Referring to fig. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, a method for using a hot water washing device for producing a water-washed fiber product comprises the following specific steps:
s1, a worker firstly puts fibers into the placing frame 8, then the worker grasps hands on the surface of the anti-slip sleeve 12, the friction between the palm and the connecting rod 11 is increased by the anti-slip sleeve 12, then the worker applies acting force to the mounting block 10 through the connecting rod 11, so that the placing frame 8 can be driven to synchronously move, the placing frame 8 can be moved into the cleaning tank 7 or taken out of the cleaning tank 7, and in the process, hot water in the placing frame 8 is separated from the fibers by the separating net 9;
s2, starting the driving motor 5 in the cleaning process can drive the screw 33 to rotate in the threaded groove 31, and pushing the support column 6 and the driving motor 5 to be far away from or close to each other in the rotating process of the screw 33, so that the height of the working table 1 can be matched after the horizontal height of the working table is adjusted;
s3, after the placing frame 8 is placed in the washing tank 7, a worker can apply overturning acting force to the overturning door 2, the overturning door 2 is buckled on the top surface of the processing table 1, so that the washing tank 7 is in a closed state, after hot water washing of fibers is finished, the worker can apply transverse acting force to the movable block 21, so that the movable block 21 moves in the placing groove 20, after the movable block 21 moves out of the placing groove 20, the restoring elastic force accumulated by the movable rod 26 after the movable rod 26 loses extrusion of the top surface of the placing groove 20 is released, and the fixed ring 27 can be pushed to move upwards in the sleeving groove 25, so that the movable rod 26 moves upwards in the sleeving groove 25;
s4, detecting the temperature of the hot water by a temperature sensor 19 after the fibers are washed, and discharging the hot water in the washing tank 7 by a worker through a discharging pipe 17 fixed in a discharging hole 16 if the temperature of the hot water is low.
Working principle: referring to fig. 1 to 7, when in use, firstly, a worker will place the fiber in the placing frame 8, then the worker will apply an acting force to the connecting rod 11 through the anti-slip sleeve 12, so as to drive the placing frame 8 to move into the cleaning tank 7, the fiber in the placing frame 8 is cleaned by using hot water in the cleaning tank 7, after the fiber in the placing frame 8 is cleaned, the worker will apply an acting force to the anti-slip sleeve 12 again, so as to take the placing frame 8 out of the cleaning tank 7, then when the placing frame 8 is taken out of the cleaning tank 7, the fiber in the placing frame 8 can be separated from the hot water by using the separating net 9, so that the hot water cleaning of the fiber is completed, and after the fiber cleaning is completed, the worker will apply a transverse acting force to the movable block 21, so that the movable block 21 moves out a part from the inside of the placing groove 20, the movable block 21 can drive the fixed block 22 to synchronously move in the inside of the sliding groove 23 when moving, the restriction of the length of the sliding groove 23 is utilized to prevent the movable block 21 from separating from the inside of the placing groove 20, after the movable block 21 drives the movable rod 26 to move out of the inside of the placing groove 20, the top end of the movable rod 26 loses the extrusion of the top surface inside the placing groove 20, the restoring elastic force accumulated in the spring 29 is released, the released restoring elastic force can push the fixed ring 27 and the movable rod 26 to move up and down in the inside of the sleeving groove 25, and after moving to the highest point, a worker can apply a turnover acting force to the turnover door 2, and then the turnover door 2 is supported by the movable rod 26 to determine the position of the turnover door 2 after the turnover.
Through setting up screw rod 33, screw rod 33 utilizes and screw thread groove 31's threaded connection can drive driving motor 5 and support column 6 and be close to each other or keep away from each other when screw rod 33 is rotatory in screw thread groove 31's inside to can increase or reduce the level of processing platform 1, driving motor 5 and support column 6 can drive spacing post 34 and slide from top to bottom in the inside synchronization of stable groove 32 when keeping away from each other or being close to each other, thereby can increase driving motor 5 and support column 6 stability when removing, the in-process of upset door 2, because the position of upset door 2 at processing platform 1 top surface is fixed through the articulated of locating piece 3 and joint groove 4 of upset door 2, and utilize the articulated of both each other to make upset door 2 can use the axis of locating piece 3 to overturn the activity as the centre of a circle at processing platform 1's top surface, after accomplishing the washing to the fibre, temperature sensor 19 can detect the inside hot water temperature of washing tank 7, the inside the staff can utilize the fixed material pipe 17 of arranging of discharge hole 16 inside the inside washing tank 7 after the temperature is up to the standard.

and the leaching assembly is arranged inside the cleaning tank (7) and is used for assisting in immersing the fiber material in the cleaning tank (7) and taking the fiber material out of the cleaning tank (7).
