Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The present embodiment is only for explanation of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make modifications to the present embodiment which do not contribute to the invention as required after reading the present specification, but are protected by the patent laws within the scope of the appended claims.
Embodiment one: this embodiment relates to an air filter cloth, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, comprising: a fold 100. The folded portion 100 is made of a soft material and is folded into a plurality of connected and uniformly oriented folded structures 110.
Each of the folding structures 110 includes: a first filter 111 and a second filter 112. The first filter 111 is spread flat; the second filter 112 is connected to the first filter 111 and is folded on the upper side or the lower side of the first filter 111. The width of the first filter 111 is greater than the width of the second filter 112. Referring to fig. 4, after folding, the second filter sheet 112 is covered by the first filter sheet 111, that is, the folding portion 100 adopts a progressive structure, so that the air filtering area is enlarged, and the filtering effect is enhanced.
As a preferred aspect, the angle between the first filter 111 and the second filter 112 is less than 15 degrees. Still further, the angle between the first filter 111 and the second filter 112 is less than 5 degrees. In this embodiment, second filter 112 is folded to fit against first filter 111.
As a preferred embodiment, the ratio of the width of the second filter 112 to the width of the first filter 111 is: 0.4:1-0.7:1. in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the ratio of the width of the second filter 112 to the width of the first filter 111 is: 0.5:1. Since the width of the second filter 112 is half that of the first filter 111, each filtering position has a three-layer structure, i.e., two first filter 111 and one second filter 112, after being folded.
As a preferred embodiment, the width of the first filter 111 is between 2mm and 20mm, and in particular, in this embodiment, the width of the first filter 111 is 10mm and the width of the second filter 112 is 5mm.
The soft cloth comprises at least one inner filter layer and one outer filter layer, and in this embodiment, the soft cloth comprises two outer filter layers and an inner filter layer arranged between the two outer filter layers. Specifically, the outer filter layer is non-woven fabric, and the inner filter layer is melt-blown cloth.
As a preferred aspect, the air filter cloth further comprises: and a fixing part 200 provided at an upper side and/or a lower side of the folding part 100 to shape the folding part 100. The fixing portion 200 is of various types, i.e., fixing molding modes, ultrasonic molding, suture molding, welding molding, adhesive molding, hot press molding, hot melt molding, and the like. In this embodiment, the seam forming is adopted, and the upper side and the lower side of the folded portion 100 are both sewn, so that the air filter cloth is more stable after being manufactured, and the folded portion 100 is not loosened.
Further, a non-woven fabric protective layer is provided on the outer side of the fixing portion 200.
As a specific application, as shown in fig. 5, a protective mask is used for protecting the mouth and nose of a human body. It comprises the following steps: support, air filter cloth and soft welt. When the air filter is worn, the air in the support piece and the external air are exchanged through the air filter cloth.
The support piece is provided with an arc-shaped side wall matched with the radian of the face and an arc-shaped bulge matched with the radian of the nose, so that the protective mask is more fit to the face, and is comfortable and compact to wear.
The soft welt is arranged around the upper outer edge of the arc-shaped side wall and the outer edge of the arc-shaped bulge, so that the supporting piece can be prevented from scratching the face, the contact area between the supporting piece and the face can be effectively increased, and the impression is avoided after the face is worn.
In terms of materials, the support member is made of transparent materials. So that the identity of the wearer can be identified, it is very useful in some special situations, such as: face recognition, conference communication, and the like. The soft welt is made of silica gel material, so that the wearing is more comfortable.
Embodiment two: the present invention also provides a method for manufacturing an air filter cloth, as shown in fig. 6, for manufacturing an air filter cloth according to the first embodiment, the method comprising the steps of:
step one: preparing materials: detecting and preparing an outer filter layer and an inner filter layer material;
step two: preparing cloth: adding an inner filter layer material into the inner side of the outer filter layer material to form a composite cloth;
step three, folding cloth: folding the composite cloth into a set shape by using a folding machine, or directly spraying the set shape by using melt-blown cloth production equipment;
step four: and (3) forming: and combining and forming the composite cloth with the set shape.
In the fourth step, the combination molding is as follows: ultrasonic shaping, suture shaping, welding shaping, adhesive shaping, hot press shaping or hot melt shaping.
By adopting the manufacturing process, the composite cloth is directly folded into/sprayed out of a set shape by using a flanging machine or melt-blown cloth production equipment, the production efficiency is high, and the air filter cloth is more stable after being manufactured due to the step of combined forming, so that the folded part 100 can not be loosened.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the technical solution of the present invention and not for the purpose of limiting the same, and other modifications and equivalents thereof by those skilled in the art should be included in the scope of the claims of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
