Abstract
本发明提供无酒精免洗干发蓬松喷雾气雾罐及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)在反应釜中加入1‑3%重量比的氢化蓖麻油,加热至85‑90°C至熔融状,保持85‑90°C的反应温度;(2)向步骤(1)所得加入水溶性羊毛脂、香精、双酯基丙基季铵盐、白藜芦醇、L‑酪氨酸、L‑蛋氨酸、透明质酸以及L‑肌肽物料混合,搅拌10‑15min,然后冷却至常温条件下,将其他的挥发性油脂、低粘油脂、吸油的粉、功效型油脂、气体物料混合,将粉体搅拌分散完全,无结团、无颗粒即可;(3)检测合格后出料,气雾罐中,气体与料体通过外部压力一同灌入到铝罐中,本发明依据当前的技术背景,将酒精用易挥发性的油脂替代,快速挥发的同时,脱去头皮上的油脂,更安全,更温和。

技术领域
本发明是无酒精免洗干发蓬松喷雾气雾罐及其制备方法,属于日用化工技术领域。
背景技术
随着社会飞速发展,人民生活水平日益提升,渐渐地人们越发注重个人的外在美,这使化妆品行业飞速发展,美容美发行业日益壮大,免冲洗洗发产品的市场前景很广阔,但是市面上的免冲洗洗发产品较少,并且洗发效果不尽如人意:多数消费者反映洗得不干净、不清爽、油腻程度没有得到减轻。
传统免洗干发蓬松喷雾,通常以酒精做溶剂,搭配高吸油值的粉,因为酒精易挥发、干得快,快速吸油且瞬时蓬松。但酒精的刺激性也成为消费者使用时的隐患,且酒精的脱脂能力强,经常使用,会使头皮变的干涩、发痒,本发明,则是依据当前的技术背景,将酒精用易挥发性的油脂替代,快速挥发的同时,不脱去头皮上的油脂,更安全,更温和,通过把多种内源性的生物活性物质和天然抗衰老植物成分,配制得到一种新型营养型黑发喷雾剂。不仅可以大大改善发质营养,而且还能重建发根的黑色素细胞功能,逆转头发细胞老化,最终发挥防治白发生成和黑发营养修复作。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供无酒精免洗干发蓬松喷雾气雾罐及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:无酒精免洗干发蓬松喷雾气雾罐,由如下重量比的组分组成:挥发性油脂:18-25%、低粘油脂:55-75%、吸油的粉:8-15%、白藜芦醇:0.1-0.3%、L-酪氨酸:1-3%、L-蛋氨酸:1-3%、透明质酸:1-3%、L-肌肽:1-3%、双酯基丙基季铵盐:1-3%、氢化蓖麻油:1-3%、水溶性羊毛脂:1-3%、香精:适量、功效型油脂:0-1%、气体:60-80%。
进一步地,无酒精免洗干发蓬松喷雾气雾罐的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在反应釜中加入1-3%重量比的氢化蓖麻油,加热至85-90°C至熔融状,保持85-90°C的反应温度;
(2)向步骤(1)所得加入水溶性羊毛脂、香精、双酯基丙基季铵盐、白藜芦醇、L-酪氨酸、L-蛋氨酸、透明质酸以及L-肌肽物料混合,开启搅拌15r/min,搅拌10-15min,然后冷却至常温条件下,将其他的挥发性油脂、低粘油脂、吸油的粉、功效型油脂、气体物料混合,继续搅拌15r/min,搅拌10-15min,将粉体搅拌分散完全,无结团、无颗粒即可;
(3)检测合格后出料,气雾罐中,料体重量10-20%,气体重量80-90%,气体与料体通过外部压力一同灌入到铝罐中。
进一步地,所述挥发性油脂多是挥发性硅油,环五聚二甲基硅氧烷和环己硅氧烷的混合物。
进一步地,所述低粘油脂多为粘度较低的聚二甲基硅氧烷。
进一步地,所述吸油的粉是硅石、HDI/三羟甲基己基内酯交联聚合物、稻米淀粉、三乙氧基辛基硅烷、十三烷醇聚醚-5等组成的混合物,若该粉添加量高于15%,会在头发上留白,若添加量低于8%,吸油能力太弱,起不到蓬松的效果。
进一步地,所述功效型油脂多为山茶籽油或其他具有润肤作用的植物油脂。

本发明的有益效果:本发明的无酒精免洗干发蓬松喷雾气雾罐及其制备方法,本发明依据当前的技术背景,将酒精用易挥发性的油脂替代,快速挥发的同时,脱去头皮上的油脂,更安全,更温和,不仅可以大大改善发质营养,而且还能重建发根的黑色素细胞功能,逆转头发细胞老化,最终发挥防治白发生成和黑发营养修复作用,酯基季铵盐是一种新型阳离子表面活性剂,具有优异的柔软、抗静电性能,抗黄变,不含APEO、甲醛,易生物降解,绿色环保——可对头发起到柔软、抗静电、保湿和调理作用;水溶性羊毛脂、维生素B5可改善头发营养状况,使头发光亮,易梳理,解决了打结的问题。
实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
在其中,实施方案中的硅石、HDI/三羟甲基己基内酯交联聚合物、稻米淀粉、三乙氧基辛基硅烷、十三烷醇聚醚-5等组成的混合物采用了广州市阳润实业有限公司出品的蓬发吸油介孔微球粒子(Skinsens ST-9500C)进行举例说明。该粒子拥有很高的透明度,降低白色残留,并且可以有效吸走头发油脂, 圆球形结构则可以提供优异中空微孔和柔滑质感。在此说明,蓬发吸油介孔微球粒子(Skinsens ST-9500C)只为方便本领域技术人员对本发明构思的理解,并不限定本发明技术方案中的硅石、HDI/三羟甲基己基内酯交联聚合物、稻米淀粉、三乙氧基辛基硅烷、十三烷醇聚醚-5等组成的混合物必须依托于蓬发吸油介孔微球粒子(Skinsens ST-9500C),其他成分相同、相似或配方剂量有调整的其他能够发挥相同功能的产品应当包含于本发明的保护范围之内。
本发明提供第1种技术方案:无酒精免洗干发蓬松喷雾气雾罐,由如下重量比的组分组成:挥发性油脂:18%、低粘油脂:55%、吸油的粉:8%、白藜芦醇:0.1%、L-酪氨酸:1%、L-蛋氨酸:1%、透明质酸:1%、L-肌肽:1%、双酯基丙基季铵盐:1%、氢化蓖麻油:1%、水溶性羊毛脂:1%、香精:适量、功效型油脂:0.5%、气体:60%。

(2)向步骤(1)所得加入水溶性羊毛脂、香精、双酯基丙基季铵盐、白藜芦醇、L-酪氨酸、L-蛋氨酸、透明质酸以及L-肌肽物料混合,开启搅拌15r/min,搅拌10min,然后冷却至常温条件下,将其他的挥发性油脂、低粘油脂、吸油的粉、功效型油脂、气体物料混合,继续搅拌15r/min,搅拌10min,将粉体搅拌分散完全,无结团、无颗粒即可;
(3)检测合格后出料,气雾罐中,料体重量10%,气体重量80%,气体与料体通过外部压力一同灌入到铝罐中。
本发明提供第2种技术方案:无酒精免洗干发蓬松喷雾气雾罐,由如下重量比的组分组成:挥发性油脂:22%、低粘油脂:65%、吸油的粉:12%、白藜芦醇:0.2%、L-酪氨酸:2%、L-蛋氨酸:2%、透明质酸:2%、L-肌肽:2%、双酯基丙基季铵盐:2%、氢化蓖麻油:2%、水溶性羊毛脂:2%、香精:适量、功效型油脂:0.7%、气体:70%。
进一步地,无酒精免洗干发蓬松喷雾气雾罐的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在反应釜中加入3%重量比的氢化蓖麻油,加热至90°C至熔融状,保持90°C的反应温度;
(2)向步骤(1)所得加入水溶性羊毛脂、香精、双酯基丙基季铵盐、白藜芦醇、L-酪氨酸、L-蛋氨酸、透明质酸以及L-肌肽物料混合,开启搅拌15r/min,搅拌15min,然后冷却至常温条件下,将其他的挥发性油脂、低粘油脂、吸油的粉、功效型油脂、气体物料混合,继续搅拌15r/min,搅拌15min,将粉体搅拌分散完全,无结团、无颗粒即可;
(3)检测合格后出料,气雾罐中,料体重量10-20%,气体重量80-90%,气体与料体通过外部压力一同灌入到铝罐中。
本发明提供第3种技术方案:无酒精免洗干发蓬松喷雾气雾罐,由如下重量比的组分组成:挥发性油脂:25%、低粘油脂:75%、吸油的粉:15%、白藜芦醇:0.3%、L-酪氨酸:1-3%、L-蛋氨酸:3%、透明质酸:3%、L-肌肽:3%、双酯基丙基季铵盐:1-3%、氢化蓖麻油:3%、水溶性羊毛脂:3%、香精:适量、功效型油脂:1%、气体:80%。
进一步地,无酒精免洗干发蓬松喷雾气雾罐的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在反应釜中加入3%重量比的氢化蓖麻油,加热至90°C至熔融状,保持90°C的反应温度;

挥发性油脂多是挥发性硅油,环五聚二甲基硅氧烷和环己硅氧烷的混合物,低粘油脂多为粘度较低的聚二甲基硅氧烷,吸油的粉是硅石、HDI/三羟甲基己基内酯交联聚合物、稻米淀粉、三乙氧基辛基硅烷、十三烷醇聚醚-5等组成的混合物,若该粉添加量高于15%,会在头发上留白,若添加量低于8%,吸油能力太弱,起不到蓬松的效果,功效型油脂多为山茶籽油或其他具有润肤作用的植物油脂,气体通常是异丁烷、丁烷、丙烷的混合气体,气体主要作为助推剂,在压力作用下,将料体均匀的喷出。
透明质酸(玻璃酸)HA是人皮肤表皮及真皮的主要基质成分之一,其生理功能是能使水分进入细胞间隙,并与蛋白质结合而形成蛋白凝胶,将细胞粘在一起,发挥正常的细胞代谢作用,起到保持细胞水分,保护细胞不受病原菌的侵害,加快恢复皮肤组织,提高创口愈合再生能力,减少疤痕,增强免疫力等作用。透明质酸还能改善皮肤生长条件,为真皮胶原蛋白和弹性纤维的合成提供优越的外部环境,加强营养物质的供给,起到护肤养颜的效果。研究表明,透明质酸HA可以阻止细胞中一些酶的产生,减少自由基的形成,在防止自由基破坏细胞结构、产生脂质过氧化和引起肌体衰老等方面起着重要作用:低分子量透明质酸具有抗炎、抑制病菌产生、保持皮肤光洁的作用;为细胞增殖与分化提供合适的场所,直接促进细胞生长、分化、重建与修复等。
肌肽是由β-丙氨酸和组氨酸组成的二肽,在动物体内可以合成。肌肽对自由基和金属离子引起得脂质氧化具有显著的抑制作用,可以防止肌肤的衰老及肌肤增白,并可以防止出现因吸烟而产生的游离基,而这种游离基比太阳光更会伤害皮肤,自由基是人体内活性很强的原子或原子团,能够对人体内其它物质进行氧化。肌肽具有抗氧化特性,是一种天然抗氧化剂。
L-酪氨酸是酪氨酸酶单酚酶功能的催化底物,是最终形成黑色素和褐黑素的主要原料。在美白化妆品研发中,可以通过研究合成与酪氨酸竞争的酪氨酸酶结构类似物也可有效地抑制黑素的生成。而补充它的水平,大大有助于黑色素的生成。
L-蛋氨酸是构成人体的必需氨基酸之一,参与蛋白质合成。因其不能在体内自身生成,所以必须由外部获得。蛋氨酸介导清除自由基反应是体内最重要的保护蛋白质氧化的生化防线。其对于多种病理因素,如紫外线、过氧化氢等引起的细胞损伤,具有强大的保护作用。而最新研究发现,蛋氨酸残基氧化是导致头发中酪氨酸激酶失活的关键病理因素。因此,通过增加游离蛋氨酸水平防止酪氨酸激酶的氧化失活是防治衰老引起白发生成的有效途径。
白藜芦醇是非黄酮类的多酚化合物,随着对白藜芦醇的深入研究,显示白藜芦醇具有具有捕获自由基、抗氧化、吸收紫外光的特性,在化妆品方面具有很好的应用价值。更有意思的是,白藜芦醇为传统中药材何首乌主成分二苯乙烯苷的结构类似物,何首乌被广泛用于多种乌发洗发水。本公司实验室最新的研究表明,白藜芦醇可以增加内源性蛋氨酸氧化还原系统,提示其可能在防治白发产品开发方面有巨大的应用前景。
本发明所述的黑发营养喷雾,其工艺技术成熟简单,小分子营养物质容易被头皮充分吸收,所得提取液清澈透明,符合制作化妆品的要求。本发明的临床试验:
白发有四种类型,白发的原因各自不同,发病症状也有所区别。
先天性全身性白发病:与白化病伴发,全身毛发呈灰白色,皮肤及虹膜均缺乏色素。
先天性局限性白发病:多有家族史,系在身体某部分有1处或数处局限性白发区,有时眉毛及睫毛部分变白。如毛发呈环状色素脱失者,称为环状白发病。
老年性白发:是衰老的一种表现,一般在45岁以后,多起于两鬓,逐渐各部毛发即可变白。
青少年白发病:常见于青少年,亦称早老性白发病。最初头发有稀疏散在少数白发,以后可逐渐或突然增多。骤然发生者,可能与营养障碍有关。
由本公司联合组织实施的人体试用试验50例,试验时间为60天,每天向有头发中白发区域和无白发区域分别试用喷雾。出现不良反应0例,表明本发明的营养黑发喷雾对人体安全无毒性。其中男性中老年性白发受试者(年龄>45周岁)30例,使用营养黑发喷雾60天后,发质部分转黑,并且发觉发质弹性、柔亮度有好转的8例;发现白发根部变黑的12例;白发未变黑,效果不明显的10例。青少年白发病受试者(年龄<45周岁)20例,使用营养黑发喷雾60天后,发质转黑,并且发质弹性、柔亮度出现好转的9例;白发根部变黑,并且发质弹性、柔亮度、结构紧密程度好转的7例;白发未变黑,效果不明显的4例。

Claims (7)
1.无酒精免洗干发蓬松喷雾气雾罐,其特征在于:由如下重量比的组分组成:挥发性油脂:18-25%、低粘油脂:55-75%、吸油的粉:8-15%、白藜芦醇:0.1-0.3%、L-酪氨酸:1-3%、L-蛋氨酸:1-3%、透明质酸:1-3%、L-肌肽:1-3%、双酯基丙基季铵盐:1-3%、氢化蓖麻油:1-3%、水溶性羊毛脂:1-3%、香精:适量、功效型油脂:0-1%、气体:60-80%。
2.无酒精免洗干发蓬松喷雾气雾罐的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)在反应釜中加入1-3%重量比的氢化蓖麻油,加热至85-90°C至熔融状,保持85-90°C的反应温度;
(2)向步骤(1)所得加入水溶性羊毛脂、香精、双酯基丙基季铵盐、白藜芦醇、L-酪氨酸、L-蛋氨酸、透明质酸以及L-肌肽物料混合,开启搅拌15r/min,搅拌10-15min,然后冷却至常温条件下,将其他的挥发性油脂、低粘油脂、吸油的粉、功效型油脂、气体物料混合,继续搅拌15r/min,搅拌10-15min,将粉体搅拌分散完全,无结团、无颗粒即可;
(3)检测合格后出料,气雾罐中,料体重量10-20%,气体重量80-90%,气体与料体通过外部压力一同灌入到铝罐中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无酒精免洗干发蓬松喷雾气雾罐,其特征在于:所述挥发性油脂多是挥发性硅油,环五聚二甲基硅氧烷和环己硅氧烷的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无酒精免洗干发蓬松喷雾气雾罐,其特征在于:所述低粘油脂多为粘度较低的聚二甲基硅氧烷。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无酒精免洗干发蓬松喷雾气雾罐,其特征在于:所述吸油的粉是硅石、HDI/三羟甲基己基内酯交联聚合物、稻米淀粉、三乙氧基辛基硅烷、十三烷醇聚醚-5等组成的混合物,若该粉添加量高于15%,会在头发上留白,若添加量低于8%,吸油能力太弱,起不到蓬松的效果。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无酒精免洗干发蓬松喷雾气雾罐,其特征在于:所述功效型油脂多为山茶籽油或其他具有润肤作用的植物油脂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无酒精免洗干发蓬松喷雾气雾罐,其特征在于:气体通常是异丁烷、丁烷、丙烷的混合气体,气体主要作为助推剂,在压力作用下,将料体均匀的喷出。
