(1) Preparing cold patch asphalt: heating road petroleum asphalt to 140-150 ℃, and adding TPO thermoplastic elastomer material to enable TPO thermoplastic elastomer to be fully melted and dispersed in the road petroleum asphalt; then stopping heating, adding low-volatility low-pour point rubber oil, reducing the temperature to 80-100 ℃, adding light-cured resin, continuously stirring and reducing the temperature, adding a photoinitiator and uniformly stirring when the temperature is reduced to be lower than 40 ℃, and preparing cold patch asphalt;
(2) Preheating crushed stone to 30-70 ℃, preheating cold patch asphalt to 60-90 ℃, sequentially adding the crushed stone and the cold patch asphalt into a stirring pot, stirring, and then adding mineral powder for stirring to obtain the pavement pit repairing asphalt mixture in the safe and environment-friendly severe cold region.
7. The method for preparing the asphalt mixture for repairing the pavement pits in the severe cold region, which is safe and environment-friendly, according to claim 6, wherein in the step (1), after the TPO thermoplastic elastomer material is added, the stirring speed is more than 3000rpm, and the stirring time is 5-20 minutes.
8. The method for preparing the asphalt mixture for repairing the pavement pits in the severe cold region, which is safe and environment-friendly, according to claim 6, wherein in the step (2), the crushed stone is stirred for 5-30 seconds after the cold patch asphalt is added.
9. The method for preparing the asphalt mixture for repairing the pavement pits in the severe cold region, which is safe and environment-friendly, according to claim 6, wherein the step (2) is characterized in that the mineral powder is stirred for 20-60 seconds after adding cold patch asphalt.
