Abstract
The invention provides a directional beam-converging device and a method for cigarette thin slices, wherein the device comprises the following components: a guiding device and a shredding roll; the guiding device is arranged between the shredding roller and the tobacco pipe and is used for changing the arrangement position between the sheet filaments cut by the shredding roller so as to guide the sheet filaments to form a set conveying shape, so that the sheet filaments are guided to be conveyed in a specific arrangement mode and are guided to a specific position of the sheet base rod. The second guide structure 18 maintains substantially the same three-level structure of a cylinder, thin sheet wire, fixed-position ring of guide shape from inside to outside as the first guide structure 21. The perfuming means 17 and the flakes pass through the guide and the outer ring from the inside in the same direction (the second stage guide structure may be similar to the first stage guide structure), the pipes for perfume delivery and the flakes advance in the same direction, the flakes are wound round the guide structure from top to bottom, while the pipes can pass under the flakes from the middle of the guide structure, perfuming the flakes internally at the stage of their exiting the second stage guide structure ending. The sheet filaments are wound around a tobacco pipe 14 to form a sheet base rod 15.
The apparatus further comprises: a perfuming means 17; the perfuming means 17 may optionally be arranged before, in or after the guiding means to spray-perfume the filaments during their transport.
