Abstract
The invention relates to a high-voltage protection device of a power system, in particular to an outdoor closed zero-sequence current transformer. The device comprises a bottom plate and a secondary insulator arranged on the bottom plate, wherein the secondary insulator is of an annular structure with a primary bus port in the center, a secondary junction box is arranged at the bottom of the front end of the secondary insulator, and the secondary junction box and the secondary insulator are integrally cast by epoxy resin; an annular iron core and a secondary winding wound on the annular iron core are sealed in the secondary insulator; the secondary junction box is internally provided with a secondary junction terminal. The invention adopts a closed structure, is firm and reliable and has stable performance; the secondary junction box and the secondary insulator are cast together, so that the secondary junction box has enough sealing performance, and is dustproof, anti-electricity-theft and waterproof.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a high-voltage protection device of a power system, in particular to an outdoor closed zero-sequence current transformer.
Background
With the high-speed increase of the power consumption of China, the capacity-increasing transformation and new construction of substations of 10kV and below, the current transformers matched with the power consumption are also used in a large scale, and especially the demands on outdoor zero-sequence current transformers are increasing. However, most zero sequence current transformers in the current market have the problems of poor sealing performance, easy water seepage, easy electricity stealing, electric leakage, poor safety and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention aims to provide an outdoor closed zero sequence current transformer so as to solve the complex problems of easiness in water seepage, easiness in electricity stealing, easiness in electricity leakage and the like of the secondary end of an outdoor bus type current transformer of the existing power system.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an outdoor closed zero sequence current transformer comprises a bottom plate and a secondary insulator arranged on the bottom plate, wherein the secondary insulator is of an annular structure with a primary bus opening in the center, a secondary junction box is arranged at the bottom of the front end of the secondary insulator, and the secondary junction box and the secondary insulator are integrally cast by epoxy resin;
an annular iron core and a secondary winding wound on the annular iron core are sealed in the secondary insulator; the secondary junction box is internally provided with a secondary junction terminal.
And the lower end of the side part of the secondary insulator is provided with a grounding bolt.
And a secondary winding bracket which is positioned below the secondary winding and used for supporting the secondary winding is arranged in the secondary insulator in a sealing way, and the secondary winding bracket is connected with the bottom plate.
The front end of the secondary junction box is provided with a secondary white steel label, and the side wall of the secondary junction box is provided with a waterproof joint.
The bottom plate is of a rectangular structure, a protrusion is arranged at the center of the bottom plate upwards, and the secondary insulator is arranged on the protrusion; and mounting holes are formed in two sides of the bottom plate.
The invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:

As shown in fig. 1-3, the outdoor closed zero-sequence current transformer provided by the invention comprises a bottom plate 4 and a secondary insulator 5 arranged on the bottom plate 4, wherein the secondary insulator 5 is of an annular structure with a primary bus port 7 in the center, a secondary junction box 3 is arranged at the bottom of the front end of the secondary insulator 5, and the secondary junction box 3 and the secondary insulator 5 are cast into an integrated structure by adopting epoxy resin; the secondary insulator 5 is internally provided with an annular iron core 1 and a secondary winding 2 wound on the annular iron core 1 in a sealing way; the secondary terminal block 3 is provided with a secondary terminal 12.
Further, the side lower end of the secondary insulator 5 is provided with a ground bolt 9.
As shown in fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, a secondary winding bracket 6 is further enclosed in the secondary insulator 5 and located below the secondary winding 2, and is used for supporting the secondary winding 2, and the secondary winding bracket 6 is connected with the bottom plate 4.
Further, a secondary white steel label 11 is arranged at the front end of the secondary junction box 3, and a waterproof joint 10 is arranged on the side wall of the secondary junction box 3.
In the embodiment of the invention, the bottom plate 4 is of a rectangular structure, a bulge is arranged at the central position upwards, and the secondary insulator 5 is arranged on the bulge; the both sides of bottom plate 4 are equipped with mounting hole 8, and the installation of the product of being convenient for is fixed.

The bottom plate 4 is fixed on the bottom surface of the secondary insulator 5 by bolts, and the secondary white steel label 11 is fixed above the secondary junction box after the completion; a waterproof connector 10 is provided on the left side of the secondary terminal box 3. A ground bolt 9 is provided on the left side surface of the secondary insulator 5. The primary bus port 7 is a transition port of a primary high-voltage bus cable, and when in actual installation and use, the primary high-voltage bus cable passes through the primary bus port 7, then the transformer is installed, and the transformer bottom plate 4 is fixed at a required installation position by using bolts and nuts, so that the electrical and mechanical connection of a high-voltage circuit is completed; and then the electric and mechanical connection of the secondary cable is carried out, the secondary cable is connected with a secondary connection terminal 12 through a waterproof connector 10, and finally the secondary white steel label 11 in front of the secondary connection box 3 is installed, so that the installation is finished, and finally, the product is ensured to have a good current protection function.
The outdoor closed zero sequence current transformer provided by the invention is a new product designed completely according to the national standard, adopts a ring-shaped rolled iron core, utilizes the electromagnetic conversion principle to enable secondary current to accurately reflect the change condition of primary current protection, and transmits the secondary current to a secondary control or protection device, so that the product is directly installed in an outdoor power system of 10kV or below for relay protection.
The invention has the advantages of small volume, light weight, simple installation and disassembly and convenient maintenance; the insulating material adopts a high-temperature resistant, ageing resistant and dustproof epoxy resin full casting mode, and has the characteristic of long service life; the closed structure of the transformer is firm and reliable and has stable performance; the invention adopts the epoxy resin vacuum casting technology to cast the secondary junction box and the secondary insulator into an integrated closed structure, ensures that the secondary junction box has enough sealing performance, is dustproof, anti-electricity-theft and waterproof, and has the advantages of safe and reliable formation, stable insulation, impact vibration resistance, long maintenance period, quick installation and convenient disassembly.
