9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the black asphalt particles and hot standard asphalt aggregates with the thickness of 0-20 mm and the temperature of 140-180 ℃ are mixed to prepare the black asphalt mixture which is directly used for repairing road pavements.
10. The method according to claim 8, wherein the black pitch particles have a particle size of 2 to 4 mm.
