Description

用于机动车辆的动力系统
本发明涉及一种用于机动车辆的动力系统,其包括
-内燃机,
-第一电机,
-第二电机,
-具有以下各者的变速器单元:
-变速器输入轴,其可旋转地连接或旋转地连接到内燃机,
-具有太阳齿轮、环形齿轮和行星架的变速器元件的仅一个行星变速器,其中行星架支撑与太阳齿轮和环形齿轮啮合的行星齿轮,
-有级变速器,其具有第一中间轴、第二中间轴和变速器输出轴。
WO 2019/191797 A1描述一种用于混合动力车辆的变速器组合件,其具有第一行星变速器和第二行星变速器,其中变速器输入轴连接到第一行星架,且第一环形齿轮和第二环形齿轮彼此永久地连接。第一电机以永久性方式驱动地连接到第一行星变速器的太阳齿轮,且第二电机在至少一个操作模式中驱动地连接到第二行星变速器的太阳齿轮。第一太阳齿轮可经由换档元件连接到外壳。第二行星变速器的第二行星架牢固地连接到外壳,且第二电机连接或可连接到第二太阳齿轮。
从DE 10 2013 113 344 A1已知一种用于混合动力电动车辆的动力传动系统,其具有第一和第二行星变速器,其中的一个形成为负齿轮组且另一个形成为正齿轮组。此处,第一电机和第二电机与变速器输入轴同轴地布置,其中第一电机牢固地连接到第一行星变速器的太阳齿轮,且第二电机牢固地连接到第二行星变速器的太阳齿轮。两个行星变速器装置的行星架可经由摩擦联接彼此旋转地连接。第一行星变速器的太阳齿轮可借助于第一摩擦制动器固定,且第二行星变速器的行星架可借助于第二摩擦制动器固定。
DE 10 2013 226 472 A1描述一种用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统,其具有第一行星齿轮组和第二行星齿轮组。第一行星齿轮组的行星架连接到内燃机的输出轴。两个行星齿轮组的环形齿轮彼此连接且作用于驱动单元。第二行星齿轮组的行星架可经由制动器固定。第一行星齿轮组的行星架可经由联接件连接到环形齿轮。此外,第一行星齿轮组的太阳齿轮连接到第一电机,且第二行星齿轮组的太阳齿轮连接到第二电机。
在现有技术的纯电动操作中,通过相对大量的齿形接合来提供驱动,这在效率方面是不利的。
本发明的目标是提供一种具有高效率的紧凑型动力系统组合件。
根据本发明,实现前述目标是由于
-啮合活动齿轮和固定齿轮以一定方式布置在有级变速器的中间轴和/或变速器输出轴上,使得其形成至少两个,优选地至少三个,齿轮,所述齿轮具有不同的旋转速度传动比,
-变速器输入轴旋转地连接或可旋转地连接到行星变速器的第一变速器元件,
-行星变速器的第三变速器元件旋转地连接或可旋转地连接到有级变速器的第一中间轴,有级变速器的第一齿轮、第二齿轮并且优选地第三齿轮借此换档,
-第一电机旋转地连接或可旋转地连接到行星变速器的第二变速器元件,
-行星变速器的第二变速器元件可经由第一制动元件旋转地连接到外壳,
-第二电机旋转地连接或可旋转地连接到变速器输出轴,且
-内燃机可经由第一换档元件直接旋转地连接到变速器输出轴。
通过实施根据本发明的动力系统,其将具有紧凑型设计,这尤其是因为仅需要一个行星变速器。
根据本发明的一实施例,规定仅一个行星变速器的第一变速器元件可借助于第二制动元件固定,其中行星变速器的第一变速器元件在电气驱动模式中优选地由第二制动元件阻挡,第一电机和/或第二电机在所述电气驱动模式中被激活。
为了能够以简单方式驱动辅助单元,有利的是,至少一个中间轴具有动力输出装置。
为了在例如控制器故障的状况下向电机提供“电动机紧急运行”功能,尤其有利的是,动力系统具有至少一个应急电路,尤其用于向前行进和向后行进。这使得在出现故障的状况下可以继续以降低的功能性驱动。
优选地,连接到内燃机的变速器输入轴,和变速器输出轴经布置在相同轴线上,其中内燃机和变速器输出轴经布置在变速器组合件的不同端部处。
本发明的紧凑型设计规定,第一中间轴经布置在与仅一个行星变速器的旋转轴线相同的轴线上。
具有少量部件的紧凑型动力系统可通过将第一中间轴设计为中空轴来实现,其中旋转地连接或可旋转地连接到第一变速器元件的直接驱动轴经布置在第一中间轴内部。
此处,在本发明的一实施例中,规定,仅一个行星变速器的第一变速器元件,及第三变速器元件可借助于联接换档元件彼此连接,以共同旋转。联接换档元件允许第一元件与第三元件之间的刚性连接,使得—在直接驱动模式中—两个元件以相同旋转速度旋转。
优选地,第二电机可经由可换档变速器旋转地连接到变速器输出轴。
在本发明的在结构上简单且紧凑的设计中,规定,行星变速器经实施为简单负齿轮组。
在本发明的另一在结构上简单且紧凑的设计中,第一换档元件具有三个换档位置。此处,为过驱动模式、空档位置和直接驱动模式中的每一个提供相应的换档位置。具体来说,第一换档元件的左侧换档位置用于换档到过驱动模式,中央换档位置用于换档到其中第一换档元件为打开的空档位置,且右侧换档位置用于换档到直接驱动模式。

图1到图4各自展示用于机动车辆(例如混合动力车辆)的动力系统,其具有变速器单元10。
每一变速器单元10具有仅由参考数字11示意性地展示的外壳、变速器输入轴12和至少一个变速器输出轴13。变速器输入轴12可经由换档联接件14连接到内燃机ICE。变速器输出轴13用于驱动机动车辆的驱动轮15,其中参考数字16标示向变速器提供任选的差速器的后轮轴。变速器单元10具有行星变速器PG,其在外壳11内部形成为简单负齿轮组。行星变速器PG具有三个变速器元件1G、2G、3G,即,太阳齿轮s、环形齿轮h和行星架p。行星架p具有与太阳齿轮s和环形齿轮h齿形接合的行星齿轮组zp。
变速器单元10具有有级变速器17,所述有级变速器具有第一中间轴Z1及第二中间轴Z2以及变速器输出轴13,固定齿轮FR和活动齿轮LR以一定方式布置在所述第一中间轴、第二中间轴以及变速器输出轴上,使得其形成具有不同旋转速度传动比的至少三个固定齿轮1、2、3、R—即,前向齿轮1、2、3及后向齿轮R。借助于第一齿轮换档元件22且借助于第二齿轮换档元件23来使齿轮1、2、3、R换档。齿轮换档元件22、23可被设计为爪式离合器,其中换档是由相应的滑动轴环来执行。
此外,变速器单元10具有第一电机E1和第二电机E2。
内燃机ICE旋转地连接或可旋转地连接到行星变速器PG的第一变速器元件1G。行星变速器PG的第三变速器元件3G旋转地连接或可旋转地连接到有级变速器17的第一中间轴Z1。
第二电机E2的驱动轴E2a经由固定传动级24旋转地连接或可旋转地连接到变速器输出轴13。
驱动轴E1a和E2a同轴地或彼此平行布置。
第一电机E1的驱动轴E1a可能经由固定传动级25旋转地连接或可旋转地连接到行星变速器PG的第二变速器元件2G。任选地,第一电机E1还可设计成与第一中间轴Z1同心,借此可省去整个传动级25。
内燃机ICE可经由第一换档元件18旋转地连接到变速器输出轴31。这允许内燃机ICE以最佳效率直接驱动变速器输出轴13。在直接驱动模式DD中,图1到图4中的第一换档元件18处于右侧位置。此外,在图2中,提供在直接驱动模式DD中时处于图2中示出的左侧位置的联接换档元件26,以用于连接第一变速器元件1G与第三变速器元件3G。
在图1、3和4中,第一换档元件18具有三个换档位置,具体地说为用于换档到过驱动模式OD的左侧换档位置、第一换档元件18为打开的中央空档位置N,及用于换档到直接驱动模式DD的右侧换档位置。
行星变速器PG的第二变速器元件2G经由第一制动元件19可旋转地连接,即固定,到外壳11。这允许变速器快速操作(过驱动OD)或缓慢操作(欠驱动UD)。如可在图1中看出,在过驱动模式OD中,第一制动元件19处于图1中所绘制的右侧位置,且第一换档元件18处于左侧位置。在图2中所绘制的欠驱动模式UD中,第一制动元件19处于左侧位置。
行星变速器PG的第一变速器元件1G可经由第二制动元件20固定。在第一和第二电机E2可各自单独地或在一起被激活的电气驱动模式EV2中,行星变速器PG的第一变速器元件1G由第二制动元件20阻挡。此处,第二制动元件20可集成到第一制动元件19中,如图1中所展示。
至少一个中间轴Z1、Z2可经由驱动轴PTOa和第三换档元件21旋转地连接到动力输出装置PTO。在左侧位置ON中,动力输出装置PTO接通,在右侧位置OFF中,动力输出装置PTO断开。第一换档元件18可处于空档位置N中,在该位置,变速器输出轴13与变速器输入轴12(以及与图1中的中间轴Z1)断开连接。动力输出装置PTO可借助于内燃机ICE操作,或借助于第一电机E1纯电动操作。在借助于第一电机E1的纯电动操作中,第二制动元件20可被激活,以固定变速器输入轴12。
动力系统具有至少一个应急电路,尤其用于向前行进和向后行进。
使用动力系统,以下操作模式可实施于所有实施例中:
·E-CVT:机动车辆的驱动在每一档位范围中经由内燃机以无级方式执行,且由第一电机E1和/或第二电机E2控制,其中所有前向齿轮1、2、3为可用的。另外,内燃机的操作点(旋转速度和扭矩)也可在每一档位范围中变化。
·EV2:所述驱动仅由电机E1、E2执行,其中变速器输入轴12固定且内燃机ICE被激活。任选地,此处的电气驱动可仅由E1或E2单独地执行或由E1及E2一起执行。任选地,第二电机E2还可设计成与变速器输出轴13同心,借此可省去整个传动级24。
·E2 const:通过第二电机E2持续驱动的电气驱动模式。机动车辆的驱动仅以恒定的传动比由第二电机E2执行。
·OD:常规的驱动模式,其中通过内燃机持续驱动,且传动比为从内燃机到变速器输出轴的快速操作。
·UD:常规的驱动模式,其中通过内燃机持续驱动,且传动比为从内燃机到变速器输出轴的缓慢操作。
·DD:常规的驱动模式,其中通过内燃机持续驱动,且直接传动比为从内燃机到变速器输出轴。
·紧急模式(“电动机紧急运行”),用于向前行进和向后行进。
第一中间轴Z1形成于与行星变速器PG的变速器元件1G、2G、3G的旋转轴线PGa相同的轴线上。
在图1中,第一变速器元件1G由行星架p形成,第二变速器元件2G由太阳齿轮s形成,且行星变速器PG的第三变速器元件3G由环形齿轮h形成。第一中间轴Z1经设计为中空轴,其中经设计为变速器输入轴12的延续部分的直接驱动轴27经布置在第一中间轴Z1内部,所述变速器输入轴旋转地连接或可旋转地连接到第一变速器元件1G。
可实施三个E-CVT模式、三个EV2模式、一个过驱动模式OD、一个E2 const模式、一个直接驱动模式DD、用于向前行进的三个紧急模式,和用于向后行进的一个紧急模式。
在图2中,第一变速器元件1G由环形齿轮h形成,第二变速器元件2G由太阳齿轮s形成,且行星变速器PG的第三变速器元件3G由行星架p形成。
可实施三个E-CVT模式、三个EV2模式、一个欠驱动模式UD、一个E2 const模式、一个直接驱动模式DD、用于向前行进的三个紧急模式,和用于向后行进的一个紧急模式。
类似于图1,在图3和图4中,第一变速器元件1G还由行星架p形成,第二变速器元件2G由太阳齿轮s形成,且行星变速器PG的第三变速器元件3G由环形齿轮h形成。第一中间轴Z1经设计为中空轴,其中经设计为变速器输入轴12的延续部分的直接驱动轴27经布置在第一中间轴Z1内部,所述变速器输入轴旋转地连接或可旋转地连接到第一变速器元件1G。
图3和图4的设计与图1的不同之处在于以下方面:
·第一电机E1的驱动轴E1a和第二电机E2的驱动轴E2a未同轴地布置,而是彼此平行地布置—尤其在变速器输入轴12、变速器输出轴13和/或直接驱动轴27的两侧。在未示出的一变型中,驱动轴E1a和E2a可经布置在相同轴线上。
·动力输出装置PTO可由电机E2驱动,其中第二换档元件28布置于第二电机E2的驱动轴E2a与动力输出装置PTO之间的驱动路径中。第二换档元件28具有三个换档位置,其中在第一换档位置EP—图3和图4中的左侧位置—中,动力输出装置PTO可连接到第二电机E2的驱动轴E2a,使得动力输出装置PTO可借助于第二电机E2电动操作。在图3和图4中的右侧第二换档位置MP中或在第二换档元件28的空档位置N中,动力输出装置PTO与电机E2的驱动轴E2a断开连接,且因此,动力输出装置PTO可借助于内燃机ICE经机械驱动,其中动力输出装置PTO的驱动轴PTOa可经由第三换档元件29驱动地连接到变速器输入轴12。在空档位置N中,第二电机E2的驱动轴E2a与动力输出装置PTO和/或与变速器输入轴12且与变速器输出轴13断开连接。在第二换档元件28的右侧第二换档位置MP中,电机E2连接到变速器输出轴13。
图4的设计与图3的不同之处在于用于后向齿轮R的活动齿轮LR不经由后向齿轮连接到第一中间轴Z1,而是连接到动力输出装置PTO的驱动轴PTOa,所述驱动轴可经由第三换档元件29驱动地连接到变速器输入轴12。
类似于来自图1的设计,可在图3和图4中实施三个E-CVT模式、三个EV2模式、一个过驱动模式OD、一个E2 const模式、一个直接驱动模式DD、用于向前行进的三个紧急模式,和用于向后行进的一个紧急模式。
在所有实施例中,动力系统可以高效率操作,尤其在电气操作中。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于机动车辆的动力系统,其包括
-内燃机(ICE),
-第一电机(E1),
-第二电机(E2),
-具有以下各者的变速器单元(10):
-变速器输入轴(12),其能旋转地连接到或旋转地连接到所述内燃机(ICE),
-具有太阳齿轮(s)、环形齿轮(h)和行星架(p)的变速器元件(1G,2G,3G)的仅一个行星变速器(PG),其中所述行星架(p)支撑与所述太阳齿轮(s)和所述环形齿轮(h)啮合的行星齿轮(zp),
-具有第一中间轴(Z1)、第二中间轴(Z2)和变速器输出轴(13)的有级变速器(17),
所述动力系统的特征在于:
-啮合活动齿轮(LR)和固定齿轮(FR)以一定方式布置在所述有级变速器(17)的所述中间轴(Z1,Z2)和/或所述变速器输出轴(13)上,使得其形成至少两个齿轮(1,2,R),优选地至少三个齿轮(1,2,3,R),所述齿轮具有不同的旋转速度传动比,
-所述变速器输入轴(12)旋转地连接或能旋转地连接到所述行星变速器(PG)的第一变速器元件(1G),

2.根据权利要求1所述的动力系统,其特征在于所述行星变速器(PG)的所述第一变速器元件(1G)能借助于第二制动元件(20)固定,其中在电气驱动模式中,所述行星变速器(PG)的所述第一变速器元件(1G)优选地通过所述第二制动元件(20)固定,所述第一电机(E1)和/或所述第二电机(E2)在所述电气驱动模式中被激活。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的动力系统,其特征在于动力输出装置(PTO)旋转地连接或能旋转地连接到中间轴(Z1)。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的动力系统,其特征在于所述动力系统具有至少一个应急电路—尤其用于至少向前行进和/或至少向后行进。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的动力系统,其特征在于所述变速器输入轴(12)和所述变速器输出轴(13)经布置在相同轴线上,其中所述变速器输入轴(12)和所述变速器输出轴(13)经布置在所述变速器单元(10)的不同侧面上。

7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的动力系统,其特征在于所述第一中间轴(Z1)被设计为中空轴,其中旋转地连接或能旋转地连接到所述第一变速器元件(1G)的直接驱动轴(27)经布置在所述第一中间轴(Z1)内部。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的动力系统,其特征在于所述行星变速器(PG)的所述第一变速器元件(1G),和所述第三变速器元件(3G)能借助于联接换档元件(26)彼此连接,以共同旋转。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的动力系统,其特征在于所述行星变速器(PG)经实施为简单负齿轮组。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的动力系统,其特征在于所述第一换档元件(18)具有三个换档位置,其中具体地说,所述第一换档元件(18)的左侧换档位置用于换档到过驱动模式(OD),在中央空档位置N中,所述第一换档元件(18)为打开的,且右侧换档位置用于换档到直接驱动模式(DD)。
