本发明公开了一种种鹌鹑育雏期浓缩料及配制方法,涉及种鹌鹑育雏料技术领域,其技术要点为:次粉,进口鱼粉,玉米蛋白粉,石粉,磷酸氢钙,添加剂氯化钠,L‑赖氨酸.盐酸盐,DL‑蛋氨酸,L‑苏氨酸,氯化胆碱,核心料3621,百霉洁,抗氧化剂。本发明的种鹌鹑育雏期浓缩料的配方中的营养物质全面,成分配比合理,按此配方生产出的育雏料,可以促进父母代种鹌鹑育雏期生长发育,提高饲料利用率,成活率明显提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及种鹌鹑育雏料技术领域,具体涉及一种种鹌鹑育雏期浓缩料及配制方法。
背景技术
鹌鹑,古称鹑鸟、宛鹑、荞鹑。早在我国春秋战国时期,鹌鹑肉就被作为名贵佳肴,出现在宫廷显贵的盛宴上。目前,我国用鹌鹑的肉、蛋、肝、腰、骨、爪等烧制的菜肴就有60种之多,备受国内外宾客的青睐。鹑肉不仅味美胜鸡,而且营养及药用价值也胜于鸡,其肉中含蛋白质可高达24.3%,还含有多种无机盐以及卵磷脂、激素和多种人体必需氨基酸。鹌鹑肉作为一种高蛋白、低脂肪、低胆固醇的食物,特别适合中老年人以及高血压、肥胖症患者食用。
鹌鹑蛋的营养价值更高,与鸡蛋相比,蛋白质高30%,铁高46.1%,维生素B1高20%,维生素B2高83%,卵磷脂高5.6倍。鹌鹑蛋并含有维生素P及降压素芦丁等成分。鹌鹑的肉和蛋,既是很好的补品,对体弱者有补益强壮作用,又对多种疾病有调补治疗作用。
近些年鹌鹑饲养发展很快,成为最经济家禽,目前,人们在养殖产蛋鹌鹑时,一般都是投喂配合饲料为主。鹌鹑养殖过程中,种鹌鹑育雏期阶段的养殖是十分重要的,这个阶段十分注重营养平衡,这个阶段的养殖不仅直接影响到鹌鹑后期的催肥、产蛋,而且还影响鹌鹑肉质的鲜美程度以及肉的营养价值的高低。
目前,市面上用于种鹌鹑育雏期的饲料配制以经验配制为主,且细化不明,从育雏至产蛋前期仅适用一种饲料,不符合种鹌鹑育雏期的生长发育规律,并且市面上用于常规的种鹌鹑育雏期的饲料组成营养不平衡,不能够满足父母代种鹌鹑育雏期生长发育需求,不便有效提高种鹌鹑育雏期体重,不便降低其死亡率,且其体重均匀度底,饲料转化利用率底。
因此,本发明旨在提供一种种鹌鹑育雏期浓缩料及配制方法,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种种鹌鹑育雏期浓缩料及配制方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种种鹌鹑育雏期浓缩料,所述种鹌鹑育雏料包括以下组分:
次粉,进口鱼粉,玉米蛋白粉,石粉,磷酸氢钙,添加剂氯化钠,L-赖氨酸.盐酸盐,DL-蛋氨酸,L-苏氨酸,氯化胆碱,核心料3621,百霉洁,抗氧化剂。
进一步地,所述种鹌鹑育雏料包括以下组分,以质量百分比计:
次粉12.44%,进口鱼粉18.75%,玉米蛋白粉19.0%,石粉11.38%,磷酸氢钙17.5%,添加剂氯化钠0.7%,L-赖氨酸.盐酸盐3.25%,DL-蛋氨酸1.13%,L-苏氨酸1.25%,氯化胆碱1.25%,核心料3621 12.5%,百霉洁0.6%,抗氧化剂0.25%。
进一步地,所述核心料3621由复合维生素、矿物质添加剂、亚油酸、益生素和复合酶组成。
本发明还提供一种种鹌鹑育雏期浓缩料的应用,将所述种鹌鹑育雏期浓缩料补加能量料后应用于种鹌鹑育雏期的饲喂养殖。
进一步地,所述种鹌鹑育雏浓缩料的添加比例为8%。
本发明还提供一种种鹌鹑育雏期浓缩料的配制方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、预处理:按照配比称量以下原材料:次粉,进口鱼粉,玉米蛋白粉,石粉,磷酸氢钙,添加剂氯化钠,L-赖氨酸.盐酸盐,DL-蛋氨酸,L-苏氨酸,氯化胆碱,核心料3621,百霉洁,抗氧化剂;并将需粉碎的原材料进行粉碎;
S2、预混:将预处理中粉碎后原材料与复合维生素、矿物质添加剂、亚油酸、抗应激因子、益生素及复合酶进行混合搅拌;
S3、混合:先将石粉、磷酸氢钙、次粉和添加剂氯化钠加入混合机内,搅拌混合100-120秒,然后将其余原材料加入混合机内进行搅拌混合100-120秒;
S4、包装:将步骤S3中混合均匀的各种原材料进行包装,即得种鹌鹑育雏期浓缩料。
作用机理:
在本发明的上述种鹌鹑育雏期浓缩料的配方中:
次粉具有增重育肥、提供营养等作用;
进口鱼粉富含丰富的粗蛋白,其粗蛋白含量可高达68%~70%,其营养可吸收利用率高,且胃蛋白酶消化率达90%,便于种鹌鹑的消化吸收,且能够为种鹌鹑育雏期的鹌鹑提供丰富的粗蛋白;
玉米蛋白粉的蛋白质营养成分丰富,并具有特殊的味道和色泽,用于作饲料使用,资源优势明显,饲用价值高,不含有毒有害物质,不需进行再处理,可直接用作蛋白原料,且玉米蛋白粉中含7%~8%的柠檬酸,具有良好的促生长作用;
石粉在种鹌鹑育雏期的营养中起到补充钙元素的作用;
磷酸氢钙在本发明的组方中起到钙、磷的补充剂的作用,且其特别容易被吸收和消化,从而帮助育雏期鹌鹑更好的、快速的发育,减少其育肥期,减少增重的时间;
添加剂氯化钠作为本发明浓缩料中重要的矿物质,是维持生命活动必不可少的物质,能维持血液和组织液的酸碱平衡,调节正常渗透压的稳定,还能刺激唾液的分泌,促进畜禽的食欲,氯且能促使脂肪和蛋白质等有机物在代谢过程中的合成,在肠道中保持消化液呈碱性,能活化淀粉酶,并能保持胃液呈酸性,有杀菌作用;
L-赖氨酸.盐酸盐可提高饲料中蛋白质的效价,减少饲料中粗蛋白质用量,可降低饲养成本,提高经济效益,同时,其可减少鹌鹑腹泻,提高育雏期鹌鹑的免疫力;
DL-蛋氨酸能够为育雏鹌鹑提供生长所必需的氨基酸,其是生物合成蛋白质的“骨架”氨基酸,具有良好的生理功能,可健肠助消化、改善胃肠道功能;
M-苏氨酸可改善氨基酸消化率低的饲料原料的营养价值,有助于节约蛋白质资源;
氯化胆碱作为营养物质,能够促进育雏鹌鹑体内氨基酸的再合成,提高育雏鹌鹑的免疫力和对养分的吸收能力,从而降低育雏鹌鹑患病的几率;
核心料3621:由以下组分组成:复合维生素、矿物质添加剂、亚油酸、益生素和复合酶;其中,复合维生素:增强抗应激和抗病能力,提高日增重,提高饲料转化率;矿物质添加剂:促生长、防止啄羽癖、减少蛋的破损率;亚油酸:增强免疫力、改善饲料转化率;益生素:维持稳定的肠道菌群、预防和缓解肠道及系统水平上各种疾病;复合酶:提高日增重、降低饲料的总成本、提高抗应激能力。
百霉洁具有祛除霉菌毒素、防霉、抗菌、肠道保健等功能;
抗氧化剂能够防止或延缓本发明的浓缩料中某些活性成分发生氧化变质。
与现有技术相比,本方案的有益效果:
1、与现有饲料相比,本发明种鹌鹑育雏期浓缩料组成营养平衡全价,可满足父母代种鹌鹑育雏期生长发育需求,能够有效提高育雏期体重、降低死亡率,体重均匀度高,使得饲料转化利用率高;
2、本发明的种鹌鹑育雏期浓缩料的配方中的营养物质全面,成分配比合理,按此配方生产出的育雏料,可以促进父母代种鹌鹑育雏期生长发育,提高饲料利用率,成活率明显提高。

一种种鹌鹑育雏期浓缩料,所述种鹌鹑育雏料包括以下组分,以质量百分比计:
次粉12.44%,进口鱼粉18.75%,玉米蛋白粉19.0%,石粉11.38%,磷酸氢钙17.5%,添加剂氯化钠0.7%,L-赖氨酸.盐酸盐3.25%,DL-蛋氨酸1.13%,L-苏氨酸1.25%,氯化胆碱1.25%,核心料3621 12.5%,百霉洁0.6%,抗氧化剂0.25%。其中,核心料3621由复合维生素、矿物质添加剂、亚油酸、益生素和复合酶组成。
本发明的该种鹌鹑育雏期浓缩料补加能量料后应用于育雏期种鹌鹑的饲喂养殖。且该种鹌鹑育雏浓缩料的添加比例为8%。
以下为基于本发明上述实施例1的试验:
为了验证本发明对父母代种鹌鹑育雏期的饲喂效果,发明人在养殖场进行了14天的饲喂试验。试验采用单因子对比试验设计,随机选择3000只0日龄种鹌鹑在一栋舍内6组笼分为试验组和对照组,每组设3个重复。对照组饲喂当地市售鹌鹑育雏饲料,试验组饲喂本发明的饲料。试验结果如下表所示。

试验结果表明:
1、7日龄体重:试验组比对照组提高了3.62%。
2、14日龄体重:试验组比对照组提高了2.23%。
3、体重均匀度:试验组比对照组提高了3.95%。
4、死亡率:试验组比对照组降低了35.19%。
综上所述,根据本发明的上述实施例,与现有饲料相比,本发明种鹌鹑育雏期浓缩料组成营养平衡全价,可满足父母代种鹌鹑育雏期生长发育需求,能够有效提高育雏期体重、降低死亡率,体重均匀度高,使得饲料转化利用率高;并且,本发明的种鹌鹑育雏期浓缩料的配方中的营养物质全面,成分配比合理,按此配方生产出的育雏料,可以促进父母代种鹌鹑育雏期生长发育,提高饲料利用率,成活率明显提高。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种种鹌鹑育雏期浓缩料,其特征是:所述种鹌鹑育雏料包括以下组分,以质量百分比计:
次粉12.44%,进口鱼粉18.75%,玉米蛋白粉19.0%,石粉11.38%,磷酸氢钙17.5%,添加剂氯化钠0.7%,L-赖氨酸.盐酸盐3.25%,DL-蛋氨酸1.13%,L-苏氨酸1.25%,氯化胆碱1.25%,核心料3621 12.5%,百霉洁0.6%,抗氧化剂0.25%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种种鹌鹑育雏期浓缩料,其特征是:所述核心料3621由复合维生素、矿物质添加剂、亚油酸、益生素和复合酶组成。
4.如权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的一种种鹌鹑育雏期浓缩料的应用,其特征是:将所述种鹌鹑育雏期浓缩料补加能量料后应用于种鹌鹑育雏期的饲喂养殖。
5.如权利要求4所述的应用,其特征是:所述种鹌鹑育雏浓缩料的添加比例为8%。
6.一种种鹌鹑育雏期浓缩料的配制方法,其特征是:包括以下步骤:
S1、预处理:按照配比称量以下原材料:次粉,进口鱼粉,玉米蛋白粉,石粉,磷酸氢钙,添加剂氯化钠,L-赖氨酸.盐酸盐,DL-蛋氨酸,L-苏氨酸,氯化胆碱,核心料3621,百霉洁,抗氧化剂;并将需粉碎的原材料进行粉碎;
S2、预混:将预处理中粉碎后原材料与复合维生素、矿物质添加剂、亚油酸、抗应激因子、益生素及复合酶进行混合搅拌;
