray, namely, the user is not allowed to select, further, network distribution failure caused by the fact that the user selects the SSID which is not supported by the printing equipment can be prevented, the probability of network distribution failure is reduced, and user experience is improved.
According to the other scheme, when the wifi of the current connection of the terminal is detected to be 5G frequency, the SSID of the access point of the current connection of the terminal is not filled in the interface of the application program, so that network allocation failure of a user can be prevented; or removing the SSID of the access point currently connected with the terminal and filling the SSID into a configuration parameter input interface of the application program as a target access point, so that user operation can be saved, manual editing by a user is not needed, network switching by the user is not needed, user operation steps are saved, and user experience is improved.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, an embodiment of the present application further discloses a network distribution method of an image forming apparatus, and referring to fig. 5, the network distribution method includes:
s31, the terminal confirms the image forming equipment to be distributed with the network.
Specifically, the user may search for the image forming apparatus in the application software (for example, APP or other application programs, browser, etc. described above) of the terminal by bluetooth, and select the image forming apparatus to be distributed from the searched image forming apparatus list, thereby enabling the terminal to confirm the image forming apparatus to be distributed. The searching mode is that the terminal receives broadcast packets sent by the image forming equipment at intervals, and the received broadcast packets carry product identifiers and serial numbers of the image forming equipment).
S32, displaying information for guiding a user to press a preset button of the image forming equipment to be matched with the network.
Specifically, after writing the SSID and the password of the target access point in the application software of the terminal, clicking a "start distribution network" button of the interface, at this time, the interface of the terminal displays an animation/static image/text indication information, and guides the user to press a preset button, such as a wifi button, on the main body of the image forming device to be distributed, so as to generate a first indication signal.
S33, the to-be-distributed network image forming device responds to the first indication signal to execute the function of receiving the broadcast packet sent by the terminal.
Specifically, after a wifi button of the network image forming device to be distributed is pressed, the network image forming device to be distributed starts to receive a broadcast packet, and actively initiates Bluetooth connection with a terminal according to information in the received broadcast packet sent by the terminal; meanwhile, if the image forming equipment to be distributed is in a dormant state, the image forming equipment to be distributed can be awakened at the same time when the wifi button is pressed, and the function of receiving the broadcast packet sent by the terminal is executed.
In this embodiment, only after the preset button is pressed, the network image forming device to be configured starts the functions of receiving bluetooth broadcast and establishing bluetooth connection, which is conducive to saving energy consumption and reducing interference, and sets animation/static image/text indication information for guiding the user to press the preset button in the application software of the terminal, thereby improving user experience.
And S34, the terminal continuously transmits the broadcast packet to the image forming equipment to be distributed.
Specifically, the broadcast packet includes a product identifier and a serial number of the image forming device to be configured, so that the image forming device with the product identifier and the serial number actively establishes a bluetooth connection with the terminal after receiving the broadcast packet.
S35, the image forming equipment to be distributed receives the broadcast packet sent by the terminal, and establishes Bluetooth connection with the terminal according to the received broadcast packet.
S36, the terminal sends the configuration parameters of the target access point to the image forming equipment to be configured.
Specifically, the terminal may send the SSID and the password through the bluetooth connection at one time and separately, or may send the SSID and the password in a packet through a bluetooth broadcast manner, or may send the SSID and the password in a bit-by-bit manner in the bluetooth connection. The configuration parameters of the target access point are obtained by searching for the terminal or the distribution network image forming equipment.
When the configuration parameters of the target access point are obtained by the terminal in the searching manner, the configuration parameters of the target access point need to be written before step S32, after the terminal receives the service set identification list of the access point which can be searched by the network image forming device to be distributed and sent by the network image forming device to be distributed, the terminal confirms whether the service set identification list contains the service set identification of the target access point according to the pre-written configuration parameters of the target access point, and when the service set identification list is confirmed to contain the service set identification of the target access point, the terminal sends the configuration parameters of the target access point to the network image forming device to be distributed.
The configuration parameters written into the target access point before step S32 specifically include: writing the SSID and the password of the target access point in the application software of the terminal, wherein the SSID can be wifi which is automatically filled and connected with the terminal.
When the service set identifier of the target access point is obtained by searching the image forming device of the network to be distributed, the user does not need to write in configuration parameters (SSID and password) of the target access point in advance, after the terminal receives the service set identifier list of the access point which can be searched by the image forming device of the network to be distributed and is sent by the image forming device of the network to be distributed, the application software of the terminal jumps to an SSID and password interface, the SSID displayed by the interface is from the SSID list searched by the image forming device, the user can select the SSID of the target access point in the interface and input the corresponding password, and the configuration parameters of the target access point are sent to the image forming device of the network to be distributed.
S37, the image forming equipment to be distributed tries to establish connection with the target access point according to the configuration parameters of the target access point.
Based on the above embodiments, the embodiments of the present application also disclose a network distribution device for an image forming apparatus of an image forming apparatus to be network-distributed, and referring to fig. 6, the network distribution device includes a first receiving module 101, a second receiving module 102, a first connecting module 103, and a second connecting module 104. The first receiving module 101 is configured to perform a function of receiving a broadcast packet transmitted by a terminal in response to a first indication signal. The first connection module 103 is connected to the first receiving module 101, and is configured to establish a bluetooth connection with a terminal according to a broadcast packet received by the first receiving module 101. The second receiving module 102 is configured to receive a configuration parameter of a target access point sent by a terminal. The second connection module 104 is connected to the second receiving module 102, and is configured to establish a connection with the target access point according to the configuration parameter of the target access point received by the second receiving module 102. The configuration parameters comprise information capable of representing service set identifiers and passwords of the target access points, and the service set identifiers of the target access points are obtained by searching for the terminal or the image forming equipment to be distributed with the network.
Further, when the service set identifier of the target access point is obtained by the terminal through a searching manner, the configuration parameters of the target access point sent by the receiving terminal may specifically be: the method comprises the steps that a service set identification list of access points which can be searched by the image forming equipment of the network to be distributed is sent to a terminal, so that the terminal can judge whether the service set identification list contains the service set identification of the target access point or not according to the pre-written configuration parameters of the target access point, and if the judgment result is yes, the configuration parameters of the target access point are sent to the image forming equipment of the network to be distributed; and receiving the configuration parameters of the target access point sent by the terminal.
Further, when the service set identifier of the target access point is obtained by searching for the to-be-configured network image forming device, the configuration parameters of the target access point sent by the receiving terminal may specifically be: the method comprises the steps of sending a service set identification list of access points which can be searched by the image forming equipment of the network to be distributed to a terminal, so that the terminal can send configuration parameters of a target access point to the image forming equipment of the network to be distributed based on selected information in the service set identification list; and receiving the configuration parameters of the target access point sent by the terminal.
The network distribution device may further include: the feedback unit is used for feeding back connection status information to the terminal after the connection with the target access point is established according to the configuration parameters of the target access point, wherein the connection status information comprises in-connection, wrong passwords and service set identifiers which are not found; and the connection disconnection unit is used for disconnecting the Bluetooth connection with the terminal after the connection status information is fed back to the terminal and when the connection between the network image forming equipment to be configured and the target access point fails. The network distribution device can further comprise a third receiving module, which is used for responding to the second indication signal and disconnecting the Bluetooth connection with the terminal; the monitoring starting module is used for starting a monitoring function, and the monitoring function is used for receiving a broadcast packet containing the configuration parameters of the target access point; and the monitoring closing module is used for closing the monitoring function when the broadcast packet containing the configuration parameters of the target access point is not received within the preset time.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, an embodiment of the present application further discloses a network distribution device for an image forming apparatus of a terminal, as shown in fig. 7, where the network distribution device includes a confirmation module 201, a display module 202, a first sending module 203, and a second sending module 204. The confirmation module 201 is configured to confirm the to-be-configured network image forming device, the display module 202 is configured to display information for guiding a user to press a preset button of the to-be-configured network image forming device, the first sending module 203 is configured to continuously send a broadcast packet to the to-be-configured network image forming device, and the second sending module 204 is configured to send configuration parameters of a target access point to the to-be-configured network image forming device. The broadcast packet contains a product identifier and a serial number of the image forming device to be distributed. The confirmation module is used for searching each image forming device to obtain an image forming device list; and confirming the image forming apparatus to be distributed based on the selection of the user in the image forming apparatus list; the network allocation device may further include a configuration parameter receiving module, configured to receive the written configuration parameter of the target access point when the service set identifier of the target access point is obtained by the terminal through a search method and before the information that guides the user to press the preset button of the network allocation image forming apparatus is displayed.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, the embodiments of the present application further disclose a terminal, as shown in fig. 8, where the terminal includes a display unit 301, a judging unit 302, and a control unit 303, where the display unit 301 is configured to display information for guiding a user to press a preset button of an image forming apparatus to be configured. The judging unit 302 is configured to judge whether the network image forming apparatus to be configured receives a broadcast packet from the terminal. The control unit 303 is connected to the judging unit 302, and is configured to stop displaying information for guiding the user to press a preset button of the image forming apparatus to be distributed when the judging unit 302 determines that a broadcast packet from the terminal is received.
For example, when the display unit 301 receives a signal for characterizing the start of the distribution network, a guide animation (may also be a still image or text guidance information for guiding) is displayed, and the guide animation is used for guiding the user to press a wifi key of the image forming apparatus body to be distributed. When the wifi key is pressed, after the judging unit 302 confirms that the image forming device to be configured receives the broadcast packet from the terminal, the control unit 303 controls the guide animation not to be displayed any more, for example, the next step can be skipped, or the guide animation is replaced by other guide pictures, so that the confusion of a user in the network configuration process is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, an embodiment of the present application further discloses a computer readable storage medium, where the storage medium includes a stored program, and when the program runs, the device where the storage medium is controlled to execute the foregoing network allocation method.
The image forming apparatus includes, but is not limited to, printers, copiers, facsimile machines, scanners, multifunctional integrated machines that integrate functions of printing, copying, faxing, scanning, and the like, the function of which is to print images or characters on an image forming medium.
