detecting version information of a first electronic whiteboard conference system after the first electronic whiteboard conference system joins equipment; the version information comprises a system version number, a release date and updated content; setting a compatible mode of the first electronic whiteboard conference system according to the version information, and generating compatible information;
comparing version information and compatibility information of the first electronic whiteboard conference system with version information and compatibility information of other second electronic whiteboard conference systems in the equipment, and judging whether compatibility processing is needed;
if yes, the corresponding processing function is called to convert the first data format with the older version information into a second data format which can be supported by the electronic whiteboard conference system with the newer version information, and relevant parameters of compatibility processing in configuration files of one or more electronic whiteboard conference systems in all the electronic whiteboard conference systems are modified, so that the configuration files of the first electronic whiteboard conference system are compatible with the configuration files of the second electronic whiteboard conference system.
2. The method for managing compatibility of electronic whiteboard conference system according to claim 1, wherein the compatibility mode of the first electronic whiteboard conference system is set according to the version information, and compatibility information is generated, specifically:
setting a first compatible mode in the first electronic whiteboard conference system, including setting a name, a version number and a compatibility processing mode of the first compatible mode, and generating corresponding name, version number and compatibility processing mode information as first compatible information.

if the release date difference value and the updated content difference value are not greater than the corresponding first threshold value and are not equal to zero, upgrading processing is needed;
the upgrade process includes: and detecting and acquiring different updating contents of the first electronic whiteboard conference system and other second electronic whiteboard conference systems, and upgrading the updating contents with longer updating time.

A method for managing compatibility of electronic whiteboard conference systems according to claim 3, wherein before said calling the corresponding processing function to convert the first data format with older version information into the second data format that can be supported by the electronic whiteboard conference system with newer version information, and modifying the relevant parameters of compatibility processing in the configuration file of one or more electronic whiteboard conference systems in all electronic whiteboard conference systems, further comprises:
generating comparison information according to the difference between version information and compatibility information of the first electronic whiteboard conference system and the second electronic whiteboard conference system; and acquiring a first data format with older version information and a corresponding configuration file according to the comparison information.

The method for managing compatibility of electronic whiteboard conference system according to claim 5, wherein said calling the corresponding processing function converts the older first data format of the version information into the newer second data format that can be supported by the electronic whiteboard conference system, specifically:
and calling an analysis function or writing a conversion function to convert the acquired first data format into a second data format which can be supported by the updated version number electronic whiteboard conference system.

The method for managing compatibility of electronic whiteboard conference system according to claim 6, wherein after said calling the corresponding processing function to convert the older first data format of the version information into the newer second data format that can be supported by the electronic whiteboard conference system, further comprising:
detecting input data of a first electronic whiteboard conference system and a second electronic whiteboard conference system which are input;
if the input data is an incompatible command or parameter, generating a compatible command or parameter sequence by filtering or degrading the command or the parameter;
if the input data is wrong or incomplete, generating a corresponding correct data sequence through correction processing; the correction process includes: error reporting, filtering or complementing.

The method for managing compatibility of electronic whiteboard conference systems according to claim 6, wherein the modifying the related parameters of compatibility processing in the configuration files of one or more electronic whiteboard conference systems in all electronic whiteboard conference systems to make the configuration file of the first electronic whiteboard conference system compatible with the configuration file of the second electronic whiteboard conference system is specifically:
adding or adjusting related parameters of compatibility processing in the acquired configuration file, and storing the modified parameters in a database of a corresponding electronic whiteboard conference system;
