the acquisition module is used for acquiring a real-time area picture of a preset visual area;
the processing module is connected with the acquisition module and the judging module and is used for storing and processing information;
the judging module is connected with the acquisition module and the processing module and is used for judging information;
the processing module determines picture watching personnel in the real-time regional picture;
the processing module determines favorite type labels corresponding to the picture watching personnel according to a preset type matching relation;
the acquisition module acquires a channel type label of a preset broadcast channel at a current time point;
the processing module defines the broadcast channel with the channel type label consistent with the favorite type label judged by the judging module as a favorite channel, determines a channel play list according to all the favorite channels, and controls the television to switch channels according to the channel play list when the channels are switched;
the watching personnel screening module screens personnel to be analyzed according to eye conditions, so that the overall efficiency is improved;
the viewing condition determining module is used for determining whether a user watches the television or not according to the viewing angle condition of the user;
the viewing angle determining module is used for determining a more accurate viewing angle according to the eyeball change condition of the user;
the multi-user channel determining module can determine the labels of channels to be switched when the condition that a plurality of users watch television exists;
the type duty ratio determining module is used for determining channels to be switched according to the duty ratio of the content labels of the channels watched under the historical condition when a plurality of people watch the television and the plurality of people do not have the same favorite channel labels;
and the personnel priority determining module is used for determining the watching priority of multiple persons.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-described division of the functional modules is illustrated, and in practical application, the above-described functional allocation may be performed by different functional modules according to needs, i.e. the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional modules to perform all or part of the functions described above. The specific working processes of the above-described systems, devices and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, which are not described herein.

Claims (4)

1. An intelligent control method for television playing is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a real-time area picture of a preset visual area;
determining picture watching personnel in the real-time regional picture;
determining favorite type labels corresponding to picture viewers according to a preset type matching relationship;
acquiring a channel type label of a preset broadcast channel at a current time point;
defining the broadcast channels with the channel type labels consistent with the favorite type labels as favorite channels, determining a channel playing catalog according to all the favorite channels, and controlling the television to switch channels according to the channel playing catalog when switching channels;
the step of determining the picture viewer in the real-time area picture comprises:
determining eye characteristics and acquiring eye positions of a person according to a preset characteristic determination algorithm in a real-time area picture;
calculating according to the eye positions of any two persons to determine the eye separation distance;
judging whether an eye separation distance smaller than a preset reference distance exists in the single eye characteristic;
if there is no eye separation distance less than the reference distance, defining the eye feature as an invalid feature;
if the eye separation distance smaller than the reference distance exists, defining two eye characteristics corresponding to the eye separation distance as binding characteristics;
face feature recognition is carried out according to the eye features which are binding features to determine picture watching personnel;
after the picture watching personnel determine, the intelligent control method for the television playing further comprises the following steps:
judging whether the picture watching staff are all in a preset registered staff set;
if the picture viewers are not in the registered personnel set, controlling the television to switch channels according to a preset fixed play list when the channels are switched;
if the picture watching staff are all in the registered staff set, counting according to the picture watching staff to determine the number of the watching staff;
judging whether the number of the watching staff is one;
if the number of the viewers is one, determining favorite type labels according to the viewers on the picture and determining a channel playing catalog;
if the number of the viewers is not one, determining a favorite type label according to each picture viewer, and performing intersection calculation according to the determined favorite type label to determine a common type label;
determining favorite channels according to the common type tag when the common type tag is not empty, and determining a channel play list;
when the common type tag is empty, the intelligent control method for playing of the television further comprises the following steps:
establishing a detection interval with the width of a preset fixed duration on a preset time axis, and enabling the rear end point of the detection interval to coincide with the current time point;
combining all current picture viewers to determine a combination of the required persons, and acquiring a playing type label under the condition that the combination of the required persons corresponds to in a detection interval;
counting according to the determination condition of the play type label when the play type label is not empty to determine the combination determination times, and counting according to each play type label to determine the label times;
calculating according to the label times and the combination determination times to determine a type occupation ratio;
determining a type occupation value with the largest value according to the ordering rule, and determining a channel playing catalog according to a playing type label of the type occupation value;
when the playing type label is empty, the intelligent control method for television playing further comprises the following steps:
combining all current picture viewers in pairs to determine a comparison person combination, acquiring a channel type label with the maximum occurrence times under the condition that the comparison person combination corresponds to a detection interval, and defining the channel type label as a priority label;
determining the personnel priority in the comparison personnel combination according to the priority label and the favorite type label of each personnel;
and determining the person with the highest priority according to the priorities of all the persons, and determining the channel playing catalogue according to the favorite type label of the corresponding person.
2. The intelligent control method for television broadcasting according to claim 1, wherein after the binding characteristic is determined, the step of determining the picture viewer further comprises:
acquiring a position determination pixel distance and a position determination pixel angle according to the two binding characteristics;
determining pixel distances and pixel angles according to the positions to determine two eye plane positions which are binding characteristics;
connecting the two eye plane positions to determine a user face line segment, establishing a viewing ray which forms a preset viewing angle with the user face line segment at the eye plane position, and determining a viewing angle viewing area according to the two viewing rays;
determining an overlapping area according to the viewing angle viewing area and a preset screen display area, and calculating according to the overlapping area and the screen display area to determine the viewing area duty ratio;
judging whether the viewing area duty ratio is larger than a preset normal viewing duty ratio or not;
if the viewing area ratio is larger than the normal viewing ratio, face feature recognition is carried out according to the eye positions of the people which are binding positions to determine the picture viewing personnel;
if the viewing area duty ratio is not greater than the normal viewing duty ratio, the person corresponding to the eye feature is not defined.
3. The intelligent control method for television broadcasting according to claim 2, further comprising a step of determining a viewing angle, the step comprising:
performing feature recognition in the ocular feature to determine an ocular feature, and determining an ocular outer contour according to the ocular feature;
connecting points on the external outline of the eye with each other to determine the point spacing distance;
determining the point position interval distance with the maximum value according to a preset ordering rule, and defining points on two eye external contours corresponding to the point position interval distance as boundary points;
establishing an eye width axis according to the two boundary points, defining an intersection point of an external contour of an eyeball characteristic and the eye width axis as a critical intersection point, and acquiring critical coordinate values of the two critical intersection points;
and determining the eye width axis and the viewing angles corresponding to the two critical coordinate values according to a preset angle matching relation.
4. An intelligent control system for television broadcasting, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a real-time area picture of a preset visual area;
the processing module is connected with the acquisition module and the judging module and is used for storing and processing information;
the judging module is connected with the acquisition module and the processing module and is used for judging information;
the processing module determines picture watching personnel in the real-time regional picture;
the processing module determines favorite type labels corresponding to the picture watching personnel according to a preset type matching relation;
the acquisition module acquires a channel type label of a preset broadcast channel at a current time point;
the processing module defines the broadcast channel with the channel type label consistent with the favorite type label judged by the judging module as a favorite channel, determines a channel play list according to all the favorite channels, and controls the television to switch channels according to the channel play list when the channels are switched;
the step of determining the picture viewer in the real-time area picture comprises:
the processing module in the real-time regional picture determines the eye characteristics according to a preset characteristic determining algorithm and enables the acquisition module to acquire the eye positions of the personnel;
the processing module calculates according to the eye positions of any two persons to determine the eye separation distance;
the judging module judges whether an eye separation distance smaller than a preset reference distance exists in the single eye characteristic;
if the judging module judges that the eye separation distance smaller than the reference distance does not exist, the processing module defines the eye feature as an invalid feature;
if the judging module judges that the eye separation distance smaller than the reference distance exists, the processing module mutually defines two eye characteristics corresponding to the eye separation distance as binding characteristics;
the processing module performs facial feature recognition according to the eye features which are binding features to determine picture watching personnel;
judging whether the picture watching personnel are in a preset registered personnel set or not by the judging module after the picture watching personnel are determined;
if the judging module judges that the picture watching staff are not in the registered staff set, the processing module controls the television to switch channels according to a preset fixed play list when the channels are switched;
if the judging module judges that the picture watching personnel are all in the registered personnel set, the processing module counts the picture watching personnel to determine the number of the watching personnel;
the judging module judges whether the number of the watching personnel is one;
if the judging module judges that the number of the viewers is one, the processing module determines favorite type labels according to the viewers on the picture and determines a channel playing catalog;
if the judging module judges that the number of the viewers is not one, the processing module determines favorite type labels according to the viewers of each picture, and performs intersection calculation according to the determined favorite type labels to determine common type labels;
the processing module determines favorite channels according to the common type tag when the common type tag is not empty, and determines a channel play list;
a detection interval with the width of a preset fixed duration is established on a preset time axis by the space-time processing module with the common type tag, and the rear end point of the detection interval is overlapped with the current time point;
the processing module combines all current picture viewers to determine a combination of the required persons, and enables the acquisition module to acquire a playing type label under the condition corresponding to the combination of the required persons in a detection interval;
the processing module counts according to the determined condition of the play type label to determine the combination determined times when the play type label is not the space time, and counts according to each play type label to determine the label times;
the processing module calculates according to the label times and the combination determination times to determine the type occupation ratio;
the processing module determines the type occupation value with the largest value according to the ordering rule, and determines the channel playing catalogue according to the playing type label of the type occupation value;
when the play type label is a space-time processing module, combining all current picture viewers in pairs to determine a comparison person combination, enabling an acquisition module to acquire a channel type label with the maximum occurrence times under the condition that the comparison person combination corresponds in a detection interval, and defining the channel type label as a priority label;
the processing module determines the personnel priority in the comparison personnel combination according to the priority label and the favorite type label of each personnel;
the processing module determines the person with the highest priority according to the priorities of all the persons, and determines the channel playing catalogue according to the favorite type label of the corresponding person.
