Claims (10)

1. A warehouse order processing method, comprising:
processing a plurality of initial order heads according to the goods characteristic information in the order details and generating a plurality of order heads, wherein the order heads comprise distribution information;
screening and classifying the plurality of order heads into a plurality of order type groups according to different preset article screening conditions, wherein each order type group comprises a plurality of order heads under the same preset article screening condition;
forming a plurality of order distribution groups for each order type group according to different distribution information, wherein the same order distribution group comprises a plurality of order heads of the same distribution information under the same preset goods screening condition;
and screening and generating a plurality of wave orders in a plurality of order type groups and a plurality of order distribution groups according to different types of ex-warehouse preparation information.
2. A method of processing a warehouse order as set forth in claim 1, wherein said processing a plurality of initial order heads based on the item characteristic information in the order details and generating a plurality of order heads comprises:
receiving or creating the orders;
configuring in an article characteristic information template according to the article characteristic information in each order to generate a character string of the corresponding article characteristic information;
and adding the character strings of the goods characteristic information into the corresponding order heads of the orders, and updating the order heads of the orders.
3. A method of processing a warehouse order as claimed in claim 2, wherein,
the different preset goods screening conditions comprise any one or more of single goods, multiple goods and custom screening conditions.
4. A warehouse order processing method as claimed in claim 3, wherein after said adding said character string of said item characteristic information to the corresponding order header of said plurality of orders, updating the order header of said plurality of orders, further comprising:
modifying the varieties and/or the quantity of the goods in the preset goods screening conditions by modifying the input signals;
and modifying the custom screening conditions in the preset goods screening conditions by modifying the input signals.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of selecting among the plurality of order types and the plurality of order delivery groups to generate the plurality of wave orders based on the different types of ex-warehouse preparation information further comprises:
after each time of generating the wave order, designating a wave main table for each wave order, wherein each wave main table comprises wave ex-warehouse operation information;
and each wave order completes subsequent in-store operation according to the respective wave order main table.
6. A warehouse order processing system, comprising:
the processing module is used for processing a plurality of initial order heads according to the goods characteristic information in the order details and generating a plurality of order heads, wherein the order heads comprise distribution information;
the screening module is used for screening and classifying the order heads into a plurality of order type groups according to different preset goods screening conditions, and each order type group comprises a plurality of order heads under the same preset goods screening conditions;
the grouping module is used for grouping the order type components into a plurality of order distribution groups according to different distribution information, wherein the same order distribution group comprises a plurality of order heads of the same distribution information under the same preset goods screening condition;
the screening module is further used for screening and generating a plurality of wave orders in a plurality of order type groups and a plurality of order distribution groups according to the different types of ex-warehouse preparation information.
7. A warehouse order processing system as claimed in claim 6, wherein,
the processing module comprises a characteristic information template sub-module and is used for receiving or creating the orders, and configuring the characteristic information in the characteristic information template according to the characteristic information of the goods in each order to generate a character string of the corresponding characteristic information of the goods; and adding the character strings of the goods characteristic information into the corresponding order heads of the orders, and updating the order heads of the orders.
8. A warehouse order processing system as claimed in claim 7, wherein,
the screening module further comprises a screening condition modification sub-module for modifying the varieties and/or the quantity of goods in the preset goods screening conditions by modifying the input signals; and modifying the custom screening conditions in the preset goods screening conditions by modifying the input signals.
9. A warehouse order processing system as claimed in claim 8, wherein,
the screening module further comprises a wave order main table sub-module, wherein each wave order is assigned with a wave order main table after each wave order is generated, and each wave order main table contains wave order ex-warehouse operation information; and each wave order completes subsequent in-store operation according to the respective wave order main table.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, characterized by: the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a warehouse order processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
