With the development of industry, the requirements of modern industrial manufacturing such as huge equipment, buildings and ultra-large ships are raised, and the transportation of heavy components is a new challenge. For example, ultra-large ships now use modular construction to make hull sections larger and larger, and the requirements for the lifting capacity of the lifting equipment are also increasing.
In the prior art, the stress conditions of all shaft sections of various shafts in the lifting hook are different and complex, and the lifting hook is one of easily damaged parts, and needs more frequent maintenance so as to ensure engineering safety. Moreover, it has been difficult to meet the requirements by simply increasing the size of the components in the lifting hook to obtain a greater lifting load and a greater number of lifts.
Accordingly, there is a need for a new lifting hook that ameliorates some of the above-described problems associated with the prior art.
