Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a control method of a laundry device according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method may be performed by a control device of the laundry device, and the control device of the laundry device may be implemented in hardware and/or software, and the control device of the laundry device may be configured in the laundry device. As shown in fig. 1, the method specifically may include the following steps:
s101, determining a washing program in which the washing equipment is running, and acquiring the running parameters of the washing program.
Wherein the washing course in which the washing apparatus is running may include at least one of a heating course, a water inlet course, and a washing course.
Since the amount of power consumed by the laundry device when the laundry device is running the heating program may be determined based on the current when the heating program is running, in an alternative embodiment, the current when the heating program is running may be obtained when the laundry device is determined to be running the laundry program.
For example, when the laundry program is a heating program, the operation parameters of the heating program may include a current, and during the operation of the laundry apparatus, it may be determined that the laundry program being operated by the laundry apparatus is the heating program, and the current when the laundry apparatus is operated by the heating program may be obtained.
S102, determining the energy consumption value of the washing program according to the operation parameters.
The energy consumption value may be understood as an energy consumption value of the laundry device when the laundry program is operated, and the energy consumption value may include a heating power consumption value. The heating power consumption value may be understood as the total power consumed by the laundry device when the heating program is run.
Since the heating power consumption value of the laundry device when the heating program is operated may be determined according to the current when the heating program is operated, in an alternative embodiment, the present power of the laundry device may be calculated according to the current, and the heating power consumption value may be determined according to the present power.
For example, determining a washing program running in the washing device as a heating program, obtaining an operation parameter of the heating program as a current I, substituting the current into a calculation formula of the current power to calculate the current power P, and determining a heating power consumption value according to the current power. The calculation formula of the current power is as follows:
current power = voltage current.
S103, determining a program adjustment mode of the washing program based on the energy consumption value and a preset energy consumption threshold.
The preset energy consumption threshold can be understood as a preset energy consumption value critical value, and the preset energy consumption threshold is a critical value of the energy consumption value which meets the requirements of low carbon and energy saving and enables the clothes washing effect of the washing equipment to reach the best determination. The preset energy consumption threshold may include a heating power consumption threshold, which may be understood as a maximum value of total power consumed by the preset laundry device when running the heating program.
In this embodiment, when the energy consumption value reaches the preset energy consumption threshold, it is indicated that the energy consumption value corresponding to the washing program being operated by the washing device has reached the maximum energy consumption value meeting the low-carbon and energy-saving requirements, and then the operation of the washing program may be stopped or the program operation parameters of the washing program may be adjusted so that the energy consumption value corresponding to the washing program does not exceed the preset energy consumption threshold.
For example, determining that a washing program being operated by the washing device is a heating program, obtaining an operation parameter of the heating program as a current I, substituting the current into a calculation formula of the current power to calculate the current power P, determining that a heating power consumption value is a and a heating power consumption threshold is B according to the current power, and determining that a program adjustment mode of the washing program is to control the heating program to stop operation when a=b, that is, the heating power consumption value reaches the heating power consumption threshold.
S104, adjusting the washing program according to the program adjusting mode.
For example, when the program adjustment mode of the laundry program is determined to control the heating program to stop running, the heating program may be directly controlled to stop running.
In this embodiment, a washing program in which the washing apparatus is running is automatically determined, and an operation parameter of the washing program is obtained; determining the energy consumption value of the washing program in real time according to the operation parameters; determining a program adjustment mode of the washing program based on the energy consumption value and a preset energy consumption threshold of the washing program meeting the low-carbon and energy-saving requirements, which is equivalent to determining the program adjustment mode of the washing program meeting the low-carbon and energy-saving requirements in real time when the energy consumption value exceeds the preset energy consumption threshold, and finally adjusting the washing program according to the program adjustment mode, when the energy consumption value exceeds the preset energy consumption threshold, unnecessary energy consumption in the process of running the washing program by the washing equipment is avoided, energy is saved, the energy consumption generated in the washing process by the washing program of the washing equipment is reduced, the low-carbon and energy-saving requirements are met, the use cost of using the washing equipment by a user is reduced on the premise that the low-carbon and energy-saving requirements are met, and better use experience of the washing equipment is brought to the user.
In some embodiments, the washing program includes a heating program, the operation parameter includes a current, the energy consumption value includes a heating power consumption value, the preset energy consumption threshold includes a heating power consumption threshold, fig. 2 is another flow chart of a control method of the washing device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and a specific method may be shown in fig. 2, and the method may include the following steps:
S201, determining a washing program in which the washing device is running, and acquiring the running parameters of the washing program.
S202, calculating the current power of the washing equipment according to the current, and determining the heating power consumption value according to the current power.
Since the heating power consumption value of the laundry device when the laundry program is operated may be determined according to the current when the heating program is operated, in an alternative embodiment, the present power of the laundry device may be calculated according to the current, and the heating power consumption value may be determined according to the present power.
S203, determining whether the heating power consumption value reaches a heating power consumption threshold, and executing S204 if the heating power consumption value reaches the heating power consumption threshold; if the heating power consumption value does not reach the heating power consumption threshold, S206 is executed.
S204, determining that the program adjustment mode of the heating program is to stop running the heating program.
In an alternative embodiment, the program adjustment mode of the laundry program may be determined to stop running the laundry program when the heating power consumption value reaches the heating power consumption threshold.
S205, the heating program is controlled to stop running.
S206, determining that program adjustment is not performed on the heating program.
In an alternative embodiment, the laundry appliance may continue to run the heating program when the heating power consumption value does not reach the heating power consumption threshold.
After S206 is executed, S201 is returned to be executed.
In this embodiment, a washing program in which the washing apparatus is running is automatically determined, and an operation parameter of the washing program is obtained; calculating the current power of the washing equipment according to the current, and determining the heating power consumption value according to the current power; determining whether the heating power consumption value reaches a heating power consumption threshold, if the heating power consumption value reaches the heating power consumption threshold, determining that the program adjustment mode of the heating program is to stop running the heating program, and controlling the heating program to stop running; if the heating power consumption value does not reach the heating power consumption threshold, determining not to carry out program adjustment on the heating program is equivalent to determining a program adjustment mode of the washing program for meeting low-carbon and energy-saving requirements in real time when the energy consumption value exceeds a preset energy consumption threshold, and finally adjusting the washing program according to the program adjustment mode, so that unnecessary energy consumption in the process of running the washing program by the washing equipment is reduced, energy is saved, energy consumption generated in the washing process by the washing program of the washing equipment at the outlet is reduced, the low-carbon and energy-saving requirements are met, the aim that the clothes washing effect of the washing equipment is optimal on the premise of meeting the low-carbon and energy-saving requirements is fulfilled, and better use experience of the washing equipment is brought to users.
In some embodiments, the laundry program comprises a water intake program, the operating parameter comprises a water flow rate, the energy consumption value comprises a water consumption value, the water consumption value is understood to be a total water intake amount of water intake when the laundry device operates the water intake program, the preset energy consumption threshold comprises a water consumption threshold, and the water consumption threshold is understood to be a maximum value of water intake when the preset laundry device operates the water intake program. Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a control method of a laundry device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and a specific method may be shown in fig. 3, and the method may include the following steps:
s301, determining a washing program in which the washing device is running, and acquiring the running parameters of the washing program.
Because the water consumption of the washing equipment can be determined according to the water flow when the washing equipment runs the heating program, in practical application, the water flow can be written into the water inlet program in advance, and therefore, in an optional implementation mode, when the washing program running in the washing equipment is determined to be the water inlet program, the water flow which is written into the water inlet program in advance when the washing equipment runs the water inlet program can be acquired.
For example, when the laundry program is a water inlet program, the operation parameter of the water inlet program may be a water flow rate, and in the process that the laundry device is operating the water inlet program, the laundry program that the laundry device is operating may be determined as the water inlet program, and the water flow rate when the laundry device is operating the water inlet program may be obtained.
S302, calculating the water consumption value according to the water flow and the water inlet duration.
Wherein, the water flow rate can be understood as the water inflow rate of the laundry equipment in unit time; the water intake duration may be understood as the total operation duration of the laundry device for running the water intake program.
In an alternative embodiment, the water flow and the water inflow time length can be substituted into a calculation formula of the water consumption value to calculate the water consumption value.
For example, the calculation formula of the water consumption value may be as follows:
water consumption value = water flow rate time duration.
If the water flow is S and the water inlet time length is T, the water flow S and the water inlet time length T can be substituted into the calculation formula of the water consumption value to calculate the water consumption value.
S303, determining whether the water consumption value reaches a water consumption threshold, and executing S304 if the water consumption value reaches the water consumption threshold; if the water consumption value does not reach the water consumption threshold, S306 is performed.
S304, determining the program adjusting mode of the water inlet program to reduce the water flow.
In an alternative embodiment, when the water consumption value reaches the water consumption threshold, it indicates that the water inflow of the laundry device is sufficient to satisfy the water amount required for washing the laundry, and the water inflow of the laundry device has reached the water consumption threshold satisfying the low energy consumption requirement, so as to reduce the water resource waste, satisfy the low energy consumption requirement, the water inflow of the laundry device may be reduced, and then the program adjustment mode of the water inflow program may be determined to be the reduction of the water flow.
S305, controlling a water inlet program to reduce water flow.
In an alternative embodiment, a lower update water flow rate than the water flow rate may be determined, and the water inlet program is controlled to modify the water flow rate to the update water flow rate, thereby reducing the water inlet of the laundry device.
S306, determining that program adjustment is not performed on the water inlet program.
In this embodiment, a washing program in which the washing apparatus is running is automatically determined, and an operation parameter of the washing program is obtained; acquiring water flow, and calculating a water consumption value according to the water flow and the water inlet duration; determining whether the water consumption value reaches a water consumption threshold, if the water consumption value reaches the water consumption threshold, determining that the program adjustment mode of the water inlet program is to reduce the water flow, and controlling the water inlet program to reduce the water flow; if the water consumption value does not reach the water consumption threshold, determining not to carry out program adjustment on the water inlet program, controlling the water inlet program to continue to run, determining a program adjustment mode meeting low-carbon and energy-saving requirements of the washing program in real time when the energy consumption value exceeds the preset energy consumption threshold, finally adjusting the washing program according to the program adjustment mode, and when the energy consumption value exceeds the preset energy consumption threshold, avoiding unnecessary energy consumption in the process of running the washing program by the washing equipment, saving energy, so that the energy consumption generated in the washing process by the washing program of the washing equipment is reduced, the low-carbon and energy-saving requirements are met, the use cost of using the washing equipment by a user is reduced on the premise of meeting the low-carbon and energy-saving requirements, and better use experience of the washing equipment is brought to the user.
In some embodiments, the laundry program comprises a washing program, the operating parameter comprises a motor turn-off period, the energy consumption value comprises a washing power consumption value, and the washing power consumption value can be understood as a total power consumed by the laundry device when the washing program is operated; the preset energy consumption threshold includes a washing power consumption threshold, which may be understood as a maximum value of total power consumed by the preset laundry device when running the washing program. Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of another method for controlling a laundry device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and a specific method may be shown in fig. 4, and the method may include the following steps:
s401, determining a washing program in which the washing device is running, and acquiring the running parameters of the washing program.
Because the greater the motor rotation stop time is, the greater the value of the washing power consumption is, and the better the washing effect of the washing device is, in an alternative embodiment, the motor rotation stop time can be obtained when the washing program running in the washing device is determined to be the washing program.
And S402, determining the motor rotation stop time as the washing time.
The washing time period may be understood as a total operation time period of the washing apparatus for operating the washing program.
In an alternative embodiment, when the washing machine is running the washing program, the motor rotation stop time period is the total running time period of the washing program, so the motor rotation stop time period can be determined as the washing time period.
S403, determining the washing power consumption value according to the washing time.
In an alternative embodiment, the preset information may be queried according to the washing time to obtain the corresponding washing power consumption value. The preset information comprises washing power consumption values corresponding to the washing time periods respectively.
For example, if the washing duration is T, in the preset information, the washing power consumption value corresponding to the washing duration T is W, and the corresponding washing power consumption value W may be obtained by querying the preset information according to the washing duration T.
S404, determining whether the washing power consumption value reaches a washing power consumption threshold, and executing S405 if the washing power consumption value reaches the washing power consumption threshold; if the washing power consumption value does not reach the washing power consumption threshold, S407 is performed.
S405, determining that the program adjustment mode of the washing program is to stop running the washing program.
In an alternative embodiment, the value of the washing power consumption reaches the threshold value of the washing power consumption, which indicates that the clothes in the washing device are washed completely, and the clothes in the washing device do not need to be washed by continuously running the washing program, if the clothes in the washing device are washed by continuously running the washing program, the problem of electric energy resource waste is caused, so that in order to avoid the electric energy resource waste, when the value of the washing power consumption reaches the threshold value of the washing power consumption, the program adjustment mode of the washing program can be determined to control the washing program to stop running, thereby saving the electric energy resource, meeting the requirement of low energy consumption, and realizing that the clothes washing effect of the washing device can also reach the best on the premise of meeting the requirement of low energy consumption.
S406, controlling the washing program to stop running.
S407, it is determined that program adjustment is not performed on the washing program.
In this embodiment, a washing program in which the washing apparatus is running is automatically determined, and an operation parameter of the washing program is obtained; acquiring motor rotation and stop time, determining the motor rotation and stop time as washing time, and determining a washing power consumption value according to the washing time; determining whether the washing power consumption value reaches a washing power consumption threshold, if so, determining that the program adjustment mode of the washing program is to stop running the washing program, and controlling the washing program to stop running; if the washing power consumption value does not reach the washing power consumption threshold value, determining that program adjustment is not performed on the washing program, controlling the washing program to continue to run, determining a program adjustment mode of the washing program, which meets the low-carbon and energy-saving requirements, in real time when the energy consumption value exceeds the preset energy consumption threshold value, and finally adjusting the washing program according to the program adjustment mode, when the energy consumption value exceeds the preset energy consumption threshold value, avoiding unnecessary energy consumption in the process of running the washing program by the washing equipment, saving energy, enabling the energy consumption generated in the washing process by the washing program of the washing equipment to meet the low-carbon and energy-saving requirements, reducing the use cost of using the washing equipment by a user on the premise of meeting the low-carbon and energy-saving requirements, and bringing better use experience of the washing equipment to the user.
In some embodiments, in order to better meet the low-carbon and energy-saving requirements of the washing device in the process of running the washing program, and on the premise that the washing device meets the low-carbon and energy-saving requirements, the washing device runs the washing program to wash the clothes to achieve the optimal clothes washing effect, the control method of the washing device provided by the embodiment may also execute the steps S301 to S306 and the steps S401 to S406 in the process of executing the steps S201 to S206, and the control method of the washing device of the embodiment is described in detail below by using specific examples.
As shown in fig. 5, when the washing device starts to operate, the current of the washing device can be obtained, the current power of the washing device is calculated according to the current, and the heating power consumption value is determined according to the current power; determining whether the heating power consumption value reaches a heating power consumption threshold, if the heating power consumption value reaches the heating power consumption threshold, determining that the program adjustment mode of the heating program is to stop running the heating program, and controlling the heating program to stop running; if the heating power consumption value does not reach the heating power consumption threshold, determining that program adjustment is not performed on the heating program, controlling the heating program to continue to run, and then re-acquiring current.
