According to the access method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the configuration of the SCG of one candidate PScell in at least one condition PScell configured for the UE is executed after the SCG fails by utilizing at least one condition PScell configuration information configured for the UE by the network side (such as MN and/or SN), so that the problem of longer delay of data transmission interruption of the SCG side after the SCG fails is avoided.
The method for processing SCG failure of the secondary cell group, which is disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, is applied to a terminal, as shown in fig. 2, and comprises the following steps:
s110, after SCG failure information of a secondary cell group is reported, selecting a pre-configured candidate PScell as a target cell; wherein the candidate PSCell is a PSCell configured in a conditional PSCell addition and/or change;
s120, performing configuration of a preconfigured SCG comprising the target cell.
By adopting the SCG failure processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of SCG configuration information is configured for the UE side in consideration of the condition of adding and/or changing the PScell of the primary SCG cell, and the SCG configuration information can be utilized after the SCG failure so as to reduce the interruption time delay of data transmission at the SCG side. In one embodiment of the present invention, in step S110, the selecting the candidate PSCell in addition and/or change of the preconfigured condition PSCell as the target cell includes at least one of the following: selecting the candidate PScell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by a network side; and after the timing time length of a preset timer is reached, selecting the candidate PScell as the target cell.
After the secondary cell group SCG failure information is reported by the UE, the network side may send an execution instruction to the UE, notifying the UE to execute the configuration of one candidate PSCell in the existing conditional PSCell addition and/or change; in another embodiment, after the UE detects the SCG failure or reports the SCG failure information, the UE is allowed to perform the configuration of one candidate PSCell in the existing conditional PSCell addition and/or change after the preset timer expires. The following describes the present invention in terms of the two embodiments.
Embodiment one
After the UE reports the secondary cell group SCG failure information, the network side sends an execution instruction to the UE, and when the UE is informed to execute the configuration of one candidate PSCell in the existing conditional PSCell addition and/or change, in step S110,
according to the execution instruction indicated by the network side, when the candidate PSCell is selected as the target cell, the execution instruction includes at least one of the following:
first indication information for indicating the terminal to select candidate PSCells in addition and/or change of a preconfigured condition PSCell as a target cell; that is, the terminal is instructed to select the candidate PSCell configured in advance as a target cell; according to the first indication information, in this embodiment, in step S110, when the terminal selects a candidate PSCell as the target cell, the method includes: according to a first preset criterion, one candidate PSCell of the preconfigured candidate pscells is selected as the target cell, that is, one candidate PSCell in the condition PSCell addition and/or change is selected as the target cell. Optionally, in this embodiment, after detecting the SCG failure or reporting the SCG failure information, the UE may stop measuring, monitoring and evaluating the candidate PSCell;
Indicating the terminal to select a candidate PSCell in addition and/or change of a preconfigured condition PSCell to perform cell measurement and evaluation, namely indicating the terminal to select the preconfigured candidate PSCell to perform cell measurement and evaluation; according to the second indication information, in this embodiment, in step S110, the terminal selects the candidate PSCell as the target cell, including: according to a second preset criterion, performing cell measurement and evaluation on the pre-configured candidate PScell, namely performing cell measurement and evaluation on the candidate PScell in the adding and/or changing of the pre-configured condition PScell, and selecting one candidate PScell meeting the second preset criterion as the target cell; optionally, in this embodiment, after detecting the SCG failure or reporting the SCG failure information, the UE may stop measuring, monitoring and evaluating the candidate PSCell;
the identification information of one candidate PSCell in the preconfigured condition PSCell addition and/or change is the identification information of one candidate PSCell in the preconfigured candidate PSCell; according to the identification information, in this embodiment, in step S110, the terminal selects the candidate PSCell as the target cell, including: selecting candidate pscells corresponding to the identification information in the preconfigured condition PSCell addition and/or change as the target cell, namely selecting candidate pscells corresponding to the identification information in the preconfigured candidate pscells as the target cell;
Third indication information for indicating the terminal to delete the candidate PScell with the access failure; in this embodiment, according to the third indication information, the method further includes: and deleting the configuration of SCG of the candidate PScell containing the access failure.
In an embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the first preset criterion and the second preset criterion may be at least one of the following:
execution conditions added and/or changed for the UE configured conditions PSCell;
selecting a candidate PScell with the best signal quality in the PScell addition and/or change;
selecting candidate PSCells of which the first one exceeds a preset threshold in PSCell addition and/or change;
cell selection criteria;
cell reselection criteria.
The first preset criterion and the second preset criterion may be the same or different.
Optionally, in this implementation manner of the processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention, in step S110, when the UE reports secondary cell group SCG failure information, the SCG failure information carries identification information of configuration of SCG failure, for example, identification information including candidate pscells in source SCG or conditional PSCell addition and/or change.
Further optionally, after the UE monitors the SCG failure, or reports the SCG failure information, the UE stops measuring, monitoring and evaluating the candidate PSCell.
When the UE detects any one of the following, the reporting process of the SCG failure information is triggered:
detecting a radio link failure at the SCG side;
the SCG side synchronous reconfiguration fails;
SCG configuration fails;
the completion protection check of the signaling received by the SCG side SRB3 fails.
Typically, based on the above monitored SCG failure information, the UE will suspend transmission of all signaling radio bearers (Signal Resource Bearer, SRB) and data radio bearers (Data Resource Bearer, DRB) of the SCG, reset the medium access control (Media Access Control, MAC) entity of the SCG, stop operation of T304 in case T304 is running, and trigger transmission of SCG failure information.
Optionally, according to this embodiment, the method further comprises at least one of:
reporting first capability information to a network side, wherein the first capability information is used for indicating that the terminal has processing capability of selecting the candidate PScell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by the network side;
acquiring supporting capability information indicated by a network side through system information broadcasting and/or dedicated signaling, wherein the supporting capability information is used for indicating the network side to support the terminal to select the candidate PScell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by the network side;
And acquiring second capability information configured by the network side through system information broadcasting and/or dedicated signaling, wherein the second capability information is used for configuring the terminal to select the candidate PScell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by the network side.
By adopting the mode, the terminal can report processing capacity to the network side, can acquire supporting capacity indicated by the network side and acquire capacity configured by the network side, so as to determine whether the SCG failure information of the secondary cell group can be reported, select candidate PSCells in addition and/or change of a pre-configured conditional primary SCG cell PSCell as a target cell, and execute configuration of the pre-configured SCG comprising the target cell.
Second embodiment
In this embodiment, after reporting secondary cell group SCG failure information, the UE selects candidate pscells in addition and/or change of a pre-configured conditional primary SCG cell PSCell as a target cell in step S110, including:
and after the timing time length of a preset timer is reached, selecting the candidate PScell as the target cell.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
and starting the preset timer after monitoring failure of the SCG or reporting the SCG failure information.
When the candidate PSCell is selected as the target cell after the timing duration of the preset timer is reached, the method further includes:
if the SCG failure configuration instruction of the network side is received before the timing duration of the preset timer is reached, closing the preset timer, and executing the SCG failure configuration instruction.
Optionally, the SCG failure configuration indication may be a release failure SCG or a reconfiguration message for reconfiguring an SCG, and according to the SCG failure configuration indication, the UE closes the preset timer to perform release or reconfiguration of the SCG.
By adopting the embodiment, before the preset timer is overtime, if the SCG failure configuration instruction sent by the network side is received, the preset timer is closed.
Optionally, in step S110, after the timing duration of the preset timer arrives, selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell, including one of the following:
selecting one candidate PScell meeting a third preset criterion condition in addition and/or change of the pre-configured condition PScell as the target cell, namely selecting one candidate PScell meeting the third preset criterion condition in the pre-configured candidate PScells as the target cell;
and performing cell measurement and evaluation on candidate PScells in addition and/or change of the pre-configured condition PScell, namely performing cell measurement and evaluation on the pre-configured candidate PScell, and selecting one candidate PScell meeting a fourth preset criterion condition as the target cell.
Optionally, with the implementation of the processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention, after detecting the failure of the SCG or reporting the SCG failure information, the UE stops measuring, monitoring and evaluating the candidate PSCell.
Optionally, in this implementation of the processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention, on the other hand, during the running of the preset timer, the UE performs monitoring and evaluation of configured candidate pscells.
Optionally, the third preset criterion and the fourth preset criterion may respectively include at least one of the following:
execution conditions added and/or changed for the UE configured conditions PSCell;
selecting a candidate PScell with the best signal quality in the PScell addition and/or change;
selecting candidate PSCells of which the first one exceeds a preset threshold in PSCell addition and/or change;
cell selection criteria;
cell reselection criteria.
The third preset criterion and the fourth preset criterion may be the same or different.
Optionally, the processing method, wherein the method further comprises: acquiring the timing duration of the preset timer according to at least one of the following:
the network side broadcasts through system information;
the network side is configured through special signaling;
according to a preset protocol.
In one embodiment, optionally, the network side configures the timing duration of the preset timer only through the system information. For example, the timing duration may be configured by:
the network side broadcasts a timing time length T of a preset timer to be T1 through system information;
the UE obtains the timing duration T as T1 through the system information.
In one embodiment, the network side configures the timing duration of the preset timer through the system information, and the timing duration can be modified through special signaling. For example, the following procedure may be included:
the network side broadcasts a timing time length T of a preset timer to be T1 through system information;
the UE obtains the timing time length T to be T1 through system information;
the network side sends special signaling, wherein the modified timing time T is T2;
the UE obtains the timing time length T through special signaling, and modifies the timing time length T of a preset timer into T2.
In another embodiment, the network side configures the timer duration only through dedicated signaling. In this way, for example, the following procedure may be included:
the network side sends a special signaling which indicates the timing time length T of a preset timer to be T1;
the UE obtains the timing duration T as T1 through special signaling.
In yet another embodiment, the timing duration of the predetermined timer is specified by a protocol. In this way, for example, the following procedure may be included:
the network side sets the timing time length T of a preset timer as T1, wherein T1 is defined by a protocol;
the UE sets the timing duration T of a preset timer to be T1, wherein T1 is defined by a protocol.
In still another embodiment, the preset timer may be defined by a protocol as a default timing duration, and the network side may modify the timing duration of the preset timer according to the above configuration by broadcasting system information or dedicated signaling. Specific steps are not repeated.
Optionally, with this embodiment, the processing method further includes:
reporting first capability information to a network side, wherein the first capability information is used for indicating that the terminal has the processing capability of selecting the candidate PScell as the target cell after the timing duration of a preset timer arrives; and/or
Acquiring supporting capability information indicated by a network side through system information broadcasting and/or dedicated signaling, wherein the supporting capability information is used for indicating the network side to support selecting the candidate PScell as the target cell after the timing duration of a preset timer arrives; and/or
Acquiring second capability information configured by a network side through system information broadcasting and/or dedicated signaling, wherein the second capability information is used for configuring the terminal to select the candidate PScell as the target cell after the timing duration of a preset timer arrives.
By adopting the mode, the network side is used for controlling whether the terminal can use the preset timer, the UE can also acquire the supporting capability indicated by the network side, report the processing capability to the network side, acquire the configuration capability indicated by the network side, and determine whether the preset timer can be started after the SCG failure is monitored or the SCG failure information of the secondary cell group is reported.
Optionally, the UE also reports whether the capability of the optimized SCG failure handling in case of failure of the conditional PSCell addition and/or change is supported.
Optionally, the network side controls whether the UE can use the preset timer through signaling, and the network configures the preset timer for the UE through at least one of the following:
the network side broadcasts whether the timing function of the preset timer is supported or not through the system information;
the network side broadcasts whether the function of the preset timer is configured for the UE or not through the system information;
the network side configures whether the function of the preset timer is supported for the UE through a special signaling;
The network configures the UE with the function of using the preset timer or not through dedicated signaling.
Optionally, the network side may configure the timing duration of the preset timer through system information configuration or dedicated signaling, to indicate that the network side supports the function of the preset timer.
Optionally, the network side may configure the timing duration of the preset timer through system information or dedicated signaling, to indicate that the network side configures the UE to use the function of the preset timer.
In another embodiment, the system information broadcast indicates that the network side supports the timing function of the preset timer, and configures whether the UE uses the function of the preset timer through dedicated signaling. With this embodiment, the method specifically includes the following steps:
the network side broadcasts indication information through system information to inform the UE that the network side supports the preset timer, wherein the indication information can be specific timing time length or can be 1-bit indication information used for indicating a cell where the network side is positioned to support the preset timer;
the UE acquires the timing function supported by the cell through the system information;
the network side configures the UE to turn on or off the timing function through dedicated signaling to inform the UE whether the UE can use the preset timer, and the indication information may be configured or released to be the preset timer or 1 bit indication information, so as to indicate whether the timing function is turned on or not, and inform the UE whether the preset timer can be used.
The UE knows whether the preset timer can be used or not through dedicated signaling.
In another embodiment, the network side may configure whether to support the timing function of the preset timer and whether to use the preset timer through dedicated signaling.
For example, the network side may use dedicated signaling, and configure, through two separate indication information, whether to support the timing function of the preset timer and whether to start the timing function, that is, whether the UE can use the preset timer, so that detailed steps are not repeated.
In another embodiment, the network side informs the UE whether the preset timer can be used by configuring whether the timing function of the preset timer is supported or not and whether the timing function of the preset timer is started or not through the system information.
For example, the network side may use the system information to configure whether to support the timing function of the preset timer and whether to start the timing function, that is, whether the UE can use the preset timer, through two separate indication information, which is not repeated in detail.
It should be noted that, in the first embodiment, the network side may instruct, by means of system information and/or dedicated signaling, whether the network side supports the capability of selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell according to the execution instruction indicated by the network side, and whether the terminal is configured to have the capability of selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell according to the execution instruction indicated by the network side, and the specific configuration manner and procedure may refer to the configuration of the preset timer, which is not described in detail herein.
With the treatment method described in the first embodiment and the second embodiment, optionally, the treatment method further includes:
reporting first capability information to a network side, where the first capability information is used to instruct the terminal to have a processing capability of selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by the network side, and/or to have a processing capability of selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell after a timing duration of a preset timer arrives; and/or
Acquiring supporting capability information indicated by a network side through system information broadcasting and/or dedicated signaling, wherein the supporting capability information is used for indicating the network side to support the terminal to select the candidate PScell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by the network side; and/or after the timing duration of the preset timer arrives, the terminal is supported to select the candidate PScell as the target cell; and/or

The terminal reports first capability information supporting the first embodiment and/or supporting the second embodiment, that is, the reported first capability information is used for indicating that the terminal has at least one of a processing capability of selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by a network side and a processing capability of selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell after a timing duration of a preset timer is reached.
Alternatively, in the above manner, when the condition PSCell is configured to add and/or change the configuration, a specific procedure of the processing manner adopted when the terminal determines that the SCG fails may be:
acquiring whether the network side supports the first embodiment through network broadcasting or dedicated signaling;
whether the network side supports the second embodiment is obtained through network broadcasting or dedicated signaling.
The terminal reports first capability information supported under the condition of adding and/or changing the configuration of the PSCell, wherein the first capability information supports at least one of the first embodiment and the second embodiment;
the network side configures the UE to use the first or second embodiment through system information broadcasting and/or dedicated signaling for realizing the optimization processing of SCG failure under the condition of PSCell addition and/or configuration change.
The following describes the specific procedures of the first and second embodiments of the treatment method according to the present invention with reference to specific examples.
Detailed description of the preferred embodiments
In the first embodiment, after the UE reports the secondary cell group SCG failure information, the network side sends an execution instruction to the UE to notify the UE to execute the configuration of one candidate PSCell in the existing conditional PSCell addition and/or change, specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the process of this embodiment includes:
s210, the network side configures SCG configuration information added and/or changed by the conditional PSCell for the UE, where the SCG configuration information includes SCG configuration information of at least one candidate PSCell.
S220, the UE detects an SCG failure, for example, detects an SCG link failure or a T304 timeout (conventional PSCell addition and/or change or conditional PSCell addition and/or change execution), and the UE performs an SCG failure information reporting procedure;
optionally, after detecting SCG failure or reporting SCG failure information, the UE may stop measurement, monitoring and evaluation of candidate pscells in addition and/or change of the conditional PSCell;
optionally, for the execution of the conditional PSCell addition and/or change, the UE may also delete the stored relevant configuration information of the corresponding candidate cell.
Optionally, for the case that T304 times out, the UE may also carry, when reporting the SCG failure information to the network side, identification information of the configuration of the SCG failure, for example, identification information of candidate PSCell in source SCG or conditional PSCell addition and/or change, where the identification information may be, for example, a physical cell identifier (Physical Cell Identifier, PCI), or a corresponding index identifier.
S230: the network side receives the SCG failure information sent by the UE, and the network side sends RRC signaling (including execution instruction) as a response, wherein the RRC signaling can be an RRC reconfiguration message, and the signaling comprises at least one of the following items:
first indication information for indicating the terminal to select candidate PSCells in addition and/or change of a preconfigured condition PSCell as a target cell;
indicating the terminal to select candidate PSCells in addition and/or change of a preconfigured condition PSCell, and carrying out second indication information of cell measurement and evaluation;
the identification information of one candidate PScell in the pre-configured condition PScell addition and/or change;
and indicating the terminal to delete the third indication information of the candidate PScell with the access failure.
S240, the UE receives the RRC message sent by the network side, and for the execution of the conditional PSCell addition and/or change, the UE may also delete the stored relevant configuration information of the corresponding candidate PSCell.
Optionally, the execution instruction of the RRC message carries first indication information, and notifies the UE to execute the candidate PSCell in the addition and/or the change of the configured condition PSCell as the target cell, where the UE selects the target cell according to a preset criterion in the candidate PSCell in the addition and/or the change of the configured condition PSCell, and executes the configuration information of the selected target cell, where the preset criterion may be a cell with the best signal quality, or a cell meeting the configured execution condition, or a cell selection criterion, or a cell reselection criterion, or a first cell higher than the preset threshold, and so on.
Optionally, the execution instruction of the RRC message carries second instruction information, and notifies the UE to execute measurement and evaluation of candidate pscells in addition and/or change of configured condition pscells, and the UE monitors and evaluates the candidate pscells according to the instruction information and a preset criterion according to the instruction information, and when a cell meets the preset criterion, selects a cell meeting the condition, and executes corresponding configuration information, where the preset criterion may be a cell with the best signal quality, or a cell meeting the configured execution condition, or a cell selection criterion, or a cell reselection criterion, or a first cell higher than the preset threshold, and so on.
Optionally, when the execution instruction of the RRC message includes the identification information of one candidate PSCell in the pre-configured condition PSCell addition and/or change, the UE is notified to execute the configuration information of the candidate PSCell in the condition PSCell addition and/or change corresponding to the identification information, and then the UE executes the configuration information of the candidate PSCell corresponding to the identification information.
Optionally, when the instruction for executing the RRC message includes the instruction information for deleting the candidate PSCell with access failure, the UE deletes the configuration information of the candidate PSCell with access failure according to the instruction information.
Second embodiment
In the second embodiment, in step S110, after the UE reports the secondary cell group SCG failure information and the timing duration of the preset timer arrives, the UE selects the candidate PSCell as the target cell, specifically, as shown in fig. 4, a process in this embodiment includes:
s310, the network side configures a conditional PSCell addition and/or change for the UE, where the configuration information of at least one candidate PSCell is included.
S320, the UE detects an SCG failure, for example, detects an SCG link failure or a T304 timeout (regular PSCell addition and/or change or conditional PSCell addition and/or change execution), and the UE starts a preset timer;
S330, executing an SCG failure information reporting process;
optionally, after detecting SCG failure or reporting SCG failure information, the UE may stop measurement, monitoring and evaluation of candidate pscells in addition and/or change of the conditional PSCell;
optionally, for the execution of the conditional PSCell addition and/or change, the UE may also delete stored relevant configuration information of the corresponding candidate cell;
optionally, for the case that T304 is overtime, the UE may also carry, when reporting the SCG failure information to the network side, identification information of the configuration of the SCG failure, for example, identification information of candidate PSCell in source SCG or conditional PSCell addition and/or change, where the identification information may be, for example, PCI or a corresponding index identifier.
S340, the preset timer is overtime, and the UE executes monitoring and evaluation of the configured candidate PScell according to a preset criterion;
s350, when the candidate PScell meets the preset criterion, the UE executes the configuration information corresponding to the cell. Wherein the preset criteria may include: at least one of a configured execution condition, a cell with the best signal quality, a cell reselection criterion, a cell selection criterion, a cell above a preset threshold, and the like is satisfied.
And when the optional preset timer is overtime, the UE selects a target PScell cell from the configured candidate PScells according to a preset criterion to access, and executes SCG configuration information of the target PScell cell. Wherein the preset criteria may include: at least one of a configured execution condition, a cell with the best signal quality, a cell reselection criterion, a cell selection criterion, a cell above a preset threshold, and the like is satisfied.
Detailed description of the preferred embodiments
In the third embodiment, in step S110, after the UE reports the secondary cell group SCG failure information and the timing duration of the preset timer arrives, the UE selects the candidate PSCell as the target cell, specifically, as shown in fig. 5, a procedure in this embodiment includes:
s410, the network side configures a conditional PSCell addition and/or change for the UE, where the configuration information of at least one candidate PSCell is included.
S420, the UE detects an SCG failure, for example, detects an SCG link failure or a T304 timeout (conventional PSCell addition and/or change or conditional PSCell addition and/or change execution), and performs an SCG failure information reporting procedure;
optionally, after the UE monitors the SCG failure or reports the SCG failure information, the UE may also stop monitoring and evaluating candidate pscells in the addition and/or change of the conditional PSCell;

Wherein the preset criteria may include: at least one of a configured execution condition, a cell with the best signal quality, a cell reselection criterion, a cell selection criterion, a cell above a preset threshold, and the like is satisfied.
And when the optional preset timer is overtime, the UE selects a target PScell cell from the configured candidate PScells according to a preset criterion to access, and executes SCG configuration information of the target PScell cell. Wherein the preset criteria may include: at least one of a configured execution condition, a cell with the best signal quality, a cell reselection criterion, a cell selection criterion, a cell above a preset threshold, and the like is satisfied.
Detailed description of the preferred embodiments
In the fourth embodiment, in step S110, after detecting SCG failure or reporting secondary cell group SCG failure information, the UE starts a preset timer, and receives an SCG failure configuration instruction from the network side before the timing duration of the preset timer arrives, as shown in fig. 6, and the specific process includes:
s510, the network side configures a conditional PSCell addition and/or change for the UE, where the configuration information of at least one candidate PSCell is included.
S520, the UE detects an SCG failure, for example, detects an SCG link failure or a T304 timeout (regular PSCell addition and/or change or conditional PSCell addition and/or change execution), and the UE starts a preset timer;
s530, executing an SCG failure information reporting process;

11. A method of processing according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises: acquiring the timing duration of the preset timer according to at least one of the following:
the network side broadcasts through system information;
the network side is configured through special signaling;
according to a preset protocol.
12. A method of processing according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
reporting first capability information to a network side, where the first capability information is used to instruct the terminal to have a processing capability of selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by the network side, and/or to have a processing capability of selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell after a timing duration of a preset timer arrives; and/or
Acquiring supporting capability information indicated by a network side through system information broadcasting and/or dedicated signaling, wherein the supporting capability information is used for indicating the network side to support the terminal to select the candidate PScell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by the network side; and/or after the timing duration of the preset timer arrives, the terminal is supported to select the candidate PScell as the target cell; and/or
Acquiring second capability information configured by a network side through system information broadcasting and/or dedicated signaling, wherein the second capability information is used for configuring the terminal to select the candidate PScell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by the network side; and/or after the timing time of the preset timer is reached, the terminal is configured to select the candidate PScell as the target cell.
13. The method for processing SCG failure of the secondary cell group is applied to a network side and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
after reporting SCG failure information of a secondary cell group, a configuration terminal selects a pre-configured candidate PScell as a target cell and executes configuration of pre-configured SCG comprising the target cell; wherein the candidate PSCell is a PSCell configured in a conditional PSCell addition and/or change;
After reporting SCG failure information of a secondary cell group, the configuration terminal selects the pre-configured candidate PScell as a target cell, wherein the method comprises at least one of the following steps:
sending an execution instruction to a terminal, and configuring the terminal to select the pre-configured candidate PScell as a target cell according to the execution instruction;
and configuring a preset timer for the terminal, and selecting the pre-configured candidate PScell as a target cell after the timing duration of the preset timer is reached by the configured terminal.
14. The processing method of claim 13, wherein the execution instruction comprises at least one of:
the terminal is instructed to select the pre-configured candidate PScell as first instruction information of a target cell;
indicating the terminal to select the pre-configured candidate PScell to perform cell measurement and evaluation;
the identification information of one candidate PScell in the pre-configured candidate PScells;
and indicating the terminal to delete the third indication information of the candidate PScell with the access failure.
15. The processing method according to claim 13, wherein when configuring a preset timer for a terminal, the terminal is configured to start the preset timer after detecting a failure of SCG or reporting the SCG failure information.
16. The method of processing according to claim 13, wherein the method further comprises:
configuring the timing duration of the preset timer according to at least one of the following:
the network side broadcasts through system information;
the network side is configured through special signaling;
according to a preset protocol.
17. The method of processing according to claim 13, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring first capability information reported by a terminal, wherein the first capability information is used for indicating that the terminal has processing capability for selecting the candidate PScell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by a network side, and/or has capability information for selecting the candidate PScell as the processing capability of the target cell after a timing duration of a preset timer is reached; and/or
Transmitting supporting capability information to a terminal through system information broadcasting and/or dedicated signaling, wherein the supporting capability information is used for indicating the network side to support the terminal to select the candidate PScell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by the network side; and/or after the timing duration of the preset timer arrives, the terminal is supported to select the candidate PScell as the target cell; and/or
Configuring second capability information to the UE through system information broadcasting and/or dedicated signaling, wherein the second capability information is used for configuring the terminal to select the candidate PScell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by a network side; and/or after the timing time of the preset timer is reached, the terminal is configured to select the candidate PScell as the target cell.
18. A terminal, comprising: a transceiver, a memory, a processor, and a program stored on the memory and executable on the processor; the processor is used for reading the program in the memory and executing the following processes:
after SCG failure information of the secondary cell group is reported, selecting a pre-configured candidate PScell as a target cell; wherein the candidate PSCell is a PSCell configured in a conditional PSCell addition and/or change;
performing configuration of a preconfigured SCG comprising the target cell;
the processor selects a pre-configured candidate PSCell as a target cell, including at least one of:
selecting the candidate PScell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by a network side;
and after the timing time length of a preset timer is reached, selecting the candidate PScell as the target cell.
19. The terminal of claim 18, wherein the processor, when selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by a network side, comprises at least one of:
the terminal is instructed to select the pre-configured candidate PScell as first instruction information of a target cell;
indicating the terminal to select the pre-configured candidate PScell to perform cell measurement and evaluation;
the identification information of one candidate PScell in the pre-configured candidate PScells;
and indicating the terminal to delete the third indication information of the candidate PScell with the access failure.
20. The terminal of claim 19, wherein when the execution instruction includes the first indication information, the processor selects the candidate PSCell as the target cell, comprising:
and selecting one of the pre-configured candidate PScells as the target cell according to a first preset criterion.
21. The terminal of claim 19, wherein when the execution instruction includes the second instruction information, the processor selects the candidate PSCell as the target cell, comprising:
And carrying out cell measurement and evaluation on the pre-configured candidate PScells according to a second preset criterion, and selecting one candidate PScell meeting the second preset criterion as the target cell.
22. The terminal of claim 19, wherein when the execution instruction includes the identification information, the processor selects the candidate PSCell as the target cell, comprising:

and starting the preset timer after monitoring failure of the SCG or reporting the SCG failure information.
26. The terminal of claim 18, wherein when the candidate PSCell is selected as the target cell after a timing duration of a preset timer has elapsed, the processor is further configured to:
if the SCG failure configuration instruction of the network side is received before the timing duration of the preset timer is reached, closing the preset timer, and executing the SCG failure configuration instruction.
27. The terminal of claim 18, wherein the processor selects the candidate PSCell as the target cell after a timing duration of a preset timer has arrived, comprising one of:
selecting one of the pre-configured candidate pscells satisfying a third preset criterion condition as the target cell;
and carrying out cell measurement and evaluation on the pre-configured candidate PSCells, and selecting one candidate PSCells meeting a fourth preset criterion condition as the target cell.
28. The terminal of claim 18, wherein the processor is further configured to: acquiring the timing duration of the preset timer according to at least one of the following:
the network side broadcasts through system information;
the network side is configured through special signaling;
According to a preset protocol.
29. The terminal of claim 18, wherein the processor is further configured to:
reporting first capability information to a network side, where the first capability information is used to instruct the terminal to have a processing capability of selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell according to an execution instruction indicated by the network side, and/or to have a processing capability of selecting the candidate PSCell as the target cell after a timing duration of a preset timer arrives; and/or

30. A network side device, comprising: a transceiver, a memory, a processor, and a program stored on the memory and executable on the processor; the processor is used for reading the program in the memory and executing the following processes:
after reporting SCG failure information of a secondary cell group, a configuration terminal selects a pre-configured candidate PScell as a target cell and executes configuration of pre-configured SCG comprising the target cell; wherein the candidate PSCell is a PSCell configured in a conditional PSCell addition and/or change;
after the processor configures the terminal to report SCG failure information of the secondary cell group, selecting candidate PScells in the pre-configured conditional primary SCG cell PScell addition and/or change as target cells, wherein the candidate PScells comprise at least one of the following steps:
sending an execution instruction to a terminal, and configuring the terminal to select the pre-configured candidate PScell as a target cell according to the execution instruction;
and configuring a preset timer for the terminal, and selecting the pre-configured candidate PScell as a target cell after the timing duration of the preset timer is reached by the configured terminal.
31. The network-side device of claim 30, wherein the execution instructions comprise at least one of:
The terminal is instructed to select the pre-configured candidate PScell as first instruction information of a target cell;
indicating the terminal to select the pre-configured candidate PScell to perform cell measurement and evaluation;
the identification information of one candidate PScell in the pre-configured candidate PScells;
and indicating the terminal to delete the third indication information of the candidate PScell with the access failure.
32. The network side device of claim 30, wherein when configuring a preset timer for a terminal, the processor configures the terminal to start the preset timer after detecting a failure of SCG or reporting the SCG failure information.
33. The network-side device of claim 30, wherein the processor is further configured to:
configuring the timing duration of the preset timer according to at least one of the following:
the network side broadcasts through system information;
the network side is configured through special signaling;
