Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description below:
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a polyamide-containing elastomer includes a cushion member 1, a support member 2, and a bone member group 3; the buffer member 1 is fixed on the support member 2; the thickness of the buffer piece 1 is 0.2-0.7cm; the thickness of the support 2 is 0.3-0.8cm; the bone piece group 3 comprises a plurality of bone pieces 31 with sequentially increasing lengths; the bone piece group 3 is at least two groups; every two bone piece groups 3 are axisymmetric; bone members 31 extend into support member 2 from the interface of support member 2 and cushioning member 1 (as shown in fig. 1), or extend through cushioning member 1 from the surface of cushioning member 1 and into support member 2 (as shown in fig. 2); the bone piece 31 is a metal ion bone piece 31; the metal ion is at least one of cobalt ion, silver ion and copper ion; the included angle between the bone piece 31 and the plane of the supporting piece 2 is 60-80 degrees; the main component of the buffer piece 1 is at least one of polyvinyl chloride, polyester polyurethane and 50% glass fiber reinforced polyaramid; the main component of the support 2 is polyamide PA66.
In considering the anti-collision and cushioning properties of an elastomer for use under water, it is first of all necessary to realize the difference between the pressure under water and the atmospheric pressure environment on land, for example, at a water depth of 20-50m, the water pressure is 0.3-0.6mPa. The elastomer still has good cushioning elasticity in an environment against water pressure. The bone piece can strengthen the bottom supporting force of the supporting piece, improves the stability of the elastic body under the underwater pressure, and the elastic body can be covered on a plane by the arrangement mode, and can be folded and coated (shown in figure 3), so that the use is flexible.
The buffer member is prepared from at least one of polyvinyl chloride, polyester polyurethane and 50% glass fiber reinforced polyaramid; the support is made of polyamide PA66, and when the support is used, the buffer is used as an outer layer to be in direct contact with water, and the support is used as an inner layer to be attached to the surface of the equipment. The buffer layer density is high, and the water absorption is low, and tensile extensibility is higher than support piece, has good cladding to support piece just under the thickness, suitable tensile stress for the two-layer laminating degree is difficult to fracture, if set up from the buffer piece wear to support piece's bone piece group, the bone piece group also is favorable to the fixed and laminating of buffer piece and support piece.
The temperature also affects the performance of the elastomer, for example, the temperature is about 3-20 ℃ under the water depth of 20-50m, the temperature also affects the stretching of the support piece and the buffer piece, the support piece and the buffer piece use different materials, and the bone piece of metal ions can play a role in transferring the temperature, so that the internal temperature difference of the support piece and the buffer piece is reduced.
A process for preparing a polyamide-containing elastomer comprising:
and a support piece forming step: injection molding a polyamide raw material into a support, and cooling to 70-110 ℃;
the bone component set constructing step: the metal ions are injected into the support under pressure or are sprayed in a straight line at the temperature of 85-120 ℃, and the included angle between the direction of the injection under pressure or the straight line and the plane of the support is 60-80 degrees; forming a plurality of bone pieces with sequentially increasing lengths, wherein the bone pieces extend into the support piece from the contact surface of the support piece and the buffer piece;
and forming a buffer part: and forming a buffer member on the surface of the support member injected into the bone member to obtain the polyamide-containing elastomer.
When the bone piece group is formed on the supporting piece, as the bone piece group does not penetrate through the supporting piece, negative pressure is formed at the injection point of the bone piece on the surface to enable the buffer piece material to permeate into the supporting piece, so that the attaching surface area and the bonding stability of the supporting piece and the buffer piece are improved.
Or, a process for producing an elastomer containing polyamide, comprising:
and a support piece forming step: injection molding a polyamide raw material into a support;
and forming a buffer part: forming a buffer part on the support part, and cooling to 85-135 ℃;
the bone component set constructing step: the metal ions are injected from the surface of the buffer piece in a pressurizing way or in a linear way under the condition that the temperature is 85-120 ℃, and the included angle between the pressurizing injection direction or the linear injection direction and the plane of the support piece is 60-80 degrees; and forming a plurality of bone pieces with sequentially increasing lengths, wherein the bone pieces penetrate through the buffer piece from the surface of the buffer piece and extend into the support piece to obtain the polyamide-containing elastomer.
The linear injection is higher than the injection efficiency, the linear injection can be provided with injection nozzles with the same number as the bone pieces, and the injection nozzles are arranged in parallel; the included angle between the spray nozzle and the plane to be sprayed is 60-80 degrees; the injection pressure and the injection quantity of each injection nozzle are the same, and the injection pressure of the linear injection is 0.4-1.2Mpa; when the spraying nozzles are not parallel to the plane to be sprayed, the metal ions emitted by each spraying nozzle are different from the plane to be sprayed, so that the impact force is different, and even if the spraying pressure and the spraying quantity are the same, a group of bone pieces with different lengths can be formed; the metal ions are affected by the negative charges of the support and buffer, and can be more uniformly distributed. The bone pieces with different lengths can enable the support piece to keep good flexibility when being bent, particularly the bottom of the support piece contacts the surface of the equipment when wrapping the equipment, and the bending degree of the support piece is highest.
The metal ion selects at least one of cobalt ion, silver ion and copper ion, and has penetrability when forming bone parts under the temperature parameter, and can play roles of temperature conduction and support.
