Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pasting machines of corrugated board production lines, in particular to a paper pressing wheel device of a pasting machine.
Background
In the production practice of the existing pasting machine of the corrugated board production line, the single-tile paper needs to be pressed close to the pasting wheel through the paper pressing wheel, paste on the pasting wheel is applied to the edge tip of the single-tile paper, and the pasting action is completed. Therefore, the accuracy of the paper pressing wheel and the jumping of the roller body can influence the pasting completion. The existing paper pressing wheel is generally manufactured by adopting a thick-wall seamless pipe, the surface of the pipe body is processed by a grinding machine and then is electroplated, and two ends of the pipe body are installed on a fixed rocker arm of the paper pressing wheel by adopting two bearings with seats. After the gap between the pasting wheel and the paper pressing wheel is set, the single-tile paper passes through the gap between the pasting wheel and the paper pressing wheel and is pasted on the edge.
However, this design generally has the following disadvantages during operation:
(1) The gap between the paper pressing wheel and the pasting wheel is fixed after being adjusted, when the lamination defective products or the paper receiving joints appear in the current process, the thickness of the single-tile paper at the moment greatly exceeds that of the normal single-tile paper, and the single-tile paper can only be forced to be extruded and pass through, so that the paper breaking and shutdown phenomenon can be caused sometimes.
(2) The paper pressing wheel is generally made of a thick-wall seamless pipe, the surface of the pipe body is processed by a grinding machine and then is electroplated, two bearings with seats are arranged on a paper pressing wheel fixing rocker arm, the precision of the paper pressing wheel can be guaranteed through a machine tool, but the line speed is higher and can reach 350 m/min at the time of corrugated paper board line production, the rotating speed of the paper pressing wheel (with the outer diameter of about 160 mm) can reach 700 revolutions/min, under the condition of high speed, the bearings with seats can be scalded after long-time operation, but the two ends of the bearings with seats are fixed by adopting a stop screw, so that the axial expansion of the paper pressing wheel is free, the paper pressing wheel is caused to jump, the dextrin is influenced, and poor lamination is caused; and the seated bearings are often damaged.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a paper pressing wheel device of a pasting machine, which can effectively reduce the phenomenon of poor pasting or paper breakage when single-tile paper of a base paper connector passes through.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a paper pressing wheel device of a pasting machine, which comprises a pasting wheel, a paper pressing wheel shaft core and a paper pressing adjusting component, wherein the paper pressing wheel and the pasting wheel are arranged in parallel up and down and form a paper pressing channel for single-tile paper to pass through; the paper pressing adjusting assemblies comprise pinch roller fixed rocker arms, spring seats, spring seat connecting shafts, springs, adjusting screws and spring propping seats; the paper pressing wheel is rotatably sleeved on the paper pressing wheel shaft core; two ends of the paper pressing wheel shaft core are fixedly connected with the spring seat respectively; one end of the spring seat is connected with the pinch roller fixed rocker arm through the spring seat connecting shaft, and the spring seat can rotate around the spring seat connecting shaft; the other end of the spring seat is provided with a spring positioning groove, and a through hole for the first end of the adjusting screw rod to pass through is formed in the spring positioning groove; the spring jacking seat is fixed on the pinch roller fixing rocker arm and is provided with a threaded hole for the second end of the adjusting screw rod to be in threaded connection; the first end of the adjusting screw is in threaded connection with a first adjusting nut, the second end of the adjusting screw is in threaded connection with a second adjusting nut, and the middle part of the adjusting screw is in threaded connection with a third adjusting nut; the spring is movably sleeved on the adjusting screw, one end of the spring is matched and inserted in the spring positioning groove, and the other end of the spring abuts against the third adjusting nut.

In this embodiment, the adjusting screw 8 is a double-headed screw, the first adjusting nut 13 and the second adjusting nut 14 are used for locking the adjusting screw 8 on the spring pushing seat 9, the aperture of the through hole 11 is larger than the outer diameter of the adjusting screw 8, so that the spring seat 5 can move on the adjusting screw 8, at this time, the spring 7 is set with a pretightening force, one end of the pretightening force abuts against the spring seat 5, the other end abuts against the third adjusting nut 15, the side surface of the spring seat 5 away from the spring 7 abuts against the first adjusting nut 13, namely, the first adjusting nut 13 and the third adjusting nut 15 limit the moving range of the spring seat 5 on the adjusting screw 8; and the pretightening force of the spring 7 enables the paper pressing wheel 2 to apply certain pressing force to the single-tile paper 12, so that the tip of the single-tile paper 12 is ensured to be just contacted with the surface of the pasting wheel 1.
When the sizing is needed, the paper pressing fixing rocker arm drives the paper pressing wheel 2 to descend to a proper position, a proper gap (namely a paper pressing channel) is kept between the paste wheel 1 and the paper pressing wheel 2 to enable the single-tile paper 12 to pass through, the edge tip of the single-tile paper 12 just contacts with the surface of the paste wheel 1, and paste on the paste wheel 1 is stuck to complete the paste-up action.
When thick poor lamination or body paper joints pass through the paper pressing channel and the received resistance is greater than the pressing force of the paper pressing wheel 2, the paper pressing wheel 2 can be lifted, the gap between the paper pressing wheel 2 and the paste wheel 1 is enlarged, the poor lamination and the body paper joints pass through, so that the phenomenon that the single-tile paper 12 is forced to pass through to cause paper breakage is avoided, and the corrugated board production line is ensured to continuously and normally run.
When the pretightening force of the spring 7 needs to be adjusted, the position of the third adjusting nut 15 is only required to be adjusted.
Illustratively, one end of the platen roller 2 is rotatably connected to the platen roller shaft core 3 through a roller bearing 16, and the other end of the platen roller 2 is rotatably connected to the platen roller shaft core 3 through a deep groove ball bearing 17. Therefore, the two ends of the paper pressing wheel 2 adopt the structure of the deep groove ball bearings 17 and the roller bearings 16, when the paper pressing wheel 2 is driven by the single-tile paper 12 to rotate at a high speed to cause axial thermal expansion, one end of the deep groove ball bearings 17 is axially fixed, and the paper pressing wheel 2 can freely stretch and retract along one end of the roller bearings 16 axially, so that the phenomenon of pasting bad phenomenon caused by deformation and jumping of the paper pressing wheel 2 is avoided, and the damage probability of the bearings is also reduced.
