本发明公开了一种既有砖砌墙体的加固结构及其施工方法,包括:既有墙体,所述既有墙体开设有多个穿孔;钢筋结构,包括两钢筋网片和拉结筋,两所述钢筋网片分别设置于所述既有墙体的相对两侧,所述拉结筋穿设于所述穿孔中,所述拉结筋拉结于两所述钢筋网片;砂浆层,浇筑于所述既有墙体的相对两侧且包覆于两所述钢筋网片;粘接层,涂覆于所述砂浆层的外侧;保温板,铺设于所述粘接层,所述保温板通过锚固件连接于所述既有墙体;饰面板,铺设于所述保温板的外侧。本发明解决了既有砖砌墙体拆除重建存在工程量大且成本高的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,具体涉及一种既有砖砌墙体的加固结构及其施工方法。
背景技术
砖砌体结构在我国有着悠久的发展历史,其已经构成了我国独特文化体系的一部分。伴随着人民居住水平的不断提高,房屋建筑的抗震性能、墙体保温要求也有了进一步提高。传统的做法将原有砖砌墙体拆除重建。传统做法存在工程量大且成本高的问题。

发明内容
为克服现有技术所存在的缺陷,现提供一种既有砖砌墙体的加固结构及其施工方法,以解决既有砖砌墙体拆除重建存在工程量大且成本高的问题。
为实现上述目的,提供一种既有砖砌墙体的加固结构,包括:
既有墙体,所述既有墙体开设有多个连通孔;
钢筋结构,包括两钢筋网片和拉结筋,两所述钢筋网片分别设置于所述既有墙体的相对两侧,所述拉结筋穿设于所述连通孔中,所述拉结筋拉结于两所述钢筋网片;
砂浆层,浇筑于所述既有墙体的相对两侧且包覆于两所述钢筋网片所述砂浆层的砂浆灌注于所述连通孔中且包覆有所述拉结筋;
粘接层,涂覆于所述砂浆层的外侧;
保温板,铺设于所述粘接层,所述保温板通过锚固件连接于所述既有墙体;
饰面板,铺设于所述保温板的外侧。
进一步的,所述钢筋网片包括多根横向钢筋和多根竖向钢筋,所述横向钢筋与所述竖向钢筋交叉设置。
进一步的,所述砂浆层为高强聚合物砂浆层。
进一步的,所述高强聚合物砂浆层的厚度为40mm。
进一步的,所述保温板包括:
相对设置的两防火板,两所述防火板之间形成夹持空间;
保温岩棉,嵌设于所述夹持空间中。
进一步的,所述饰面板为真石漆饰面板。
进一步的,所述饰面板包括拼接在一起的多个单元板块,相邻的单元板块之间形成拼接缝,所述拼接缝中填充有密封胶。
本发明提供一种既有砖砌墙体的加固结构的施工方法,包括以下步骤:
于既有墙体开设有多个连通孔;
于多个所述连通孔中穿设拉结筋;
于所述既有墙体的相对两侧分别设置钢筋网片;
将所述拉结筋的两端分别连接于两所述钢筋网片以形成钢筋结构;
于所述既有墙体的相对两侧浇筑砂浆层,所述砂浆层包覆于两所述钢筋网片;
于所述砂浆层的外侧涂覆粘接层;
将保温板铺设于所述粘接层,所述保温板通过锚固件连接于所述既有墙体;
于所述保温板的外侧铺设饰面板。
本发明的有益效果在于,本发明的既有砖砌墙体的加固结构,在原结构墙体的外部加固采用钢筋网片与砂浆层固结的方法,原结构墙体外侧钢筋网片通过拉结筋与内侧墙体钢筋网片拉结,进而使得砂浆层与原结构墙体牢牢的粘结在一起。本发明的既有砖砌墙体的加固结构,延长既有砖砌墙体的使用年限长,施工后平整度高,节能环保效果好,安装简便快,可节省大量施工工期,降低施工成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本申请作进一步的详细说明。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释相关发明,而非对该发明的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与发明相关的部分。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本申请。
参照图1和图2所示,本发明提供了一种既有砖砌墙体的加固结构,包括:既有墙体1、钢筋结构2、砂浆层3、粘接层4、保温板5、饰面板6。
具体的,在本实施例中,既有墙体1为370mm厚的普通烧结砖墙体。既有墙体1开设有多个连通孔。
钢筋结构2包括两钢筋网片21和拉结筋22。两钢筋网片21分别设置于既有墙体1的相对两侧。拉结筋22穿设于连通孔中。拉结筋22拉结于两钢筋网片21。
作为一种较佳的实施方式,钢筋网片21包括多根横向钢筋和多根竖向钢筋。横向钢筋与竖向钢筋交叉设置。
在本实施例中,横向钢筋垂直于竖向钢筋。
拉结筋、横向钢筋与竖向钢筋分别为直径6mm的钢筋。连通孔的内径尺寸是拉结筋的外径尺寸的10倍以上。
砂浆层3浇筑于既有墙体1的相对两侧且包覆于两钢筋网片21。砂浆层的砂浆首先灌注于连通孔中且包覆于拉结筋,后浇筑于既有墙体的相对两侧并包覆于钢筋网片。
多个连通孔呈矩阵式排布。在浇筑砂浆层后,于既有墙体的相对两侧形成砂浆层,而两侧的砂浆层则通过多个连通孔内的砂浆柱连接,进而将既有墙体包覆形成一个加固体。
在本实施例中,砂浆层3为高强聚合物砂浆层3。较佳的,高强聚合物砂浆层3的厚度为40mm。
具体的,高强聚合物砂浆层采用双组份高强聚合物砂浆。双组份高强聚合物砂浆由胶凝材料、骨料和有机聚合物搅拌而成。双组份高强聚合物砂浆可以使砂浆与基层的粘结强度更高,可以让砂浆变得更柔软。在安装保温板的锚固件时,为打孔工序,进而不容易对已经硬化的聚合物砂浆产生冲击和震动破坏现象。而且高强聚合物砂浆层还具有很好的粘结性、耐水性、高渗透性、抗裂性、耐老化性、抗冻融性能及耐酸碱性能,抗压强度高、固化迅速、收缩性低、绿色环保。
粘接层4涂覆于砂浆层3的外侧。
保温板5铺设于粘接层4。保温板5通过锚固件53连接于既有墙体1。
具体的,保温板5包括:防火板51和保温岩棉52。防火板为两片。
两片防火板51相对设置。两片防火板51之间形成夹持空间。保温岩棉52嵌设于夹持空间中。
饰面板6铺设于保温板5的外侧。
饰面板美观度高,使用年限长,受人工影响效果非常小,施工后平整度高,节能效果好。安装简便快,可节省大量施工工期,抗污性能高。
在本实施例中,饰面板6为真石漆饰面板6。具体的,饰面板6包括拼接在一起的多个单元板块。相邻的单元板块之间形成拼接缝。拼接缝中填充有密封胶。
本发明提供一种既有砖砌墙体的加固结构的施工方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:于既有墙体1开设有多个连通孔。
S2:于多个连通孔中穿设拉结筋22。
S3:于既有墙体1的相对两侧分别设置钢筋网片21。
S4:将拉结筋22的两端分别连接于两钢筋网片21以形成钢筋结构2。
S5:于既有墙体1的相对两侧浇筑砂浆层3,砂浆层3包覆于两钢筋网片21。
S6:于砂浆层3的外侧涂覆粘接层4。
S7:将保温板5铺设于粘接层4,保温板5通过锚固件连接于既有墙体1。
S8:于保温板5的外侧铺设饰面板6。
本发明的既有砖砌墙体的加固结构,在原结构墙体的外部加固采用钢筋网片与砂浆层固结的方法,原结构墙体外侧钢筋网片通过拉结筋与内侧墙体钢筋网片拉结,进而使得砂浆层与原结构墙体牢牢的粘结在一起。本发明的既有砖砌墙体的加固结构,延长既有砖砌墙体的使用年限长,施工后平整度高,节能环保效果好,安装简便快,可节省大量施工工期,降低施工成本。
本发明的既有砖砌墙体的加固结构,其中的保温板属于节能环保型材料,保温层的两侧是硅酸钙板,中间是保温岩棉板,最外侧是真石漆饰面,保温装饰一体板为工厂集中批量预制,其平整度相较现场喷涂更有保障,其锚固为粘贴锚固双保险的固定方式,极大提升板材的稳固性和耐久性。
本发明的既有砖砌墙体的加固结构,在既有墙体的两侧满铺钢筋网片,使得原建筑墙体增强了侧向刚度,也使得原墙得到封闭保护,进而使得既有砖砌墙体得到快速简易高效加固改造。

1.一种既有砖砌墙体的加固结构,其特征在于,包括:
既有墙体,所述既有墙体开设有多个连通孔;
钢筋结构,包括两钢筋网片和拉结筋,两所述钢筋网片分别设置于所述既有墙体的相对两侧,所述拉结筋穿设于所述连通孔中,所述拉结筋拉结于两所述钢筋网片;
砂浆层,浇筑于所述既有墙体的相对两侧且包覆于两所述钢筋网片所述砂浆层的砂浆灌注于所述连通孔中且包覆有所述拉结筋;
粘接层,涂覆于所述砂浆层的外侧;
保温板,铺设于所述粘接层,所述保温板通过锚固件连接于所述既有墙体;
饰面板,铺设于所述保温板的外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的既有砖砌墙体的加固结构,其特征在于,所述钢筋网片包括多根横向钢筋和多根竖向钢筋,所述横向钢筋与所述竖向钢筋交叉设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的既有砖砌墙体的加固结构,其特征在于,所述砂浆层为高强聚合物砂浆层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的既有砖砌墙体的加固结构,其特征在于,所述高强聚合物砂浆层的厚度为40mm。

于既有墙体开设有多个连通孔;

于所述既有墙体的相对两侧分别设置钢筋网片;
将所述拉结筋的两端分别连接于两所述钢筋网片以形成钢筋结构;
于所述既有墙体的相对两侧浇筑砂浆层,所述砂浆层包覆于两所述钢筋网片;
于所述砂浆层的外侧涂覆粘接层;
将保温板铺设于所述粘接层,所述保温板通过锚固件连接于所述既有墙体;
于所述保温板的外侧铺设饰面板。
