Abstract
The invention relates to a ratchet wrench, which comprises a body, a rotating seat, two first ratchet blocks, two second ratchet blocks, an adjusting assembly and a fixing piece. The body includes a hole and a mandrel. One end of the rotating seat is provided with a driving head, the rotating seat is rotationally arranged in the accommodating hole around a first axial direction, the mandrel rotates around a second axial direction which is transverse to the first axial direction, one end of the rotating seat is provided with a blocking part, and the two first ratchet blocks are pivoted on the rotating seat. The two second ratchet blocks are pivoted on the rotating seat. The adjusting component is rotatably arranged on the rotating seat. The fixing piece is detachably arranged on the rotating seat, and the blocking part and the fixing piece are clamped against the body. The invention can be easily disassembled so as to facilitate maintenance or repair.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a ratchet wrench.
Background
Generally, when the locking operation is performed, the locking piece is locked by using a hand tool, so as to achieve the effect of saving labor. In addition, in order to increase the practicability, there is a ratchet wrench with a ratchet function in the market, so that the driving head has a unidirectional idle function.
However, since the internal structure of such ratchet wrench is complex, the failure rate is high, and there is a need for improvement.
Accordingly, there is a need for a novel and improved ratchet wrench that overcomes the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The main object of the present invention is to provide a ratchet wrench which can be easily disassembled for maintenance or repair.
In order to achieve the above objective, the present invention provides a ratchet wrench, which comprises a main body, a rotating seat, two first ratchet blocks, two second ratchet blocks, an adjusting assembly and a fixing member. The body comprises a containing hole and a mandrel, wherein the containing hole is provided with a first inner ring tooth, and the mandrel is provided with a first outer ring tooth. One end of the rotating seat is provided with a driving head, the rotating seat is rotationally arranged in the accommodating hole around a first axial direction, the mandrel rotates around a second axial direction transverse to the first axial direction, the rotating seat is additionally provided with two second inner ring teeth and two inclined ring teeth, one end of the rotating seat far away from the driving head is provided with a blocking part, and the two inclined ring teeth are meshed with the first outer ring teeth. The two first ratchet blocks are symmetrically pivoted on two sides of the rotating seat and propped against the first inner ring teeth. The second ratchet blocks are pivoted on the rotating seat and are respectively positioned at two ends of the first ratchet blocks along the first axial direction, and the second ratchet blocks respectively prop against the second inner ring teeth. The adjusting component is rotatably arranged on the rotating seat and is provided with a first propping piece and two second propping pieces, the first propping pieces are convexly arranged on the two radial sides of the adjusting component and propped against the two first ratchet blocks, and the two second propping pieces respectively propped against the two second ratchet blocks. The fixing piece is detachably arranged at one end of the rotating seat opposite to the blocking part, so that the blocking part and the fixing piece are clamped against the body; wherein, one end of the rotating seat far away from the blocking part is additionally provided with a flange, the outer diameter of the flange is smaller than the minimum inner diameter of the containing hole, a containing part is enclosed between the flange and the blocking part, the two first ratchet blocks and the two second ratchet blocks are pivoted on the containing part, and the fixing piece is detachably arranged on the flange.
Preferably, the hole wall of the hole is further provided with an inner convex ring, the first inner ring tooth is arranged on the inner convex ring, and the two inclined ring teeth are abutted against two opposite end surfaces of the inner convex ring along the first axial direction.
Preferably, the inner ring gear and the inclined ring gear are arranged on one side of the blocking part facing the driving head, the rotating seat is detachably sleeved with a lantern ring, and the lantern ring is provided with the other inner ring gear and the other inclined ring gear.
Preferably, the collar is clamped between the inner convex ring and the fixing piece.
Preferably, the flange ring is provided with a ring groove, the fixing piece is an elastic snap ring, and the fixing piece is detachably sleeved in the ring groove.
Preferably, the flange is provided with an external thread part, and the fixing piece is provided with an internal thread part in threaded connection with the external thread part.
Preferably, the fixing member is provided with a through hole, and the driving head is arranged through the through hole.
Preferably, the adjusting assembly comprises a rotary cover and an adjusting piece, the adjusting piece is inserted into the rotary seat and can rotate around the first axial direction, the first abutting piece and the second abutting piece are arranged on the adjusting piece, and the rotary cover is assembled with the adjusting piece in a non-rotatable manner.

Detailed Description
The following examples are given to illustrate possible embodiments of the present invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown, the ratchet wrench of the present invention comprises a body 1, a rotating base 2, two first ratchet blocks 3, two second ratchet blocks 4, an adjusting assembly 5 and a fixing member 6.
The body 1 comprises a receiving hole 11 and a mandrel 12, the receiving hole 11 is provided with a first inner ring gear 13, and the mandrel 12 is provided with a first outer ring gear 14.
One end of the rotating seat 2 is provided with a driving head 21, the rotating seat 2 is rotatably arranged in the accommodating hole 11 around a first axial direction L1, the mandrel 12 rotates around a second axial direction L2 (namely, the extending direction of the body grab handle) which is transverse to the first axial direction L1, the rotating seat 2 is further provided with two second inner ring teeth 22 and two inclined ring teeth 23, one end of the rotating seat 2 far away from the driving head 21 is provided with a blocking part 24, and the two inclined ring teeth 23 are meshed with the first outer ring teeth 14. The driving head 21 is adapted to be assembled with a locking tool, such as a bolt or a socket.
The two first ratchet blocks 3 are symmetrically pivoted on two sides of the rotating seat 2 and propped against the first inner ring teeth 13.
The two second ratchet blocks 4 are pivoted to the rotating seat 2 and are respectively located at two ends of the two first ratchet blocks 3 along the first axial direction L1, and the two second ratchet blocks 4 respectively abut against the two second inner ring teeth 22.
The adjusting component 5 is rotatably disposed on the rotating seat 2, and is provided with a first abutting component 51 and two second abutting components 52, wherein the first abutting component 51 is convexly disposed on two radial sides of the adjusting component 5 and abuts against the two first ratchet blocks 3, and the two second abutting components 52 respectively abut against the two second ratchet blocks 4.
One end of the rotating seat 2 far away from the blocking portion 24 is further provided with a flange 27, the outer diameter of the flange 27 is smaller than the minimum inner diameter of the accommodating hole 11, so that interference between the flange 27 and the wall of the accommodating hole 11 along the first axial direction L1 is avoided, an accommodating portion 28 is defined between the flange 27 and the blocking portion 24, the two first ratchet blocks 3 and the two second ratchet blocks 4 are pivoted on the accommodating portion 28, and the fixing member 6 is detachably arranged on the flange 27.
Therefore, when the adjusting component 5 is rotated, the two first propping members 51 and the two second propping members 52 can be controlled to drive the two first ratchet blocks 3 and the two second ratchet blocks 4 to swing, and the two ends of the two first ratchet blocks 3 are selectively controlled to prop against the first inner ring gear 13 so as to control the idling direction of the driving head 21 relative to the body 1, so that the invention has the function of unidirectional idling, and in addition, the two second ratchet blocks 4 are selectively controlled to prop against the first outer ring gear 14 so as to control the rotation direction of the driving head 21 relative to the rotating mandrel.
The fixing member 6 is detachably mounted at one end of the rotating seat 2 opposite to the blocking portion 24, so that the blocking portion 24 and the fixing member 6 are clamped against the body 1. In this embodiment, the fixing member 6 is provided with a through hole 61, and the driving head 21 is disposed through the through hole 61. Therefore, when the rotary seat is assembled, the driving head 21 is inserted into the body 1 and the fixing piece 6, then the fixing piece 6 is arranged on the rotary seat 2, the fixing piece 6 and the blocking part 24 can position the rotary seat 2 on the body 1, when maintenance and repair are to be carried out, the fixing piece 6 can be disassembled, and the rotary seat 2 can be taken out with the two first ratchet blocks 3 and the two second ratchet blocks 4 without being limited by the fixing piece 6, so that the service life of the invention can be prolonged.
Specifically, the hole wall of the accommodating hole 11 is further provided with an inner convex ring 15, the first inner ring tooth 13 is disposed on the inner convex ring 15, and the two inclined ring teeth 23 are abutted against two opposite end surfaces of the inner convex ring 15 along the first axial direction L1. Further, one of the second inner ring teeth 22 and one of the inclined ring teeth 23 are disposed around the blocking portion 24 at a side facing the driving head 21, the rotating base 2 is detachably sleeved with a collar 26, the collar 26 is provided with another of the second inner ring teeth 22 and another of the inclined ring teeth 23, and the collar 26 is detachable from the rotating base 2 to enable the rotating base 2 to be detached from the body 1. In this embodiment, the collar 26 is clamped between the inner collar 15 and the fixing member 6, so as to prevent the collar 26 from being arbitrarily separated from the inner collar 15.
In this embodiment, the flange 27 is provided with a ring groove 271, the fixing member 6 is an elastic buckle, and the fixing member 6 is detachably sleeved on the ring groove 271 so as to smoothly detach the fixing member 6.
Preferably, the adjusting assembly 5 includes a rotating cover 53 and an adjusting member 54, the adjusting member 54 is inserted into the rotating seat 2 and can rotate around the first axial direction L1, the first abutting member 51 and the second abutting members 52 are disposed on the adjusting member 54, the rotating cover 53 is non-rotatably assembled with the adjusting member 54, and the rotating cover can have a dustproof function and can further facilitate rotating the adjusting member 54.
The adjusting component 5 is further provided with a return spring 55, the adjusting member 54 can slide along the first axial direction L1, and the return spring 55 is sprung between the rotating cover 53 and the adjusting member 54 to normally push the adjusting member 54 away from the driving head 21.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 to 9, the flange 27 of the rotating seat 2A is provided with an external screw portion 272A, the fixing member 6A is provided with an internal screw portion 62A screwed with the external screw portion 272A, and the fixing member 6 can be easily assembled and disassembled similarly, and the other structures are the same as those of the above embodiment, so that the description will not be repeated.

1. A ratchet wrench, comprising:
the body comprises a containing hole and a mandrel, wherein the containing hole is provided with a first inner ring tooth, and the mandrel is provided with a first outer ring tooth;
one end of the rotating seat is provided with a driving head, the rotating seat is rotationally arranged in the accommodating hole around a first axial direction, the mandrel rotates around a second axial direction transverse to the first axial direction, the rotating seat is additionally provided with two second inner ring teeth and two inclined ring teeth, one end of the rotating seat far away from the driving head is provided with a blocking part, and the two inclined ring teeth are meshed with the first outer ring teeth;
the two first ratchet blocks are symmetrically pivoted on two sides of the rotating seat and propped against the first inner ring teeth;
the second ratchet blocks are pivoted on the rotating seat and respectively positioned at two ends of the first ratchet blocks along the first axial direction, and the second ratchet blocks respectively prop against the second inner ring teeth;
the adjusting component is rotatably arranged on the rotating seat and is provided with a first propping piece and two second propping pieces, the first propping piece is convexly arranged on two radial sides of the adjusting component and propped against the two first ratchet blocks, and the two second propping pieces respectively propped against the two second ratchet blocks;
the fixing piece is detachably arranged at one end of the rotating seat opposite to the blocking part, so that the blocking part and the fixing piece are clamped and abutted against the body;
wherein, one end of the rotating seat far away from the blocking part is additionally provided with a flange, the outer diameter of the flange is smaller than the minimum inner diameter of the containing hole, a containing part is enclosed between the flange and the blocking part, the two first ratchet blocks and the two second ratchet blocks are pivoted on the containing part, and the fixing piece is detachably arranged on the flange.

The ratchet wrench of claim 1, wherein the wall of the receiving bore is further provided with an inner collar, the first inner collar teeth are disposed on the inner collar, and the two bevel ring teeth are abutted against opposite end surfaces of the inner collar along the first axial direction.

The ratchet wrench of claim 2, wherein one of the inner ring teeth and one of the bevel ring teeth are disposed on a side of the stop portion facing the driving head, and the rotating seat is detachably sleeved with a collar, and the collar is provided with another of the inner ring teeth and another of the bevel ring teeth.
4. The ratchet wrench of claim 2, wherein the collar is sandwiched between the inner collar and the fastener.
5. The ratchet wrench of claim 1, wherein the flange ring has a ring groove, the fixing member is an elastic retaining ring, and the fixing member is detachably sleeved in the ring groove.
6. The ratchet wrench of claim 5, wherein the flange has an externally threaded portion and the fastener has an internally threaded portion threadedly engaged with the externally threaded portion.
7. The ratchet wrench of claim 1, wherein the fixing member has a through hole, and the driving head is disposed through the through hole.
8. The ratchet wrench of claim 1, wherein the adjustment assembly comprises a rotatable cover and an adjustment member, the adjustment member is inserted into the rotatable seat and rotatable about the first axis, the first and second abutting members are disposed on the adjustment member, and the rotatable cover is non-rotatably coupled to the adjustment member.
9. The ratchet wrench of claim 3, wherein the collar is sandwiched between the inner collar and the fastener; the flange ring is provided with a ring groove, the fixing piece is an elastic retaining ring, and the fixing piece is detachably sleeved in the ring groove; the flange is provided with an external thread part, and the fixing piece is provided with an internal thread part which is in threaded connection with the external thread part; the fixing piece is provided with a perforation, and the driving head is arranged through the perforation; the adjusting assembly comprises a rotary cover and an adjusting piece, the adjusting piece is inserted into the rotary seat and can rotate around the first axial direction, the first abutting piece and the second abutting piece are arranged on the adjusting piece, and the rotary cover is assembled with the adjusting piece in a non-rotatable manner; the adjusting component is further provided with a reset spring, the adjusting piece can slide along the first axial direction, and the reset spring is propped between the rotary cover and the adjusting piece.
