A method for using the pipe piece assembling and screw conveyor integrated disassembling and transporting device, which is applied to the use process of the pipe piece assembling and screw conveyor integrated disassembling and transporting device according to any one of claims 1-7, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step one, processing and manufacturing all parts of the pipe piece splicing machine and screw conveyor integrated disassembly and transportation device according to a design diagram of the pipe piece splicing machine and screw conveyor integrated disassembly and transportation device;
step two, after the disassembly of the matched trolley behind the shell-discarding disassembly shield machine is completed, hoisting the trolley assembly, the supporting assembly and the traction assembly to the underground and completing the primary assembly in the working well;
moving the segment erector which is subjected to preliminary assembly and the screw conveyor integrated disassembling and conveying device into position by utilizing the trolley assembly, and fixing the trolley assembly at the position;
installing a second support column (5) at the rear side of the duct piece assembling machine (18), installing a bearing rail (7) on the second support column (5), installing a roller (10) on a screw conveyor (17), placing and locking the roller (10) on the bearing rail (7), winding the free end of a traction rope (11) around a pulley (9) at the top end of the first support column (4) and binding and fixing the pulley with the screw conveyor (17), and fixing the top end of a third support column (13) with a support beam (19) at the outer side of the duct piece assembling machine (18);
step five, dismantling the connection of the spiral conveyor (17), the duct piece splicing machine (18) and the supporting beam (19) with other parts of the main machine of the shield machine;
step six, unlocking the roller (10) and the supporting rail (7), starting the traction power mechanism (12), moving the spiral conveyor (17) along the supporting rail (7) for a certain distance along the axis direction by using the traction rope (11), ensuring that the front end of the spiral conveyor (17) keeps a safe distance from the spliced segment in the tunnel, and locking the roller (10) at the outer side of the spiral conveyor (17) and the supporting rail (7) after the backward movement is completed;
step seven, adjusting the length of the second support column (5) to enable the screw conveyor (17) to rotate in the direction close to the central axis of the tunnel, ensuring that the screw conveyor (17) keeps a safe distance from other parts of the shield tunneling machine during the period, and simultaneously, contracting the first support column (4) and starting the traction power mechanism (12) to always keep the traction rope (11) tight;
step eight, repeating the steps six to seven until the spiral conveyor (17) rotates to a horizontal state, locking the outer side rollers (10) of the spiral conveyor (17) with the supporting rail (7), starting the traction power mechanism (12), and always keeping the traction rope (11) tight;
step nine, the fixation of the support vehicle assembly is released, the spiral conveyor (17), the duct piece assembling machine (18) and the supporting beam (19) are conveyed to a working wellhead to be lifted out of the ground through the support vehicle assembly, and the disassembling and lifting work of the duct piece assembling machine and the spiral conveyor integrated disassembling and conveying device is completed.
