In the access method of the embodiment of the present invention, at least one condition PSCell configuration information configured for the UE side by the network side (e.g., MN and/or SN) is used, and after the SCG fails, the configuration of the SCG of one candidate PSCell in the at least one condition PSCell configured for the UE is executed, so as to avoid the problem of long data transmission interruption delay of the SCG side after the SCG fails.
The method for processing SCG failure of the auxiliary cell group in the embodiment of the invention is applied to a terminal, and as shown in figure 2, the method comprises the following steps:
s110, after reporting SCG failure information of the auxiliary cell group, selecting a pre-configured candidate PSCell as a target cell; wherein the candidate PSCell is a PSCell configured in the addition and/or change of the conditional PSCell;
s120, performing a configuration including the pre-configured SCG of the target cell.
By adopting the SCG failure processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, under the condition that the PSCell of the main SCG cell is added and/or changed, a plurality of SCG configuration information are configured for the UE side, and the SCG configuration information can be utilized after SCG failure so as to reduce the data transmission interruption time delay of the SCG side. In an embodiment of the present invention, in step S110, the selecting a candidate PSCell in the adding and/or changing of a preconfigured conditional PSCell as a target cell includes at least one of: selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by a network side; and selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell after the timing duration of a preset timer is reached.
By adopting the processing method, in one embodiment, after the UE reports the SCG failure information of the secondary cell group, the network side can send an execution instruction to the UE to inform the UE to execute the configuration of one candidate PSCell added and/or changed by the existing conditional PSCell; in another embodiment, after the UE detects SCG failure or reports SCG failure information and the preset timer expires, the UE is allowed to execute configuration of one candidate PSCell in the existing addition and/or change of the conditional PSCell. The following describes two embodiments of the present invention for carrying out the above-described embodiments.
Implementation mode one
After the UE reports the SCG failure information of the secondary cell group, the network side sends an execution instruction to the UE to notify the UE to execute the configuration of one of the added and/or changed candidate pscells of the existing condition PSCell, in step S110,
when the candidate PSCell is selected as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by a network side, the execution instruction includes at least one of:
the terminal is indicated to select a candidate PSCell in addition and/or change of a pre-configured condition PSCell as first indication information of a target cell; that is, the terminal is instructed to select the pre-configured candidate PSCell as a target cell; according to the first indication information, in this embodiment, in step S110, when the terminal selects the candidate PSCell as the target cell, the terminal includes: according to a first preset criterion, one of the preconfigured candidate pscells is selected as the target cell, that is, one of the candidate pscells in the addition and/or change of the conditional PSCell is selected as the target cell. Optionally, in this embodiment, after detecting the SCG failure or reporting the SCG failure information, the UE may stop measuring, monitoring, and evaluating the candidate PSCell;
second indication information for instructing the terminal to select a candidate PSCell to be added and/or changed according to a preconfigured condition PSCell for cell measurement and evaluation, that is, instructing the terminal to select the candidate PSCell to be preconfigured for cell measurement and evaluation; according to the second indication information, in this embodiment, in step S110, the terminal selects the candidate PSCell as the target cell, including: according to a second preset criterion, performing cell measurement and evaluation on the pre-configured candidate PSCells, namely performing cell measurement and evaluation on the candidate PSCells in addition and/or change of the pre-configured condition PSCells, and selecting one candidate PSCell meeting the second preset criterion as the target cell; optionally, in this embodiment, after detecting the SCG failure or reporting the SCG failure information, the UE may stop measuring, monitoring, and evaluating the candidate PSCell;
the identification information of one of the candidate pscells that is added and/or changed by the preconfigured condition PSCell is also the identification information of one of the preconfigured candidate pscells; according to the identification information, in this embodiment, in step S110, the terminal selects the candidate PSCell as the target cell, including: selecting candidate pscells corresponding to the identification information in addition and/or change of the pre-configured conditional pscells as the target cell, that is, selecting candidate pscells corresponding to the identification information in the pre-configured candidate pscells as the target cell;
third indication information indicating that the terminal deletes the candidate PSCell with access failure; in this embodiment, according to the third indication information, the method further includes: deleting the configuration of the SCG of the candidate PSCell containing the access failure.
In this embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the first preset criterion and the second preset criterion may be at least one of the following:
an execution condition for adding and/or changing a condition PSCell configured for the UE;
selecting a candidate PSCell with the best signal quality in the PSCell addition and/or change;
selecting a candidate PSCell of which the first PSCell addition and/or change exceeds a preset threshold;
a cell selection criterion;
cell reselection criteria.
The first preset criterion and the second preset criterion may be the same or different.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention, in step S110, when the UE reports the secondary cell group SCG failure information, the SCG failure information carries identification information of a configuration of an SCG failure, for example, identification information of a candidate PSCell in addition to and/or change of a source SCG or a conditional PSCell.
Further, optionally, after the UE monitors the SCG failure or reports SCG failure information, the UE stops measuring, monitoring, and evaluating the candidate PSCell.
It should be noted that, when the UE detects any one of the following processes, the reporting process of the SCG failure information is triggered:
detecting the radio link failure of the SCG side;
the SCG side synchronous reconfiguration fails;
SCG configuration fails;
the integrity protection check of the signaling received by the SCG side SRB3 fails.
Generally, according to the monitored SCG failure information, the UE suspends transmission of all signaling radio bearers (Signal Resource bearers, SRBs) and Data Radio Bearers (DRBs) of the SCG, resets a Media Access Control (MAC) entity of the SCG, and stops operation of the T304 and triggers transmission of the SCG failure information when the T304 is operating.
Optionally, according to this embodiment, the method further comprises at least one of:
reporting first capability information to a network side, wherein the first capability information is used for indicating that the terminal has the processing capability of selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by the network side;
acquiring support capability information indicated by system information broadcast and/or dedicated signaling by a network side, wherein the support capability information is used for indicating the network side to support the terminal to select the candidate PSCell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by the network side;
and acquiring second capability information configured by a network side through system information broadcasting and/or special signaling, wherein the second capability information is used for configuring the terminal to select the candidate PSCell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by the network side.
By adopting the above manner, the terminal can report the processing capability to the network side, and also can acquire the support capability indicated by the network side and the capability configured by the network side, so as to determine whether the candidate PSCell added and/or changed by the pre-configured conditional master SCG cell PSCell can be selected as the target cell after the secondary cell group SCG failure information is reported, and execute the configuration of the pre-configured SCG including the target cell.
Second embodiment
In this embodiment, in step S110, after reporting the secondary cell group SCG failure information, the UE selects a candidate PSCell in addition and/or change of a pre-configured conditional primary SCG cell PSCell as a target cell, including:
and selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell after the timing duration of a preset timer is reached.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
and starting the preset timer after monitoring the SCG failure or reporting the SCG failure information.
When the candidate PSCell is selected as the target cell after the timing duration of a preset timer is reached, the method further includes:
if an SCG failure configuration instruction of a network side is received before the timing duration of a preset timer is reached, the preset timer is closed, and the SCG failure configuration instruction is executed.
Optionally, the SCG failure configuration indication may be an SCG failed to be released or a reconfiguration message for reconfiguring the SCG, and according to the SCG failure configuration indication, the UE closes the preset timer to release or reconfigure the SCG.
By adopting the embodiment, before the preset timer is overtime, if the SCG failure configuration indication sent by the network side is received, the preset timer is closed.
Optionally, in step S110, after the timing duration of the preset timer reaches, the candidate PSCell is selected as the target cell, where the selecting includes one of:
selecting one candidate PSCell meeting a third preset criterion condition in addition and/or change of preconfigured pscells as the target cell, that is, selecting one candidate PSCell meeting the third preset criterion condition in the preconfigured candidate pscells as the target cell;
and performing cell measurement and evaluation on candidate PSCells in addition and/or change of the pre-configured condition PSCells, namely performing cell measurement and evaluation on the pre-configured candidate PSCells, and selecting one candidate PSCell meeting a fourth preset criterion condition as the target cell.
Optionally, with the implementation of the processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention, after the UE monitors the SCG failure or reports the SCG failure information, the UE stops measuring, monitoring, and evaluating the candidate PSCell.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the processing method according to this embodiment of the present invention, on the other hand, during the running of the preset timer, the UE performs monitoring and evaluation on the configured candidate PSCell.
Optionally, the third preset criterion and the fourth preset criterion may respectively include at least one of the following:
an execution condition for adding and/or changing a condition PSCell configured for the UE;
selecting a candidate PSCell with the best signal quality in the PSCell addition and/or change;
selecting a candidate PSCell of which the first PSCell addition and/or change exceeds a preset threshold;
a cell selection criterion;
cell reselection criteria.
The third preset criterion and the fourth preset criterion may be the same or different.
Optionally, the processing method further includes: acquiring the timing duration of the preset timer according to at least one of the following conditions:
the network side broadcasts through system information;
the network side is configured through a special signaling;
according to preset protocol specifications.
In one embodiment, optionally, the network side configures the timing duration of the preset timer only through the system information. For example, the timing duration may be configured by:
the network side presets the timing duration T of a timer to be T1 through system information broadcasting;
the UE obtains the timing duration T as T1 through the system information.
In one embodiment, the network configures the timing duration of the preset timer through the system information, and the timing duration may also be modified through dedicated signaling. For example, the following processes may be included:
the network side presets the timing duration T of a timer to be T1 through system information broadcasting;
the UE obtains the timing duration T as T1 through the system information;
the network side sends a special signaling, wherein the modified timing duration T is T2;
the UE obtains the timing duration T through the dedicated signaling, and modifies the timing duration T of the preset timer to T2.
In another embodiment, the network side configures the timer duration only through dedicated signaling. In this way, for example, the following processes may be included:
the network side sends a special signaling, and the special signaling indicates that the timing duration T of a preset timer is T1;
the UE obtains the timing duration T as T1 through dedicated signaling.
In yet another embodiment, the predetermined timer is defined by a protocol. In this way, for example, the following processes may be included:
the network side sets the timing duration T of a preset timer to be T1, wherein T1 is a protocol specification;
the UE sets the timing duration T of the preset timer to be T1, wherein T1 is protocol specification.
In another embodiment, the preset timer may be specified as a default timing duration by a protocol, and the network side may also modify the timing duration of the preset timer according to the above configuration through system information broadcast or dedicated signaling. The specific steps are not described repeatedly.
Optionally, with this embodiment, the processing method further includes:
reporting first capability information to a network side, wherein the first capability information is used for indicating that the terminal has the processing capability of selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell after the timing duration of a preset timer is reached; and/or
Acquiring support capability information indicated by system information broadcast and/or dedicated signaling by a network side, wherein the support capability information is used for indicating that the network side supports selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell after the timing duration of a preset timer is reached; and/or
And acquiring second capability information configured by a network side through system information broadcasting and/or a dedicated signaling, wherein the second capability information is used for configuring that the candidate PSCell is selected as the target cell after the timing duration of a preset timer of the terminal is reached.
By adopting the above manner, the network side is used for controlling whether the terminal can use the preset timer, and the UE can also obtain the support capability indicated by the network side, report the processing capability to the network side, and obtain the configuration capability indicated by the network side, so as to determine whether the preset timer can be started after monitoring the SCG failure or reporting the SCG failure information of the auxiliary cell group.
Optionally, the UE also reports whether the optimized SCG failure handling capability in case of conditional PSCell addition and/or change failure is supported.
Optionally, the network side controls, through signaling, whether the UE can use the preset timer, and the network configures the preset timer for the UE through at least one of:
the network side broadcasts whether to support the timing function of the preset timer or not through system information;
the network side broadcasts whether to configure the function of using the preset timer for the UE through the system information;
the network side configures whether the UE supports the function of the preset timer or not through a special signaling;
the network configures the UE with a function of using the preset timer through dedicated signaling.
Optionally, the network side may configure the timing duration of the preset timer through system information configuration or dedicated signaling, so as to indicate that the network side supports the function of the preset timer.
Optionally, the network side may configure the timing duration of the preset timer through system information or dedicated signaling, so as to indicate that the network side configures the function of the UE using the preset timer.
In another embodiment, the network side may be instructed to support the timing function of the preset timer through system information broadcast, and configure whether the UE uses the function of the preset timer through dedicated signaling. The implementation mode specifically comprises the following steps:
the network side informs the UE network side of supporting the preset timer through system information broadcast indication information, wherein the indication information can be specific timing duration or 1-bit indication information and is used for indicating a cell where the network side is located to support the preset timer;
the UE acquires that the cell supports the timing function through system information;
the network side configures the UE to start or close the timing function through dedicated signaling to notify whether the UE can use the preset timer, where the indication information may be indication information configuring or releasing the preset timer or 1 bit, and is used to indicate whether the timing function is started or not, and notify whether the UE can use the preset timer.
The UE knows whether the preset timer can be used through dedicated signaling.
In another embodiment, the network side may configure, through dedicated signaling, whether to support the timing function of the preset timer and whether to use the preset timer.
For example, the network side may use a dedicated signaling, and respectively configure, through two separate indication information, whether to support the timing function of the preset timer and whether to start the timing function, i.e., notify the UE whether to use the preset timer, and detailed steps are not described again.
In another embodiment, the network side notifies the UE whether the UE can use the preset timer by configuring, through the system information, whether to support the timing function of the preset timer and whether to start the timing function of the preset timer.
For example, the network side may use the system information, and respectively configure, through two separate indication information, whether to support the timing function of the preset timer and whether to start the timing function, i.e., notify the UE whether to use the preset timer, and detailed steps are not described again.
It should be noted that, in the first embodiment, the network side may also indicate, in a manner of system information and/or dedicated signaling, whether the network side supports the capability of the terminal to select the candidate PSCell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by the network side, and whether the terminal is configured with the capability of selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell according to the execution instruction indicated by the network side, where a specific configuration manner and a specific configuration process may refer to configuration of a preset timer, and are not described in detail herein.
With the processing method described in the first and second embodiments, optionally, the processing method further includes:
reporting first capability information to a network side, wherein the first capability information is used for indicating that the terminal has the processing capability of selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by the network side, and/or selecting the candidate PSCell as the processing capability of the target cell after the timing duration of a preset timer is reached; and/or
Acquiring support capability information indicated by system information broadcast and/or dedicated signaling by a network side, wherein the support capability information is used for indicating the network side to support the terminal to select the candidate PSCell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by the network side; and/or supporting the terminal to select the candidate PSCell as the target cell after the timing duration of a preset timer is reached; and/or

The first capability information reported by the terminal, specifically, the terminal reports the first capability information supporting the foregoing embodiment one and/or the second capability supporting the foregoing embodiment two, that is, the reported first capability information is used to indicate that the terminal has at least one of a processing capability of selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by a network side, and a processing capability of selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell after a timing duration of a preset timer is reached.
Optionally, in the foregoing manner, when the condition PSCell addition and/or configuration change is configured, a specific process of a processing manner adopted by the terminal when determining that the SCG fails may be:
acquiring whether the network side supports the first embodiment through network broadcasting or special signaling;
and acquiring whether the network side supports the second embodiment through network broadcasting or special signaling.
The terminal reports the first capability information supported under the condition of adding and/or changing the configuration of the PSCell, wherein the first capability information supports at least one of the first embodiment and the second embodiment;
the network side configures the UE to use the first embodiment or the second embodiment through system information broadcast and/or dedicated signaling, so as to implement the optimization processing of SCG failure under the condition PSCell addition and/or change configuration.
The following describes a specific process of the treatment method according to the present invention using the first embodiment and the second embodiment with reference to specific examples.
Detailed description of the preferred embodiment
In the first embodiment, after the UE reports the SCG failure information of the secondary cell group, the network side sends an execution instruction to the UE to notify the UE to execute the configuration of one candidate PSCell in the existing addition and/or change of the conditional PSCell, specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the process in the specific embodiment includes:
s210, the network side configures the SCG configuration information added and/or changed by the conditional PSCell for the UE, where the SCG configuration information includes SCG configuration information of at least one candidate PSCell.
S220, the UE detects an SCG failure, for example, detects an SCG link failure or a T304 timeout (conventional PSCell addition and/or change or conditional PSCell addition and/or change execution), and executes an SCG failure information reporting process;
optionally, after detecting SCG failure or reporting SCG failure information, the UE may also stop measuring, monitoring, and evaluating candidate pscells in addition to and/or change from the conditional PSCell;
optionally, for the execution case of the conditional PSCell addition and/or change, the UE may also delete the stored relevant configuration information of the corresponding candidate cell.
Optionally, for the case that T304 is overtime, the UE may also carry identification information of the SCG failure configuration when reporting the SCG failure information to the network side, for example, identification information of a candidate PSCell in addition and/or change of a source SCG or a conditional PSCell, where the identification information may be, for example, a Physical Cell Identifier (PCI) or a corresponding index Identifier.
S230: the network side receives the SCG failure information sent by the UE, and sends an RRC signaling (including an execution instruction) as a response, where the RRC signaling may be an RRC reconfiguration message, where the signaling includes at least one of the following:
the terminal is indicated to select a candidate PSCell in addition and/or change of a pre-configured condition PSCell as first indication information of a target cell;
second indication information for indicating the terminal to select a candidate PScell in addition and/or change of a pre-configured condition PScell and carrying out cell measurement and evaluation;
the identification information of one candidate PSCell in the addition and/or change of the pre-configured conditional PSCell;
third indication information indicating that the terminal deletes the candidate PSCell with access failure.
S240, the UE receives the RRC message sent by the network side, and for the condition PSCell addition and/or change execution condition, the UE may also delete the stored relevant configuration information of the corresponding candidate PSCell.
Optionally, the execution instruction of the RRC message carries first indication information, and notifies the UE to execute that the candidate PSCell added and/or changed by the configured condition PSCell is the target cell, the UE selects, according to a preset criterion, from the candidate PSCell added and/or changed by the configured condition PSCell, determines the target cell, and executes the configuration information of the selected target cell, where the preset criterion may be to select a cell with the best signal quality, or a cell meeting the configured execution condition, or a cell selection criterion, or a cell reselection criterion, or a first cell higher than a preset threshold, and so on.
Optionally, the execution instruction of the RRC message carries second indication information to notify the UE to perform measurement and evaluation of candidate pscells that have been added and/or changed with configured conditional pscells, the UE monitors and evaluates the candidate pscells according to the indication information and according to a preset criterion, and when a cell meets the preset criterion, selects a cell that meets the condition, and executes corresponding configuration information, where the preset criterion may be to select a cell with the best signal quality, or a cell that meets the configured execution condition, or a cell selection criterion, or a cell reselection criterion, or a first cell higher than a preset threshold, and so on.
Optionally, when the execution instruction of the RRC message includes the identification information of one candidate PSCell in addition and/or change of the pre-configured condition PSCell, the UE is notified to execute the configuration information of the candidate PSCell in addition and/or change of the condition PSCell corresponding to the identification information, and then the UE executes the configuration information of the candidate PSCell corresponding to the identification information.
Optionally, when the execution instruction of the RRC message includes indication information for deleting the candidate PSCell that fails to be accessed, the UE deletes configuration information of the candidate PSCell that fails to be accessed according to the indication information.

And when the optional preset timer is overtime, the UE selects a target PSCell cell to access in the configured candidate PSCells according to a preset criterion, and executes SCG configuration information of the target PSCell cell. Wherein the preset criteria may include: satisfying at least one of the configured execution condition, the cell with the best signal quality, the cell reselection criterion, the cell selection criterion, the cell above the preset threshold, and the like.

In the fourth embodiment, in step S110, after detecting SCG failure or reporting SCG failure information of the secondary cell group, the UE starts a preset timer, and receives an SCG failure configuration instruction from the network side before a timing duration of the preset timer reaches, as shown in fig. 6, the specific process includes:
s510, the network side configures the UE with conditional PSCell addition and/or change, which includes configuration information of at least one candidate PSCell.
S520, the UE detects an SCG failure, for example, detects an SCG link failure or a T304 timeout (a conventional PSCell addition and/or change or a conditional PSCell addition and/or change execution), and starts a preset timer;

optionally, for the case that T304 is overtime, the UE may also carry identification information of the SCG failure configuration when reporting SCG failure information to the network side, for example, identification information of a candidate PSCell in addition and/or change of a source SCG or a conditional PSCell, where the identification information may be, for example, a PCI or a corresponding index identifier.
S540, during the running period of the preset timer, the UE receives an SCG failure configuration indication sent by the network side, where the failure configuration indication may be SCG configuration information release or SCG reconfiguration configuration information.
And S550, the UE stops running the preset timer and executes the SCG failure configuration instruction sent by the network side.
It should be noted that, in the above process, the preset timer may also be started after reporting the SCG failure information of the secondary cell group, and the specific process is not described in detail here.
In another aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for processing an SCG failure in a secondary cell group, where the method is applied to a network side, and as shown in fig. 7, the method includes:
s710, after reporting SCG failure information of the auxiliary cell group, the configuration terminal selects a pre-configured candidate PSCell as a target cell and executes the configuration of the pre-configured SCG containing the target cell; wherein the candidate PSCell is a PSCell configured in the addition and/or change of the conditional PSCell.
By adopting the processing method, after the terminal is configured with the configuration information of the conditional master SCG cells (PSCells), the configuration information of a plurality of PSCells is stored, and the pre-configured PSCell configuration information can be utilized to realize the faster recovery of the SCG, thereby avoiding the problem of long data transmission interruption time delay at the SCG side after the SCG fails.
Optionally, in the processing method, after reporting the SCG failure information of the secondary cell group, the configuration terminal selects a candidate PSCell added and/or changed by a preconfigured conditional primary SCG cell PSCell as a target cell, where the candidate PSCell includes at least one of:
sending an execution instruction to a terminal, and configuring the terminal to select the pre-configured candidate PSCell as a target cell according to the execution instruction;
and configuring a preset timer for the terminal, and selecting the pre-configured candidate PSCell as a target cell after the preset timer duration of the preset timer is reached.
Optionally, the processing method, wherein the execution instruction includes at least one of:
indicating the terminal to select the pre-configured candidate PSCell as first indication information of a target cell;
second indication information for indicating the terminal to select the candidate PSCells configured in advance and carrying out cell measurement and evaluation;

Optionally, in the processing method, when a preset timer is configured for a terminal, the preset timer is started after the terminal is configured to monitor the SCG failure or report the SCG failure information.

configuring the timing duration of the preset timer according to at least one of the following:
the network side broadcasts through system information;
the network side is configured through a special signaling;
according to preset protocol specifications.

Specifically, when the method for processing SCG failure according to the embodiment of the present invention is applied to a network side, the terminal may be configured to select a candidate PSCell in addition to and/or in change of a pre-configured conditional primary SCG cell PSCell as a target cell by sending an execution instruction to the terminal; or configuring a preset timer for the terminal, and selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell after the preset timer reaches the preset time length. The specific processes using any of the embodiments may be combined with fig. 2 to 5, and refer to the above description, and will not be described in detail here.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a terminal, as shown in fig. 8, where the terminal includes: a processor 801; and a memory 803 connected to the processor 801 through the bus interface 802, the memory 803 storing programs and data used by the processor 801 in performing operations, and a transceiver 804 connected to the bus interface 802 for receiving and transmitting data under the control of the processor 801. It should be noted that in FIG. 8, the bus architecture may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, with one or more processors represented by the processor 801 and various circuits of memory represented by the memory 803 being linked together. The bus architecture may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. The bus interface provides an interface. The transceiver 804 may be a number of elements including a transmitter and a receiver that provide a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium. An embodiment of the present invention further provides a network device, and as shown in fig. 9, the network device includes: a processor 900; a memory 920 coupled to the processor 900 through a bus interface 930, and a transceiver 910 coupled to the processor 900 through a bus interface; the memory 920 is used for storing programs and data used by the processor in performing operations; transmitting data information or pilot frequency through the transceiver 910, and receiving an uplink control channel through the transceiver 910; the processor 900 is used to read the program in the memory 920 and execute the following processes:
after reporting SCG failure information of the auxiliary cell group, the configuration terminal selects a pre-configured candidate PSCell as a target cell and executes the configuration of the pre-configured SCG containing the target cell; wherein the candidate PSCell is a PSCell configured in the addition and/or change of the conditional PSCell.
Optionally, the network side device, wherein the processor 900 configures the terminal to select a candidate PSCell in addition and/or change of a preconfigured conditional primary SCG cell PSCell as a target cell after reporting the secondary cell group SCG failure information, and includes at least one of:
sending an execution instruction to a terminal, and configuring the terminal to select the candidate PSCell as a target cell according to the execution instruction;

a selecting module 1010, configured to select a preconfigured candidate PSCell as a target cell after reporting SCG failure information of the secondary cell group; wherein the candidate PSCell is a PSCell configured in the addition and/or change of the conditional PSCell;
an executing module 1020, configured to execute configuration of a preconfigured SCG including the target cell.
Optionally, the processing apparatus described above, wherein the selecting module 1010 selects a candidate PSCell in a preconfigured conditional PSCell addition and/or change as a target cell, and includes at least one of:

Optionally, the processing apparatus, wherein the configuring module 1101 configures the terminal to select the preconfigured candidate PSCell as the target cell after reporting the secondary cell group SCG failure information, and includes at least one of:
sending an execution instruction to a terminal, and configuring the terminal to select the pre-configured candidate PSCell as a target cell according to the execution instruction;
and configuring a preset timer for the terminal, and selecting the pre-configured candidate PSCell as a target cell after the preset timer duration of the preset timer is reached.

1. A processing method for SCG failure of an auxiliary cell group is applied to a terminal, and is characterized in that the processing method comprises the following steps:
after reporting SCG failure information of the auxiliary cell group, selecting a pre-configured candidate PSCell as a target cell; wherein the candidate PSCell is a PSCell configured in the addition and/or change of the conditional PSCell;
performing a configuration including a pre-configured SCG of the target cell.
2. The processing method according to claim 1, wherein the selecting the pre-configured candidate PSCell as the target cell comprises at least one of:
selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by a network side;
and selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell after the timing duration of a preset timer is reached.
3. The processing method according to claim 2, wherein when the candidate PSCell is selected as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by a network side, the execution instruction includes at least one of:
indicating the terminal to select the pre-configured candidate PSCell as first indication information of a target cell;
second indication information for indicating the terminal to select the candidate PSCells configured in advance and carrying out cell measurement and evaluation;
pre-configuring identification information of one candidate PSCell in the candidate PSCells;
third indication information indicating that the terminal deletes the candidate PSCell with access failure.
4. The processing method according to claim 3, wherein when the execution instruction includes the first indication information, the terminal selects the candidate PSCell as the target cell, including:
and selecting one of the pre-configured candidate PSCells as the target cell according to a first preset criterion.
5. The processing method according to claim 3, wherein when the execution instruction includes the second indication information, the terminal selects the candidate PSCell as the target cell, including:
and according to a second preset criterion, performing cell measurement and evaluation on the pre-configured candidate PSCells, and selecting one candidate PSCell meeting the second preset criterion as the target cell.
6. The processing method according to claim 3, wherein when the execution instruction includes the identification information, the terminal selects the candidate PSCell as the target cell, including:
and selecting a candidate PSCell corresponding to the identification information in the pre-configured candidate PSCells as the target cell.
7. The processing method according to claim 1 or 3, characterized in that it further comprises:
deleting the configuration of the SCG of the candidate PSCell containing the access failure.
8. The processing method according to claim 1, characterized in that the method further comprises:
and after the SCG failure is monitored or the SCG failure information is reported, stopping monitoring and evaluating the pre-configured candidate PSCells.
9. The processing method according to claim 2, wherein when the candidate PSCell is selected as the target cell after a timing duration of a preset timer is reached, the method further comprises:
and starting the preset timer after monitoring the SCG failure or reporting the SCG failure information.
10. The processing method according to claim 2, wherein when the candidate PSCell is selected as the target cell after a timing duration of a preset timer is reached, the method further comprises:

11. The processing method according to claim 2, wherein selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell after a timing duration of a preset timer is reached comprises one of:
selecting one candidate PSCell meeting a third preset criterion condition from the pre-configured candidate PSCells as the target cell;
and performing cell measurement and evaluation on the pre-configured candidate PSCells, and selecting one candidate PSCell meeting a fourth preset criterion condition as the target cell.
12. The processing method of claim 2, further comprising: acquiring the timing duration of the preset timer according to at least one of the following conditions:
the network side broadcasts through system information;
the network side is configured through a special signaling;
according to preset protocol specifications.
13. The processing method of claim 2, further comprising:
reporting first capability information to a network side, wherein the first capability information is used for indicating that the terminal has the processing capability of selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by the network side, and/or selecting the candidate PSCell as the processing capability of the target cell after the timing duration of a preset timer is reached; and/or
Acquiring support capability information indicated by system information broadcast and/or dedicated signaling by a network side, wherein the support capability information is used for indicating the network side to support the terminal to select the candidate PSCell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by the network side; and/or supporting the terminal to select the candidate PSCell as the target cell after the timing duration of a preset timer is reached; and/or
Acquiring second capability information configured by a network side through system information broadcasting and/or a dedicated signaling, wherein the second capability information is used for configuring the terminal to select the candidate PSCell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by the network side; and/or configuring the terminal to select the candidate PSCell as the target cell after the timing duration of a preset timer is reached.
14. A processing method for SCG failure of a secondary cell group is applied to a network side, and is characterized in that the processing method comprises the following steps:
after reporting SCG failure information of the auxiliary cell group, the configuration terminal selects a pre-configured candidate PSCell as a target cell and executes the configuration of the pre-configured SCG containing the target cell; wherein the candidate PSCell is a PSCell configured in the addition and/or change of the conditional PSCell.
15. The processing method according to claim 14, wherein the configuring terminal selects the preconfigured candidate PSCell as the target cell after reporting secondary cell group SCG failure information, and includes at least one of:
sending an execution instruction to a terminal, and configuring the terminal to select the pre-configured candidate PSCell as a target cell according to the execution instruction;
and configuring a preset timer for the terminal, and selecting the pre-configured candidate PSCell as a target cell after the preset timer duration of the preset timer is reached.
16. The processing method of claim 15, wherein the execution instruction comprises at least one of:
indicating the terminal to select the pre-configured candidate PSCell as first indication information of a target cell;
second indication information for indicating the terminal to select the candidate PSCells configured in advance and carrying out cell measurement and evaluation;
pre-configuring identification information of one candidate PSCell in the candidate PSCells;
third indication information indicating that the terminal deletes the candidate PSCell with access failure.
17. The processing method according to claim 15, wherein when configuring a preset timer for a terminal, the terminal is configured to start the preset timer after monitoring the SCG failure or reporting the SCG failure information.
18. The process of claim 15, wherein the process further comprises:
configuring the timing duration of the preset timer according to at least one of the following:
the network side broadcasts through system information;
the network side is configured through a special signaling;
according to preset protocol specifications.
19. The process of claim 15, wherein the process further comprises:
acquiring first capability information reported by a terminal, and being used for indicating that the terminal has the processing capability of selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by a network side, and/or the capability information of selecting the candidate PSCell as the processing capability of the target cell after the timing duration of a preset timer is reached; and/or
Sending support capability information to a terminal through system information broadcasting and/or dedicated signaling, wherein the support capability information is used for indicating the network side to support the terminal to select the candidate PSCell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by the network side; and/or supporting the terminal to select the candidate PSCell as the target cell after the timing duration of a preset timer is reached; and/or
Configuring second capability information to the UE through system information broadcasting and/or dedicated signaling, wherein the second capability information is used for configuring the terminal to select the candidate PSCell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by a network side; and/or configuring the terminal to select the candidate PSCell as the target cell after the timing duration of a preset timer is reached.
20. A terminal, comprising: a transceiver, a memory, a processor, and a program stored on the memory and executable on the processor; wherein the processor is configured to read a program in the memory and execute the following processes:
after reporting SCG failure information of the auxiliary cell group, selecting a pre-configured candidate PSCell as a target cell; wherein the candidate PSCell is a PSCell configured in the addition and/or change of the conditional PSCell;
performing a configuration including a pre-configured SCG of the target cell.
21. The terminal of claim 20, wherein the processor selects a preconfigured candidate PSCell as a target cell, comprising at least one of:
selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by a network side;
and selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell after the timing duration of a preset timer is reached.
22. The terminal of claim 21, wherein the processor, when selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by a network side, executes the execution instruction to include at least one of:
indicating the terminal to select the pre-configured candidate PSCell as first indication information of a target cell;
second indication information for indicating the terminal to select the candidate PSCells configured in advance and carrying out cell measurement and evaluation;
pre-configuring identification information of one candidate PSCell in the candidate PSCells;
third indication information indicating that the terminal deletes the candidate PSCell with access failure.
23. The terminal of claim 22, wherein when the execution instruction includes the first indication information, the processor selects the candidate PSCell as the target cell, including:
and selecting one of the pre-configured candidate PSCells as the target cell according to a first preset criterion.
24. The terminal of claim 22, wherein when the execution instruction includes the second indication information, the processor selects the candidate PSCell as the target cell, including:
and according to a second preset criterion, performing cell measurement and evaluation on the pre-configured candidate PSCells, and selecting one candidate PSCell meeting the second preset criterion as the target cell.
25. The terminal of claim 22, wherein when the execution instruction includes the identification information, the processor selects the candidate PSCell as the target cell, comprising:
and selecting a candidate PSCell corresponding to the identification information in the pre-configured candidate PSCells as the target cell.
26. The terminal of claim 20 or 22, wherein the processor is further configured to:
deleting the configuration of the SCG of the candidate PSCell containing the access failure.
27. The terminal of claim 20, wherein the processor is further configured to:
and after the SCG failure is monitored or the SCG failure information is reported, stopping monitoring and evaluating the pre-configured candidate PSCells.
28. The terminal of claim 21, wherein when the candidate PSCell is selected as the target cell after a timing duration of a preset timer is reached, the processor is further configured to:
and starting the preset timer after monitoring the SCG failure or reporting the SCG failure information.
29. The terminal of claim 21, wherein when the candidate PSCell is selected as the target cell after a timing duration of a preset timer is reached, the processor is further configured to:
if an SCG failure configuration instruction of a network side is received before the timing duration of a preset timer is reached, the preset timer is closed, and the SCG failure configuration instruction is executed.
30. The terminal of claim 21, wherein the processor selects the candidate PSCell as the target cell after a timing duration of a preset timer is reached, and wherein the selecting comprises one of:
selecting one candidate PSCell meeting a third preset criterion condition from the pre-configured candidate PSCells as the target cell;
and performing cell measurement and evaluation on the pre-configured candidate PSCells, and selecting one candidate PSCell meeting a fourth preset criterion condition as the target cell.
31. The terminal of claim 21, wherein the processor is further configured to: acquiring the timing duration of the preset timer according to at least one of the following conditions:
the network side broadcasts through system information;
the network side is configured through a special signaling;
according to preset protocol specifications.
32. The terminal of claim 21, wherein the processor is further configured to:
reporting first capability information to a network side, wherein the first capability information is used for indicating that the terminal has the processing capability of selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by the network side, and/or selecting the candidate PSCell as the processing capability of the target cell after the timing duration of a preset timer is reached; and/or
Acquiring support capability information indicated by system information broadcast and/or dedicated signaling by a network side, wherein the support capability information is used for indicating the network side to support the terminal to select the candidate PSCell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by the network side; and/or supporting the terminal to select the candidate PSCell as the target cell after the timing duration of a preset timer is reached; and/or
Acquiring second capability information configured by a network side through system information broadcasting and/or a dedicated signaling, wherein the second capability information is used for configuring the terminal to select the candidate PSCell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by the network side; and/or configuring the terminal to select the candidate PSCell as the target cell after the timing duration of a preset timer is reached.
33. A network-side device, comprising: a transceiver, a memory, a processor, and a program stored on the memory and executable on the processor; wherein the processor is configured to read a program in the memory and execute the following processes:
after reporting SCG failure information of the auxiliary cell group, the configuration terminal selects a pre-configured candidate PSCell as a target cell and executes the configuration of the pre-configured SCG containing the target cell; wherein the candidate PSCell is a PSCell configured in the addition and/or change of the conditional PSCell.
34. The network side device of claim 33, wherein the processor configures the terminal to select a pre-configured conditional master SCG cell PSCell candidate PSCell in addition and/or change as the target cell after reporting the secondary cell group SCG failure information, and includes at least one of:
sending an execution instruction to a terminal, and configuring the terminal to select the pre-configured candidate PSCell as a target cell according to the execution instruction;
and configuring a preset timer for the terminal, and selecting the pre-configured candidate PSCell as a target cell after the preset timer duration of the preset timer is reached.
35. The network-side device of claim 34, wherein the execution instruction comprises at least one of:
indicating the terminal to select the pre-configured candidate PSCell as first indication information of a target cell;
second indication information for indicating the terminal to select the candidate PSCells configured in advance and carrying out cell measurement and evaluation;
pre-configuring identification information of one candidate PSCell in the candidate PSCells;
third indication information indicating that the terminal deletes the candidate PSCell with access failure.
36. The network-side device of claim 34, wherein when configuring a preset timer for a terminal, the processor configures the preset timer to be started after the terminal monitors a SCG failure or reports the SCG failure information.
37. The network-side device of claim 34, wherein the processor is further configured to:
configuring the timing duration of the preset timer according to at least one of the following:
the network side broadcasts through system information;
the network side is configured through a special signaling;
