Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a third embodiment of the environmental protection supervision method for construction projects according to the present invention.
Based on the above embodiments, in this embodiment, the step S30 includes:
step S301: if yes, the relevant data of the criticizing approval of the target construction item is returned through a resource catalog platform;
step S302: generating a criticizing report of the target construction project according to the related data and the criticizing report;
it should be noted that criticism is the authority of the ecological environment department to the new project. The criticizing is the management authority of the ecological environment department on the new starting project; the newly started project is subjected to environmental impact assessment by related experts, an environmental impact report is compiled, and an ecological environment department is reported for auditing, and whether the project is approved by the ecological environment department is criticized.
Step S303: and carrying out project research and judgment according to the criticizing report to obtain a project research and judgment result.

Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flowchart of a construction project environmental protection supervision method criticizing and tracking service, and the construction project environmental protection supervision method relates to three roles, namely a management department, a construction unit and a criticizing and compiling unit, and comprises five stages of criticizing and judging: the management department accesses the item and researches and judges whether the criticism approval is related; confirmation critique unit: the management department informs the enterprise through the software of the short message and the construction project related to the annular review batch department application, and informs the user personnel to record the annular review editing unit, the enterprise searches the feedback annular review editing unit through the software, and the annular review editing unit fills project information in the software and uploads the contract; criticizing: the management department notifies the criticizing organization, composes the criticizing file, and primarily judges the environmental protection means involved after criticizing, then the management department criticizes the criticizing file, and notifies the enterprise of the procedure required to be transacted for criticizing by using a short message; handling: a pollution discharge license (whether to confirm the check-in), a pollution discharge transaction right (whether to confirm the check-in), a solid waste management plan record (whether to confirm the check-in), and a completion environment protection acceptance (whether to confirm the check-in); criticizing score: the management department scores the criticism making units, and the construction unit, namely the enterprise scores the criticism making units.
The embodiment obtains the project details of the project to be built, which are input by the target enterprise; obtaining an admission research judgment result of the item to be built according to the item details and based on a preset mode; feeding back the admission research result to the target enterprise; acquiring project data of a target construction project, wherein the project data comprises a construction site of the project, an industry type to which the project belongs and construction content of the project; according to the project data, whether related works of criticizing approval are related or not is judged; if yes, the relevant data of the criticizing approval of the target construction item is returned through a resource catalog platform; generating a criticizing report of the target construction project according to the related data and the criticizing report; performing project research and judgment according to the criticizing report to obtain a project research and judgment result; and according to the project research and judgment result, performing project transaction of the environmental protection matters, and constructing a project ledger of the target construction project. In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium, wherein the storage medium is stored with a construction project environment-friendly supervision program, and the construction project environment-friendly supervision program realizes the steps of the construction project environment-friendly supervision method when being executed by a processor.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating a construction project environment-friendly supervisory system according to a first embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 5, the construction project environment-friendly supervision system provided by the embodiment of the invention includes: a data acquisition module 501, a ring judgment module 502, a project research judgment module 503 and a ledger construction module 504.
The data acquisition module is used for acquiring project data of a target construction project, wherein the project data comprises a construction site of the project, an industry type to which the project belongs and construction content of the project;
the ring evaluation module is used for researching and judging whether related works of ring evaluation approval are related according to the project data;
the project research and judgment module is used for carrying out project research and judgment on the target construction project if yes, and obtaining a project research and judgment result;
and the standing book construction module is used for conducting project transaction of environmental protection matters according to the project research and judgment result and constructing a project standing book of the target construction project.
According to the embodiment, project data of a target construction project are obtained, wherein the project data comprise construction sites of the project, industry types of the project and construction contents of the project; according to the project data, whether related works of criticizing approval are related or not is judged; if yes, carrying out project research and judgment on the target construction project to obtain a project research and judgment result; and according to the project research and judgment result, performing project transaction of the environmental protection matters, and constructing a project ledger of the target construction project. Because the invention automatically identifies whether the project relates to the related work of the criticizing approval or not according to the construction site of the target construction project, the industry type of the project and the construction content of the project, if so, the project is researched and judged, the project handling of the environmental protection matters is carried out according to the research and judgment result, and the project ledger is established.
Based on the first embodiment of the construction project environment-friendly supervision system, a second embodiment of the construction project environment-friendly supervision system is provided.
In this embodiment, the data obtaining module 501 is further configured to obtain item details of an item to be built input by a target enterprise; obtaining an admission research judgment result of the item to be built according to the item details and based on a preset mode; and feeding back the admission research judgment result to the target enterprise.
The data obtaining module 501 is further configured to determine, according to the admission research determination result, whether the item to be built meets an admission requirement; if yes, generating a ring review batch notification and a handling procedure explanation notification of the item to be built; and sending the ring review batch notification and the handling procedure explanation notification to the target enterprise through a short message notification and a mobile terminal related application.
Other embodiments or specific implementation manners of the construction project environment-friendly supervision system of the present invention may refer to the above method embodiments, and will not be described herein.

Claims (10)

1. An environmental protection supervision method for construction projects, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring project data of a target construction project, wherein the project data comprises a construction site of the project, an industry type to which the project belongs and construction content of the project;
according to the project data, whether related works of criticizing approval are related or not is judged;
if yes, carrying out project research and judgment on the target construction project to obtain a project research and judgment result;
if not, informing the enterprise that the target construction project does not need to be approved by criticizing;
and according to the project research and judgment result, performing project transaction of the environmental protection matters, and constructing a project ledger of the target construction project.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to the step of obtaining project data for the target construction project, further comprising:
acquiring item details of an item to be built input by a target enterprise;
obtaining an admission research judgment result of the item to be built according to the item details and based on a preset mode;
and feeding back the admission research judgment result to the target enterprise.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the step of performing project research on the target construction project to obtain a project research result further comprises:
notifying related matters of the target enterprise ring review batch through a short message and preset application software;
according to the related matters, the target enterprise feeds back a criticizing organization through preset application software;
basic information of a target construction project input by the criticizing establishment unit in preset application software and an uploaded signed contract are obtained;
and obtaining the criticizing report of the criticizing compiling unit in a preset approval system.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein if yes, performing project research on the target construction project to obtain a project research result, and the step of obtaining the project research result includes:
if yes, the relevant data of the criticizing approval of the target construction item is returned through a resource catalog platform;
generating a criticizing report of the target construction project according to the related data and the criticizing report;
and performing project research and judgment according to the criticizing report to obtain a project research and judgment result.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the step of performing project research based on the criticizing report to obtain a project research result comprises:
and according to the criticizing report, carrying out project research and judgment, and judging whether the target construction project relates to pollution discharge license declaration, pollution discharge right transaction, solid waste management plan filing, emergency plan filing and completion environment protection acceptance, so as to obtain project research and judgment results.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein the step of feeding back the admission grinding result to the target enterprise comprises:
judging whether the item to be built meets the admission requirement or not according to the admission research judgment result;
if yes, generating a ring review batch notification and a handling procedure explanation notification of the item to be built;
if the project to be built does not meet the admission requirement, informing the enterprise that the project to be built does not meet the admission requirement;
and sending the ring review batch notification and the handling procedure explanation notification to the target enterprise through a short message notification and a mobile terminal related application.
7. The method of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the step of performing project transaction of environmental matters and constructing a project ledger of the target construction project according to the project research result comprises:
according to the item research and judgment result, carrying out item handling of environmental protection matters, and displaying the item handling condition through visualization;
and docking business data handled by the project through a data collaboration platform, and constructing a project ledger of the target construction project.
8. A construction project environmental protection supervisory system, the system comprising:
the data acquisition module is used for acquiring project data of a target construction project, wherein the project data comprises a construction site of the project, an industry type to which the project belongs and construction content of the project;
the ring evaluation module is used for researching and judging whether related works of ring evaluation approval are related according to the project data;
the project research and judgment module is used for carrying out project research and judgment on the target construction project if yes, and obtaining a project research and judgment result;
and the standing book construction module is used for carrying out project transaction of environmental protection matters according to the project research and judgment result and constructing a project standing book of the target construction project.
9. A construction project environmental protection supervisory apparatus, the apparatus comprising: a memory, a processor and a construction project environmental protection supervisory program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the construction project environmental protection supervisory program configured to implement the steps of the construction project environmental protection supervisory method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A storage medium having stored thereon a construction project environmental protection supervisory program which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the construction project environmental protection supervisory method according to any of claims 1 to 7.
