The invention discloses a cantilever-free driving water pump, which comprises: the water pump comprises a water pump housing, a first water pump bearing, a water pump shaft, a water pump impeller, a second water pump shaft and a driving gear. The first water pump bearing is arranged in the water pump shell and is positioned at the rear end of the water pump shell. The water pump shaft is transversely arranged in the water pump shell, and one end of the water pump shaft is connected with the first water pump bearing. The water pump impeller is arranged in the water pump shell and positioned at the front end of the water pump shell, and the water pump impeller is connected with the other end of the water pump shaft. The second water pump shaft is arranged in the water pump shell and is close to the water pump impeller, and the second water pump shaft is connected with the water pump shaft. And the driving gear is arranged in the water pump shell and is close to the first water pump bearing, and the driving gear is connected with the water pump shaft. Therefore, the cantilever-free driving water pump is simple and reasonable in structure, the reliability of the water pump is improved, and the service life of an engine is prolonged.

The water pump is one of main components of the engine, provides power for the circulation of cooling water in the engine, and provides enough cooling water flow and lift for the engine cooling system.

As shown in fig. 2, a cantilever-free driving water pump according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes: a water pump housing 1, a first water pump bearing 2, a water pump shaft 3, a water pump impeller 4, a second water pump shaft 5 and a drive gear 6. The first water pump bearing 2 is disposed in the water pump housing 1 and is located at the rear end of the water pump housing 1. The water pump shaft 3 is transversely arranged in the water pump housing 1, and one end of the water pump shaft 3 is connected with the first water pump bearing 2. The water pump impeller 4 is disposed in the water pump housing 1 and is located at the front end of the water pump housing 1, and the water pump impeller 4 is connected to the other end of the water pump shaft 3. The second water pump shaft 5 is arranged in the water pump housing 1 and is close to the water pump impeller 4, and the second water pump shaft 5 is connected with the water pump shaft 3. And the driving gear 6 is arranged in the water pump housing 1 and is close to the first water pump bearing 2, and the driving gear 6 is connected with the water pump shaft 3.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the driving gear 6 is used to drive the water pump shaft 3 and the water pump impeller 4 to rotate, so that the water pump impeller 4 drives the cooling liquid in the water pump housing 1 to rotate.

In practical application, the cantilever-free driving water pump is used for driving the cooling liquid to dissipate heat of the engine, so that the cooling liquid is ensured to circularly flow in a cooling system, the cooling liquid is enabled to continuously circulate through the radiator to take away heat, and the working environment temperature of parts in the engine is kept in a reasonable range. The working principle is as follows: the engine drives the water pump shaft 3 and the water pump impeller 4 to rotate through the water pump driving gear 6, the cooling liquid in the water pump is driven by the water pump impeller 4 to rotate together, the water pump shaft 3 is mainly supported by the water pump shaft 3 (the first water pump bearing 2 and the second water pump shaft 5) to transmit rotation torsion during rotation, the cooling liquid is thrown to the inner edge of the water pump shell 1 under the action of centrifugal force, a certain pressure is generated at the same time, then the cooling liquid flows out of a water outlet channel or a water pipe, the pressure of the center of the water pump impeller 4 is reduced due to the fact that the cooling liquid is thrown out, and the cooling liquid in the water tank is sucked into the water pump impeller 4 through the water pipe under the action of the pressure difference between the water pump inlet and the center of the water pump impeller 4, so that the reciprocating circulation of the cooling liquid is realized.
In a word, the cantilever-free driving water pump has a simple and reasonable structure, because the driving gear 6 is positioned between the two bearings (the first water pump bearing 2 and the second water pump bearing 5), the driving gear 6 is supported by the two shoulders relative to the bearings, when the water pump works to transmit torque to the water pump impeller 4, the overturning moment is eliminated by the bearings on the two sides, the ball bearings in the bearings are uniformly supported and stressed, even if the water pump works for a long time, the balls are uniformly worn, the reliability of the water pump is improved, and the service life of an engine is prolonged.

1. A cantilever-free driven water pump, comprising:
a water pump housing;
the first water pump bearing is arranged in the water pump shell and is positioned at the rear end of the water pump shell;
the water pump shaft is transversely arranged in the water pump shell, and one end of the water pump shaft is connected with the first water pump bearing;
the water pump impeller is arranged in the water pump shell and positioned at the front end of the water pump shell, and the water pump impeller is connected with the other end of the water pump shaft;
the second water pump shaft is arranged in the water pump shell and is close to the water pump impeller, and the second water pump shaft is connected with the water pump shaft; and
the driving gear is arranged in the water pump shell and is close to the first water pump bearing, and the driving gear is connected with the water pump shaft.
2. The cantilever-free driving water pump of claim 1, wherein the driving gear is configured to rotate the water pump shaft and the water pump impeller, thereby rotating the water pump impeller to drive the cooling fluid in the water pump housing.
3. The cantilever-less driven water pump of claim 1, wherein the first water pump bearing is a self-aligning bearing and the second water pump bearing is a deep groove ball bearing.
4. The cantilever-free driving water pump of claim 1, wherein the water pump shaft is provided with a water seal behind the water pump impeller.
5. A cantilever-free driving water pump as claimed in claim 3, wherein said deep groove ball bearing is a double seal bearing.
6. The cantilever-free driving water pump of claim 1, wherein the water pump impeller is made of plastic material.
