Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of current transformer manufacturing, and particularly relates to an integrated injection silicone rubber composite insulation outdoor current transformer. The transformer comprises an insulator, an iron core sealed in the insulator, and a primary winding and a secondary winding wound on the iron core, wherein the top of the insulator is provided with two primary wiring terminals connected with the primary winding, and each primary wiring terminal is of a plate-shaped structure with a mounting hole; a secondary wiring terminal is arranged on the side surface of the lower part of the insulator; the insulator comprises an epoxy resin insulator and a silicone rubber layer arranged outside the epoxy resin insulator. The invention adopts the integrated injection silicone rubber for curing and molding, has shorter curing time than the traditional adhesive silicone rubber sleeve, shortens the period, has high production efficiency, saves adhesive materials, has low production cost and can be suitable for mass flow line production.

Background
An outdoor current transformer is a device for measuring current, electric energy or relay protection in a power system. At present, outdoor current transformers used in power systems: one current transformer is insulated by oil paper and a magnetic bottle, has the defects of large volume, oil leakage, easy pollution flashover, low dynamic-thermal stable current and the like, further needs to be specially maintained and overhauled regularly, and has short service life; the other is a current transformer insulated by adopting common epoxy resin, which solves the problems of large volume, no oiling and low dynamic-thermal stable current, but does not solve the problems of ultraviolet resistance, wind erosion resistance and maintenance free; the problems are always the difficult problems which disturb the maintainers of the electric power system, and are also the problems which are urgently solved in the transformation and development of the outdoor current transformer of the electric power system. Therefore, at present, there is an urgent need to develop an integrated injection silicone rubber composite insulation outdoor current transformer which has the advantages of small volume, compact structure, stable insulation, small partial discharge, rain and pollution flashover resistance and convenient assembly and disassembly.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an integrated injection silicone rubber composite insulation outdoor dry-type current transformer, aiming at solving the defects of large volume, oil leakage, pollution flashover easiness, low dynamic-thermal stable current, ultraviolet wind erosion resistance, complex maintenance and overhaul, short service life and the like of the existing outdoor current transformer of an electric power system.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
an integrated injection silicone rubber composite insulation outdoor current transformer comprises an insulator, an iron core sealed in the insulator, and a primary winding and a secondary winding wound on the iron core, wherein the top of the insulator is provided with two primary connecting terminals connected with the primary winding, and the primary connecting terminals are of a plate-shaped structure with mounting holes; a secondary wiring terminal is arranged on the side face of the lower part of the insulator; the insulator comprises an epoxy resin insulator and a silicone rubber layer arranged on the outer side of the epoxy resin insulator.
The two primary wiring terminals are vertically arranged and are parallel to each other.
And the root of the primary wiring terminal is provided with an insulating boss along the circumferential direction.
The part of the insulator for encapsulating the primary winding is a high-voltage insulator, and main umbrella skirts which are uniformly distributed are arranged on the outer surface of a silicon rubber layer of the high-voltage insulator.
The top of the high-voltage insulator is provided with an insulation boss for encapsulating the primary lead, and the outer surface of the silicon rubber layer of the insulation boss is provided with secondary sheds which are uniformly distributed.
The part of the insulator for wrapping the secondary winding is a low-voltage insulator, a secondary wiring box is arranged on the side face of the lower part of the low-voltage insulator, and the secondary wiring terminal is accommodated in the secondary wiring box.
And an electronic marking and detecting clamping groove is arranged on the outer side of the low-voltage insulator and is positioned between the secondary junction box and the main umbrella skirt.
The secondary junction box and the epoxy resin insulator on the inner side of the insulator are cast into an integral structure.

As shown in fig. 1-3, the integrated injection silicone rubber composite insulation outdoor current transformer provided by the invention comprises an insulator, an iron core 1 sealed in the insulator, and a primary winding 2 and a secondary winding 3 wound on the iron core 1, wherein two primary connection terminals 4 connected with the primary winding 2 are arranged at the top of the insulator, and the primary connection terminals 4 are of a plate-shaped structure with mounting holes; a secondary wiring terminal is arranged on the side surface of the lower part of the insulator; the insulator comprises an epoxy resin insulator 8 and a silicone rubber layer 12 arranged outside the epoxy resin insulator 8. The epoxy resin insulator 8 is an integral structure formed by vacuum casting of epoxy resin, and the silicone rubber layer 12 is formed by curing injection silicone rubber in a mold. The bottom of insulator is equipped with base 6, is equipped with rings on base 6.
Further, two primary connecting terminal 4 are vertical and parallel to each other, and the root of primary connecting terminal 4 is equipped with insulating boss 7 along circumference.

The manufacturing process of the invention is as follows:
the secondary winding 3 is uniformly wound on the annular iron core 1, and after auxiliary binding of an insulating material is facilitated, the primary winding 2 is wound by using a special tool and is insulated and buffered to be bound, so that a coil body with a primary wiring terminal 4, the primary winding 2 and the secondary winding 3 is formed; fixing the secondary winding 3 on a mould, fixing the primary winding 2 on the mould by adopting a primary wiring terminal 4, adjusting the distance, then using epoxy resin to carry out vacuum pouring, curing and injecting silicon rubber 12 for composite insulation, then forming an integrated structure consisting of the primary wiring terminal 4, a high-voltage insulator 13, a low-voltage insulator 10 and a secondary wiring box 5, integrally installing the integrated structure on a base 6 with a hanging ring, and finally installing an electronic mark inspection clamping groove 11.
In the embodiment of the invention, the primary wiring terminal 4 is of two vertical plate-shaped structures with mounting holes, is arranged in an outdoor environment and can be conveniently and reliably arranged with a plate-shaped bus terminal row; the insulating boss 7 which is formed in one step is designed around the root of the primary wiring terminal 4, so that the phenomenon that the metering precision is influenced because a short circuit channel of the wiring terminal is formed by rainwater and conductive dirt when the mutual inductor operates normally can be effectively avoided; the uniform main umbrella skirt 9 is distributed on the high-voltage insulator 13 for encapsulating the primary winding 2, so that the creepage distance on the surface of the mutual inductor can be effectively increased, the insulation level is increased, and the pollution flashover voltage is prevented. The secondary junction box 5 is integrally cast with the low-voltage insulator 10 for encapsulating the secondary winding and is positioned at the lower part or the right lower part of the side of the low-voltage insulator 10 for encapsulating the secondary winding 3, so that the sealing of the secondary wiring terminal can be effectively ensured, and short circuit and corrosion caused by wetting by rain can be avoided. An electronic mark clamping groove 11 is arranged on the outer side of a low-voltage insulator 10 for encapsulating the secondary winding and is positioned between the secondary junction box 5 and the main umbrella skirt 9 so as to place an electronic mark inspection and prolong the service life of the product label under severe environment.
The integrated injection silicon rubber composite insulation outdoor current transformer is a new product designed completely according to national standards, adopts a rolled iron new product, utilizes an electromagnetic conversion principle, enables a secondary current to accurately reflect the change condition of a measured primary current and transmits the change condition to a secondary metering and controlling device; the product is directly installed in a power line and used for current and electric energy measurement and relay protection.
The invention is formed by compounding and insulating epoxy resin and injected silicon rubber, has small volume, pollution flashover resistance, high dynamic and thermal stability current, ultraviolet wind erosion resistance, long maintenance period and long service life, and can be widely used for newly added circuits or modified circuits in the outdoor of a power system.
