Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings. Elements common to the drawings are denoted by the same reference numerals, and repetitive description thereof will be omitted.
Embodiments are described.
1. Structure of elevator device according to embodiment
Fig. 1 is a diagram showing an example of an elevator apparatus according to the embodiment. Fig. 2 is a view of the elevator apparatus as seen from the A-A direction of fig. 1. The elevator apparatus includes a car 1 and a counterweight 2. The car 1 connects a plurality of panel members to each other to form an interior space. The car 1 moves up and down in the hoistway 3. The counterweight 2 moves up and down on the rear surface side of the car 1 in the hoistway 3. The car 1 and the counterweight 2 are suspended from the hoistway 3 by the main ropes 4.
The main rope 4 is wound around a drive sheave 6 of the hoisting machine 5. When the drive sheave 6 rotates, the main rope 4 moves in a direction corresponding to the direction in which the drive sheave 6 rotates. The car 1 is raised or lowered depending on the direction in which the main ropes 4 are moved. The movement of the car 1 is guided by guide rails 9.
The guide rail 9 is provided in a straight line in the vertical direction. The guide rail 9 is disposed from the pit 3a of the hoistway 3 to the top of the hoistway 3. The pit 3a is a space formed below the lowermost landing 10 in the hoistway 3. The car 1 is disposed between 2 guide rails 9.
The counterweight 2 includes a rectangular frame 20 and a counterweight piece 24 disposed in the frame of the rectangular frame 20. The counterweight 2 moves in a direction opposite to the direction in which the car 1 moves in the hoistway 3 on the rear side of the car 1. The movement of the counterweight 2 is guided by the guide rails 14.
The guide rail 14 is provided in a straight line in the vertical direction. The guide rail 14 is disposed from the pit 3a of the hoistway 3 to the top of the hoistway 3. The counterweight 2 is arranged between 2 guide rails 14.
The counterweight 2 includes, for example, guide shoes 22. The 4 guide shoes 22 are fixed to both ends of the rectangular frame 20 on the upper end side and both ends of the rectangular frame on the lower end side so as to be slidably engaged with the guide rail 14.
In this way, the car 1 and the counterweight 2 are suspended by the main ropes 4 in a bucket shape that moves up and down in opposite directions in the hoistway 3. That is, the main ropes 4 suspend the car 1 and the counterweight 2 in a 1:1 roping manner in the hoistway 3. The car 1 and the counterweight 2 may be suspended by a plurality of main ropes 4. In the elevator apparatus of the present embodiment, 3 main ropes 4 are used.
The compensating rope 30 is a rope for correcting unbalance between the weight of the car 1 and the weight of the counterweight 2 when viewed from the hoisting machine 5. One end of the compensating rope 30 is connected to the lower part of the car 1. The compensating rope 30 is suspended from the car 1. A compensating sheave 32 is rotatably provided in the pit 3a of the hoistway 3. The compensating rope 30 is reeled around the compensating sheave 32.
The other end portion of the compensation rope 30 is connected to the mounting portion 26 of the counterweight 2 via a compensation rope head rod 34. I.e. the compensating ropes 30 are suspended from the counterweight 2. The mounting portion 26 is a member mounted so as to be bridged between the right and left side members 20a of the rectangular frame 20. An end of the compensation rope 30 is fixedly connected to one end side of the compensation rope head rod 34.
Fig. 3 is a partial enlarged view of the portion B of fig. 2. The mounting portion 26 in fig. 3 is shown as a cross-section cut through a plane containing the central axis of the compensating rope nose bar 34. The mounting portion 26 is provided with a through hole 26a for passing the compensating rope head rod 34. The other end side of the compensating rope head rod 34 is inserted into the through hole 26a from the lower side, and the adjustment nut 36 and the fixing nut 38 are fastened from the upper side of the mounting portion 26. The adjusting nut 36 is used to adjust the suspension length of the compensating rope 30, i.e. the clearance between the compensating sheave 32 and the floor surface of the pit 3 a. The gap between the compensating sheave 32 and the floor surface of the pit 3a becomes large when the adjustment nut 36 is tightened, and becomes small when the adjustment nut 36 is loosened. The fixing nut 38 is a nut for adjusting the rotation stop of the nut 36.
2. Structure of Compensation rope Pull-up device of embodiments
The main ropes 4 and the compensating ropes 30 of the elevator are elongated with time. As the main rope 4 and the compensating rope 30 are extended, the position of the compensating sheave 32 is lowered. In order to secure a clearance between the lower portion of the compensating sheave 32 and the floor surface of the pit 3a, the adjustment nut 36 of the compensating rope head rod 34 is periodically tightened.
Here, the compensating rope head rod 34 bears the weight of the compensating rope 30 and the compensating pulley 32. Therefore, the operation of tightening the adjustment nut 36 requires labor, and there is a possibility that the thread of the compensation rope head rod 34 may be damaged.
The compensating rope pulling-up device of the present embodiment pulls up the compensating rope 30 during such tightening operation. Fig. 4 is a diagram showing a state in which the compensating rope pulling-up device of the present embodiment is attached. The compensating rope pull-up device is provided with a connecting means 40, a crane 50, a rope 54 and a U-ring 56.
The connecting tool 40 is a tool connected to the front end of the compensating rope head 34. Fig. 5 is a diagram for explaining the structure of the connection tool. The connecting tool 40 includes a main body 42, a high nut 44, and a fixing nut 46. A threaded portion 42a having the same nominal diameter and pitch as those of the compensating rope head rod 34 is formed on the front end side of the main body portion 42. A hooking portion 42b is formed on the distal end side of the main body portion 42. The hooking portion 42b has a circular hole formed in the center of the circular outer shape. The high nut 44 as a nut portion is screwed with the screw portion 42a at one end side and the compensating rope head rod 34 at the other end side, thereby connecting the main body portion 42 and the compensating rope head rod 34. The dimension of the high nut 44 is, for example, m16×50mm. The screw portion 42a is marked with a mark 42c indicating a reference of the appropriate position of the high nut 44. Typically, the mark 42c is a line mark. The fixing nut 46 is a rotation-stopping nut for the high nut 44.
The hooking portion 42b of the connection tool 40 is connected to the hook of the crane 50 via the U-ring 52. The crane 50 is a tool for pulling up an object. Typically, the crane 50 is a chain block. The driving method of the crane 50 is not limited. For example, the crane 50 may be of an electric type or a manual type.
The crane 50 is suspended above the connection tool 40 by 2 ropes 54. The rope 54 is, for example, a metal endless steel wire rope. Alternatively, the rope 54 may be a wire rope having loops formed at both ends thereof. A plurality of holes 20b for mounting holding members for restraining the upper portion of the counterweight 24 are provided in the height direction in the right and left side members 20a of the rectangular frame 20. Typically, one end of the 2 ropes 54 is connected to the left and right holes 20b of the rectangular frame 20 via U-rings 56, respectively. The other ends of the 2 ropes 54 are hooked to the body hooks of the crane 50, respectively. Thereby, the crane 50 is suspended at the right and left centers of the rectangular frame 20 and above the connection tool 40. When the connection tool 40 is pulled up by the crane 50 in such a connected state, the compensation rope head rod 34 is pulled up. Accordingly, since the axial load is not applied to the adjustment nut 36, the operation of tightening the adjustment nut 36 can be easily performed.
3. Step of the pulling-up operation using a compensating rope pulling-up device
Next, the steps of the method for pulling up the compensating rope 30 using the compensating rope pulling-up device of the embodiment will be described in detail. Hereinafter, the operation of pulling up the center compensating rope 30 out of the 3 compensating ropes 30 will be illustrated, and the left and right compensating ropes 30 are also the same.
The preparation process comprises the following steps: disassembling process of locking piece
When the elevator apparatus is equipped with a safety device called a lock for suppressing the jump-up of the compensating sheave 32, the operator removes the lock as a preparation in advance.
A first procedure: mounting step of crane 50
In the first step of the work, the worker fixes one ends of the loops of the 2 ropes 54 to the left and right holes 20b of the rectangular frame 20 using the U-shaped loops 56. At this time, the operator selects the hole 20b in which the crane 50 suspended from the rope 54 can be disposed above the connecting tool 40 mounted in the subsequent step. The operator hooks the other end of the loop of 2 ropes 54 to the main body hook of the crane 50. Thereby, the crane 50 is suspended above the connection tool 40 by the 2 ropes 54.
And a second step of: mounting process of the connection tool 40
In the second step of the operation, the operator fixes the connection tool 40 to the tip end of the compensating rope head rod 34. Fig. 6 and 7 are views for explaining the attachment process of the connection tool, and are partial enlarged views obtained by enlarging the portion B in fig. 2. The operator removes a cotter pin, not shown, attached to the compensating rope head rod 34. Next, as shown in fig. 6, the worker sequentially screws the fixing nut 46 and the high nut 44 to the screw portion 42a of the main body 42, and exposes the distal end portion of the screw portion 42a to the outside. Then, the operator brings the tip end of the threaded portion 42a of the connecting tool 40 into close contact with the tip end of the compensating rope head rod 34.
Next, as shown in fig. 7, the operator rotates the high nut 44 in the removal direction until the mark 42c is exposed. The operator then secures the high nut 44 by the securing nut 46.
And a third step of: pulling-up process of compensating rope 30
In the third step of the operation, the operator pulls up the compensating rope head lever 34 and the compensating rope 30. Fig. 8 and 9 are diagrams for explaining a step of pulling up the compensation rope, and are partial enlarged views obtained by enlarging a portion B in fig. 2. The operator attaches a rotation stopper, not shown, to the compensating rope head rod 34 so that the compensating rope head rod 34 does not rotate when the compensating rope 30 is pulled up. The kind of the rotation stopping device is not limited. Next, the worker attaches the U-ring 52 to the hooking portion 42b of the connecting tool 40. The worker then hooks the hook 50a of the crane 50 onto the clevis 52.
Next, as shown in fig. 8, the worker operates the crane 50 to lift the hook 50a. Thereby, the compensating rope head lever 34 and the compensating rope 30 are pulled up. The pull-up amount is a pull-up amount for setting the gap between the compensating sheave 32 and the floor surface of the pit 3a to a predetermined value. Next, as shown in fig. 9, the operator, after loosening the fixing nut 38 and tightening the adjustment nut 36, again tightens the fixing nut 38. Next, the worker removes the hook 50a of the crane 50 from the U-ring 52. Then, the worker removes the connection tool 40 in the reverse order of the second process.
The worker performs the operations of the second step and the third step on all of the plurality of compensation ropes 30. Then, the worker attaches the cotter pin to the compensation rope head rod 34 after tightening the fixing nut 38. Next, the operator checks whether or not the tension of the plurality of compensating ropes 30 is deviated. And finally, installing the locking piece by an operator to finish the pull-up operation.
4. Action and effect of compensating rope pull-up device
According to the above-described compensating rope pulling-up device and pulling-up method, the following actions and effects can be obtained.
Since the adjustment nut 36 is tightened in a state where the compensation rope is pulled up, the labor of the operator can be reduced and the thread of the compensation rope head lever 34 can be protected.
Since the screw portion 42a of the connecting tool 40 is marked with the mark 42c indicating the reference of the proper position of the high nut 44, workability is improved. Further, since the fixing nut 46 is attached to the connecting tool 40, the high nut 44 can be prevented from being accidentally detached from the screw portion 42a.
Since the hooking portion 42b has a circular hole formed in the center of the circular outer shape, the angle of the U-ring 52 with respect to the hooking portion 42b can be freely changed. Thus, even the compensating rope head 34 located at a position deviated from the position immediately below the crane 50 can be pulled up without any problem.
Since the crane 50 is fixed to the right and left stringers 20a of the rectangular frame 20 by the ropes 54, the crane 50 can be prevented from being swung in the right and left direction.
The fixing of the rope 54 to the rectangular frame 20 uses the hole 20b for fixing the counterweight 24, and therefore the rope 54 can be easily and firmly attached.
5. Modification of the Compensation rope Pull-up device
The compensating rope pulling-up device of the embodiment may also be deformed as follows.
The high nut 44 may be fixed to the front end portion of the main body 42 by welding or the like. In this case, the operator may rotate the connecting tool 40 itself to screw the high nut 44 into engagement with the tip end of the compensating rope head rod 34. With this structure, the connection tool 40 does not require the structure of the thread of the threaded portion 42a and the fixing nut 46.
The installation position of the rope 54 is not limited to the side member 20b of the rectangular frame 20. That is, the rope 54 may be a position at which the crane 50 can be suspended, and may be, for example, an upper beam of the rectangular frame 20.
The compensating rope pulling-up device may also use a plurality of connecting means 40 simultaneously, pulling up a plurality of compensating ropes 30 simultaneously. In this case, the plurality of connection tools 40 may be hooked to the hook 50a of the crane 50 via the grommets 52.
