Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of aerosol delivery, in particular to a heating non-burning (HNB) aerosol generating product, and particularly relates to a heating non-burning type aerosol generating product with a wiping structure.
Background
Heating the non-combustible aerosol-generating article causes the aerosol-generating material to release aerosol for consumption by a user by heating the material to a temperature below its ignition point. The most typical heated non-combustible aerosol-generating articles are heated non-combustible cigarettes (including aerosol delivery devices and aerosol-generating articles, the former commonly known as smoking articles and the latter commonly known as cigarettes) which heat tobacco to a temperature below its ignition point for smoking, which greatly reduces various harmful substances in conventional smoking of cigarettes, and has become an overwhelming technical trend in replacing conventional smoking cigarettes. Of course, aerosol-generating materials are not limited to tobacco alone, and many other herbs can also be heated to produce aerosols having a particular flavor.
The most popular currently heated non-combustion aerosol-delivery device is one that uses resistive or electromagnetic heating sheets inserted into the interior of the aerosol-generating article for heating. However, due to the unavoidable local overheating of the heating temperature and the difference in high temperature resistance of the aerosol-generating material within the aerosol-generating article, there is often a sticking of a char or oily paste etc. to the heating plate during the heating process, which char or oily paste, if not cleaned off in time, inevitably causes a bad smell upon pyrolysis during heating of the subsequent aerosol-generating article, affecting the smoking experience of the subsequent aerosol-generating article.
There are a number of methods for cleaning these scorched or oily sticks, one of the simplest cleaning methods being to clean the surface of the heater chip by inserting a special brush (typically provided as an attachment to an aerosol-generating article) into the interior of the aerosol-generating article-receiving chamber. However, users often forget to carry with them such special brushes, resulting in a failure to clean anywhere and anytime. Furthermore, because the heater chip is located inside the aerosol-generating article-containing chamber of the appliance, it is difficult for a user to directly observe the cleaning effect, often with incomplete or excessive cleaning.
Patent CN103997922B "extractor for aerosol generating device" devised an extractor having a heating plate insertion opening in the bottom of an aerosol-generating article-receiving cylinder, and scraping the surface of the heating plate while moving upward with respect to the heating plate when the aerosol-generating article is extracted using the extractor, thereby cleaning the burnt or oily sticky matter remaining on the surface of the heating plate. The problem with this cleaning mode is that for sucking a single aerosol-generating article, the extractor can only scrape the surface of the heating plate once, and repeated scraping cannot be performed to thoroughly clean the adherent, so the residue is not necessarily cleaned. When a plurality of aerosol-generating articles are drawn, the rigid metal or hard plastic aerosol-generating article-receiving canister wipes the heater chip multiple times, wearing the heater chip surface, reducing the heater chip life.
The patent CN104039183B, "smoking article and method with front plug" proposes to add a front plug in front of the aerosol-generating article, the front plug also having a heater insert opening, by which the heater insert opening is wiped against the heater surface to clean the heater surface residues when the aerosol-generating article is pulled out. However, the front plug complicates the industrial mass processing of aerosol-generating articles and is limited in terms of the choice of materials, for example: when paper or acetate fiber materials are used, the temperature resistance is not good enough, the paper or acetate fiber materials are easily heated by the heating sheet to be brittle, shrink, soften and deform or even break, and the strength is not enough to wipe the adhesion on the surface of the heating sheet; the use of aluminum foil as the front plug, the aluminum foil scratches against the heater chip surface, which is also a rigid scratch, can abrade the heater chip surface. In addition, the scraping force is not manually adjustable by using the front plug, and users often have a feeling of being hard and unobtrusive.
Patent CN104023574B, "method and apparatus for cleaning heating elements of aerosol generating devices," discloses a method of further increasing the temperature of the heating plate to thoroughly thermally decompose a paste or oily viscous material for cleaning. However, in order to achieve complete thermal decomposition, the heating plate must be further heated to a temperature at which the burnt or oily paste burns or almost burns, which consumes originally limited battery power and produces unpleasant odors during cleaning.
The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In a first aspect the invention discloses a heated non-combustion aerosol-generating article having a wiping structure, the aerosol-generating article comprising a filter 1, the filter 1 having at least one slit 11 extending from a proximal lip end to a distal lip end for a distance less than the axial length of the filter (1). The slit serves as the wiping structure for wiping the surface of the heater chip of the aerosol delivery device.
The cuts, although referred to as "cut" cuts, do not represent a consequence of the cutting action, and may be formed in a variety of ways, for example, by cutting the cut into the filter or by being integrally formed with the filter.
For sanitation or for controlling the suction resistance, the periphery of the incision can be wrapped with a layer of paper, and the incision can be unwrapped.
Preferably, the slit 11 extends along the longitudinal centre axis of the aerosol-generating article, but may of course extend in other directions.
Preferably, the cut 11 extends for a distance less than the length of the filter 1, which ensures that at least a part of the filter is filtered, avoiding short circuits of smoke in the filter, ensuring filtering and ensuring the necessary resistance to suction.
The cut may be one or more, and when the cut is plural, they may be parallel or intersect each other.
Preferably, said slit 11 takes the form of a diameter or a non-diameter chord on the circular end surface, seen from the proximal lip end along the central axis of the aerosol-generating article. Where chord refers to a line segment connecting two points on a circumference, obviously the diameter is the longest chord, and non-diameter chord refers to a chord of shorter length than diameter.
The filter may be made of hydrophilic and/or lipophilic materials. Preferably, the filter 1 is made of a lipophilic material, most typically a cellulose acetate material most commonly used in conventional filters, although other materials may be used.
The simplest structure of the heated non-combustion aerosol-generating article with wiping structure of the invention is that of the aerosol-generating article section and the filter 1 only, said filter 1 having at least one slit 11 extending a distance from the proximal to the distal lip.
Preferably, the shape of the slit 11 is a flat shape. By flat as used herein, it is meant that the cut leaves two opposing sidewalls on the filter that have a length and width that are substantially greater than the spacing between the two sidewalls, e.g., a length to spacing ratio of >8, preferably greater than 12, more preferably greater than 16; independently, the ratio of width to pitch is seen to be >8, preferably greater than 12, more preferably greater than 16.
Preferably, the heated non-combustible aerosol-generating article with wiping structure comprises, in order from the distal lip end to the proximal lip end, a segment of aerosol-generating material 4, a support segment 3, a cooling segment 2 and the filter 1, wherein the segment of aerosol-generating material 4 is filled with ordered or unordered aerosol-generating material in the form of filaments, strips, flakes or particles (e.g. cut tobacco, rods, tobacco sheets or tobacco particles), wherein the support segment 3 has an intermediate air flow channel, the cooling segment 2 is internally filled with cooling material or the cooling segment 2 is a hollow tube with a side wall perforated with ventilation holes. The aerosol-generating article in which the aerosol-generating material section, support section, cooling section and conventional filter are connected in sequence is a known technique in the field of HNBs, for example as has been disclosed in patent CN104010531a, aerosol-generating article for use with an aerosol-generating device. Wherein the support section 3 and/or the cooling section 2 may also be omitted.
A second aspect of the invention relates to an aerosol delivery system comprising: a heated non-combustion aerosol-generating article having a wiping structure according to the first aspect of the invention, and a heated non-combustion aerosol-delivery device having a heating sheet.
A third aspect of the present invention relates to a method for wiping a heating plate of a heated non-combustion aerosol-delivery device comprising an aerosol-delivery device body and a heating plate using an aerosol-generating article having a wiping structure according to the first aspect of the present invention, wherein the heating plate is exposed after the suction is completed and is wiped by sandwiching the heating plate with the slit 11. The wiping may be a repeated wiping.
The method of exposing the heater chip is conventional and there are many methods, for example, the aerosol delivery device is made in a separate type, and the part of the outer shell around the heater chip is removed after the suction is completed.
Preferably, the aerosol-delivery device further comprises a detachable extractor in the form of a cup with a heating patch insertion opening in the bottom for receiving the aerosol-generating article; the separable extractor has a heating position in which the separable extractor is connected to the aerosol-delivery device body and the heating sheet is inserted into the aerosol-generating article through the heating sheet insertion opening to heat the aerosol-generating material segment, and an extraction position in which the aerosol-generating article is also out of contact with the heating sheet while the heating sheet is exposed, with the separable extractor separated from the aerosol-delivery device body, and a key point is that, after the heated non-combustible aerosol-generating article having a wiping structure is removed from the separable extractor, the heating sheet is gripped by the slit 11 to be wiped so as to wipe off residues remaining on the heating sheet.
The structure of a separable extractor is also known, so that the present invention will not be repeated, and an illustrative, but non-limiting example thereof can be seen in CN111904031a "aerosol generating device", which has the advantage that the extractor can be combined with the cup, and the heating plate can be exposed after the extractor is separated from the aerosol delivery device body, so that cleaning with a cleaning brush is facilitated. Of course, other detachable extractors may also be used.
The technical proposal can be freely combined on the premise of no contradiction.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the present invention skillfully provides a cut-out in the filter of an HNB aerosol-generating article and uses the cut-out as a wiping structure for the heating plate of an aerosol delivery device. The incision is unlikely to be forgotten compared to a dedicated brush which is easy to forget, because the incision wiping structure is present for ready use whenever a smoke is drawn with the HNB aerosol-generating article of the invention, and the end eraser is unlikely to be forgotten, similar to a pencil with an eraser at the end.
2. The filter tip is usually made of acetate fiber, the mechanical strength performance is moderate, the mechanical strength performance is not too hard or too soft, in contrast, an extractor made of metal or hard plastic or an aluminum foil front plug is too hard and is easy to wear a heating plate, the acetate fiber material heated by the heating plate at high temperature is too soft to wipe an immobilized adhesive, and the sealing film of some granular cigarettes can also play a scraping role but is too soft to wipe the immobilized adhesive.
3. The user can wipe the heating plate repeatedly by using the notch under the visible state of the heating plate, the effect is visible, the wiping force is adjustable until the heating plate is clean, and the cleaning is avoided.
4. The remaining oily viscosity is similar in nature to tar, is a lipophilic material in nature, has poor adhesion to hydrophilic wipes such as metal, aluminum foil, bristles, and is not easily transferred to such wipes. The acetate fiber material of the filter tip is precisely selected for adsorbing tar generated during cigarette lighting and sucking, and is also lipophilic material, so that oily sticky matter is easy to transfer to the material at the notch of the filter tip and is wiped. The present invention corresponds to replacing the hydrophilic wipe such as the metal, aluminum foil, bristle, sealing film, etc. added additionally with the lipophilic material such as the filter tip just before the eyes.
5. The invention has wide application, has no requirement on the structural form of the smoke material and the aerosol-generating product, and can be applied to the aerosol-generating product with the filter tip.

Detailed Description
The following further describes the invention in terms of specific embodiments.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the aerosol-generating article with wiping structure according to the present invention comprises, in order from the distal lip end to the proximal lip end, an aerosol-generating material segment 4, a support segment 3, a cooling segment 2 and said filter 1, wherein the aerosol-generating material segment 4 is filled with a gathered sheet of tobacco material or a plurality of tobacco rods arranged side by side, wherein the support segment 3 is a rear wall tube with an intermediate air flow channel, the cooling segment 2 is filled with cooling material or the cooling segment 2 is filled with a hollow tube with ventilation holes perforated in the side wall, and the filter material is a conventional acetate tow material, wherein the filter has a cut 11 extending from the proximal lip end to the distal lip end along the longitudinal central axis of the aerosol-generating article for a distance preferably slightly greater than the width of the heating sheet but less than the length of the filter 1, so as to ensure that the filter at least partly functions as a filter, avoid short-circuiting of smoke in the filter, ensure the filtering function and ensure the necessary suction resistance.
Example 2
Substantially the same as in example 1, except that the slits are two (in a cross shape) or four (in a rice shape), the user is provided with more choices of wiping directions.
Example 3
Suction was performed using the aerosol-generating articles of examples 1-2, respectively, above. Upon inhalation, an aerosol delivery device is used comprising an aerosol delivery device body, a heater chip and a detachable extractor, wherein the detachable extractor is in the form of a cup with a heater chip insertion opening in the bottom for receiving the aerosol-generating article; the separable extractor has a heating position in which the separable extractor is connected with the aerosol-delivery device body and the heating plate is inserted into the aerosol-generating article through the heating plate insertion opening to heat the aerosol-generating material segment, and an extraction position in which the aerosol-generating article is out of contact with the heating plate as the separable extractor is separated from the aerosol-delivery device body at the end of the suction, while the heating plate is exposed, i.e., the extraction position. Then, when the heated non-combustible aerosol-generating article having the wiping structure is removed from the detachable extractor, the user manually wipes back and forth with the slit holding the heating sheet to wipe off residues remaining on the heating sheet. Wherein the direction in which the heating plate is inserted into the slit is not limited. Multiple practices showed that various pastes and oily pastes could be easily wiped off completely, and the heating plate was shiny as new after wiping.
The foregoing is merely illustrative of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art will readily recognize that variations or substitutions are within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the invention is subject to the protection scope of the claims.
