In some examples, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the ferrule 2 is formed by bending a core wire 2a of a metal material, and a wire 2b is provided on the core wire 2a; the core wire 2a can be made of shape memory alloy, so that the front end of the ferrule 2 can be automatically unfolded after leaving the tightening ring 3; the material of the core wire 2a may specifically be nickel-titanium alloy, for example, a plurality of nickel-titanium wires are woven or twisted to form the core wire 2a; the wire 2b is spirally wound around the core wire 2a along the length direction of the core wire 2a to form a spiral groove 2c; thus, the ferrule 2 has the characteristic of skid resistance, in some existing technologies, some polyps without pedicles, flat and poor in operation position are easy to slip off when snagging is carried out, so that normal operation of operation is affected, inconvenience is brought to medical staff, and some snares are inconvenient to quickly adjust the state of the self, and when a part of polyps is resected, some snares cannot be quickly restored, so that operation efficiency is affected. Therefore, the ferrule 2 with the spiral wound wire 2b can perfectly solve the technical problems, because the spiral wound wire 2b not only can make the ferrule 2 have the anti-slip characteristic when the polyp is sleeved, the sleeve hole 211 in the sleeve portion 21 is beneficial to successfully sleeve some sessile, flat and poor-operative polyps, but also can increase the friction force between the ferrule 2 and the tightening ring 3, reduce or avoid the occurrence of the phenomenon that the ferrule 2 slips off the pathological tissues, and can also improve the restoring force of the ferrule 2, so that the sleeve portion 21 can be quickly restored when leaving the tightening ring 3.
In some examples, the inner peripheral wall of the tightening ring 3 is provided with the anti-slip teeth 31 for being embedded in the spiral groove 2c, the material of the anti-slip teeth 31 is consistent with that of the tightening ring 3, the tightening effect of the tightening ring 3 on the snare portion 21 for ligating human tissues can be greatly increased, loosening of the snare portion 21 after ligating human tissues is avoided, the anti-slip teeth 31 can also be a barb structure gradually inclined towards the axis of the tightening ring 3 from front to back, so as to cause further obstruction to the snare portion 21 moving forwards away from the tightening ring 3, and loosening caused by forward movement of the snare portion 21 after ligating human tissues is avoided; specifically, one end of the anti-slip tooth 31 is a fixed end fixedly connected with or integrally formed with the inner peripheral wall of the winding ring 3, the other end is a free end, and an included angle between a connecting line between the central point of the free end and the central point of the fixed end and the axis of the winding ring 2 is an acute angle, and the range of the acute angle is preferably 10 ° -45 °.
In some examples, the wire 2b is a stainless steel wire with a relatively good elastic capability, which on the one hand can increase the strength of the ferrule 2 and also increase the restoring force of the ferrule 2 and increase the restoring speed of the snare portion 21 when leaving the tightening ring 3.
The above-described tightening of the detachable snare operates as follows:
1) As shown in fig. 1 and 2, before the endoscope is inserted, during the test, the tightening ring 3 is not assembled on the ferrule 2, the handle assembly 6 drives the guy rope 4 to move back and forth, so that the ferrule 2 is pulled into or pushed out of the outer tube 1, the ferrule 2 generates a closing action when being pulled into the outer tube 1, and the ferrule 2 generates a unfolding action when being pushed out of the outer tube 1, so that no adverse condition is confirmed;
2) After the test is completed, as shown in fig. 2, the tightening ring 3 is sleeved from the front end of the ferrule 2, the tightening ring 3 is sleeved on the ferrule 2, at this time, most of the ferrule 2 is positioned at the front end of the tightening ring 3 and is in an unfolding state, then the snare part 21 is pinched by hands to enter a forceps channel hole of an endoscope, after the snare part passes through the forceps channel hole, the snare part 21 is unfolded, particularly, the ferrule made of shape memory alloy has a memory property, and the snare part 21 can be naturally unfolded in a preset state;
3) The movable handle assembly 6 drives the snare part 21 to move to the lesion tissue, the snare part 21 is sleeved on the lesion tissue, the slip ring 62 is operated to tighten the snare 2 at a certain speed, the pull rope 4 pulls the snare 2 to move backwards, and the tightening ring 3 is propped against the outer tube 1 to be kept still in the backward moving process of the snare 2, so that the snare part 21 of the snare 2 gradually enters the tightening ring 3;
4) When the snare portion 21 is tightened, the tightening ring 3 holds the snare 2 tightly so as to prevent the snare portion 21 from loosening after being sleeved on the pathological tissue, and an assistant confirms the hardness and the thickness of the pathological tissue and transmits the hardness and the thickness to an operator;
5) After confirming that the tightening ring 3 is tightened to the collar 2 so that the collar 2 is tightened to the lesion tissue, the handle assembly 6 is rotated and the screwed front tube 51 and rear tube 52 are disconnected from each other as shown in fig. 4 and 6;
6) Withdrawing the outer tube 1, the inhaul cable 4, the rear tube 52 and the like from the forceps channel hole, and reserving the tightening ring 3, the ferrule 2 and the front tube 51, wherein the tightening ring 3 forces the ferrule 2 to be tightened on pathological tissues;
7) At this time, when the lesion tissue is cannulated by the collar 2, a forceps hole is left, and the operator can insert other instruments (for example, biopsy forceps, an injection needle, a mucous membrane incision knife, etc.) from the forceps hole to perform the operation; tissue remaining in the body, the cinch ring 3, the collar 2 and the front tube 51 can be removed with the biopsy forceps, sampling forceps.
It should be noted that the handle assembly 6 may also be provided with a high frequency electrical interface, which may be electrically connected to the ferrule 2 via the front and rear tubes 51, 52, and which may be electrically cut, coagulated, etc. the diseased tissue if electrical cutting is desired.
The above-described preferred embodiments according to the present invention are intended to suggest that, from the above description, various changes and modifications can be made by the worker in question without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention.
